First of all: thank you all for hearing my requests for greetings. I am so thankful that you take the time to address me like a human. You guys are the freaking BEST followers.

Thank you for being here. I love you. You all are perfect just the way you are!

This little blog has EXPLODED since it's humble beginnings in February 2021. It's been almost two years since I wrote "Song of Songs" for Taiju Shiba in June of 2021 and over two years since I wrote my first post, "A Sweet Symphony", for Geto Suguru on the first of March. It's been an incredible journey, and I only see more coming down the pipe! I have almost five thousand followers *long squeal*, and many of you love to request things. With that many people, here comes some reminders! (No, I'm not scolding you. I love you. Shh... don't worry.)

I am officially stepping back from writing for the following series: Demon Slayer (I don't watch it anymore), Attack on Titan (the well has run dry for me), and the MCU. If requested, unfortunately, these requests will not be answered.

Jujutsu Kaisen will also see a minor scale-back, but only because my main fixation is Tokyo Revengers. I have puh-lenty of content for JJK, and thus, it will be a "Once in a Blue Moon" type of post.

I will be redoing the Tokyo Revengers masterlist (here comes the hurricane, b****) with links to my archive for each character. This is a WIP, so be patient. I'll send out the "All Clear" when construction is over!

MOST IMPORTANTLY: I have over 50 requests in my inbox CONSTANTLY. There is no longer any such thing as a "good time” to send in a request. Send it in now! Your ideas are highly valued here, and I keep many of them in my inbox until I feel like I have the chops to tackle them. It is incredibly rare for me to get a request and answer it in the same day since I have a full-time job, a book I'm writing, and many little things that otherwise occupy my time. I love you. I love your ideas. I love your crazy, funny, angsty brains. And every post I put out is a creative baby I try to carry to full term. I'll be as quick as I can with the requests, but just know it'll take some time.

I know that was a lot to read, but thanks for reading it anyways. I'll be attaching this to my masterlist as I clean up and make this blog brand new.

Our Mission - About Thedas in Color

Thedas in Color was created to boost and celebrate the fanworks and diversity of Thedas and the fans who devote their precious time to keeping this fandom alive. We strive to keep a positive constructive environment.

Our goal: create a space to collect, celebrate, and elevate works by fans of Dragon Age who are POC and/or Jewish, as a means of increasing the diversity of the fandom content available. We also want to bring meaningful productive discussions about Bioware’s themes and characters.

There are no fandom restrictions on essays.

Expect an essay request to take time to fulfill.

The more research the topic requires, the longer it’ll take.

Most personal essays will have a philosophical angle, but your requests don’t have to!

However, if left unspecified, you might find your requests going that direction.

I once wrote an essay that successfully argued Tyler Durden of Fight Club (Fincher, 1999) is a prop. So trust me when I say, no essay idea is too crazy for me.
