Tumblr media
- virgo risings benefit more from not being in charge as they like to follow things
- jupiter 1st house natives feel suppressed by rules/regulations/common following of philosophies
- uranus rebels to the following of ideals, jupiter rebels to the said ideals
- new best friends come in during the zodiac representing the 7th house (ex: aquarius rising: in leo season)
- venus conjunct lilith causes the native to be unable to differentiate between love & lust.
- people in your life fall in your house where their rising sign is (ex: an aquarius rising would fall into the 5th house of a libra rising & inspire/deplete their creativity or affect their children).
Tumblr media
- libra risings & late virgo risings (15° onwards) live by organising & decluttering their psyche (because virgo 12h)
- natives with uranus retrograde in their chart long for the acceptance of change but get horrified & run away from it the moment it manifests.
- natives with sun opposite moon feel afflicted when faced their own character; am i too emotional or too logical? which side of me is the real one?
- the 12th house rules over our memories, not short term everyday ones that is mercury/3H; but in depth memories or visual/photographic ones.
- the sign ruling your 12th house shows how you can interpret your rem dreams: virgo 12H by organising the details of the dreams, aquarius 12H by finding what to innovate in your life through the dreams, sagittarius 12H by gathering a philosophical perspective like what is the lesson i am teaching myself through my unconscious?

🌾 oppositions create more of a stalemate, while squares create competition. this effect is clearest when looking at synastry charts, where you can look at where the tension is. they both have interesting dynamics, but the square is more energised and the opposition more cautious
🌾 we often associate certain houses with love; fifth and seventh, for example. but in my experience, such a huge part of life follows us everywhere, and we see it expressed in every house
🌾 taurus moons have a very soothing aura. they are a sign you can sit in silence with, and just take in the feeling of finally coming home
🌾 water houses can represent different aspects of our inner world. the fourth house is all about our sense of safety and the innocent, childlike imagination we keep safe within; the eighth holds our fears and the shadow self, the parts of ourselves we keep packed away; the twelfth relates to dreams and our unconscious memory, what our bodies hold onto for us
🌾 sun sextile sun in synastry feels easy, safe. it’s not a thrilling, tense, engulfing aspect but a lazy, tender one. it makes me think of those couples that have been married longer than you’ve been alive, or a friends-to-lovers situation
🌾 chiron in the first house, or aspecting the ascendant, can indicate struggles with body image and disordered eating. of course, the rest of the chart needs to be taken into consideration, but chiron brings with it a wound, and when it’s focused on the self, it can hint at body image difficulties, and trying to control one’s self with food
🌾 mars in libra is often called manipulative. this is because they are highly attuned to those around them, good at reading between the lines, and are people pleasers. they generally don’t have bad intentions, but can be guilty of using their emotional intelligence to “mind read” and steer people in certain directions
🌾 neptune aspecting the descendant or in the seventh house can go one of two ways; sometimes the native is attracted to - and attracts - neptunian people, who may be deceptive or confusing; or alternatively, the native may be prone to deluding themselves in relationships, justifying bad behaviour and wearing rose-tinted glasses

Although oppositions represent tension/confusion, I truly believe that opposite signs are the most compatible. This is my personal belief only because I believe the universe is yin yang and that we need to find people that are the yang to our yin in order to find true love, healthy friendships, etc
Yin is typically more feminine and Yang is typically more masculine energy. This is not to say men and other men or women and other women can’t be compatible it just means typically one will have more feminine energy and one will have more masculine energy which can occur in any human regardless of their gender
Ex: Ryan Reynolds Juno is opposite Blake Lively’s Jupiter which is a common marriage aspect since in Greek Mythology Juno marries Jupiter

An analogy I just made up that helped me understand aspects in astrology
Conjunctions are your own army. They do not see “other” because they are one in the same; a unified power that comes naturally. They are loyal because harming the other soldiers (planets) would mean harming themselves.
Trines are the allies. They inherently agree with your army (planets) & have an open communication with the other, which enables a response. The ability to be & remain on each others side is there, but it takes maintenance to keep and strengthen the bond.
Sextiles are the neutrals. The may keep in contact, but they communicate a lot less. The ability to be on your side is there, but they draw less attention to themselves. They cooperate but don’t get too involved.
Oppositions are the axis power. They do not agree with your team & will try to antagonize. They see each other head on like two bulls about to charge at each other. Your army (planet) & theirs (or your other planet) push & pull on each other because there is much disagreement. The inability to see how similar your army (planet) actually is to theirs allows the destructive push/pull to persist. You could try to make amends and join forces, but the damage has already been done and a cordial alliance is unlikely.
Squares are allies to the axis. They have the potential to cause damage & disagreement, yet it’s easier to see the differences between one another. Since they can see the differences they have, they have potential to work together to form an agreement. They can either compromise to end the war or they can continue to fight, the choice is theirs.
Planets with no aspects are the collateral damage; the people who aren’t causing the war but live in the line of fire. They do not see each other. They they generally don’t pay much attention to the others because there’s no active involvement, they aren’t taken into consideration much.

Day 5: Free of Evil | Opposition
Tumblr media
New day, new drabble...
Words: 100
Characters: Manwë & Námo
Warnings: Námo has a hard life
Tumblr media
Námo’s remonstrances melted like wax, caroming off the impenetrable walls of Manwë’s incomprehension, unheeded.
“There shall be no more strife,” the Elder King declared confidently. “The time of oppression and opposition is at an end!”
Disheartened, the Judge understood once more that knowing what would come to pass didn’t enable him to change the course of destiny.
All he could do was scream at the unhearing and point out inevitable disasters to the blind.
“He is my brother,” Manwë rebelled against Námo’s tangible wariness.
“So he is,” Námo agreed softly. “I’ll release him, and we shall see what he’ll become.”

Hi! I read your Astrology Observation #3.
Could you please elaborate more on Lilith aspecting the Moon?
I have Lilith Pisces opposite Moon Leo.
So I was wondering how that might affect my chart. I hope my question made sense.
Thank You for your help, and have a great day.
Lilith - Moon Aspects and their Significance
Tumblr media
Hii!! Elaborating off my one observation, I feel like people highly underestimate Moon/Lilith aspects. After all, Black Moon Lilith is the point along the Moon's orbit when it is furthest from the Earth, so you can't even have Black Moon Lilith without the Moon, which is why this placement / aspect is such a powerful one.
With this aspect, it's combining different but very similar feminine energy together into something that not only comes full circle, but is essentially a more powerful version of the two placements alone. Think of when hot and cold wind come together to make a tornado. And all I can say on a generalization of all aspects for this placement is it can be VERY intense, good or bad, even the more minor aspects like trine or sextile.
As for the natives who have this placement, I can definitely say this is probably a more difficult aspect to have in one's chart, and like I said, even for the more easy going aspects. The root of these issues may have a lot to do with emotions and difficultys drawing the line between certain intense ones. Natives may feel heavily ashamed for expressing some, if not most emotions that display weakness or vulnerability, this can be emotions like grief, anger, sadness, jealousy, ect. Natives may scared of people using their strong emotions to control them and make them submit, which may in turn, lead to them expressing these feelings involuntarily as a defense mechanism and ultimately fail at what they try to prevent.
If I'm being honest, All Moon - Lilith aspect issues can manifest in different ways for everyone, but they almost all have a core theme of being related to emotions, control over them, fear of their own emotions and/or being shunned for them. Some natives may feel like they're in a never ending loop of emotional transformation. Fear and control are big themes here with these natives.

An easy way to look at oppositions when it comes to transits that make sense is to first look at the transiting planet that is opposing and house it is transiting. Those are the themes connected to the opposition so it is something to take into account.
Next, looking at the opposition transit, you are doing what the transiting planet talks about already, but you are needing to utilize the natal planet's energy that it is opposing.
Example: Moon in the 5th opposing Mercury in the 11th
You are emotional or wanting attention on you(5th house moon), but should be more open-minded, communal, or social (11th house mercury).
Natal oppositions is when you have to be the judge of when to utilize a certain energy.

sister sign similarities
aries and libra are both passionate signs, though it definitely shows up differently. they care deeply for other people and for the world, and they both possess a strong sense of justice. these two remind me of a warrior king and their advisor, in a way. aries is active and assertive, fierce and protective, while libra is dynamic and cerebral, considerate and cautious. they encourage each other, and make for a beautiful partnership. the themes that commonly crop up for aries and libra are those of their own identity and place among other people and the world, of self-consciousness and self-absorption, of the body and the mind. at their worst, aries is rudderless, angry, impulsive. they have no cause to fight for and so become stagnant and bitter, lashing out where it isn’t needed. libra becomes paralysed, cynical, passive aggressive. they lose sight of themselves and fall into bad habits, growing passive and searching for shallow things to pique their interest. the two signs balance each other out, with libra reminding aries to slow down, to see the beauty in the world, to pick their battles, and aries teaching libra to look towards what ignites a fire in them, to take those first steps, to speak their mind.
taurus and scorpio both live in the sensual world. they explore and connect with their surroundings, and the people in them, through their senses. they need the tangible and the real in order to feel centred. we see this differently, with taurus often turning to comfort and beauty, and scorpio to human connection and the act of giving and receiving. they both crave closeness and intimacy, to truly share themselves and be vulnerable with another person, someone who can see and accept every part of them. this desire for openness can actually translate to feeling very scared. the vulnerability and defencelessness their hearts crave leaves the mind feeling out of control, helpless. so they can overcorrect to combat this fear of the unknown. these overcorrections look like distance, cynicism, controlling tendencies. they both have a stony quality to them when their fear is triggered; they withdraw and shut down, come across cold and almost hateful. it’s a misguided way to protect themselves from the threat of vulnerability, despite vulnerability being exactly what they need to find security in themselves and others. this push-and-pull is confusing to witness and distressing to experience. finding self-worth and a sense of home within themselves helps to mellow out the internal chaos, shed their fear and find intimacy with the world.
gemini and sagittarius have, to me, some of the most obvious similarities. both signs are fun-loving, adventurous, curious, compassionate and so funny. they can both be really charming when they want to be, and have a disarming and quirky sense of humour. there is almost a student-mentor relationship between the two signs, like they are at different stages of a similar path. gemini is curious, quick-witted, sharp and insecure. sagittarius is wise, receptive, somewhat softened and mellowed. both are storytellers and lifelong students, both need to travel and outgrow themselves again and again throughout their lives. both have a compassionate nature that sometimes gets lost among the fullness of their personalities. there is a stillness in sagittarius that restless gemini lacks, but both signs are always on the move internally. they gravitate towards different interests, but share a bright, twinkling enthusiasm that never fades. both have a suspicious side, with gemini being prone to anxiety and insomnia, and sagittarius being prone to ambivalence and escapism. this suspicion, when channeled properly, makes for a hunger for knowledge that will sustain them for life.
cancer and capricorn are a pair of sisters connected by childhood. in these signs, we see the journey from the womb to the grave, and we see the natives struggle with the questions brought up throughout it. where did i come from? who am i made up of? where will i go? what will i leave behind? in cancer, the former; capricorn, the latter. both signs are dedicated and deeply loving, with strong values to guide them through life. they both need to make an effort to ground themselves to the real world, as they have a tendency to run on autopilot. when this happens, they retreat into a rich internal life that holds them like a mother. as lovely as this feels, they need to grow and move forward, to find their feet and build their own lives outside of themselves. they both have incredible memories, with cancer especially using it to their advantage when they feel threatened or hurt. both are smart and sharp, but have a soft and often quite fragile core. we see it more easily in capricorn, but both signs are focused on their legacy. with cancer, it can be harder to see, and it sometimes looks to be backwards, with cancer oriented to the past, ruminating and reflecting. both signs wish for home, family, and something good to leave behind.
leo and aquarius are both such loud signs. not always physically, but there is just something about them, i suppose it’s star quality. both signs are strong-willed, stubborn at times and full of ideas. at their best, they burst with pride and generosity. leo especially is a big-hearted sign that makes every person in their life feel like a star. with aquarius, they light up the rooms they walk into, bringing something special to their community. at times, both signs are prone to egotism and self-centredness, being even miserly. this just isn't how their hearts are built, and they'll never feel themselves living like this. they need to open up, to share their strengths and gains with others, to love fully and purely. both signs are clever, social, and have an almost-regal quality to them. both signs can be insecure at times, in a childlike manner; needing someone to hold their hand while they explore, and they shouldn't be afraid to express this. even the strongest of us have softer parts, even the bravest feel scared, even the cleverest need to ask questions.
virgo and pisces are both deeply devoted. they often, in my experience at least, appear the most polarised of all the oppositions. on the surface, they’re totally different, and in fairness, their motivations and desires are often very different too. but on a deeper level, the connections start to form. both signs are ritualistic, devoted. virgo finds peace in their daily rituals, while pisces is centred by their unconscious mental rituals; they are prone to magical thinking and rumination. religion, spirituality, love and care are where we see devotion with the two natives. virgo is dedicated and deeply caring, and pisces overflows with love and kindness. both signs are fundamentally pure-hearted, despite virgo’s highly strung, critical tendencies, and despite pisces’ escapist and easily overwhelmed nature. virgo and pisces are both malleable too, and we see this with how adaptable they are, both to the good and the bad. it’s why virgo and pisces both find it hard to leave toxic situations, and we so often see their reactions to that toxicity. they both see the good in others to a fault, and have the vision to see how things could be. for virgo, they want to fix people and things, while pisces wants to be there and support the person while they fix themselves. i see these sister signs as old friends; you know when you’ve both moved into very different seasons of life, but you have that same line running between you both? virgo and pisces both seek connection through ritual, they both devote themselves truly and honestly to who and what they love.

Aspects in astrology
I always felt confused when learning what aspects mean and it felt like people brushed over the explanations of it so I tried to convey the relationship between planets depending on the aspects in great detail using metaphors and imagery. Hopefully this is of usage to you!!
Sextile
The two planets go well together, match well together imagine when you mix paint together and it just swirls smoothly to create a beautiful and perfect shade. The two planets just easily compliment each other to make their own colour, imagine these two planets birthing a baby it would be a mix of their two qualities.
Tumblr media
Examples in signs:
water nourishes the Earth and results in the plants growing 💦🪴
Air fuels fire oxygen causing the fire to grow💨🔥
Example in planets:
Moon sextile Uranus shows indication of artistic talent because of the unique way of how the native expresses themselves. If they put this in creative pursuits they would shock many.
ASTROLOGICAL BREAKDOWN:
Moon= emotions, inner world
Sextile= MIX
Uranus= innovation, eccentricity
Moon*Uranus= revolutionary art being created especially when natives emotions are at their peak
Trine
No resistance when these two planets merge it all feels so natural and they easily result in creating opportunities together. Think of the two placements observing each other and making a sigma face to the other, kind of like “nice 😎”. Both planets are comfortable with each other you could even imagine them being able to sit in silence and it’s not awkward, to each other they are the friend who visits home so often that they’re basically seen as their cousin. The two placements see each other and don’t mind the other’s presence. Imagine a rain water droplet falling into a lake, it may not be the exact same components as the rest of the lake water but it is accepted and collectively moves together, combined as one. This is how these two planets interact with one another accepting each other similarly.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Conjunct
These two planets/asteroids add fuel to each others fire, a fusion and Union of the two placements. imagine when you say a joke and your friend adds something onto it and then you add something onto it and this happens over and over again until both your chests hurt from laughing so hard. These planets bounce off each other and make each other work together arm in arm with a shared purpose. The closer these planets/asteroids are in degrees, the stronger and more they amplify each other
How the conjunct planets behave together:
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Eg. Sun conj Mercury you shine most when you communicate, people want to hear what you say, you command presence in a room when you talk, general talent in communicating. You’re also smart as hell, might even have a big ego because of your intelligence ;)
Opposition
Tug of war, both planets/asteroids believe they deserve control over the other but remember -if you pull the rope too tight it will snap, meaning the opposing placements can end up cancelling out one another and never manifesting into reality to its full potential since neither one of them can take control because the other is pushing them back. Imagine a hectic musical chair game where neither person is able to let the other win no matter how close they get to sitting on the chair. This is how the two planets interact with each other
Tumblr media
Eg. Sun-Moon can indicate harder to be in touch with emotions because of ego in the way, Saturn-Mars can create issues with discipline to follow passionate pursuits, being negligent of responsibility and having A LOT of suppressed energy that you want to come out.
But with oppositions there are pros. Since the two placements are fighting for control over each other, you as an individual can consciously make a decision to which energy you declare as the winner. For an example if you had a Saturn-Mars opposition, do you choose your burning passions or your strong sense of duty? Oppositions aren’t all bad, you have the important bit, the ability to use that planets energy. The planets energies are active in your chart it’s just that they’re so intense that they’re both fighting for the stage.
Generic sign opposition dynamics:
Aries and Libra = War and peace
Taurus and Scorpio= Light and dark
Gemini and Sagis = Tension and release
Cancer and Capricorn= Intuition and logic
Leo and Aquarius= Loyalty and rebellion
Virgo and Pisces= Science and Art
Square
Challenging, imagine these two planets negotiating and talking out their problems for an example the way you may approach someone who has offended you and the other person sees themselves done nothing wrong until you talk it out and make steps together to overcome it. This can be successful if both end up compromising and are willing to understand each other but it can be chaotic if one side is non willing compromise. Imagine these planets interact with each-other like an employee in an office trying to negotiate shifts with the boss of their department, there are two outcomes and both need each other, the planets either agree to work with each other on equal terms and for a similar goal (eg I’ll go up the stairs because it’s quicker, and the other says I’ll go up the stairs because I want to loose calories) or they end up not working with each other at all but can’t escape each other building tension. This is a lot softer than the opposition aspect because the planets are more willing to at least hear each other out and don’t have COMPLETELY opposing motivations
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
OR
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
The way this is overcome is by the native (you) acknowledging the strengths and requirements that the two placements bring and using it to your advantage.
Eg. Someone with Mars square Jupiter can use the fact they have a square to understand that they have great potential and energy to achieve their dreams & goals they set by balancing it with taking action and brainstorming instead of constantly fighting with themselves about whether they should brainstorm more or take action straight away. It can work if you are conscious of this energy of these planets and you can listen to the planets driving force and be like “maybe I should listen go with the part of me that wants to take action today” while giving leeway and comprises to the other opposing planet/asteroid.
Finallyyy to your relief if you have many of these aspects, Squares and opposition are better than no aspects at all! It shows you have potential energy in the aspected planets. If there are no aspects at all that means you have to FORCE this energy between two placements out of nowhere, for an example In synastry a lack of aspects can be like running out of things to talk about, forcing things to work but there’s not much there between you two whereas when there’s a square there’s a spark even though it’s challenging it can result in some form of a peace treaty or harmony. So be grateful for all placements of all kinds they have their pros.

SQUARES AND OPPOSITIONS
It bothers me so much when people refuse to accept astrology shows challenges and not just positives all the time. Squares and oppositions are NOT NEGATIVE but they are CHALLENGING. It is up to you to decide whether you want to work through the challenges maturely or immaturely. The outcome is your choice. However, these are not easy or immediately positive aspects. They can only become positive through your own effort/work
The literal definition of a square is an aspect that shows obstacles/challenges. The definition of an opposition is an aspect that shows tensions/confusion. It DOES NOT MATTER what planets are involved whether they’re malefic or benefic. Benefic planets have less challenges than malefic planets but they still have challenges. Every planet has both challenging and positive energies within it
CONJUNCTIONS
Conjunctions can be both positive and challenging depending on the placements involved. It’s not always a positive one either but can be

Oppositions By Sign
Aries-Libra Opposition- Accepting the word no isn't an answer, and people push until they get a bigger response. This opposition is constantly provoked, reminded of what they can't do even when they're not trying to do it.
The opposition between Aries and Libra is one where people feel they can use our need to maintain peace against us, trying to push us over a line we keep redrawing for the comfort of people who are really only looking for a reaction. This opposition, rather than trying to create common ground, needs to set a standard that uncooperative people are excluded from. Turning back around fifty times to correct a single person only takes time away from the people who actually care about the work being done.
Taurus-Scorpio Opposition- This is the hand that doesn't know how to let go whose twin doesn't know how to stop giving everything away, slapping down those who betray their trust while refusing to limit their access to what we're giving.
This opposition is one who... depends on confirmation bias, living in preparation of being faced with their fears until it eventually happens, justifying every refusal to move forward with the result of them refusing to move forward. The Taurus-Scorpio opposition is one that will always have a reason not to do something, and it's that quickwitted comfort that will isolate them if they're not careful. We should always protect ourselves, but risk itself isn't always a life threat.
The Gemini-Sagittarius Opposition The need to know met by an unwillingness to truly hear what's being said, digging until we find answers that add credit to our story rather than exploring the idea that our story is only one perspective.
With this opposition, there is no "wrong", there's only learning-- but with such an optimistic approach, sometimes we blind ourselves to the truth we're digging for, that we were wrong. The Gemini-Sagittarius opposition is one that gets caught playing all sides, but the disconnect for them is that no lie told in an attempt to uncover the truth can be more damaging than the original lie told. Sometimes we double the damage done trying to destroy the first cause.
The Cancer-Capricorn Opposition- This is where true responsibility clashes with feelings of obligation, caring for other people before ourselves because we wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing we slept better than someone else.
This opposition is the harsh reality of unconditional love, the need to create a loving home being pushed to its limits by people who see that love as malleable. Being there for people no matter what sometimes leads to people expecting it. The Cancer-Capricorn opposition is one that outwardly appears to look past every flaw, because it's one who can't help but wish they could find someone to look past theirs, attempting to [earn] it through devout and unreciprocated loyalty.
The Leo-Aquarius Opposition- The need for change that keeps getting disrupted by a need to be the face of change. The marketing of progressive action that can't be taken until the press tour comes to an end.
This where we see people chasing their dreams, challenging their imagination to meld the world into a reality they already live in. It requires more self reflection than most, slowing down and reflecting on the effect of our work rather than marveling in the aesthetic of it. Innovation can take far steps, but selling ideas with no substance can have an equal and opposite effect, sending people flying off of a mountain they'd spent months building up under themselves. It tends to be the recognition we dont ask for that means the most.
The Virgo-Pisces Opposition- The belief that we know what people need better than they do themselves, holding our experience over the word of people themselves, and over our own refusal to deal with these problems in our own life.
This opposition is one that becomes more helpful the more they're attempting to avoid what's going on in their own life, and it's the quick and simple answers that signal a storm to come. This is where people attempt to replace their emotion with other peoples', but it's the consistent need to cover their own lives up that keeps them so busy in everyone else's, a stagnant personal issue receiving superficial treatment through the healing of other people.
