Ok, pen reviews for my recent jetpens purchases go
• unfortunately they Lied about the pilot G-Tec-C4. Claimed to be really good smooth pen, and the less expensive, non japanese, but exactly the same version of the Hi-Tec-C.
The ink skips through every stroke. I am saving full judgement for when I start a new sketchbook, though I'm not sure if slightly more textured paper will help (my current sketchbook is really smooth paper!). I want it to work out so bad! So many people love this pen (yes, This pen, not its more expensive japanese counterpart)
I'd get any other gel pen, but I love the tiny little point of the G-Tec so much....please god... Anyway I keep trying to use it on every page to test it out but it just keeps skipping, and I bought 2 so its not even a one off, they both skip! Holding out hope that its the paper or the oils from my hand but it has not made it to Main Drawng Utensil status.

• Fortunately, they were NOT lying about the Tombow Fudenosuke hard tip pen. This shit rocks. The line variation you can get with it is very good, I'm writing tiny microscopic notes in my sketchbook with the point of the fine tip, and it being a Hard tip is awesome... I love line width variation that comes with brush pens but actual brush pens don't give me that same Control especially when making tiny little lines, and i LOOOOVE control.
I'm waiting until I have more things to buy off of jetpems, so that I can buy more without my order just being like 3 pens. Because thats what the order I'm making this post about was and it felt so wasteful and humiliating. The only "bad thing" I can think of is the ink could be a tiny bit darker, but it's not a Huge difference between my darker inks/pens, it just looks 5% more faded.

#325 and 326 of 1001, Two Blonds Here are two more quick pen drawings using color pencil to highlight each. The one on the right is really someone famous though it didn't turn out to look like her.
