Mens flexibility is important! Even though most of the men ignore it. Flexibility doesn’t seem to fit in the fitness world of weight and strength training, in reality, it really does and there are a lot of good reasons. Better Mobility: Flexibility gives you the ability to use the full potential of your muscles. Balances the body : flexibility helps each part of body doing its job and everything is running smoothly. Prevents Injuries: Think tight muscles, stiff tendons, if you don’t pay attention you can injure yourself. Reduces Stress: work on your flexibility can reduce your stress and relax you. Stretching sometimes can get uncomfortable but if you always listen your body and not push yourself to over try then you will have soon great results. Just practice be patient and enjoy.#yogaformen #mendoyoga #mensyoga #menatyoga #yogapractice #pachimottanasana #instayoga #yogi #yogachallenge #yogadudes #yogafit #menshealth #gaymen #gayfitness #yogagoals #yogaeveryday #onlyformenspiritualyogaretreats #yogaisforeveryone #yogaforlife #yogagram #yogalove (at Angelos Ananda Yoga) https://www.instagram.com/p/BtiUxzHHRVf/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=6wujfzf64han

The Thing You Need to Know About How to Treat PCOS
PCOS and PCOD are the variations of almost the same problems. PCOS or PCOD are gynecological problems that cause excessive weight gain, infertility and significant discomfort during menstruation. Under normal circumstances, two ovaries in a woman release eggs alternately every month. The ovaries also make estrogen, progesterone, and small amounts of male hormones. If cysts form in the ovaries for any reason or if the balance of female and male hormones in the body is disturbed, then PCOD or PCOS can develop.
Manifestations of PCOD
Women who complain of irregular periods, periods may be delayed or they may come early. These symptoms are usually caused by excess male hormones in the body.
· These women are also more likely to develop type 2 diabetes,
· They may have high blood pressure,
· They have trouble sleeping
· Periods may be infrequent or they may be heavy.
· It is difficult for these women to lose weight,
· Many women have a lot of acne on their body,
· She has a lot of hair growing on his body.
· She also complains of hair loss on the scalp.
Manifestations of PCOS
Women are troubled a lot these days due to PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). PCOS problems come due to hormonal imbalance, hormones have to be balanced and the reason why they come in an unbalanced state is because of our completely changed lifestyle. Women need good sleep, so we should sleep at one time at night to bring hormones in balance.
How to cure PCOS and PCOD naturally
Here are few ways in which you can control and manage PCOD & PCOS issue.
Food – High insulin levels are often found in women with PCOD. A diet rich in refined carbohydrates such as white flour, starchy and sugary foods can lead to insulin resistance. So avoid white bread, refined products, artificially coloured, flavored products, readymade products which look that you do not take.
In today's modern lifestyle, these readymade products are so easily available to young girls, they can easily consume them, which should be avoided. To avoid this, eat healthy and good food.
Exercise- A major cause of PCOD is a sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise in the body. According to research, 50% of overweight women have PCOS. This is a major concern and therefore it is important to exercise to improve your reproductive health. Some of the yogic techniques you should practice are Bharadasana, Sleep and Sitting, Paryankasana, Vajrasana, Ustrasana, Pachimottanasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana and Pawanmuktasana, Balasana, Viparitakarni, Abdomen Breathing which is diagrammatic breathing and Bhramari Pranayama.
All these are extremely beneficial and should be done regularly. These exercises promote blood flow to the pelvic region and this helps in proper production and balance of hormones. Regular walks are also advised.
Women suffering from PCOD tend to have a lot of mood swings, which not only make them sad, but everyone else around them is upset or really upset by it. You should develop a sense of living life organically and working on your stress levels.
