"And contradictory if taken out fo context!" King, having finally managed to shove Ban's hands down, continued. Veronica watched the three in interest,

"Wait, you guys actually have rules? I thought the Sins just ran amock wherever they went! Father certainly had enough complaints about you for it."

"Only the seven big ones really. Oh, and a few smaller unspoken ones that kidna cropped up from living together." Ban informed the princess, "and we didn't run amock."

"We totally ran amock, Ban." Diane corrected with a groan, "But we didn't do it with Ill intentions if that helps anything. I just... we often went overboard when trying to do our jobs."

"What are those rules?" Straw asked, now very curious about them.

The three gave each other a grin before launching into what was obviously an imitation of Meliodas, spending entirely too peppy,

(FYI I don't know what Law 1 and 2 ate so its headcanon time)

"Sin's Law #1: A sin shall do everything in their power to protect the kingdom and its people!" Ban pointed up, imitating the gestures Meliodas had given when started creating the laws. Diane joined inw ith a goggle,

"Sins Law #2: We are to turn to Merlin or King for instruction in the event the Captain is incapable of leading us and above all else listen to the king."

Now King rolled his eyes, crossing his arms,

"I still don't get why I'm the one he picked for that. Sins Law #3: A sin shall ask no questions of another members sin."

"Law #4 is one of my favorites!" Diane said, "Sins Law #4 states that if a friend is in crisis everyone needs to use all their power to help them!"

"Sins Law #6: When two sins are in disagreement they can resolve it with a fight. You an' I usually fought a lot Cap'n, jsut for fun though not because fo a disagreement." Ban snorted while King rolled his eyes,

"Sins Law #6 os pretty contradictory tot hay though. If two sins are fighting to the death than the other five must do their utmost to stop them, even if it means eliminating the perpetrator."

"And finally Sins law 7, everyone needs to make sure to come together as a team every now and then!" They finished in unison, matching poses with hands on hips. Straw blinked in confusion,

"Those rules are really confusing but... I think I get it?"

"What!? I sure as heck don't" Veronica exclaimed, "What kind of rules are those!? They're barely even rules!"

"The Cap'n had this weird way of wording them, yeah, but they're actually pretty good rules." Ban chuckled.

Straw nodded along,

"Yeah, I mean... the first two are pretty self explanatory. You need to help the kingdom and it establishes a chain of command. The third one makes it so that nobody can judge each other based on what our sins are. Law numbers 4 makes us look after each other. I'm not sure why law 5 exists though, I'm not much of a fighter."

"You used to be, Captain." Diane explained, "You loved to scrap whenever you could, just for fun. If I remember right you made that law because Bam was messing with King and fbe two of them were distracting everyone else with their bickering so you made them fight it out."

King immediately turned to protest while Ban started cackling, remembering that day.

"That sounds like it was fun!" Straw laughed. "But who won at the end?"

"Neither of them", Diane said.

"Neither?"

"Neither. They got so into it that you had to step in and stop them."

"For real?"

"Yup!"

omg okay so the first show that i watched this year was saiki k, so that would be... oh that's so hard because now i have to choose between kaidou and hairo... okay i'll go with kaidou since he was my first thought

and at the time i first saw this (... and then got distracted lol), the last show i had watched was i'm pretty sure gravity falls... that or dance moms OOPS

okay so kaidou would thrive in gravity falls he and dipper would get along. mostly. i feel like dipper wouldn't be into the whole dark reunion thing, but also he might be... see, it depends on how believable kaidou could make it sound because if it sounds believable, dipper would be into it. you know, kaidou could honestly just be a character in gravity falls like from the town - he fits the vibes v well.

he'd be really into the mystery shack, stan would "hate" him, he and soos would be besties, mabel would like him most of the time i think... y eah. he'd love it and he'd be so into the journals too. he would get absolutely terrified by everything tho, but he'd be able to hold his own <3

the most recent show that i watched now would be spy x family, but that's just the first episode so i don't trust my judgement there yet, so the other one would be seven deadly sins and that would be... interesting hmmmm...

DS9 Rarepair Week: Free Space

Curzon Dax was old-school cool.

He shouldn’t have been able to pull it off. He was an old guy, wiry and a little stooped, but he still flirted with everyone he met like he’d just turned 21. He had a story for every occasion, and they changed on every retelling. He knocked back Romulan ale like it was water and laughed at anyone who told him to slow down. He was four times Benjamin Sisko’s age and Sisko had the fiercest crush of his life on him. 

He didn’t think anything would come of it. Wasn’t sure if he wanted anything to come of it, even. He savoured the crush like it was something luxurious and used it to motivate himself whenever the work of an ensign on Pelios Station became too onerous – which it often did. 

Pelios Station had two bars, and they were drinking one night in the one Curzon preferred; the seedier of the two, naturally. Curzon was boasting about something, like he often did, probably something to do with women, and one of the other ensigns called him out on it.

“You think I’m too old for that kind of thing, don’t you?” Curzon said. “I can see it in your eyes. I bet I could arm wrestle any one of you.” He looked the ensign up and down. “Maybe not you, you’re a stick, it wouldn’t be fair. Now, Ensign Sisko, there – that would be a challenge.”

Sisko felt a grin spread over his face, quite beyond his control. “You think you can take me on, old man?”

“‘Old man’, is it?” Curzon said, but he was grinning too. “All right then.” 

For a moment, when Curzon gripped his palm, Sisko thought about letting him win. But his competitive instincts took over. Curzon was stronger than he looked, and he was trying to psyche Sisko out too, staring him down. It made victory all the sweeter when Sisko smacked Curzon’s hand down onto the table.

“Well fought, old man,” Sisko said.

“You call me that one more time –” Curzon said.

“What’ll happen, old man?” Sisko said, arousal and adrenaline fizzing. 

Curzon came in, very, very close, his hand still on Sisko's. “I’ll make you regret it,” he murmured, and Sisko felt a thrill go right up his spine. 

Ten minutes after that his clothes were in a heap on Curzon’s floor. 

It didn’t happen often. Curzon was Sisko’s commanding officer first, his mentor second, his drinking buddy third, and only then his lover. Jennifer treated the relationship with baffled fondness. Until finally the news came from Risa that Curzon was gone. 

Two years later, newly in command of Deep Space Nine, Benjamin Sisko waited as a beautiful young woman called Jadzia Dax stepped out of a shuttle, mid-flirt with the station’s new doctor. 

He wasn’t sure what he was supposed to say. Their romantic relationship, if he could call it that, was over: Trill had strict rules about that kind of thing. And there were so many other people here, so many other expectations and things to think about. They were drawn into the strange world of Prophets and Orbs before they had any kind of chance to talk properly, before Sisko had a chance to learn who Dax was now that he – she – was no longer Curzon. 

It was Dax who took the initiative, in the end.

“Benjamin, I was happy when I heard you accepted this assignment. I've been worried about you.”

“It’s good to see you too,” Sisko said. “Old man.”

A white light shined brightly as a tall figure came from it. Theseus’ form glowed for a second before he appeared in all his actual godly body. It wasn’t much different from the character he had just been playing as he modeled it after his actual looks after all. The golden locks and blue eyes that could rival the clear oceans and a slim figure that had slight muscle on it. The only difference is that instead of the normal one pair of wings “Tommy” had been known for Theseus had three pairs all as black as his parents.

Landing on his feet he blinked a few times, astonishment on his face “There is no way that green prick actually did it” his voice wavered a slight laugh in his tone.

“Afraid so Theseus” Kristin’s echoey voice rung out, her tone calm, a small smile on her face at the sight of her youngest son. Theseus turned to his mom with a look of anger on his face “MUM YOU SAW THAT PRICK!!? WHO THE FUCK DOES HE THINK HE IS??” Tommy growled smoke coming from his mouth “AND SAYING HE CONTROLS DEATH!!! WHO THE ACTUAL FUCK DOES HE THINK HE IS” Flames were now coming from the ground underneath Tommy’s feet. The ground turning into soft mud before immediately turning into obsidian. You see the smallest god here was in charge of all the elements in the three worlds; he could control Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. He was beyond angry now he didn’t mind the stupid green shit mocking him and maybe even his brothers but NO ONE talks about his mom like that. Theseus was furious, about to rain hell down upon that green fuck, but was soon cut short.

“Theseus the ground…” Kristin’s voice held no malice, just gentleness as she held kind eyes. The boy turned to his mother before looking down at the oasis before them “Oh….my bad mum..” His tone going soft but Tommy huffed, smoke coming out of his mouth but none of that anger was directed at his mother and they both knew that. Theseus spit in his hands, the spit a fiery red; lava he spat up the lava and used it to mold the now burnt-white space he and his family lived in. Kristin smiled at him “Thank you” She spoke the veil barely moving like she hadn’t even let air out her mouth.

Theseus just nodded as he now walked over to his mom and sat near her. “That fucking prick…I was just telling a joke stupid bitchboy can’t even handle that” Theseus growled. Soft chuckled left Kristin’s black covered lips “Mortals aren’t fond of our jokes now are they Toms~” You couldn’t see her face but Tommy felt the shit eating grin coming from her. “Ughhhh yeah yeah laugh it up, i thought it would be a fun one alright” Theseus puffed up his wings and threw himself back looking at his mom. Laugh she did, it was loud but also made no sound at all, his mom was always like that she basically had no presence. “Y’know I think it’s a cute name..it just fits” The goddess bend down to look at her son “What about making it your mortal name? I know you like your actual name but mortals don’t need to know that now do they”

Theseus opened his mouth to speak but suddenly another glow was in front of the duo. It turned a soft blue before the being split in two and then two boys with identical brown hair appeared. Appearing before them there stood Apollo and Pelios, Apollo had curly hair while on top sat a gold laurel along with his normal dark brown eyes. Pelios on the other hand also had those same curls but much longer hair with a deep blue flower crown, he had one brown eye and one icy blue. Apollo was the first to speak “Y’know Tubbo and Ranboo are freaking out over your death message” Apollo crossed his arms as Pelios waved him behind him. Theseus groaned once more “Oh there’s also that mum, them…they just AHHHRNSHSBD” he rolled onto his stomach and his wings fluttered nervously. Theseus has just completely ignored his older brothers, Apollo rolled his eyes and Pelios giggled “Tom…um Theseus you might want to go bad soon they and Dream are getting unstable. Dream isn’t happy staring at your limp body and sam….saw the messages and a-also isn’t happy…” Theseus groaned again “Mum why is trying to be human so hard..” The shapeshifter whined. Kristin just laughed again “I know my son but this is what you wanted” she hummed.
