Out of concern for our Human crewmate, I tried to warn them about the Nardian that just joined our crew. As you know, Nardian’s are highly volatile and will not hesitate to challenge even weak species to duel. They bath weekly in the blood of animals and come from a planet that is constantly at war. Their aggression is well known to all but when I informed our Human, Kim, they became agitated. They accused me of being ‘racist’ and expressed their ‘deep disappointment.’
I do not understand. I was merely concerned for their physical wellbeing. Kim left, declaring their intention to become friends with the Nardian. Human’s do not understand that it is impossible to befriend a Nardian.
Human Observation Log 192: Follow up
The Human has befriended the Nardian. His name is Greg. I have been invited to join them for red mud baths as a form of ‘self-care.’ I am beginning to believe Human Kim could befriend anyone short of an Android.
Human Observation Log 192: Follow up
Human Kim has befriended the Android and I understand nothing.
i tried watching the 1st movie and i couldn't move on from the very ridiculous premises of how half of class 1A made it to that island, my point is that there's no way that deku doesn't know about bakugo's summer plans, so this is what i imagine went down a week before the movie takes place
I forgot how hilarious The Juror #6 job is. The episode opens with Nate trying to socialize his crime daughter by having her do civil service. "There is not some evil conspiracy lurking behind the curtain of every routine civic activity." *four minutes later* "Uh, apparently there is an evil conspiracy lurking behind the curtain of every routine civic activity." Brent Spiner plays a hippie spiritualist pharmacist. We have to get Parker from thinking hiding knives in food is a good prank to having her charm an entire room of people. The kids leave for the day and Nate and Sophie line up at the door; they hand Hardison his briefcase, Parker her sacked lunch, and they present Eliot with the exciting news that today is the day he is going to be hit with a car.
actually you know what’s funny. the life series characters who are getting the most associated with dogs tend to be Angry and Lonely, not loyal. dogs without an owner and wolves without a pack. like, isn’t that something? the most dog-coded characters are dogs who’ve been hurt or abandoned by others, and are lashing out in response. arguably the only exception is ren, alpha of his pack and protector of his people. everyone else, though, are the outcasts. joel, dangerous and shouting and a coyote scorned. pearl, lone wolf trying to be let back in. and now, jimmy and martyn, but especially jimmy, first reds, trained to bite, untrusted by everyone else.
it’s funny. dogs are normally so associated with loyalty. it’s just, here, in this game…
