Final Project Update

I am sorry to announce that the PMP will not be continuing.

We started this project at the very beginning of the pandemic, when all of us had a lot of time suddenly available to invest in such a large passion project. But now, most of us have had to return to school or work, and we no longer have the wealth of time we started with.

If I had unlimited time and energy, I would love to take one last shot at seeing the project through to completion. Unfortunately, I am not at all in a place in my life right now where that would be possible. I believe many of the original members have also moved on to other interests, so we no longer have the team we once did.

I would like to thank the Anon who recently sent us an ask about the project status (and apologize that I didn't respond to it directly; I saw the notification, but I think tumblr ate the ask). Due to the project's informal nature, there was never any official end to it, so a post was never made to announce its discontinuation. Although I'm sure this isn't the answer you were hoping to hear, I appreciate the opportunity to offer closure on the project's status, and I'm very sorry to all of you who were excited to see the finished project.

Finally, I would like to thank everyone on the PMP team! I'm really glad I got to meet you all and to share this experience with you. You are all amazing and talented people, and I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavours!

2023年末から1年間、ロンドンにあるミッドキャリア向けのビジネススクールに留学することとなりました。

出発まで2か月近くあるので、日本でできることをやっ��おきたいと思い、何をしようか考えていました。

==step1: 列挙==

１：卒業後の転職活動の準備：これまでのキャリアの棚卸、志望業界のリサーチなど（辞職して私費留学となるため、在学中から転職活動をする必要がある）

２：博士論文の投稿（サイエンス分野で博士号を取得しておりその内容を小分けにして論文化しています）

３：これまでのキャリアの棚卸の１つとして卒業後にも活用できるような資格を取得する（エンジニア・プロマネとして20年以上のキャリアがあります）

４：ビジネススクールの科目の予習（ファイナンスなど）

自分の世間に対する貢献度（価値）を高めキャリアアップを図るというのが留学の目的なので、この観点で重みづけを行いました。

==step2: 重みづけ==

１：卒業後の転職活動の準備：これまでのキャリアの棚卸、志望業界のリサーチなど（辞職して私費留学となるため、在学中から転職活動をする必要がある）→20%

２：博士論文の投稿（サイエンス分野で博士号を取得）→10%

３：これまでのキャリアの棚卸の１つとして卒業後にも活用できるような資格を取得する（エンジニア・プロマネとして20年以上のキャリアがあります）→50%

４：ビジネススクールの科目の予習（ファイナンスなど）→20%

==step3: ゴールの具体化==

１：卒業後の転職活動の準備：これまでのキャリアの棚卸、志望業界のリサーチなど（辞職して私費留学となるため、在学中から転職活動をする必要がある）→20%、ゴール：就活方針を決める、イギリス就職の情報収集、志望業界の情報収集

２：博士論文の投稿（サイエンス分野で博士号を取得）→10%、ゴール：書きかけの論文を10月中に投稿する

３：これまでのキャリアの棚卸の１つとして卒業後にも活用できるような資格を取得する（エンジニア・プロマネとして20年以上のキャリアがあります）→50%、ゴール：35時間の講習e-learning。PMPを2回まで受験する。

４：ビジネススクールの科目の予習（ファイナンスなど）→20%、ゴール：必修科目の素人向け入門書（マンガで分かる～など）を各科目目を通す

==step4: プラン作成==

10月前半：論文投稿：フォーマット校正、投稿論文：事務手続き、PMP： 35時間の講習(e-learning)、PMP:PMBOK実践、転職活動：就活方針を決める

10月後半：投稿論文：論文投稿、PMP: 35時間の講習(e-learning)、

11月前半：PMP過去問、PMP受験

11月後半：予備（荷物整理や海外移動準備など）

方針：最初のスタートダッシュで貯金を作り、その後の作業の見通しをよくする

※他の項目はスキマ時間でこなすことにしてここには書いていません。

・・だいぶ詰め込みました。相当ストレッチしています。

さて、うまくいくでしょうか・・・

Ah locational difference in terms. Since "is that just a feral tabby or a genuine wild Bushcat?" is a distinction that has to be made here occasionally. Your ferals sound like they've had long enough out there to revert fully back to wild animal, and we all know how trying to make a house pet of a wild animal goes

Afaik even US programs differentiate between ferals vs untame. Untame are animals like human-fed colony cats where they're used to the presence of people and will tolerate them within a certain distance. These cats can be tamed down with hard work and a lot of dedication.

Ferals are considered completely untame and wild. Adults are nigh untameable and can't be rehomed—at best you can relocate colonies. Kittens can theoretically be worked with but really it depends on how many generations down the line of feral they are.

Generally "feral" here means "has never had any contact with people whatsoever". I'm sure it's more lenient in cities but that's the definition in my business

This is the most important task of the leader of the project along with the group of workers.Overseeing and managing the development of projects is not an straightforward job. PRINCE2 provides non-proprietary techniques to manage projects. To be a master in PRINCE2, it is recommended to obtain the official PRINCE2 Certification preparation by a trusted certification training company such as Edureka and take the initial exam.

Every task manager should be aware of (and inform their team) the main goals of the project, as well as the deadlines and cutoff dates that must be followed so that they can stay on top of the situation and make time-savings and to ensure the quality of the work is maintained to ensure clients are fulfilled.The task plan as well as the different reports are crucial during all course of the task. The ability to effectively manage the executive team, no matter the method be, cannot be achieved through specific strategies and methods. One method is PRINCE2.

PRINCE2 is the current most well-known business, built on the structure of its executive. The PRINCE2 distinctive is an acronym for the concept of projects in controlled environments. It first came into the version of the PRINCE (without any other) as a UK authority's strategy for managing specialist I.T. projects. In the late 1990's it was discovered that the same techniques and equipment that aid in managing I.T. projects are the same methods and tools that could be beneficial in managing any project. This is the reason why the plan was to change PRINCE in order to remove the whole I.T. phrasing. The first model was created in the 1980s and was later known as PRINCE2 and it was released in the early 90's.

Since then, the PRINCE2 authority guide was released to various models. Each modification has been designed in improving the layout as well as the effectiveness of the technique and is updated with the latest best practices. The most recent version of the guide was released in 2009 and has been widely regarded for its example of current best practices in developing the board. As of the year 2011 more than 800,000 students took the foundation PRINCE2 exam around the globe. This is the diminution to two levels of ability (Practitioner being the highest stage).
