Being truly chill instead of anxiously fake chill is about paying attention to others and being genuinely interested in them and responding to their energy. You have to break the cycle of jumping in and dominating the conversation and relating everything back to yourself and then getting embarrassed when they're not interested and sulking about it. This is a skill. It takes practice but it's never too late to start learning a new skill. Rejection sensitive dysphoria will try to make you shut down and immediately avoid thinking about it when you sense that you've made a social blunder, but you see, that avoidant response is exactly what's keeping you from learning from your mistakes. You're ignorant and oblivious to the signals of others because you're already avoiding your own emotions. Okay? I love you. Tomorrow I'll be you.
We don't usually even mention our fictive sources (much less draw them) because people usually aren't kind about fictive hosts/multi-source alters in our experience, but here's one of our timelines I guess. If we get too anxious about it we'll delete it, just a heads up.
Okay to interact/reblog/tag as fandom btw. Just be aware this is a fictive. [It/He]
