People often wonder what plant-based folks eat. A lot of things, actually. LOL. Yesterday the Virtuous Ladies Reading book club introduced me to an awesome local plant-based restaurant, @puresoulff. I was too busy chowing down to take photos. But I had the fish plate with macaroni and cheese and greens. So good. And that cornbread was DELICIOUS. It's a little bit of a hike from my house, but I'll definitely be back. For breakfast this morning, I made scrambled "eggs" with sautéed veggies using the product @justegg. So yummy! My husband (who isn't vegan) and I gobbled it up this morning along with some papaya. Our first time trying the fruit. It was good. Kind of tasted like cantaloupe.
