*me stomping around with my silly one-man-band instrument making oh so much noise* YOU DON'T KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT A PERSON'S PRACTICE JUST FROM THEIR TUMBLR!!! *blows into my harmonica* THEIR SILLY POSTS ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE GODS DO NOT REFLECT THEIR ACTUAL PRACTICE! *banging on my bass drum* SPEND MORE TIME FOCUSING ON YOURSELF AND DON'T WASTE ENERGY WORRYING WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE DOING!

A neteru for each day of the week ~ Friday
Friyeay, time to mentally prepare for the weekend! That itself can make us feel a lot more relaxed, which tends to make us also feel better in general and about the self.
VENUS is the planetary ruler of Friday and invites us to think about pleasure in all its facets and areas of our lives. What makes you enjoy life? What makes you feel good about yourself?
HATHOR as a goddess of love and nurturing is the perfect companion on such a day. She especially wants you to love yourself and will help to nurture you, so that you'll then have the capacity to be there for others as well.
MASTERPOST
This was THURSDAY

Hey, folks! I updated this with a couple of new resources, including a two-part post from The Wild Hunt, a pagan publication. I’ve also linked some of my tumblr answers, as they’re helpful to new folks to godspousing and spirit relationships.
If anyone has links for me to include, please DM me them! I will have to vet them before adding them, but I’m very happy to get more information from a diversity of voices.

Me: I'm finally feeling better, maybe I can get back into my practice again after this slump.
The Universe: Disney is copyrighting Norse deities, and due to the copyright laws in the US, this is a threat to modern pagans and even academics.
Me: W-what...?
The Universe: You heard me.
Me: ...
Me: Fuck this fuck everything I hate this fucking world someone give me a time machine and a shotgun I want to go say hi to Walt Disney!

Hmmm . . . .
I think a big part of Paganism are stories, at least for me. Perhaps I shall begin to tell ancient stories and folklore. I’ll probably pull from all sorts of traditions so everyone can enjoy something that may be aimed closer to their particular tradition. Storytelling was important to the ancient Pagans.
Perhaps I should speak them rather than write them. Hmmm . . . . I shall write them first. I am pondering a Youtube channel. If I go through with it I’ll transfer what I have here to video form so those who don’t like to read and listen.

I've really felt Hekate's presence with me tonight. Connecting with her through tarot and my obsidian pendulum has been one of the best experiences of my life. She's the mentor and guide I've always needed in my life. She represented herself through Queen of Swords upright, which I think is because of my perception of her, and how she might guide me in life.
All my life I've been struggling to feel a connection towards anything. Christianity always led nowhere and delving outside of it always seemed so scary, I've been too anxious to fully trust my intuition. It'll be a process, but in time I'll improve. Because I truly feel a connection here that's slowly easing my anxiety away, and allowing me to explore deeper parts of myself.
This is kind've just a personal rambling, but I just want to talk about my journey because I feel I've reached a good milestone tonight. Feel free to reblog with your own experiences working with deities, I'm always wanting to learn more about that.

Kitchen Witch’s “Witch Bottle”
Cap the lid tightly. At this point you can seal the bottle with candle wax if you choose. Add symbols of protection, your family seal, or anything you feel compelled to draw on the lid or the jar itself. When you’re finished, take another few minutes to sit quietly and add your intentions to the jar, then bury it as close as you can to your front door.
What you need :
A jar
1/3 cup of salt
3 sewing needles (or other related pins)
3 iron nails (as big as will fit in the jar)
9 tines from your broom
3 tablespoons of protective herbs
A teaspoon of dirt from your yard
Red wine (or even your own urine)
Pour the salt into the jar and say: Salt for purification.
Add the sewing needles, saying: As I myself sew the threads of my family life, may these needles sew safety around me and mine.
Place the nails into the jar and say, As the nails in our home pierce the wood to hold our home strong, may these nails pierce all negativity and hold it safely away from us.
Place the broom straw into the jar and repeat: As the broom in my home sweeps away dirt, so may these straws sweep negativity away from this home and its inhabitants.
Add the herb and say: (Name of herb/herbs) strengthens this protection charm.
With the addition of the dirt from your yard say: This soil binds this jar to my home and property.
Pour in the liquid until the jar is almost completely filled, and it’s covered all of your ingredients. Hold the jar, concentrating on your feelings of protection toward your family, pets, and property, and say: Let this wine (urine) drown all evil that would seek to touch me and mine.

Giving Flowers a “Job”
Small Tip from me:
Whether you're bringing fake flowers or real ones into your home, bless the flowers with whatever you're wanting to bring into a home, a room or office. It can help to learn the meaning/symbolism behind the flower or the color of the flower and associating it with something that it's got a natural connection to but hey, this is your own path so if a flower or a color means something different for you, go with that meaning instead. The point is that it's very easy to add a little extra magick to any room by giving flowers- whether real or fake, a simple blessing or job to perform.

Would anyone happen to have any spells/should/etc. regarding emotional healing or moving on in regards to past homophobia?
Some past trauma recently resurfaced and I’m looking for some extra help.

Hello! If you’re still doing interpretations I had the dream of riding on a wooden wagon with a red headed boy. I don’t remember much else from the dream. I believe I was going with him to find something important.
You’re searching for something even if you aren’t consciously doing so. This something is associated with your ability to make a large transition in life.
