RECAP OF CELLBIT'S STREAM, 05/05
investigating quesadilla island!! the man has gone full detective and lore mode. here's a link of my recap of his previous stream if you want to catch up. only updating on the first 5 hours of stream, since after he switches to more casual building/chatting
cellbit's plan for the day is investigating the mystery within quesadilla island. he even got a special skin for this occasion
he started a diary to keep notes of what he finds within his investigations. i compiled what he wrote so far and translated it in this file
he also finished his office/investigation room!! its under his house
he left the favela with philza and he's asking phil some questions regarding how they got to the server and how his days in the server went by so far
philza is telling him about his experience exploring the structures he found in the sky and his encounter with the binary code entity, which fit exploded with a bomb
philza gave cellbit the coordinates he got from the entity (2530, 66, 1892)
he's now asking philza about the eggs
(this section of the stream is in english, in case anyone is interested. i will get the correct timestamps once vode is out, but roughly it should be around 30 mins in until the 1 hour mark)
he's now heading to the train station where everyone arrived to investigate
after not finding anything other than the puzzles (which weirded him out due to why such a thing would need to exist and why it feels like everyone is being tested), he moved to explore the ship where the brazilians arrived
he's revisiting the puzzle found in the ship with the letters/flags. it involves the international code of signals. the letters were KXUT, meaning the following:
K - "i wish to communicate with you"
X - "stop carrying out your intentions and watch for my signals"
U - "you are running into danger"
T - "keep clear of me"
cellbit believes it was like a warning for them to not approach the island
he went to meet up with maximus and foolish. he's telling them about when he got attacked by the binary code entity
they all went to his office and are now discussing the flag puzzle/codes
they're rewatching the tapes now
cellbit, foolish and maximus are heading to the coordinates phil gave cellbit earlier
the location is close to luzu's house, and foolish explained to cellbit what has been supposedly going on with luzu and an ai called erin (i have personally not been keeping up with this part of the qsmp, so im not entirely sure)
(once again, this section is in english if you want to watch for yourself. will get exact timestamps later, but roughly between tge 2 hour and 3 hour mark)
RICHARLYSON STEPPED ON A MINE MY GOD MY HEART I WAS SO SCARED HE WAS GONNA DIE. hes fine tho!!!
they're speculating the federation got luzu and thats why he hasnt been on the server. also that the building they found (picture above) is how luzu's mind stays alive and in the server somehow, since it looks like a machine

theyre speculating the number "8" on the building might be counting the eggs that are currently alive
cellbit's main theory right now is that they're stuck in a simulation and are being tested
cellbit also mentioned he doesnt think the eggs are real or that theyre a way to manipulate them to stay in the island and not search for a way to leave. obviously, the others dont want to believe that
(guys i think cellbit is going a bit insane)
cellbit thinks they should find a way to break out of the simulation
cellbit is now speculated that when the eggs got kidnapped the federation placed something inside the eggs, thats why theyre cracked. bbh added that maybe they took a sample out of them to do experiments
theyre discussing ways to try and break out of the simulation/leave the island
A BOOK WITH BINARY CODE SHOWED UP ON HIS INVENTORY ???? the code translates to "LEAVE"
theyre going to try and see if they can leave the island by following the train rails. the eggs will stay with poor philza minecraft
AS SOON AS THEY LEFT, PHILZA AND THE EGGS GOT ATTACKED BY THE BINARY CODE ENTITY HOLY SHIT????????? thankfully, bbh placed a teleporter thing and they all managed to go back quickly. however, once they arrived the binary code entity was already gone
after that, they gave up on exploring the rails and all went their separate ways
bobby drowned while trying to escape the binary entity.
cellbit is really scared right now that richarlyson might be attacked again, he feels guilt somehow since he believes the entity is attacking because of what he has been doing/saying
cellbit was watching the clip of philza and the eggs being attacked. he realized it was initially cucorucho who turned into the binary entity
the binary code on the entity translates to "AI" ...... possibly linking back to the luzu situation they were discussing earlier
the next session of the stream is cellbit and richarlyson expanding the basement to include more stuff. cellbit also plans to make an interrogation room for people he thinks are suspicious (quackity)
theyre now going to visit roier and bobby. richarlyson made bobby a little gift :)
cellbit told roier that he thinks the attacks are his fault. cellbit told him it was probably a warning from the entity
cellbit also told him that cucorucho became one of the binary entities
maximus is building a transmission tower to send messages in all languages to the server. cellbit is absolutely losing it at his portuguese
they went back home to keep working on the basement
cellbit is teaching richarlyson how to play chess (this is an important update). richarlyson lost, but cellbit told him to just shoot the opponent when he loses
quackity logged on and cellbit mentioned he might interrogate quackity on sunday
as cellbit was ending his stream, cucorucho showed up on his basement
now, over 5 hours into the stream, cellbit will be changing into more casual minecraft gameplay to work on his base and overall taking a break soon. i will be closing the stream and ending this post. will update later if anything more happens!! once again, feel free to dm me/send asks if you have any questions, comments or requests for clips/timestamps/translations <3

Besides the fact that he's sentimental about stupid shit, he also hasn't deconstructed the shitty dirt shack yet because he treats it as rent lowering gunshots. That's his wall. Bitch.
He's a teeny tiny bit sad everyone who lived IN the wall is sorta gone for one reason or another. It's a bit lonely. And eerie, considering a lot of the time they lived in there was before the worst of what's happened to everyone happened. The insides of the walls feel like a fucked up time capsule now...
We've seen this in canon but he LOVES to wander. Wanderlust his beloved. Find cool shit, collect cool shit, get cool pictures. It's just nothing but Ws. ... He feels a lot of deja vu doing it. He'd be able to place it if he could just fly...
Ever since that taste of flight in Purgatory, he's been aching so much more for it again. His stomach fills with dread at the thought of saving Tubbo's life costing him his wings. He'd make the decision he did again & 100x over, but flying is so core to who he is. He can't fathom being grounded for the rest of eternity.
If it weren't for the constant danger he feels like he's in, he'd LOVE to just lay down on his stomach on Chayanne's old house's roof & just sun his wings. Mmmmmm warmmmm
He'll never admit it to Tallulah, but sometimes he switches up what he eats between his avocado toast phases so he never gets sick of it. She thinks he just infinitely enjoys the stuff.
He's convinced the Baker is a paid [Federation employee? Cucurucho 3?] actor that can't, no matter what, break their stoic smile. Phil spends SO much time when he has no other responsibilities trying to get them to crack. He flips them off, he makes faces, he threatens them, he rambles off the wildest most random shit. He did the DK prank. He dances in front of them. Nothing. But one day he'll get them.
Just like cc!Phil, he loathes a lot of stereotypical British stuff, like tea. It's so funny. Fit & Tubbo especially like pushing his buttons about it, his food rants are the best.
When he heard someone on the island made up a rumor that Eggza is legit because Phil taste-tested a cookie out of curiosity, he took that and RAN. Yeah. He's egg sometimes. Who's his parent you ask? Well that's a secret (it's Rose).
The moment Fit told him he has a thing for Pac, Phil instantly launched into wingman mode (pun intended). No more,,,, Hitting The Gym Together. Fit wants more than a fwb, Phil is SO here for it
Cellbit & Baghera take priority over everything. But GOD is he not ready for the flashbacks when he gets to Egg Island to save them. He didn't know Etoiles left that scar on his back...
In very dad fashion, his sneezes and yawns are fucking atrocious. Unnecessarily loud.
(With the idea that Purg2 is canon): He can't help but think about all those new people going through the hell he did. What if he knew some of them? What if there were friends there he forgot about because the Federation meddled with his memory? It makes him sick.
The islanders closest to him + the kids are starting to think he's got some kinda sleep disorder. He sleeps for an awful long time sometimes... (when his hc streams get long :) )
This idiot sleeps in the worst places I bet his back cracks and pops like fucking bubble wrap (same tho)

he’s talking about how interesting despite how long he’s spent in purgatory he’s never seen such hypocrisy and sin. and that purgatory has done that on purpose that it has brought out the worst in people.

there were mob sound effects of something dying. and weirdly enough those sounds lined up with a mob phil is attacking on the surface. interesting.
elq said all the parents are hypocrites and they will kill the other eggs to save their own kid. and how all the parents are not good people. chayanne is the only name he remembered immediately how weird.
poor leo. he didn’t even remember anything about her. “leo culero” love ya leo. richas our beloved. he wants to tell richas something and wants his full attention while saying it.
“there’s no big disturbance to the peace than a group of people who want to know something they shouldn’t” i believe that’s what he said. my spanish is not perfect.
he tells the eggs to stop hoping their parents will come get them, but that it’s up to them. that it’s nice to have faith. and that if they want to give a last message to their parents he might pass it on.

elq asks something(?) if there’s anything more and to tell him then. nothing responds.

i love superhero stories for two reasons: plots about secrets and adapting the characters to give them powers. this had smth fun for both of them
yellow rose isn’t super high on my list of priorities to update (i think the oneshot is interesting on its own) but one day,,,, it’s part of the many aus cherri and i have but it’s the longest for sure. the doc for just this au is like 100k words long on its own. at the time i draft this cherri and i are actively writing smth else for it in another tab. theres like 4 offshoots and im obsessed w all of them. we had to make ocs about this one. i’m excited to eventually add more to this series
actually that’s one of the scenes i’m most excited for and most dreading adding. we made a backstory oc and im SO attached to him and im excited to post a thing out there w him but. ough. whatever cringe is dead i’ll get there eventually and brute force my way into attaching you to our funky little robot guy
also love that this fic forced me to be decided on a docv characterization that i have to stick to. he may be a canon guy to martyn’s vtuber lore but he’s my oc now too

this is my wife. my favorite. my most beloved. blindsided gives me new illnesses and diseases. i have just one scene to write before i can update it and then i can continue unleashing her. god i love this fic the drama of it is SO fun.
the funny thing abt blindsided is i know all the plot chronologically but now how to Present it which is part of why i haven’t continued too much. eventually i will but until then know that one of the scenes im sitting on which has been fully written is one i think about constantly. hopefully when i post it cherri’ll let free the comic she did for it
i actually have the ending of this fic written i just need to get there lmfao. second on my priority list after smop i think

Lamplight AU

so i started this au last year. my wrapped last year said my total was 20k, so that means this year's total is.... 27k!
and… it was just lamplight’s birthday and i did all my appreciation for the fic and its readers then, but god. i love this fic so much and i love you all who have read it and been so kind about it. the amount of popularity it has makes it a bit nerve wracking to work on, but i still really want to see it finished. i hope to see the bulk of it done by this time next year!

six sentence sunday is a challenge where i try to post six sentences i wrote that week every sunday, to keep me writing every week of the year! i do it over on my writing blog, @driflew
i did not keep up on my six sentences,,, i had a lot of sunday fencing tournaments. i did for ~33 weeks this year! thats a pretty good amount! i’ll have to be more on top of it next year tho
unpublished work
the last few years i havent included unpublished work, but with the extreme bulk of it, i wanted to note it down. cherri @/cherrifire and i have been writing a lot back and forth at each other in discord dms this year, and i wanted to include those in my count! bc holy fucking shit is there a lot of them
i didn’t include collab pieces, just pieces i wrote alone. i also only included the renchanting aus i share w cherri and scarian aus i share w flowey, nothing else—no unfinished lamplight or other independent pieces or oneshots, no original fiction for class, nothing. i also missed a few u haven’t moved to docs yet. so i’m lowballing by a few. thousands. of words
the total for those is...... 135k words! there is,,, something wrong with me

Out of all the friends you decided to invite to the ceremony, you had invited the most chaotic ones. And obviously I'm talking about Karlnapity who couldn't stop screaming and jumping and dancing when your name was called. Embarassing, but appreciated haha
Bad and Skeppy also supported you from home, both not streaming and just enjoying your win privately. They did bombard your phone with congratulations tho
Wilbur, Phil and Niki were lucky enough to attend the awards and, unlike the previous mentioned trio, they were just happily clapping for you. A few whistle here and there from Wilbur and Phil. But at one point the camera panned towards them and Phil showed his phone which had a discord call with Techno lol
Eret, Punz, Foolish, Sam and Charlie where also there, happily cheering for you and making chaos when the camera showed them on the big screen. For some reason I feel like Punz, Foolish and Sam would hold up a poster with your face on it that they stole from the fans outside xD

Who is your favorite qsmp character and egg and tell me why! I’d love to hear your thoughts
Before anything, I must say I know very little of whats currently happening with the lore (im a philza watcher lol) sooo yeah i’ll give my opinion with that context. I would say that my favourite character is q!phil but mainly bc I’m more close to just philza’s content in general and I mainly watch his POV, idk he’s such a silly anarchist 4th wall breaker. But q!Etoiles is also like one of the funniest people I’ve ever seen, idk why but there’s just something about him that breaks me. Also q!Missa is so sweet even tho he’s been missing for like 3 months but I love his wetcat cringefail husband energy.
(Also thats on me I have slight favouritism in pissa’s platonic marriage-)
I CANT DECIDE AAAAAHHH
And about the eggs, I think Richas and Tallulah have to be my favourites. Richas is just so based and he always makes me laugh and Tallulah is the cutest thing ever, and so traumatized, god the little drama queen has gone through so much-
I can’t really decide on one of each because they’re all just awesome tbh. Everyone has their quirks and stories and lore. And we also have to take on accounting that I haven’t been seeing other people’s pov’s apart for sometimes Fit’s?? (Btw maybe like an hour ago I was watching his stream and everything just crashed and he ended stream so L i guess). That’s a bit on me so I’ll try to catch up with other people too lol.

Yeah! :D I got back into watching Phil's streams again a few months back, which got me hooked into QSMP.
I mainly watch him, but I also watch Fit and sometimes Tubbo and Foolish. I do enjoy just about everyone on this server tho' <3 Especially Etoiles, Baghera, Forever, and Roier, like gd are they funny :')

8. Comfort VODs
THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY ..... i have a pretty big "comfort videos" playlist of videos and vods that i like that almost entirely consists of dsmp stuff. To be fair tho i rarely ever rewatch anything, much less VODs, but here i picked out ones i liked that left an impression on me (some of them i have actually rewatched)

Hey my beloved! I was thinking about getting into the qsmp, but since I haven’t watched any streams yet I have no idea where to start. Any advice?

hmmm I'm not sure if I'm the best person to answer this tho, bc I'm not caught up myself and only been watching 2 povs kiiiinda consistently. ig it depends what kinda content you're looking for.
for example, philza is the right person if you want mostly chill vibes with a bit of chaos here and there. he is real comfort, but don't let the dad energy fool you, he can get REALLY unhinged when he wants to.
the other person I've been watching is, ofc, Charlie, and you know him, he's very chaotic and funny, but he can't avoid making the most heartbreaking angst in any roleplay of his. highly recommend his pov as well.
sometimes I watch quackity as well, but I think he's alternating between English and Spanish streams, so might be a bit harder to keep up.
idk if all of them are doing the same, but everyone I've watched so far has been using the live translation for both English and Spanish, this way you don't have to worry, bc there will be subtitles! it's been helpful actually, for language learning, which is pretty neat :3
also, about the stream vods, i think you can find quackitys and charlies on youtube (not sure bc all I've watched was on twitch) and Phil saves all of his vods on his stream highlights, on twitch.

THE BIGGEST LER YOU'LL EVER MEET
And I don't just mean on teasing or tickling, I mean literally, she's REALLY TALL and WILL use it to her advantage
Will literally scoop Phil up in one hand and use a single nail to tickle him, cooing over how her husband is shrieking with laughter from one little finger
Is very sweet and teasy, complimenting her lee's laugh and giggling herself at how flustered they get
Loves to blow raspberries because it will cover the lee's stomach, ribs and sides with just one! She adores using it because it brings out the best reactions
Manicures her nails for the sole reason of being able to make people squeal with them. You don't know true hell until you have the Goddess of Death trailing sharpened nails along your ticklish sides and lower belly
Helps Phil preen his wings when really she wants to tickle them (Phil knows, he just loves the attention too much to say no)
Lee Mumza is sweet and endearing, happy echoing giggles that make flowers grow and fruitful trees blossom
Her ears are especially sensitive, it's why they're hidden under her veil, but a sneaky avian has found his way under once or twice
Her neck as well is a sweet spot, getting breathy chuckles when Phil flies too close to give her a kiss (he loves hearing her laugh so he thinks it's a bonus)
When she shrinks down to a human size, she has been playfully attacked by Phil who wants revenge for all the times she'd wrecked him
Mumza however, is not afraid to fight back, tickling Phil back to hear bubbly giggles and only encouraging her to laugh more

To win an argument? Yes. To surprise Phil while he's streaming? Definitely. To mess with Phil when he's trying to focus? Absolutely
Phil's neck is actually ticklish, we've gotten proof of it so that's probably her prime target
Soft neck kisses (they're flipping adorable) absolutely destroy Phil and they make Kristin giggle happily at his reactions
She's a massive ler and isn't afraid of going after her boys either. Wilbur, Tommy, Ranboo and Tubbo know what she's capable of and have faced her ticklish wrath more than once
Despite the height difference, she's more than capable of sending them into fits of laughter and gasping for mercy
Very teasy irl too, coos over their laughter and pink faces
As a lee tho, she's the type to curl up and try to strike back
Surprise attacks from behind are probably the only way to get her to laugh properly and not escape so quick
Phil had to figure that out with trial and error (he usually found himself in her position after failed attempts)
Very musical and rich laughter, the kind that makes other people smile and want to laugh too
Phil loves complimenting her laughter and watching her roll her eyes and try to flip it back to him but is usually giggling to much to do so. It's the only way he can get a victory on her
Her eyes squint in laughter and her smile is beautiful and Phil falls in love all over again :,)

hello!! i happened to be sitting around trying to figure out where tf my current c!tntduo obsession came from because it was so sudden. and scrolling through my bookmarks i just realized it was single-handedly from red flags so uhh thank you for permanently altering my psyche <3
AJKLASJKLDAKSJL FANCY SEEING YOU HERE. and. okay well. funny story. back in march 2022 when we started the fic? i wasn’t a tntduo stan. i had never written tntduo in my life, i had made one (1) au that featured tntduo at all (and it was very much a side thing). i’m like 90% sure i hadn’t even seen the fucking cornerstone tntduo vod, a deck of green cards with a smile on them. i hadn’t seen that fucking vod (venetapsi had tho, which is why the fic didn’t start out just batshit off the rails non-canon compliant). i was in the fandom throughout 2020, but throughout 2021 i kind of drifted away, and it was only in feb 2022 that i returned—which is why i was so behind on everything. i was just fucking obsessed with cwilbur and after the DSMP: Bust stream (the one where phil gave wilbur the advice after ho16) venetapsi and i were discussing how awfully wilbur trying to apologise to tommy would go and he suggests “hey what if wilbur tried to off himself but quackity found him dying” and i was like “hell yeah” and. now i’ve been obsessed with tntduo for nearly a whole year. it took me many, MANY more months before i started seeing the /r part of it tho—like, it was probably around august? september? i’ve never really been a shipper in any of the past fandoms i’ve been in, never seen the appeal, but that… no longer stands true. although for me shipping tntduo is more just… it’s another really interacting facet to look at their relationship and dynamic through. there’s so much that can be explored with them in a /p sense, and so much that can be explored in a /r sense, and i’m just so obsessed with their dynamic that i want to see them in any and every station.
TLDR red flags is also single-handedly responsible for MY tntduo obsession, and also the fact that i ship them at all

oh i love this question i am going to make you a List <3
first off i must preface this with the usual: statistically, i have not really seen the majority of his videos. i only subscribed in late 2020, and had been skirting youtube recommending his channel to me for 18 months before that (i was absolutely terrified of him despite having watched many hours of SMPE streams [and before that, mcm clips]. i think i was more afraid of hypixel tbh. i was still learning the vanilla game at that point for crying out loud.). Last spring i planned on backwatching everything i'd missed in a semblance of order, but then he privated half of his uploads, so i never got around to it because i would have done it Wrong. So, for what i Have seen:
firstly i agree so much with MCU 36k and MCM wk10. comfort vid/vods for sure. ive seen those many, many times!!
there was a period of time where i was utterly obsessed with the tnt video. id watch it several times a week and like, liveblog it on discord every time. same with the original 2 VR vids, the red festival, and the 1mil sub special vid but to a lesser degree.
of course ive seen the potato war, but ive also sat down for the 2 or so hours it takes to watch the entire skyblock series back to front. a highlight from this series is fastest man in skyblock, tho its been a bit since ive seen it.
the tree, free history lesson, youtube sent me a thing, mccp21, and the smpe villager stream are all great.
as for DSMP, i have rewatched nothing goes wrong and green festival/doomsday multiple times. nothing goes wrong has given me some of the strongest brainrot about any media since i saw cars (2006) in theatres when i was 7. i was literally uncontrollably shaking during both. bravo, minecraft man!
ok, i just looked, i cant list all of the dsmp streams as some more of my favs because i Will. the moving stream, the turtle stream... the egg,,, the first prison breakout... yeah.
i had such a sixth sense for technostreams. when he didnt announce stuff i would get this Feeling. so id pop into discord and say 'technos prob gonna stream friday' and then id be right, every damn time. it was uncanny.
i havent sat down to watch any of his stuff in a few months now, but i suspect ill get back to it soon, maybe by years-end. i started backwatching all of his MCM and MCC perspectives sometime last winter, ive got to finish those also.
alright, going to cut myself off bc ill get sappy. i KNOW i forgot some vids too and i cant remember and its driving me nuts. oh yes, agree on the skeppy vid too like you said.

it is six sentence sunday! i wasnt entirely sure what to post today... yes, i posted a new fic, but i wrote most of it a year ago, so...??? but ive decided to go with six fun facts for traitor phil au
1. wil’s dialogue at the start... i didnt say it in the actual fic notes, bc i wasnt 100% sure i remembered it right, but im pretty sure its transcribed from the actual stream
2. the short scene w quackity and “how would you like to be our edge?” was supposed to be a Whole Scene, according to the way my doc was spaced, as i leave double spaces in places i mean to add more. i dont know what i wanted to do, though, and i thought it worked well enough, so i just let it stand.
3. i believe the “he even invited me back” might have been intended to have more as well as a full scene, but i dont remember. i actually considered ending the fic there, but i liked what i had for the shapeshifter interaction, tho the scene was unfinished. i decided to finish that scene and post the whole thing
4.. everything after the line...
“Didn’t realize bee farms were that complex,” Technoblade mutters. Phil shrugs. Whether that was intended to be an out or not, Phil is going to take it.
...was new and written for this. thats why theres a jump in the scene--i didnt know how the scene was meant to go after a year, so i just did a short skip
5. the thing about Philoctetes was transcribed from this video, with some changes either to make it read more natural or fit better in the convo. so its like, 80% transcribed and 20% altered. in that video he also talked abt medea being betrayed, and i thought abt doing that instead for Foreshadowing, but.... this one was sillier, and it was the first story i thought of when i thought abt techno talking abt mythology. it might not be thematic, but its very charming (to me), so i thought it actually fit more. the fact he shortened the guy’s name to phil sold me on it tho
6. my fave scene in this au was def techno’s execution, im sad i never got to it. i love emerald duo so much man. i think the only thing i was 100% confident on in this entire fic was techno’s voice, i was SO proud of how his dialogue sounded
