This is for the people who didn’t party in their teens and twenties. For the people who didn’t have that “coming of age” movie experience with shenanigans and revelations. This is for the people who mostly keep to themselves. Who maybe prefer things to be quieter and gentler. This is for the people who don’t feel like they belong in a culture that values loud parties and flashing lights. I see you. And you are valid.
Someone had the AUDACITY to call me a new fan… (I won’t say their name cuz they were very gatekeeperish, condescending and because they don’t get a mention but-)
Girl I HAVE PROOF!!!
Not only do I own several of his movies, (outcast and virgin territory are quite uncommon movies to find) I even have multiple copies of them.
But that’s not really proof of being a long time fan, until you look at “Life as a house” and “awake” which both came from Blockbuster Video.
(For the younger peeps on here, Blockbuster was where you went before streaming.)
But ya, let’s see someone post up a Hayden Christensen blockbuster exclusive. Lol.
PS- I own Little Italy, Life as a house, Vanishing on 7th street and Higher Ground on Amazon Prime.
Outcast of Ulthwe, Macalaure the Crimson Spectre, a follower of Farseer Falcalade. Such a fighter is she that even after her exile and departure from the Path of the Warrior, she dons herself in the style of the Bloody Handed One.
So, I’m kinda curious about something y’all. There is so much media about being misfits and outcasts and weird kids and the whole idea of that is that supposedly most people ‘fit’ and these few don’t, but if the theme is that popular it makes me wonder how many people actually feel that way
And yes, I know the data’s gonna be pretty severely skewed on a place like tumblr populated mainly by freaks (affectionate), but I am very curious to see if anyone at all goes for option number two.
Reblog for larger sample size to see if we can catch any stray normies that have wandered into freak territory.
