mobius scuffing his shoe fondly over the “time” in “for all time, always” since loki literally holds time in his hands now always and the way i see it this is his way of thanking him.
also because mobius and loki Are “for all time, always.” mobius was the time, loki was the always. now it’s flipped and loki is the time and mobius is the always. BYE.
“why’d you do it?” character A questions, tears forming. “maybe i wanted to watch the world burn.” character B states simply. “with me along with it? Character A further questions, tears starting to flow. “yes, darling. you along with it.” character B sighs.
Do you think Luke has a habit of not crying because in the desert tears are only a waste of water. Do you think that's why he didn't break down upon seeing Owen and beru's burnt corpses, holding the tears being such an ingrained habit. Do you think he finally broke down after bespin and couldn't tell anyone why-
Currently heartbroken about KNY again! Was rereading more of the manga, and came across the scene where Muzan escapes from Yoriichi, leaving Tamayo behind. As she’s crying and tearing her hair out, she wishes that he had died, and spits out his name in a fit of emotion, only to be surprised that she is still alive.
Which, as I have just realized, means that she knew all about the curse on Muzan’s name. In this scene, it looks as if she’s simply breaking down over their failure to kill him. But in reality, she is so distraught that she says his name with the full intention of commiting suicide.
ouch. </3
…This all hurts even more when you realize that, in the end, she actually DID commit suicide. And that sacrifice was the thing that finally allowed him to be dragged down to hell where he belongs. Tamayo waited for thousands of years to make her sacrifice, and if it weren’t for her, none of this would have been possible.
So yeah, everybody appreciate Tamayo. She truly is the unsung hero of KNY.
there is so much to unpack with just this scene. house thinks he’s unable to be fixed/unloveable because of his personality and trauma. cuddy says she loves him but she wishes she didn’t meaning that she didn’t really choose to love house, kind of affirming his insecurity. cuddy can’t help but love house even though she really doesn’t want to and she knows that house is unfixable. meanwhile, wilson loves house because of who he is, not in spite of it. house still thinks he’s unloveable and unfixable but he drops everything and sacrifices everything for wilson, he never did that for cuddy. house literally drove his car into her house. i think if this conversation happened with wilson instead of wilson saying “i love you. i wish i didn’t but i can’t help it” wilson would say “i love you. you’re unfixable but that’s okay. i love you anyway”
