Being Peggy Carter's Naive and Gentle Younger Brother Would Include...
Request: I saw in your fandom list that you write for agent carter!!! Could you maybe write some headcannoms for what being her younger brother (or sibling you prefer!) who knows about her life and everything, but is a very soft and gentle person - though a bit naive at times with trusting nature?
Tumblr media
She is insanely protective over you, like she tries to avoid telling you too much because she doesn't want you to get kidnapped for information and when you do eventually draw it out, she's obsessed with your safety.
And she'll be suspicious of everyone you talk to, even if they're a normal everyday person she doesn't want you to get hurt. You know she's just trying to look out for you but it can get annoying and overbearing sometimes
She is a really good sister though, she will banter with you back and forth and the two of you will throw insults as well
Often times people will overlook her because she's a woman, which sometimes works to her advantage, but if she needs a man to do something for her she won't hesitate to call you up. She has used you for more missions than you can count. You know that you're safe the whole time though; she'd never let anything happen to you
You and Jarvis get along so well. He seriously loves that you're so normal and sweet compared to your sister, the opposite of her pretty much in every way. He will literally just hang out with you at random times
You have to dress a lot of her wounds, you know the ones that Jarvis doesn't get to first. Because of this you've grown accustomed to storing first aid supplies
Worrying about her constantly. Not because she's a woman, you know she's fully capable but because you'd hate to see anything happen to your amazing badass older sister
She will protect you from anything and anyone. You'll never have a toxic ex because she wouldn't allow anyone who hurts you to live that long
Lots of late night worrying but also lots of late nights spent reminiscing and laughing with her over memories; from your childhood and from her adventures. There's never a dull moment between the two of you
She buys you food to make up for it. Plenty of baked goods especially, whatever your favourite is she'll get you whatever you want
Often times, she stands up for you when you can't bring yourself to say things. She always knows the right thing to say and she often leaves the people who are bothering you tongue tied

Written for Fictober 2023!
Fandom: Marvel
Day 6 Prompt: "I can't wait for you."
Requested: Yes by @flowers-and-fichte! Hope you like it!
Summary: Summary: Peggy and her bestie are having a much-needed night out on the town.
Word Count: 1,520
Category: Fluff
Putting work into an AI program without permission is illegal. You do not have my permission. Do not do it.
"Peggy, come on!" I shouted, hammering on the door of her apartment at the Griffith. "I can't wait for you, let's go!"
"Don't you have to wait for me?" I heard her voice call from inside. A second later, the door opened, Peggy grinning at me with her hair, makeup, and outfit done to perfection. "Unless you intend to go dancing and drinking alone."
I crossed my arms and huffed. "I'll go get Angie. She'd be willing to come. And I get the feeling she wouldn't be intentionally slow in getting ready to avoid going out on the town."
Peggy sighed, stepping back from the door long enough to grab her purse before finally joining me completely in the hallway.
"We both know Angie's busy, otherwise she'd be coming with us right now."
"I probably could've gone to the Automat, gotten her out of her shift, and gotten to the club in the time it took you to get ready."
Peggy just shook her head with a small smile as she locked her door and the two of us finally headed out. After months of stress and work at the SSR, especially as the only two female agents, I'd decided Peggy and I needed a night out. Little miss workaholic hadn't been particularly on board, and she'd been dragging her feet the whole time, but I wasn't about to let that stop me. Now, finally, I'd officially managed to get her out of the house.
"So, where to?" asked Peggy, tightening her coat a little as we stepped into the cool night air.
"Sousa told me about a place he likes last week," I said. "We're going to go see whether or not he's got good taste."
Peggy gave a noncommittal grunt as I stepped out into the street and hailed a taxi. We climbed in and I gave our driver the address, then settled into the back seat with Peggy.
A few minutes into the ride, I caught her eyes scanning our surroundings as we drove. I sighed loudly and rolled my eyes before fixing Peggy with a look.
"What?" she demanded.
"Seriously? You're canvassing and scanning for threats. You need to cut that out right now. We're supposed to be having a fun, relaxing night on the town, we can't do that if you're constantly looking for threats to take down and improvised weapons to take them down with."
She huffed a sigh, breaking her vigilant scan to meet my eyes.
"I'm sorry. I know. It's just... we've been on red alert for months. It's a little hard to turn it off, isn't it?"
"I know what you mean. But you've got to try, Peggy. We're both going to go completely crazy if we don't take a little break now and then."
She hummed her agreement as she turned back to looking out the window, this time with less of an agent's edge. I smiled to myself. At least it was progress.
A few minutes later, the cab pulled up outside of a swanky-looking club, people smiling and chatting in incredible outfits outside. Peggy and I stepped out, and I was happy to say, we fit right in.
We got a few appreciative looks as we headed into the club shoulder to shoulder, to find the place absolutely swinging. People swirled around the dancefloor, the music boomed from the live band across the room, and people were laughing and chatting at tables all across the bar. I smiled.
"Well, what should we do first?" I asked, leaning in towards Peggy and raising my voice a little to be heard over the noise. "Drinks, dancing, or finding a place to sit?"
"Drinks," Peggy called back. "And then dancing."
"Yes ma'am!"
I started off through the crowd in the direction of the bar, holding one hand behind my back for Peggy to take if she needed it to keep from getting separated. I couldn't help moving to the beat a little as we snaked through the crowd, bobbing my head and smiling at everyone else. When we made it to the bar and Peggy stepped up next to me, I was happy to find her with a smile on her face, too.
"First round's on me!" I said. "What're you drinking?"
"Jim Beam," she said. "On the rocks."
I scoffed and rolled my eyes, even as I flagged down the bartender. "You're very predictable, Peggy. Next time, I'm gonna get you to try one of the signature drinks with me."
Peggy snorted, but I ignored her as I placed our orders. A moment later, our drinks arrived, and I raised mine in toast as I turned more fully to face my friend.
"To us!" I said, yelling a bit to be heard over the noise. "The two best agents the SSR could've asked for, no matter what any of those idiots in the office might say, and to getting a well-deserved night to have fun!"
Peggy smiled, and we clinked our glasses together, locking eyes before taking a small sip. Peggy sighed and leaned back against the bar, surveying the crowd before us.
"Thank you for dragging me out tonight," she said. I grinned, leaning against the bar next to her. "I don't know how I managed to keep from going insane in that office before you came along, but I'm so happy we can face things together now."
"Me too, Peg. Me too."
We stood together in comfortable silence for a few moments, sipping our drinks and enjoying watching the crowds and taking in the music. Finally, I sighed and set my mostly-empty glass on the bar behind me, then turned to Peggy.
"Alright, Peg. I don't know about you, but I think it's time to dance."
The corner of her mouth quirked up, and she set her glass down next to mine.
"I'd say I agree."
I grinned, then took her hand and dragged her out onto the dancefloor with me. She followed along, laughing, and we wove our way through the crowd until we found a good dance space. As soon as we found it, we faced each other and held hands, taking turns spinning each other around and dancing like maniacs to the beat.
I laughed as Peggy spun me, poorly, and I almost went knocking into a couple dancing next to us. They looked to be here on a date, and gave Peggy and I a dirty look, but we ignored them.
"Are you trying to go bowling for the people around us?" I called, laughing over the music as I came back towards Peggy and spun her out and away from me next. She laughed too, a carefree smile on her face that I hadn't seen in far too long.
"Maybe! Or maybe I'm trying to keep your reflexes sharp."
"Oh gee, thanks," I scoffed, rolling my eyes as we launched into the lindy hop. "Really Peg, I appreciate it."
"Good! You can repay me by doing my filing tomorrow."
I threw my head back and laughed, and after a minute, Peggy joined in. We lost track of time whirling across the floor together, both of us putting unique spins on the dances, since neither of us were very used to dancing the guy's part. We had more fun as a result, and while a few people shot us judgey looks as we flew across the floor, most people just smiled good-naturedly at the fun we were clearly having.
Once we both started sweating enough, we stumbled off the floor together, massive grins dominating both our faces. Peggy took a detour to the bar while I found us a table in the back to rest and catch our breath for a few moments, scanning the crowd again as I did. Sousa had absolutely hit it out of the park with this recommendation.
"Two waters, and two signature cocktails," Peggy announced, setting the drinks down before sliding into the booth with me. I smiled.
"Thanks, Peg. Cheers."
We toasted, then settled in together, laughing and talking the night away as we observed everyone around us. We made a few more trips to the dancefloor, spinning around with the same reckless abandon as when we'd started, and when we finally piled into a cab a little after one in the morning, we both knew the judgey looks from Ms. Fry would be worth it.
"We really need to do this more often," I mused, stumbling down the hallway with my shoes in one hand, my bed calling to me. Still, I paused with Peggy outside her door as she took out her keys.
"I actually think I agree with you," she said, shooting me a smile. "I haven't had fun like that since before the war. And maybe not even then."
"Likewise. We'll have to tell Sousa his recommendation was fantastic."
"That we will. But not until Monday. For once in my life, I'm going to do absolutely nothing tomorrow."
I grinned. "I support you in that, Peggy. In fact, I support you so much, I think I'll join you in solidarity."
We shared beaming smiles, then both disappeared into our own apartments. I immediately fell into bed, not bothering to change, a smile on my face. Sometimes, you just really needed a girls' night.

Flustered Mess

Peggy x female reader. This will be short(a drabble I guess) just one of the the three dreams I've had of Peggy that I decided to write as a x reader fic. Still very insecure with my writing skills so apologize for the cringe this is. This is supposed to be fluff.

Your eyes carefully scanned the place, hand lingering near your pistol that's in the holster strapped to your side, fidgeting with the soft fabric of your dark purple blouse while trailing behind Peggy and Howard, Jarvis next to your side, not looking any less nervous to be here snooping around the place where you definitely shouldn't be.
"If I die tell my wife Ana that I love her please." Jarvis whispered to you, his arm bumping against yours slightly causing your eyes to land on him, rolling your eyes playfully at the taller man.
"Mr Jarvis, have a little faith in us. We won't die."
Jarvis smiled at your words, knowing the indeed you and Peggy are fully capable of handling yourself and that the two of you have saved his and Howard's hides far more than he'd like to mention.
"I surely hope so, Miss (Y/n)." Jarvis said, trying to sound more confident.
Your eyes landed back on Peggy and Howard who came to a stop at the door, the brunette already starting to lock pick the locked door, pushing the door open once it clicked open while you and Jarvis scanned the place for any unwanted attention, a silent yelp escaping your mouth when a soft hand wrapped around your wrist, pulling you inside the dimly lit room and causing you to slightly stumble into someone, cheeks tinged slightly red when looking up from the familiar red blouse and meeting eyes with a slightly smiling Peggy.
"Hey there darling." She whispered in her British accent, seeing your cheeks reddened more at both the pet name and her voice, a confident smile ever present as you tried to keep eye contact with her, jumping slightly against her when one of her hands brushed against your side where your blouse have ridden up slightly, goosebumps prickling across your skin when her hand settled on your waist with more confidence.
"Why so nervous Agent (Y/L)?" Peggy asked teasingly, knowing full well the effect she got on you. How she loved teasing you and getting you flustered, it made her especially glad she was able to do so easily because others couldn't succeed in that and was brushed off by you, remembering the time how Jack sulked away to tend to his bruised ego after a failed attempt to get you flustered and riled up by one of his cocky remarks all the while grumbling at the other snickering agents to shut up and get back to work, having glared at Peggy who have only shot him a smirk when he passed her desk.
"I...er..." You stumbled over your words, screaming internally, mind going haywire from everything that is Peggy while trying to fight of the furious blush wanting to spread across your face, that same intense as in hers mirroring in yours while you kept eye contact.
"Miss Carter, I doubt now is the right time to...do whatever is happening between the two of you." Howard interrupted, gesturing between the two of you with his hands, raising his hands when Peggy shot him a annoyed glare.
Peggy hesitantly let you go, already missing the feeling of your warm body pressed up against her, resisting the urge to throw something at Howard for interrupting as she made her way to him to scan over the files of information you've came for in the first place, files Howard needed more specifically after landing them in another tough situation that could potentially end up getting you all killed or both you and her fired if Thompson found out about it.
Jarvis nervously kept a look out at the door for security while you sat yourself down on one of the desks, picking up a few files and blue prints, scanning through them absentmindedly, trying to not think about what would have happened if Howard haven't interrupted the moment you and Peggy had, feeling a great deal disappointed.
While reading through a file you slightly jumped when a hand landed on your exposed side, heart rate slightly unsteady until you heard a familiar soft giggle in your ear and smell that familiar perfume of Peggy washing over you, relaxing completely but immediately you could feel your cheeks heating up when the brunette's other hand landed on your other side, the soft skin brushing past your blouse and settling on your waist softly.
"You always are so comfy and cuddle-able, dear." Peggy's rubbed your sides, enjoying the way you shivered against her touch, breathing slightly unsteady and your heart beating a little faster while you try not to stumble over your words, willing yourself not to turn redder by the second as her voice wafted through your ears.
Whispering her name softly you tried finding your voice desperately, trying to find some of your self control and a teasing remark back to get the older woman to be just as flustered as you before she completely redused you to a flustered mess but ultimately failing as her hold on your waist tighten, complete jelly in her hold.
"Does my voice make you nervous darling?" She breathed against your ear, voice full of teasing and pride, full well knowing it does, you've not so subtly always paid more attention when she was speaking even if it was to someone else and once mentioned how you loved her British accent when Howard managed to get you both a little tipsy.
"If you keep that up I'll be redder than your blouse Pegs." You mumbled breathlessly after finally regaining your voice, swiping a lock of hair from your eyes, trying to avoid making eye contact with the woman over your shoulder who watched you with amusement, a cheeky grin spread across her face while you tried your best to contain your blush, unconsciously leaning your head against her, feeling the rumble of her chest when she giggled at you again softly, seeing the blush dotting across your cheeks when you did so.
"Aw, you're blushing like a rose." She cooed with awe, watching your face with utmost love as you made a nervous laugh escape your mouth, biting your lower lip as your eyes bounced around the room frantically, the tips of your ears burning with embarrassment, praying that Peggy cant hear your frantic heart beat.
"You look absolutely beautiful like this (Y/n)." She said truthfully, eyes skimming over your face until it landed to your bottom lip trapped between your teeth.
"Miss Carter, I'm afraid you've broken Miss (Y/L)." Jarvis quipped in suddenly, seeing your red dusted cheeks while trying to open your mouth to talk but instead opting to rub at your forehead nervously with a big smile on your face.
"Peggy, don't break her please because I really want to get out of here alive." Howard added, a heap of files tucked under his arm while pretending to roll his eyes in fake annoyance but you could see the smirk grazing his lips while watching you and Peggy.
The British woman pulled away from you again reluctantly, for a moment wanting to throw a remark at the smug man but knowing that the four of you have to get going, she'll have plenty of time to tease you more later.
"Do you have everything Howard?" She asked, helping you to stand up from the desk, smiling to herself while you tried to avoid eye contact and get your blush under control.
"I have Miss Carter. Now let's get a move on, I got machine to build and save everyone from a certain doom. You two ladies can have fun once we are back at my mansion." The smug and teasing tone was evident in his voice as he wiggled his eyebrows, only another cause for you to turn red again at his implications of you and her as you made your way to the door with Jarvis while Peggy shot him a glare, rolling her eyes before smiling, trailing behind you and Jarvis with the billionaire in tow who took to teasing the brunette.
-Timeskip-(just a added bonus to how my dream ended)
Rushing back into mansion you said a quick hello to Ana before making your way to your room hurriedly while Howard laughed and Peggy smirking to herself as they made their way inside the mansion.
Ana looked a little lost for a moment while pointing to the direction you left in with confusion, watching as Peggy made her way in the same direction as you, her heels clicking against the floor with their usual confidence.
"Why is she so red and hasty?"
Jarvis chuckled while pulling Ana into his arms, kissing her and resting his chin on her head afterwards.
"I can safely say that Miss Carter is the cause of her being in such a state." Jarvis said with a happy smile, content at being back home and having his love and friends back home safe and clearly happy that his ship of you and Peggy is sailing while Howard went to pour himself a drink, disappearing down the hall with the files in hand.

To Be Yours (Peggy Carter x Reader)
Summary: in general, this is Peggy Carter (i didn't see her in the list of characters, but it would be cool if you wrote about her). well, the idea is probably with modern au, hurt/comfort and the transfer of dominance from the reader to Peggy."you go up to Peg and sit on your knees in front of her, putting your heads on her soft thigh. "do you really want to be my good girl?"you nod, kissing her through the fabric and inhaling her scent, enjoying the soft touch of her hand in your hair."
Words: 875
Warnings: Angsty, language?
A/N: It’s not exactly on prompt but I did what I could for such unfamiliar territory.

Staring up at the ceiling of your apartment, – though you rarely considered this place yours anymore, since you were hardly here anymore – you couldn’t stop the tears from trickling down your cheeks. It felt so lonely, being here without her. Knowing you could sprawl out. Knowing you’d eventually fall asleep without the warmth of Peggy pressed into your front.
It was miserable but you only had yourself to blame for the position you found yourself in.
There had always been something about her. You’d met accidentally and within weeks, you knew without a shadow of doubt she was going to steal your heart. But you struggled – desperately trying but never truly succeeding – to show her all the pieces residing inside. Only offering her the parts you thought she’d want to see.
In life…in bed…
You had to be in control. Never passing the reins to her, even when you could barely hold it together; could barely keep from drowning under the weight of life. The fear of disappointment dragging you deeper in the hole you’d stumbled into. If you showed her everything, she wouldn’t like what she saw.
Except nothing two dimensional can survive in the real world.
“I think you should go, (Y/N),” Peggy decided from her perch on the couch, her eyes tracking you as you paced about her apartment. “Clearly we aren’t going to be able to solve anything tonight.”
“I’m not even sure what the problem is,” you admitted in frustration, pausing directly before her, silently begging for understanding.
Sighing, her gaze softened as she saw a hint of the real you breaking through the façade you wore like armor, the shiny falsehoods falling away like shattered glass. “You won’t let me in. That is our problem. You tell me what you think I want to hear, not the entire truth, and it’s not healthy. You think you have to be in control of everything all the time, but you can’t be. Letting go is okay but you… won’t let me carry the burdens with you or give yourself a break. No one can be in control all the time.”
“I…” you knew she was right but you couldn’t find the proper words to answer, knowing it would all sound like platitudes and broken promises.
“Until you’re willing to let me in, there’s nothing to say, love.”
You hated how much it killed you, hearing the defeat and acceptance in her dismissal, despite knowing you deserved it.
“Fuck!”
Rolling out of bed, you hurriedly tossed on your shoes – completely forgoing tying them in your haste – before gathering the essentials and leaving the empty space threatening to suffocate you in its stillness. Losing Peggy was not an option and if that meant banishing the charade, showing her the person simmering below the surface, then so be it.
At least if she decided then that you were no longer worth the effort, you could say you tried.
You didn’t remember the drive to Peggy’s apartment, but as you lingered outside her door, you wondered if this was a mistake. If the speech in your head would only end in ridicule.
C’mon, (Y/N), you have to try.
Knocking firmly on the wood, you waited. Soft steps padded across the floor inside and you awkwardly shuffled your feet, head bowing as the door swung open.
“(Y/N)…?”
“Can we talk?” you whispered, peeking up slightly to catch sight of dark shorts and mile-long legs.
She hesitated for a split second before opening the door wider and inching aside, closing it behind you as she followed you into her living room.
“It’s late. Are you alright?” her voice was kind, despite the exhaustion apparent. You’d definitely awoken her from a deserved rest – the emotional toil of the night surely having caught up to her – but you couldn’t back down now.
Swallowing dryly, you shook your head. “No.”
In a position similar to your previous conversation, you blinked at her with wide eyes, watching the concern glistening in her eyes.
“I’m afraid. Of letting go. Of giving up control, because it’s the only thing I’ve ever known. But I’m more afraid of losing you. I want to let go, but I don’t know how to ask. I don’t know how to stop wanting to fight for that control. In life. Sex. Everything. But I want to try. I don’t want to be in control all the time.”
Collapsing to your knees in front of her, you stared up at her imploringly.
“I want to be yours. I want to give every piece of myself to this…to you.”
Pressing your head into her soft thigh, a stray tear escaped as long digits combed through your locks.
“Do you really want that? Or are you just saying what you think I want you to say?” The calm, deliberate strokes of her fingers left your body feeling like jelly but you forced yourself to stay in the moment.
You nodded, kissing the side of her leg as her ministrations drained away the panic bubbling in your chest. “I mean it. I want it.”
And you really did. Every single word had been honest, nothing held back as you poured out everything you’d kept hidden.
“That’s all you ever had to say.”

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
To put it simply, you'd had the worst day. You'd arrived late to work due to the fact that your girlfriend Peggy, who would usually wake you both up, had stayed late at her job last night and subsequently not being able to come home that night, meaning by the time you woke up you were almost an hour late and rushing out of your apartment with the overwhelming worry that you'd forgotten something.
You had. You'd forgotten half of your work uniform, so then you were showing up to your job in yes, the right shirt, but you had completely forgotten to change your bottoms and now you were wearing dark grey pants to your job as a waitress. And your boss was not happy.
He would never shut up about 'professionalism and presentation in the workplace' but really he just wanted to see his female employees in skirts and it was disgusting. You hated it but you couldn't do anything about it, you needed a job.
But sometimes, it was way too much for you to handle. The diner you work at just never stopped being overstimulating and overwhelming, it felt like a punishment for something you hadn't done.
Your hellish day didn't stop at being reprimanded by your boss for wearing the wrong uniform, and not just the wrong uniform but for wearing 'pants? I think you're a bit confused sweet cheeks'.
He forced you to wear a spare skirt from a waitress who had previously worked there, and it was not at all your size. It was dusty and torn at the seam, so every step you took you had to awkwardly pull it up to make sure it didn't fall right off you. You received weird looks all around you, and the occasional creep watching you carefully, waiting for your skirt to slip so they could see your exposed skin. You felt fucking sick.
And then every customer at the diner seemed to decide that today was the day they all turn against you, and make sure they were the rudest and most impatient people that is humanly possible, and push you to the edge knowing that you couldn't react for the sake of your job.
You'd had enough when you'd finally left your job, making your way home, and realised when in the rush of leaving for work this morning, you'd locked your apartment keys inside your apartment. Which in the grand scheme of things should not have been the mental blow it was, yeah maybe a bit of a panic before realising your girlfriend also had a key, and that'd be it. But no, today had been terrible. It had been so trying on you mentally and this, of all things, had been your last straw.
So now you found yourself sliding your back down the wooden door of your locked apartment, tears pouring out as you pull your knees up and hide your face.
You hate your habit of waking up late no matter how hard you try to change your sleep schedule in a way that would benefit you.
You hate your boss for being so backwards and idiotic.
You hate the customers at the diner for being so disgusting and rude.
You hate yourself for forgetting to get your key out of your apartment before you locked it in there.
But most of all, you miss your girlfriend and you hate how long it's been since you've last seen her.
You don't know how long you've been sat here, head between your legs, not even trying to calm down, just crying and crying and crying. You don't know if people have seen you sobbing in the hallway, and quickly turned the other way, or how many people have walked past you as quietly and rapidly as possible to get past and away from the weeping girl on the second floor of an apartment complex...
"Y/n!? Darling is that you??"
Your body immediately freezes at the familiar voice and hurried footsteps nearing your trembling figure.
"Oh love, oh dear c'mere, what happened?" Peggy asks you, bending down to rest the balls of her feet as she rests her palms on your shaking knees, her heart breaking as she takes in the view of you, broken and crying at the door of your shared apartment.
You try to slow your ragged breathing to answer your girlfriend, but all that comes out is a strangled whine, and Peggy's heart breaks impossibly more.
"Oh love, it's okay, i'm here," Peggy comfort you as she moves to sit next to you, pulling you to her chest and soothingly rubbing your back.
"It's okay dear, I'm here," Peggy whispers comforting things to you as you wrap your arms around her, she tells you about something funny she overheard about a co-worker, a memory of when she was a kid, she tells you anything sweet and funny that comes to mind, no matter how small.
She tells you about how her least favourite smell is that of strawberries, for no discernible reason other than the fact that it is far too sweet of a scent, and that 'really, strawberries taste nice so they already have that going for them, but then they also smell sweet? I don't trust it, no one needs that much going for them', which makes you giggle at your girlfriend, looking up from where you head is buried in her chest, to see your beautiful Peggy smiling down at you, love and adoration flooding her soft eyes.
"Thank you, Peg," you whisper, as she moves her sleeve to gently wipe stray tears off your cheeks.
"Of course love, I'm always here for you, okay?"
You let out a deep breath and nod your head, "Yeah.. Peg, I love you, ya'know?"
"I love you too Y/n," Peggy grins softly at you.
After a moment of you two just enjoying being in each other's presence, Peggy speaks up.
"Ok well, I don't know about you but it is so bloody cold out here," She laughs, starting to stretch her arms, "How about we head in, yeah?"
"Yeah, it is pretty cold," You smile at your girlfriend as she helps you stand up on shaky legs, still holding your hand as she goes to unlock the apartment door.
Smiling as the two of you walk into your shared apartment, you watch your beautiful girlfriend as she grabs her bag and carries it in with her, heels clicking along the wooden floor boards. You can't help but feel like everything is and will be okay, because as long as you have Peggy, the love of your life by your side, everything will work out.

In pity and trembling of old age—Peggy Carter waits for the cold of which promised to engulf her flesh of winter’s crisp and colours fade into its grey shade, body to waste beneath dirt and soul to keep away from the earth’s core. Time was slowly approaching for years, falling so carefully above her heavy head as she clutches the baby blue blanket around her frail body. It’s coming at a slow pace that she forgets from time to time of life as it wasn’t the same as before.
The chasing feeling wakes like floating at the rims of her scalding hot coffee and vapours of cloudy white puffing at her face. A bitter taste equips on her tongue and the walls of her mouth. Surely, a reflection surfaces on the dark liquid. Sweet smile dissolving what bitter that tried invading her mouth, heart and soul.
Said of something known as stories told in books and films that barely reach some, and still selling to thousands as nothing else—but a fairy tale. The throbbing pain nestles in her chest. Almost vanishing by seconds when she lies on her bed as the remaining of her douse her clean.
Tumblr media
“If you stare any longer, you might scare them away,” she jested with a pointed look towards the men lost in layers of work and nervously picking at their ties as their eyes sneaking glances at the director’s office.
Peggy shakes her head with an avoidable smile on her face, “I’ll have you know that I am not staring.”
“Oh right, you’re daydreaming about me.”
The response met with Peggy nodding her head, mindlessly agreeing—then her eyebrows furrowed, frowning lightly and meeting the gaze of someone so bold with their words. A young woman like she was, climbing the ladders created for men and fighting the battle for a country barely sparing a confident glance her way. What they see as an image of weakness, Peggy saw a reflection of herself when she was in her twenties. A woman in a field made for men.
“Y/n, you can’t— you can’t say things like that here,” she countered back, eyes dating from the wide windows of her office then the woman standing by the door with her arms crossed and a teasing smile plastered on her face.
Peggy calmly stands from her chair, taking steady steps towards the windows and carefully turned the blinds over, shielding her office from prying eyes. A snort was heard from her side and with it, the glint of mischief in those eyes that made her lips curves of a broad smile and warm invading her insides.
Y/n takes a step closer, not paying regards to professional distance, “So…what can I say Agent Carter?” she husked as hands firmly rest on Peggy’s waist and carefully pulling her closer. “Tell me what to say,” she whispered and leans her face closer.
“Agent…” Peggy warned while her voice wavers, betraying her attempt of superiority.
It takes seconds for the softest lips to meets her cheek, trailing down to her jaw and eagerness were her hands that swiftly clutches the younger woman’s arms. There’s a longing feeling awakening its sound in her chest, corrupting her mind by the burning touch and pleasurable sounds that leaves one mouth—it’s her.
The young woman grasping her soul by her own bare hand, confident and delicate. Falling apart in her hold for nights unknown, caressing her skin like painting art that she forgets of those outside their world and their obvious presence in the small office.
Just as her eyes shut closed, deliriously caving into the sleek touch of—
“Sorry, my boss says I gotta get back to work!” Y/n immediately jumped back, coyly pointing her thumb towards the door.
Peggy’s face dropped of shock as the warmth inside were now replaced by chills running down her spin. Her irritation blooms by laughter meeting her ears, and soon, she slaps the woman’s arm from finding the exchange funny.
“You are such a tease!” she exclaimed, her accent thicker by sudden snatched of pleasure.
“Me? A tease? Never.”
Nevertheless, they smiled at the epiphany like moment shared. Their eyes fazing into each other, glazing of something pure and innocence as when their hands intertwine. Mumbles of conversations, the rustling sound of papers, scratches of pen and pencils against paper, men trudging around the office and all which cease to exist. Not when they were too immerse in their own world.
“Kiss me before you go?” Peggy requested, puckering her lips and with that, all form of authority falls gracefully by the giddy expression on her face.
Y/n playfully rolled her eyes before wrapping her arms around broad shoulder, “I don’t know…my boss might not like it.”
Peggy huffed, and makes a move to push the body flushed against her away, but abruptly gasped when soft lips meets hers and her eyes shut closed, relishing the touch of their lips. Flashes of colours explodes behind her eyelids. Sweet and gentle, soothing her head of worry, and easing her chest into their reckless endeavours.
Instantly, she felt coldness on her lips that once basked in warmth. Peggy’s eyes flutter open, catching soft eyes staring adoringly into hers—and there’s a loud beat in her chest that rings it’s echoes in her ears. Breathless for the mere seconds, almost dropping on her knees when she realises the reasons behind the heavy throbbing in her chest.
“Still taking me out for dinner?” Y/n questioned, the slight insecurity in her tone deceives the boldness presented before.
Her response follows by firmly grasping Y/n’s face in her hands, “Of course, wouldn’t miss it for the world,” she promised as her heart settles with its own promise, because you come first always, my love.
Tumblr media
Peggy was chasing after her career, floating by its steely success and bruising her knees by the sheer glance of a young woman sauntering into the office. Y/n wasn’t from her rank or held the similar years of experience—but she swore to protect her by the trance of eyes swirling in each other’s colours, when limps were tangled in bed, and whispers of sweet words made her feel lighter than ever before. Bright smiles and even lighter eyes that she promised to never allow it’s light to fade. A promise sealed with a shy kiss on her cheek then another press on her lips and eventually, tugging the younger woman into her arms.
To her at least, Y/n was an image of perfection. Her own dedication and efforts sharing its reminder of her friend, Steve Rogers. But a vast different from the two. She admitted the thrilling moments spend with Steve and sheer the mention of him sends waves of emotions threatening to erupt from her chest, leaving her a crying mess.
But the hike of her beating heart by the seconds of images flashing in her head, consuming her mind and falling by the name of one person, Y/n. The drowsy feeling when fingers clasps around her own, the sweet words that left her teeth aching for more, whispers of words that left her mouth gape and sounds escaping so easily, so sinfully too.
When the whispers of her first love falls to her ears—god, they were sweet as flowers blooming in the summer. Where the sun blaze it’s light across the sky of day, sea crashing against shore of blue and foamy white, the birds singing it’s tune beneath leaves of green, the beauty of life breathe into her lungs of laughter and easing her chest of sounds from the younger woman’s mouth.
The noise of little groans and moans, what sounds were forgotten as sneeze and hums, it resides deep in her heart and alive as wild as it sounds. It wasn’t a passing infatuation. But the throbbing does ease by the seconds if her mind allows her the fleeting moment to remember her, Y/n.
Tumblr media
“I hear you singing, you know?” Peggy causally mentioned, her back leaning against the bed’s headboard while her hand held the multi coloured quilt against her bare chest.
Across the room, Y/n ‘s body free and the process of pouring their tea stopped. There’s a soft sound of deep breaths before her body turns around to meet Peggy’s harmless gaze, seemingly unable to focus on her eyes as brown eyes trails discreetly on the violet coloured rope hanging loosely around Y/n’s frame. Untied and unbothered, glimpse of skin peers cheekily beneath the silk rope.
“My eyes are here,” Y/n nonchalantly lifted her hand then pointing towards her face and a bashful smile flushed on Peggy’s face from her shameless gawking.
There’s a hum of response between Y/n padding across the wooden floor towards the bed while pulling the slippery silk from falling and Peggy’s eyes focused on the younger woman’s alluring steps. She stands at the end of the bed with her knees touching the mattress. Peggy’s lips curves into a smirk, her hand drops its attempt of covering her chest.
Seconds pass of eyes drinking the risky display of bodies, then the creaking from the bed when Y/n finally climbs into temptation—and the squishy sound of wet mouth meeting in a sloppy kiss, the scratches of sharp nails at the hollow of her throat where a moan escapes, and Y/n hungrily submitting her body into Peggy’s hold.
The touch proceeds without caution, whiff of arouse thickening in the air, their skins glistering of sweat—and Peggy stopped, her hands wrapped firmly on Y/n arms as the sound of disapproval leaves the woman straddling her.
“Sing for me?” Peggy requested, and her eyes shut closed immediately when teeth sinks deep into the crook of her neck. “Please,” she moaned, fingers tangling in Y/n hairs and pushing her head deeper as she allows herself to sink into the pulsing in her core before pulling her head away for their gaze to align.
A sigh leaves Y/n mouth as her eyes falls into the depth of brown pools, “Only for you, Peggy.”
The younger woman was absolutely smitten, requests from Peggy were accepted without hesitation. And she knows of the compelling smiles that makes her own wider.
Y/n retrieves the instrument from beneath her bed, hidden at the far end and sacred to her heart—Peggy remembered how her heart fluttered by the mention of her favourite songs, the instrument that never met her parents gaze, stories unfold of both sweet and bitter—and instrument was similar to a guitar, but much smaller in size. An exhausted ukulele from it’s years of use.
“I’m not that good,” she mumbled, eyeing the instrument in her hand as the other glides across the strings of her rope. Seemingly pulling the material closer to her body and legs crossing together at the edge of the bed.
A hand halted the timid movement of hers and she lifted her head, peering from her eyelashes as Peggy flashes a toothy grin. Vulnerability surfaces in her eyes—their eyes fuelling of an extreme life pulling at every end of good and bad, the little precious moments and interest kept so close to their heart to preserve its innocence—while equally sharing the most intimate parts of them with each other.
“Leave it,” Peggy assured lowly, her hand moving to press softly on Y/n cheek, “Sing to me before you go?”  she requested lovingly.
Y/n was doubting her intentions for the few seconds of silence before fluttering her eyelashes and pushing Peggy down on the bed, carefully climbing on the older woman and she instantly felt the firm hands on her waist.
It’s new—came out as a whisper for the name of the song as she sings, but Peggy knew beneath the plucks of strings and words sounding so calm, Y/n was singing of her own feelings than of someone else. Her words resonating of love, the wisps of hair tickling Peggy’s face, something of sweet fruits and innocent eyes fuelling of love. How eyes daringly gaze from across the herd of people, never understanding a love so bold or ever experience a love as such.
“You are stunning,” Peggy confessed. I love you so much, dripping from her tongue as she witnesses the shyness that creeps on the cheeks of a woman always so confident.  Her own eyes lingering on the smile that wakes her life, then slowly falling to the valley of her breast made known by the silk rope barely shielding Y/n’s body.
Wandering eyes and wandering touch, fingers so skilfully pulls the rope down to the half of her arm. Embroidery of violets touches the pad of her fingers and she reflects on its symbol; the faithfulness of her, the delicate love that made her smile unknowingly, and modesty—the meaning loss between sleek fingers traveling between her thighs, the heaving of her chest and staring with open mouth at the sight of breast pouring out from the damn silk rope—Y/n slips her fingers into her core with such ease, forgotten songs and forgotten neighbours as sinful sounds scratches her throat.
When her eyes meet the teasing glint in Y/n’s dilated ones, she could only lunge forward and collide their lips in a needy kiss. Hands moving so briskly as they do, everything else forgotten and wasting away behind them, but their love—blooms so vividly underneath warm light, blue of sky above, stars in the sky, and all that made Peggy’s chest ache for more.
Tumblr media
Peggy doesn’t wonder of life after death anymore. The life she had was enough, but the ones mostly basking in the moments with her—
“Y/n?” she gasped, sensing a warmth blanketing on her body and her eyes darting in the spaces of her room.
The sunlight slips between the slits of the curtain. Light casting a ray through the room and meeting at the end of her bed. She bathes in the warmth of sun invading the cold room. A smile ghosts on her lips as the creases of wrinkles from years of life widens by the growing smile.
Something pulls at her chest, throbbing by the beats of her heart and her lungs seemingly easing as she breathes the air of something—fresh and alive, far different from minutes ago. Her weakening body wakes, hands twitching as she reaches for the sun’s flare. There a serve ache in her chest that made her wince and she watch ahead of a white glow flutters by the edge of her bed.
It appears as such—a blooming flower, the colours of violet seem to blink its way into her vision, the dull room wakening by its vibrant, and there—radiant and young as ever, her true love. A smile widening on her face, eyes glint of joy she had missed for the years filled of sorrow.
“I heard you learned to cook.”
Peggy laughed, coughing as she does and the drops of tears escaping from her eyes. It’s the sound of Y/n’s voice like how she remembered, sweet and gentle, easing the throbbing in her chest that made its mark in her chest. Peggy was rendered speechless as she watches the young woman’s careful steps, the memories of their times spend together flickering before her eyes.
Y/n stands beside her bed. A frame caught her wide eyes, a family of three and the joyful smile on Peggy’s face that made hers wider while Peggy’s eyes never leaves her. Almost afraid that looking away might make her first love disappear as before, leaving her with crisps of life she didn’t understand anymore.
“They’re beautiful,” Y/n admitted, thoughtfully staring at the picture before meeting brown eyes growing duller by the second. “And you are still just as beautiful.”
Her voice shakes as she speaks, “You don’t know what you’re talking about. I’m old, I have always been, and you— god, you deserved so much more.”
The haunting feeling engulfs her heart, sound of cries invading her mind and the blood that tainted her hand so red—she couldn’t breathe, why did it hurt so badly when she wasn’t the one bleeding to death’s tune?
“We were young, reckless, and in love. I think it was perfect, my love,” Y/n comforted her as she carefully rests her hand on the older woman’s pale face and the warmth that spreads, widens Peggy’s eyes as her own hand eagerly grasp the warm hand she missed so much.
“Kiss me before you go?” Peggy requested, almost pleading as her lips quivers and she takes a deep breath.
Y/n doesn’t hesitate.
And their lips meet.
The soaring kiss flourishes her heart of life she missed, the smiles that wakes her lips and cheeks aching as they meet, the stolen moments beneath stairwells and behind office doors, the kiss good luck before a mission, and everything—
“Take me out for dinner?” Y/n breathlessly requested.
Peggy shakily nodded her head, cheeks stained of tears and body chasing the warmth that follows her. They were meant to meet again. She knew it. Perhaps, longer than what was snatched from them. The chance to consume their love so greedily and selfishly as she takes a heavy breath, eyes boring into the ones that left her dreaming for days and nights. The same woman still young and vibrant as when she first met her, and the blinding light that never felt so good.
“Wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

Prompts 1 &4 for Peggy carter please?
You got it! Enjoy! ☺️(Modern AU)
“Are you seriously trying to make me jealous?”
“Fuck being friends!”
You and Peggy were at a bar with some friends, mostly her friends since your friends were mostly homebodies aside from Natasha and her boyfriend, Bucky, you were currently chatting with Natasha while Peggy and Bucky went to get drinks "Uh, Y/N... Look towards the bar" Natasha said over the booming music.
Furrowing your brows in confusion, you did what she said and felt anger bubble up in your chest when you saw a random girl talking to Peggy and if the way the girl was up close and personal and touching Peggy, it wasn't a friendly conversation "We're not together, Nat... She can flirt with whoever she wants to" you said, trying to mask the anger and hurt as you turned back towards Natasha.
After that event, you kind of stayed away from Peggy the rest of the night, opting to hang close with Bucky and Nat until someone approached you and started hitting on you, which you welcomed since if Peggy could do it, so could you, the two of you getting rather close before you felt someone grab your arm "Hey!" You exclaimed as they dragged you off to the side to a more quiet hallway towards the bathrooms.
"I was in the middle of something" you huffed when Peggy released your wrist, crossing your arms as you looked at her, anger evident on her face as she stared you down "Are you seriously trying to make me jealous?" She asked, causing you to let out a shocked laugh, was she seriously acting like this? She literally did the same thing as soon as you guys got there!
"We aren't together if you do remember, you were flirting with others, so how come I can't flirt with people?" You exclaimed, anger building up and not just because of this situation "Fuck being friends, Y/N! I can't keep pretending that there's not something between us, I love you, damnit!" Peggy confessed, her chest heaving and staring you down as your jaw dropped, she had just confessed to you and here you were, gaping like a fish.
After a moment, you shook your head to clear your thoughts "I love you too, stupid!" You confessed, feeling a weight lift off your chest as you said those words, unable to process anything before Peggy pounced, pinning you to the wall behind you and kissing you like her life depended on it and hey, maybe your life depended on it too, the two of you getting lost in each other and the world around you disappearing, all that mattered was you and Peggy.

Peggy Carter/Reader "let's stay here for a while."
Peggy's smiling at you in the way that makes your stomach and heart flip inside you and you smile back, hoping she knows its genuine.
"Peggy.. I didn't think you'd..." You reach for her hand letting her pull you close before you look back to the door, intent on going back to the SSR's main office.
"Oh. Y/N; let's stay here for a while." Peggy's grip tightens and you frown a little at her.
"Really?"
"Yes. Can we?"
"Of course, has something happened?"
Times up. A man's voice chimes in your head and Peggy's face falls.
"I'll; I love you Y/N."
"I love you to Peggy.."

Fandom: Marvel
Square Filled: Edwin Jarvis
Summary: Y/N Jarvis is none other than Edwin Jarvis' little sister. After a long time without seeing each other face to face, Y/N finally takes a vacation to sunny Los Angeles to visit her brother. She might find more than just familial love waiting for her, though, when her brother plays cupid between her and a certain female SSR agent.

"Eddie!" I cried, dropping my suitcases to the ground and sprinting the short distance across the airport to hug my brother. He caught me, and although he had to take a step backward, he kept us from falling to the floor. "It's so good to see you!"
"It's wonderful to see you too, Y/N," he said, squeezing me tight. We stayed like that for a long time, reveling in finally seeing each other in person again. After years apart and one excruciatingly long flight from London, the Jarvis siblings were finally back together again.
Once we finally broke apart, I wasted no time turning to my brother's wonderful wife Ana and wrapping her in a tight hug as well.
"We're so happy you could finally come and visit us," she said, hugging me back just as tightly as I hugged her.
"Believe me, so am I."
We shared a smile as we pulled apart. I turned to find my brother had already grabbed both my bags from where I'd left them discarded on the floor.
"Shall we go then?" he asked. I grinned.
"We shall."
I linked arms with Edwin and Ana, and the three of us strode out of the airport together.
"So, exactly what do you have planned for us this week?" I asked. "This is my first time in Los Angeles, after all. I want it to be memorable."
"Don't worry, it most certainly will be," Edwin replied. "You're going to have an absolutely wonderful time."
****************
My brother hadn't been lying when he'd promised me a wonderful time. We drove back to his house, which stood on the property of Howard Stark's LA mansion, in a gorgeous convertible with the top down. We spent the first day at the beach, and the second day touring the city and seeing things I'd only ever seen on postcards. For my third day in the states, Stark let us visit his real-life movie set to see how it worked. By the time I joined my family at the table for breakfast on my fourth day of vacation, I never wanted to leave.
"So, Eddie," I started, kicking back as I munched on a piece of toast. "What's on the agenda for today."
Edwin scowled at me, and I just grinned back. He'd never liked that nickname, and he'd let it slide for the first few days I was here. Clearly, he'd gotten tired of it.
"Really, Y/N-"
"Hello!"
My brother had to cut his threat short at the sound of a woman's voice calling from the front entry. A second later, an absolutely gorgeous woman in a pink top and a dark green skirt breezed into the room, sunglasses and a smile on her face.
"Ms. Carter! Good morning!" said Eddie, perking up immediately.
"Good morning to you Mr. Jarvis, and Ana. And... who are you?"
I smiled, trying to control my rapid heartbeat as I reached out to shake her hand. "Y/N Jarvis. In LA for the first time to visit my brother."
"Oh! That's wonderful! I'm Peggy Carter, I'm an agent of the SSR and a friend of your brother's."
"Well, it's very nice to meet you."
"Likewise."
Peggy and I continued smiling at each other for a minute, before she cleared her throat and sat down. I tried not to stare at her, but I knew I wasn't succeeding. She was just so pretty.
"So, what have you all been up to since Y/N got to town?" asked Peggy.
"Oh, we've been going around and showing her the sights." My brother sounded a bit strange, so I tore my eyes away from Peggy to look at him. He stared back at me with a knowing expression on his face, and I shot him a glare that clearly said don't bring it up.
"Well that's awfully vague," teased Peggy. "What sights are those?"
"To tell you the truth, we haven't seen all that much beyond the beach, tourist traps, and Mr. Stark's movie set," said Edwin, turning back to Peggy with a new determination. "And Ana and I are so busy today, I'm afraid we won't be able to do much to change that. Although... Miss Carter, if you're not too busy, perhaps you wouldn't mind showing her around?"
I whirled on my brother, but before I could give him a hard, swift kick under the table, Peggy responded.
"I would love to," she said. I turned back to her, and she gave me a big smile. My heart stopped.
"Wonderful! Then it's all settled," said Edwin. "I suppose we'll see you two whenever you get back from your adventure."
He nodded to me and Peggy, then he and Ana stood and started heading for the door. Ana waved, and at the last second, Edwin turned and shot me a wink before he disappeared from the room. I honestly wasn't sure whether to kill him or hug him.
"So... anything in particular you were hoping to see today?"
I turned back to Peggy and found her watching me, a smile on her face. I took a deep breath to steel myself, then slowly, let a grin spread on my own face.
"Seeing as this is my first time in the country, I think I'll trust my resident expert. You pick the place and I'll follow."
Peggy's answering grin only made my heart race faster.
****************
Within just a few hours, I knew I owed my brother big time for setting this up. Peggy took me all throughout downtown LA, seeing the sites and trying all the best, hole-in-the-wall restaurants and cafés that only a local could find. We ran absolutely wild, laughing and tearing up the city together every step of the way.
Over the course of our day of adventure, my slight crush on Peggy Carter had ballooned into the worst crush I'd ever had. She was incredible, and even though I'd come here to spend time with Eddie and Ana, I never wanted to stop spending time with Peggy.
"Alright, how do you feel about one last adventure?" asked Peggy, turning to look at me from behind the driver's seat. We'd just left a gorgeous, almost-deserted beach after watching the sun sink into the ocean, and now we were sitting in the car.
"I say let's do it," I replied with a grin. Peggy smiled right back, and butterflies erupted in my stomach.
"Good. Then buckle up."
I did as she said as she pulled onto the road, navigating through the darkening city with expert precision. Eventually, we left the city lights behind and started working our way up a winding road into the mountains, where we could see the city lights sparkling below us.
"Where are we going?" I finally asked, staring at the beautiful sight outside the window.
"Have you ever heard of the Griffith Observatory?"
"Can't say that I have..."
"Well, it's just about the most spectacular view of the city you can get. As far as I'm concerned, it's just about the only tourist destination worth stopping at."
I smiled as the car pulled up to a big white building with a few green domed roofs. Peggy came to a stop and parked right outside, and then we both stepped out of the car.
"Follow me," said Peggy with a wicked grin as she spun on her heel and headed for the edge of the mountain. I did, and as we approached the railing the city came into clearer and clearer view.
"Peggy... this is incredible," I breathed. I walked the last few steps past her and leaned against the railing, taking in the gorgeous sight before me. When I'd first bought my plane ticket to visit my brother, I'd had no idea just how much I'd love it here.
"Isn't it? It's one of my favorite views in the city."
We stayed like that for a few more beats, and then I gathered my courage and turned to Peggy. She was already looking at me, a soft smile on her face.
"Thank you for showing me everything today," I said softly. "I... I've really enjoyed spending the day with you."
"So have I. I'm very glad I got to meet you, and spend some time with you."
"I'd... like to spend more time with you." I met Peggy's eyes as she raised an eyebrow in question. My heart hammered in my chest, but I forced myself to stay the course. I'd never felt like this about anyone before. "You're literally the coolest, prettiest, most amazing person I've ever met in my life."
Peggy blushed, but she didn't look away. "That's very sweet. You're... well, let's just say I haven't felt this way about someone in a... long time."
I smiled and took a step closer to Peggy. She didn't step away.
"It might be a bit premature for me to say this, but... I don't think I've ever felt about someone the way I feel about you."
Peggy's eyes glanced down to my lips, and before I could so much as lean forward, she wrapped an arm around my waist and pulled me closer. Our lips crashed into each others' as I wrapped my arms around her neck, and we deepened the kiss. My heart felt like it was about to explode in my chest, but damn it, at least I'd die happy if it gave.
Finally, Peggy and I broke apart, breathless. A smile immediately spread across my face, and then a matching one grew on Peggy's as we locked eyes.
"That was... amazing," I breathed. Our arms were still wrapped around each other, and I had no intention of letting go.
"Yes, it was. Although I'm suddenly a bit concerned that Mr. Jarvis might have an issue with me kissing his sister."
I scoffed. "Please. You think he was really busy today? He made all that up because he wanted to set me up with you. I almost killed him for it at breakfast, but now I might have to get him a thank you gift."
Peggy laughed. "Well then, I won't worry about it. And I also won't worry about spending a bit more time up here before we go back."
"Good."
With that, I leaned back in and kissed Peggy again, this time softer and sweeter. We lingered at the top of the mountain for a lot longer than we'd planned to, enjoying each other's company and taking in the sights. Despite how irritating I found him at times, Eddie's plan had worked even better than either of us could've imagined.
My vacation to the states was only supposed to last for a few weeks. But with each passing day, I started to seriously consider whether or not I ever wanted to go back.
A life with my brother, Ana, and Peggy Carter sounded like a deal too good to pass up.

Your dark heels clicked against the floor while you made your way through the SSR building towards your older brother's office, a confident smile on your face while the men of the building stare at you, some whispering among themselves but not loudly, knowing getting on your bad side wouldn't be favorable, one being you could kick their asses easily, and two being your brother is the chief and upsetting any of the two of you wouldn't end well. You've been a big help to them on some cases and they had some respect for you for that.
"She took down that thieves last night as if they were nothing. I wonder what Thompson would say if he was here." You heard one of the men whisper to his friend who was leaned over a chair, their eyes fixed on you, quickly looking away when you spared a glance their way, a confident half smirk on your painted lips and they tried playing off for having stared openly at you.
You opened the door to your brother's office, walking in with a big smile after closing the door behind you.
"Sousabear!" You greeted happily, pausing slightly when your eyes landed on another woman standing in front of your brother's desk, both of their eyes focused on you at your entrance.
Daniel glared at you for that familiar nickname you took to calling him since childhood.
"(Y/n), greetings to you too but dammit how many times have I told you not to call me that." The fake annoyance in his voice only made you grin more as you made your way towards him, bending down to give him a hug and kiss on the cheek he returned happily before grumbling when he ruffled your hair, swatting at his hand with a scowl when he started laughing as you tried fixing your hair, you both almost forgetting the British woman in the room with you.
Peggy eyed you curiously as you made yourself comfortable on Daniel's desk, sending him a cheeky grin when he playfully roll his eyes at you, a grin stretching across his face once again.
'Woah, she's absolutely gorgeous.' The brunette thought to herself, frowning a bit when she felt a odd feeling of jealousy when the thought of you and Daniel being together crossed her mind.
"Oh, (Y/n). I want you to meet someone." Daniel said before gesturing towards the woman that is still watching the two of you, shaking her head slightly when she was knocked from her thoughts, a charming smile on her red painted lips.
"This is Peggy Carter, the woman I've told you that Jack would be sending to help us out on the latest case." She extended her hand as you did the same, trying to ignore the jolt she felt when your soft hand met with hers in a handshake sending her a dazzling smile that made her cheeks slightly redden, eyes briefly flicking to your lips that looked so inviting to her.
'I wonder if her lips are as soft as they look.' Peggy thought, eyes flickering back into your eyes that's swirling with emotions and mysteries she couldn't even begin to think, hoping that you didn't notice where her eyes was focused for a moment.
"Lovely to meet you." You greeted the woman, eyes scanning her curiously, trying to keep a neutral face and be as unreadable as possible.
'Damn Sousa, you always get the hottest chicks to yourself before me.' You resisted the urge to say that loudly to him, smirking when you see the way Peggy's eyes lingered on your lips.
"Peggy, this is (Y/n), my annoying younger sister." The British woman chuckle when you playfully swat at Daniel who laughed, catching your wrist and poking you in the side, feeling happy when he mentioned that you two were siblings and giving her more hope, hoping that she will be seeing you more than just this once.
"So not cool, Broseidon." You grumbled annoyedly, swatting at him one last time and smiling proudly when you landed a soft blow against his head, his mouth opening in a overdramatic gasp.
"Agent Carter, arrest this woman immediately for assaulting me." The three of you laughed among each other at the playfulness. It reminded Peggy of her and her older brother when he was still alive.
As the laughter died down Daniel returned back to being serious as you Peggy returned your attention hack to him, occasionally stealing glances at each other as you both stood next to each other.
"Peggy, (Y/n) will be helping you out on this case. I expect you both to take care of each other and not to mess this up, Thompson already thinks this is just a fools joke and that the two of you aren't capable of this but I want you both proving him wrong and for us to get behind this whole murder thing and catch the ones capable for this." Daniel looked between the two of you, hiding a smile and trying to remain serious when she saw the both of you sneaking glances when the other wasn't looking.
"We'll be careful brother, and Jack can keep his sexist ego to himself, I've already proved him wrong a few times and I'm always up to do it again just to see his ego get deflated." You spoke confidently, your distaste of Jack clear making Peggy smile when meeting your (e/c) eyes, and the fact of hearing the protectiveness and care your brother had for you.
"He's such an ass. Proving him wrong once again will be fun" Peggy added, a blush rising to her cheeks when your finger tips 'accidentally' brushed against her hand, the same jolt of before coursing through her whole body and heart fluttering as you give her a soft smile, feeling happy at being able to get to spend more time with you. There was still lingering fear of loving again but also a new sense of hope in heart that maybe this time, it will be something that will last.
She haven't felt this way since Steve. Even then she wasn't easily flustered or speechless when it came to someone so quickly.
Sparing one last glance at your smile, Peggy promised to herself that she'd do anthing to keep you safe and get out of this alive and to not let fear hold her back from something that could be a joy in her life. She's happy that you will be the one to help her and the possibility to know you more.
"I have to go now but we'll discuss more of the case later. I'll be at my desk if you need me." Peggy spoke up again, swiping some curls from her face before making her way towards the door, saying one last bye while her eyes lingered back on you, causing you to nervously shift on your heels, waving at the British woman.
After the door close you turned back to your brother with a grin.
"Sousa, you've got one pretty lady there. If you aren't careful I might just steal her." You said, your fingers tapping slightly against his desk as he folded his arms over his chest, rolling his eyes again.
"She isn't my lady but I'm so rooting for the two of you. Don't think I haven't noticed the way the two of you were looking at each other when seeing each other." You blushed at his words, feeling hopeful but you thought he was only seeing things.
"Shut it Daniel, there is no way she was looking at me in that way." You said while nervously playing with a loose strand of your hair but Daniel only smirked knowingly, before gesturing you out of his office and to your desk, handing you a file, saying the file was related to the new case you and Peggy are taking on, giving you one last smirk after he looked over your shoulder before disappearing back into his office
When you felt eyes lingering on you after sitting down, you glanced around until seeing Peggy waving at you from the desk across from yours with a bright smile, one that you happily returned.
'Maybe this case will be something very good and different.' You thought to yourself, looking down at the file on your desk with a hint of a blush, excitement coursing through you, already eager to start on the case with the beautiful British woman that have caught your eye and interest from the very first second.

I kind of want to write a Peggy x reader series but don't even know what exactly about and don't want to disappoint anyone with that.

Y/N: hey baby
Wanda: do I know you?
Peggy: you didn’t look at the family photos? Wanda, seriously, love.
Wanda’s eyes soften…
Wanda: oh…it’s not fair. Why am I so loved in this universe and not in my own?
Y/N: you can be. I exist there. Just find me and I know I’ll be crazy about you. Also maybe don’t hunt Chavez.
Peggy: seriously that girl is hurting and wanting a family as much as you.
Wanda: I-I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.
The Scarlet Witch leaves Wanda’s body…
Peggy and Y/N catch their Wanda…
Wanda: detkas? How did I get here?
Peggy: we’ll explain over cuddles after we tuck the boys in tonight, love
