Malleus: Yes, indeed true. The child of man and I have been going on walks more frequently.

Reporter Student: I see... may I know the reason?

Malleus: there is no reason at all. We stroll around campus, talk and enjoy each other company

Reporter Student: Yuu, there is a rumor, saying you and the prince of Briar Valley are going on walks, together late at night.

Yuu: yep, that's true

Reporter Student: ..meaning there must be something between you guys, right?

Yuu: uhhh... not really. Ever since I discovered my old phone -from my world- still had Pokémon Go, I asked Idia to modify the map so I can catch Pokémons while on our walks..

Idia: you made me addicted, now I'm forced to go outside...

Yuu: huh? I thought you liked the game...

Idia: And! Azul had threatened me, if I don't give him the rights for the app he will drag me out everyday to teach him how to play...

Yuu: how is that my problem? Anyways, wanna see my new catch? This is called a Gastly. Ghost type Pokémon, very cool looking. Not my fav, but still very cool.

I think smartphones-as-computing-platform have peaked (and maybe already jumped the shark?) for any practical purposes. There are only 3 things smartphones need from here on out: better battery life, more storage/user expandable storage, and better ergonomics

#Like. my hands are NOT small but I still struggle to use a flagship of any brand with just one hand #Back in 2017 i could reliably make great curveball throws in Pokémon Go with a Starbucks in my other hand #Now the multi-year creep of screen widths and angles has meant that I play best of I can use my second hand as a stabiliser #Also when did 'charge your phone at the end of a day of heavy use' turn into 'top up your battery around 3pm almost daily'?#I wouldn't say no to a more user-friendly pro mode phone camera either but that's a secondary priority #(I just want to be able to take good pictures of the moon)
