Forgiveness > Permission
Your silence seems to shriek at me "no more", Yet still must I speak; oh, how shrill my heart Screams inside vacuum, from behind slammed doors And into the whole which once you were part. Forgive my transgression, my uncouth ingress Upon your unbroken, deathly repose. T'was no-one to ask to let me trespass, Nor turn me away, nor keep your door closed.
But pardon is simpler won than permission.

I call him Papa - from our pets' perspectives - soft consonant I used to imagine holding our infant moronically babbling - those maternal coos - until: "Papa!"

romanticise your life, take pretty pictures, feel like the main character, light up a candle, read books, go for a walk, dance to your favourite music, buy yourself presents, do whatever you want, be happy - this is your life, don’t let anyone take it from you
