The Thing You Need to Know About How to Treat PCOS
PCOS and PCOD are the variations of almost the same problems. PCOS or PCOD are gynecological problems that cause excessive weight gain, infertility and significant discomfort during menstruation. Under normal circumstances, two ovaries in a woman release eggs alternately every month. The ovaries also make estrogen, progesterone, and small amounts of male hormones. If cysts form in the ovaries for any reason or if the balance of female and male hormones in the body is disturbed, then PCOD or PCOS can develop.
Manifestations of PCOD
Women who complain of irregular periods, periods may be delayed or they may come early. These symptoms are usually caused by excess male hormones in the body.

Some of the yogic techniques you should practice are Bharadasana, Sleep and Sitting, Paryankasana, Vajrasana, Ustrasana, Pachimottanasana, Ardha Matsyendrasana and Pawanmuktasana, Balasana, Viparitakarni, Abdomen Breathing which is diagrammatic breathing and Bhramari Pranayama.
All these are extremely beneficial and should be done regularly. These exercises promote blood flow to the pelvic region and this helps in proper production and balance of hormones. Regular walks are also advised.
Women suffering from PCOD tend to have a lot of mood swings, which not only make them sad, but everyone else around them is upset or really upset by it. You should develop a sense of living life organically and working on your stress levels.
