hi, friends! welcome to my first post! well, the technically it’s the second, but, let’s not pay attention to that. ᶻz
so, first and foremost, i should define what this account’s posts will be about! ˃̵ᴗ˂̵ that’s really the best place to start. i wanna post advice, tips, and possibly some requested stories for caretakers and littles alike! this post in particular will be aimed towards “how to our yourself little space or caretaker space.” and if you have any comments or concerns, feel free to dm me! ♡
how to slip and/or stay in littlespace. ☆
01. find your phone, computer or tablet, and turn on your favorite cartoons! my little pony, paw patrol, bluey, etc!
02. build a fort with your stuffed animals! they can even protect the front of the fort like soldiers if you put a few outside the fort entrance. ⋆ ᴗ -
03. print out some sheets or break out a book and do some coloring! your stuffed animals can help too!
04. make some little snacks! popcorn, cheeseitz, frosted animal crackers, you name it!
05. play with makeup! little kids always find interest in makeup, so why not have a makeover party!
06. if possible, take a nap! babies take naps all the time, so if you have a spare hour or so, why not rest up? :)
07. make a playlist of children’s music on spotify, apple music, youtube music etc. that way, when you’re in public or even on your own, you can listen to music that helps you feel like a child.
and, of course, there’s a lot more, but this is just a small list! these won’t apply to every little, so, make sure you ask what your little one wants, but, yeah! let’s move on to …
how to slip and/or stay in caretaker space. ☆
01. refer to yourself as mommy, momma, mama or daddy, dada (or whatever else you can call yourself!) while speaking to your little one! this’ll help your channel your inner caretaker :)
02. help your little out as much as they’re comfortable with! they can’t reach something? help them! they need help picking out their outfit? help them with that too!
03. if they’re doing a little activity, such a coloring, watching a cartoon or movie, ask them what color they’re gonna use for a specific part of picture, (ex: they’re coloring a kitten “what color are you gonna make the kitty’s tail, hun?”) or ask them what’s happening in the movie as id you haven’t seen it. that’ll give your little one an opportunity to feel included with you.
04. offer them snacks or remind them to eat a little something. (ex: “hey sweetie, why don’t we have some ice cream, does that sound nice?”) or (“what should daddy/mommy/caretaker name make for lunch, baby?”)
05. if you notice they have a stuffed animal with them, ask them what kind of noise it makes, if it’s a bear or cat, etc, ask them what they stuffie’s name is, how long they’ve had it, etc.
06. if you and your little are very close and your little is comfortable, help them get dressed! or help them get ready for bed, pick out their clothes, etc!
07. join them in their little activities! play hide and seek with them, buy them gifts out of the blue, remind them how much you love them, etc!
again, this a small list, and of course, not all caretakers want to do these, but these are fun suggestions for anyone who might like the ideas! if you liked this post, feel free to interact with it, follow, etc! i hope you all have a wonderful day and if you need a friend, my dm’s are open! be well, dears!
sam, (she/her). ♡

You've just finished your weekly grocery trip, and you're unloading the car when you see it. Your dog has found the Ortho Home Defense. You panic, but is it unsafe for pets? Ortho Home Defense is a pesticide that kills ants, spiders, roaches, and other small pests. It is not marketed to be used on pets, but your pet can come in contact with it. If your pet comes in contact with Ortho Home Defense, there are some things you can do to help. The most important thing is to rinse your pet's fur and skin with soap and water as soon as possible. You should also call your veterinarian or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435. Is Ortho Home defense safe for Pets? What Is Ortho Home Defense? Ortho Home Defense is a line of bug and weed killers that are made to be used in and around your home. The product is made by Monsanto, a company that has been in the news lately because of its connection to the production of GMO crops. So, is Ortho Home Defense safe for pets? Pet-Friendly Insecticides and Alternatives Ortho Home defense is a pet-safe insecticide that you can use to eliminate pesky critters in and around your home. But did you know that other equally effective pet-safe insecticides are available on the market? Here are a few of our favorites: Eco Defense: A plant-based, pet and child-safe insecticide made from essential oils. Bug Patrol: Contains natural ingredients like peppermint oil, citronella oil, and lemongrass oil and is safe for pets and children. Bedlam: A non-toxic, pet and child-safe insecticide made from clove oil. What Do the Labels Say? The poison control center will tell you to read the label. The label will direct you to a Material Safety Data Sheet or MSDS. That MSDS will have all the information you need, including if it is toxic to pets. The MSDS will also list the first aid procedures that should be followed in case of exposure. Potential Hazards of Ortho Home Defense It's important to be aware of the potential hazards of Ortho Home Defense, especially if you own cats or dogs. While it's generally accepted as safe for pets and humans when used as directed, some precautionary steps should still be taken. The product contains a chemical called permethrin, which can irritate or even cause paralysis in cats and dogs if they come into contact with it directly. If you have indoor pets, keep them away from the area until it's dry. With that said, when you use Ortho Home Defense properly following the directions on the label, it shouldn't pose any risk to your pets. To minimize any risk of contact with them, it's best to only apply the product around outdoor areas where your pets don't frequent or spend time in. Tips for Using Pesticides Around Your Pets When it comes to using pesticides around pets, there are a few tips you should keep in mind. The most important is always to check the product's label for information on safe use around animals. Additionally, try to spot-treat your pet's environment instead of doing a full-fledged treatment. If you decide to use Ortho Home Defense around your pet, keep the area well-ventilated and do not let them enter until the product has had time to dry since they can inhale the chemicals if they come into contact with an active product.  Limiting exposure by keeping them away while spraying and after the application is also a good idea. Finally, wash your pet's paws or fur if they come into contact with pesticide residue, as this could cause skin irritation and other health issues. So when using Ortho Home Defense or any other pesticide, always keep your furry friends in mind! Keeping Your Pets Safe From Pests When it comes to keeping your pets safe from pests, you'll want to use a product that can protect your furry friends from common household pests like ants, fleas, and spiders. Ortho Home Defense is a popular option for this purpose. The active ingredient in Ortho Home Defense is bifenthrin, an insecticide that is toxic to certain insects but not harmful to mammals.
While the product contains bifenthrin, it is formulated so that it is unlikely to harm cats, dogs, or any other pet if used correctly. Furthermore, Ortho Home Defense includes various safety instructions you should follow when applying the product.  These instructions include never spraying near pets or food products and ensuring the area you treat is well-ventilated. Following these instructions will help ensure that your pets remain safe while using this product. Conclusion The verdict is still out on whether Ortho Home defense is safe for pets, but it's always better to be safe than sorry. If you're concerned about using Ortho Home defense around your pets, it might be a good idea to call your veterinarian and ask for their advice.

Morning Sweetheart
Blank blogs and ageless blogs DNI
I think my favorite part about waking up with Kiri is the kisses.
Rolling over in the morning. Harsh light cutting through lacy black drapes. He’s always awake before you on the weekends, holding the sheets lazily on your hip and phone in the other. There's nothing stopping him from leaving his bed, but there's something about starting the day without you that makes him upset.
Every other day he has to wait until he’s not in the office, not on patrol, not getting pushed into training battles with the rest of his friends. Nothing but work or work-related activities filling long nights and early mornings, constantly counting the seconds until he gets to stay with you, lay in your bed, hold your hand with his damn paw. And when his lips feel chapped, he automatically thinks of you. You badgering him to put on some chapstick or you won’t give him any kisses. He swears there's times he's never moved faster. Showing you he relishes in your kisses. Makes a big show of it too, stands in front of you one hand on his hip the other holding the chapstick he's lathering on his puckered up lips. And you watch him, sternly with a flyswatter in your hand. And when he’s finished you smile softly and stand on your tippy-toes so your giant can claim his reward.
He lets his head sink a little more into the pillows so he can be eye level with you. His hand on your hip flows up to your cheek where he lays the softest pecks and morning whispers of gratitude. He is thankful for you loving him. Thankful for you waiting at the kitchen table when he gets home from patrol with a can of sprite and a bowl of mouth-watering food. Thank you for being patient with him when he's dead and sleeping on top of you like a damn log, but you don't move him too much to let him still lay on your chest. A rumble escapes his chest at his last confession.
You peek your eyes open and glare,” So you do it on purpose?” your voice cracking on the last syllable but it was recognizable all the same. Kirishima rolled his eyes.
“If anything it's payback, you lay on me all of the time.”
“When I’m laying on you, it’s you that usually puts me there,”
“Guilty as charged. I brushed my teeth, washed the dishes, aaaand put on chapstick.”
“.....Okay, good for you?” Her eyes shined in the light and her cheekiness warmed his heart.”
Warm lips pressed against hers, whining softly. “I’m not opposed to begging, sweetheart if that's the game we’re playing today.” Kiri played with an unruly curl that escaped her bonnet.
“No, it’s not. And since you claim your charges as true I’ll deliver your sentence quickly.” Lips reciprocated his neediness and hands tangled in his hair. He would never skip this. When they finally pulled apart they both laid there, face to face, breathing slowly.
“There's nothing like your kisses.”
