Zero had always been a thorn in his side, ever since they'd begun this little experiment of the principal's and the sour boy had been appointed as part of the disciplinary committee. He'd often stop him and the others from feeding on the lovely infatuated humans being dangled in front of them even though the hapless things wouldn't remember anything anyway…

Not only did Zero take away their fun (it wasn't as bad if it was Yuuki-kun, since she was just as fun to tease as the other female humans), but now he'd even garnered the attention of Kaname Kuran himself and doing the unthinkable as a vampire! To get to d-drink from—

Perhaps what was most frustrating was that though the hunter and vampire communities both wanted Zero dead, albeit for different reasons, Kaname-sama had stepped in and protected the other for reasons Hanabusa couldn't fathom. Nor would he be informed, he knows that well enough. Still, it's incredibly frustrating.

So, in his opinion it's only natural that he should be aggressive towards the other, considering the Level-E had somehow usurped their positions at Kaname-sama's side without even doing anything and by being ungrateful as well! It was utterly infuriating!

"I came to tell you to back off, but it seems you can't even understand that much." He scowled openly at the other, completely discounting the reality of the fact that he's lashing out because he's incredibly jealous of the other. "Let me say it again then."

Where he cold begin to admit things, confessing disastrous state of an heart who had been tourmented by appareances given to the outside world and the willing pain he asssumed inside his being ? No judgement was physically brought in front of Suzaku’s hesitation. After all, there was still dreadful remembrances about them, about what had becoming their relationship both had try to maintain … where he cannot expect compassion of his old friend to showing how he could still destroy life without mean to, even without his asset ! Hesitation was presented inside his expression, as purple eyes wasn’t sure what to say first. ❝ Remind you that I still care about you, despite ... everything that's happened between us. Despite future I gave and created for you. Not really things I accoustumed to say. Something happened, and I know perfectly well that you will be angry with me if I confess it to you abruptly.
