Happy baby doing #happybabypose which is one of my favorite #yoga poses! Especially now, with all my low back pain from holding Gia so much, pushing a stroller, lugging a car seat and trying to walk hills post-recovery.... my poor back is living this pose so I’m doing it when I wake and before I go to sleep.. . Today’s morning walk was the hardest I’ve pushed myself #exercising in so long!!! (And the hardest I’ve pushed our stroller too!) 😜 It felt great! I gained so much energy from it, which was really well-timed bc I came home to a sick husband and a deadline to handle amongst parenting a teething baby and two other lovely kiddos. Because having Covid with all 3 kids at the same time wasn’t enough, Covid left then resurged again on Tuesday… and finally left yesterday. 🦠 Maybe this was good??
