Houtaro was asked to go to a certain establishment called the Cous Coussier and upon inside, Houtaro bore witness to something...

it was Ankh... forcibly removing all of Eiji's clothes as the pair slowly but surely went to a private room, mostly due to Eiji's will of not letting Ankh ravage him then and there.

Date: Don't mind them, kid.

Date: You're lucky you only witnessed that.

Chiyoko: Ara! Houtaro-kun! Your mother ju-

Chiyoko: Ara, you witnessed them?

Date: just Anko aggessively removing Hino's clothes, not the nitty gritty.

Chiyoko: Thank goodness!

Chiyoko: I'll have words with them.

Date: I have him handled Chiyoko-san.

Date: But I don't know if the image of Anko aggressively ripping Hino's clothes would be erased from his memory.

Houtaro: That's right! i'll just have Minato-sensei erase my memory!

...I think if Minato finds out why Houtaro wants his memory erased, he'll be researching the alchemical method that brought Ankh to life so he can use it to kill him (again)
