#once and guy friend and I went out and it turned into a contest of how many dogs I could pet on our outing

Lena x Bayern Player!reader
Lena's pov
I couldn't get it of my mind. From the moment those words came out of her mouth. Goodnight schatz. Even if she only let it out while slightly drunk. And the end of the day, it's always the same question. What we say while drunk, should count as nothing or should it count double?
In anyway it felt so sweet hearing that once again. And in the morning while catching the plane, it was everything we had shared that lulled me into sleep.
Summer break had finally came. And I started the process of moving to Munich. I would stay at Lea's while I went apartment hunting.
Tonight we were going clubbing. The girls had organized everything, apparently my job was to just show up at Klara's for a pre game.
When Lea and I went into the apartment, there was a big welcome home sign.
"This is so cheesy. But thank you guys."
As I hugged everyone, couldn't help but notice Y/N wasn't there. And Syd had noticed.
"She'll meet us at the club with the others. Now how about we do a round of shots to get the party started?"
Arriving at our booth at the club, I had instantly let my smile grow at the sight of her.
"Hey, welcome! Sorry I couldn't be at Klara's, I had to pick Ana up." - She gave me a awkward hug, just like the last time we'd seen each other.
Funny enough, I hadn't noticed the girl next to her, until she brought up her name.
"Good to see you." - I tried to say it in the most friendly way I could manage, while greeting Ana.
"You too." - She said with a tight lip smile.
Despite being seated next to her most of the night we had barely talked. And then she had decided to go to the dance floor.
Which is where we stood now.
Me sitting down, drinking up, while she was up on the dance floor, dancing against someone else.
The sight of her dancing with anyone was enough to make me red. But the fact she was once again with Ana made me boil.
"Hey don't look so grim, this whole thing is for you!
I know the reason behind that face, and all I can say is go for it. But without causing a mess, please." - Said the older woman.
But once again I only followed half of the advice.
Getting to her through the small crowd was the hard part.
At least it's what it felt like after a couple drinks. She had her back turned, so as I came close I put a hand on her hip.
"Hey, it's just me." - I said into her ear as I noticed I made her jump. But she only gave my hand a squeeze not even turning.
readers pov
I was just fixed on enjoying myself, until I noticed Ana had stopped dancing.
"I'm going to rest a little." - She said as she left for the booth.
Finally turning to face Lena. Her checks were already tinted from the heat and the drinks.
"I don't like the way she thinks you belong to her." - She said into my ears.
"No need to be jealous." - to say I was a little devilish when drunk, was a fair statement. - "I can be friends with everyone."
"Friends huh?"
"Can we do a chugging contest like we always used to?"
"Only if your ready to lose."
"You wish, let's go."
I pulled her through the crowd, straight pass the booth and into the bar area.
"Ready?" she asked and I only nodded. "Go."
"How does it feel to be proved wrong?" - I asked as I finished my beer.
"Quite nice actually." - by now she had a stupid smile on her face. - "I'm ordering something else. Want anything?"
"I'll share with you." - I said without even asking her if she was okay with that. It was just automatic, like the feelings the two of you shared. It was automatic, every time you were around each other they would just resurface.
You guys finished the liquid before heading back to dance some more. But this time Lena had all your attention to herself. And it was good while it lasted.
"Ouch my feet hurt."
"That's why I never wear heels."
You were already pouting at her.
"Fine, let's get you home."
You stopped by the table to say your goodbyes, and let everyone know you were leaving.
"I'm taking this one home." - At this point yes you were both drunk, but it was easy to tell you were a little more intoxicated than her.
"You can't drive!"
"'m not planning on it. We're ubering. Just want to make sure she gets home safely."
"Here's my car keys. Please don't crash it! Ana are you getting a ride with the girls?" - You spat everything out without even taking a pause.
Lena was desperately looking at the girls so one of them would take charge. She deserved this win, and they all knew it. You would never leave Ana if it meant she would have to go home alone.
"I'll take her home. I've barely had anything to drink." - One of them said grabbing your keys, much to Lena's relief.

Hello, i thought about a seventeen reaction to another member scrolling through their phone and finding a nude of their soulmate<33

a member finding your nudes - 95 line
95 line, 96 line, 97 line, maknae line
wc: 1073

n/a: i kinda went overboard and wrote too much so i only did 95 line. pls lmk if u want 96, 97 and/or maknae line :3
seungcheol -
its funny. you and cheol had snuck away from the movie night you had arranged with a few of the members and their significant others, leaving behind your things in the living room in order to sneak into your bedroom for a few minutes under the very unconvincing excuse of 'oh, i just have to help her find something'. that is how jeonghan ended up picking up cheol's phone from the couch, thinking it was his since cheol had insisted on jeonghan getting him one of his classic phone cases due to the convenience of the pocket.
cheol had left his phone unlocked as he had left to follow after you in a hurry upon seeing the bedroom eyes you were giving him, leaving jeonghan with full free reign over his phone. jeonghan quickly realized that the phone in his hands was not his, but also knew his best friend was currently ditching his own guests to go fuck his girlfriend (you guys weren't slick), so he decided to see if he could find entertainment some other way. what he didnt expect, however, was to find a folder full of explicit pictures of cheol and his girlfriend. he didnt mean to, but his eyes were now glued to the screen, with no willpower to stop looking.
a few moments later, a very disheveled cheol came out of the room before you ('baby, wait two minutes before coming out or it'll be suspicious), almost immediately catching onto a very focused-looking jeonghan staring blankly at his phone. thinking he could maybe tease his friend about whatever he was looking at, he snuck behind him to scare him, but caught a glance at what was actually his phone, the screen showcasing a collage of photos of you in less than favorable circumstances.
"w-YAH WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!", cheol whisper-shouted at his friend as to not catch anyone's attention. he snatched the phone away and put it in his pocket.
for once, his usually slick-tongued friend was left without words, staring at him with wide eyes. with perfect timing, you came out with equally disheveled hair, tilting your head in confusion at the scene of your boyfriend and his friend in a very intense staring contest.
"what happened?"
jeonghan -
as roommates, it was quite common for jeonghan and seungkwan to pick up each other's phones for simple tasks such as checking the time or ordering food. which is why jeonghan didnt question it when he saw seungkwan pick up his phone to order take-out. what he hadnt expected, however, was for you to message him right at that moment.
being his well-mannered girl, he assumed it was just the quick 'how are u angel ☹️🫶' you'd usually send him every day around this time, but he couldnt have been more wrong.
"oh, hey you got a text from- OH!"
okay, that wasnt the usual reaction one would have to an innocent text from your roommate's girlfriend. he quickly snatched the phone from the younger's hands, curious as to what caused his reaction. upon inspecting the screen, he found his friend had not only seen, but had accidentally swiped up on an imessage notification detailing you half naked in bed, with 'miss uu angel <3 mwuah' attached to it.
jeonghan had no time to be turned on or even react to your message (which would usually be endless strings of heart eye emojis begging for more pics) and yelled at his friend, panicked.
"YAH! why'd you swipe up?!"
"IT WAS AN ACCIDENT. NEVERMIND I DONT WANNA EAT WITH YOU ANYMORE!", his friend yelled back, flabbergasted and flustered at having seen his friend's seemingly sweet and innocent girlfriend's body in a way he never imagined.
although also kind of embarrassed, jeonghan felt a sense of pride at his friend's flustered state and ran to his room to text you back.
joshua -
always being on the go and surrounded by the total chaos of staff + his members, it wasnt unusual for joshua to occasionally misplace his phone. despite being an idol who liked to keep his privacy as hidden away as possible, misplacing his phone around his coworkers was not something that ever bothered him, thankfully having never dealt with leaks or anything of the sort.
today was no different. in the middle of shooting for the concept photos of their new album, joshua had forgotten to take his phone out of his pocket before his turn for solo pictures began and was suddenly nudged by mingyu, who had just finished his turn, to hand him his phone so he could hold it for him in the meantime. not thinking anything of it, joshua easily hands over his phone and signals to the photographer that he's ready to begin.
while joshua is busy posing for the camera, mingyu walks into the other room, joshua's phone now in hand. he decides to put it in his pocket before taking a seat in the waiting room and playing around with his own phone. that is until persistent vibrations coming from his back pocket suddenly distract him. thinking it might be some type of emergency coming from shua's friends or family (or else they wouldnt be as persistent), he decides to unlock shua's phone with the passcode he's seen his friend use before, not expecting to find notification's from shua's girlfriend, almost completely in the nude. and multiple ones at that!
flustered and slightly aroused, he quickly puts the phone away, shaking his head rapidly to get himself out of his trance. he feels terrible as soon as he realizes he just violated shua's and his girlfriend's privacy, but hey, it was an accident. he's going to keep this to himself, he decides, without realizing you and shua keep your read receipts on, and your messages would remain unresponded until joshua took a look himself.
hours later, now in the car on the way back to the company, joshua finally checks his phone again, noticing a few messages from you. oh. pictures. nice. wait. there's also you spamming him about leaving you on read. but when did he do that ? he knows he'd never pass up an opportunity to respond to you when you're needy and seeking his attention, specially when you send him pictures.
sitting across from him, mingyu watches worriedly as he sees all stages of realization hit his elder's face, waiting for him to realize.
"YAH! MINGYU, YOU-"

Sweet Girl
Anon requests:
Maybe some jealous Timmy? So excited you're writing again! Happy holidays!
Wordcount: 2.1K+
Masterlist
Description: It's the last party before you and your friends go home for the holidays. All you want to do is drink and hang out with your friends and boyfriend. Too bad you are dating Kyle and he is in a mood.
A/N: I love love love Kyle. He is probably, after Wonka, my favorite to write for Timmy these days. Had a lot of fun writing this. It is the same Kyle and reader from Good Girl.
Warning: Christmas smut. Possessive Kyle. Jealous Kyle. Public sex. spanking, degrading. Praise kink.
You laughed along with your friends as you nursed your spiked hot chocolate. “And then what happened? Did everyone get up and clap?” You teased your friend Henry slapping his shoulder.
“Har har. You don’t have to believe me, but it did happen that way,” he laughed, wrapping his arm around your shoulder.
It was your friend’s annual Christmas party before you all went your separate ways for the holidays. All finals were finished, the campus was closed, and the alcohol was flowing all night long. It wasn’t often that you let loose and drink and party. But it was a special occasion.
“So where is your better half today?” Your roommate asked taking a seat on the other side of you.
You glanced around the room at her words with furrowed eyebrows. You arrived at the party with Kyle. His arm fused to your waist and your hand shoved into his back pocket. You two were always joined at the hip but after an hour of drinking with his bandmates you went to talk with your group of friends, but Kyle promised to join you soon.
You turned back to your friends. “I have no idea. He is probably playing his bass or taking his 10th smoke break,” you said with a shrug.
“You two are adorable,” Henry said. “I’m jealous. My girlfriend decided to go to Uni in New Zealand.” He complained.
“Ah you poor baby,” you said, grabbing his cheeks and smushing them together. “What will poor Henry do?” You teased.
Henry scoffed and pushed your hands away. “I am going to go to NZ for Christmas and New Year’s. And come back and complain to you guys.”
Your small group laughed at his comment. “Just don’t clap when the plane lands,” you said, drinking more of your hot chocolate when your roommate leaned closer to you.
“I found Kyle,” she whispered.
You followed her eyes to see Kyle leaning against the wall near the drink table. His arms were crossed over his chest, and he was pinning you to your seat with his dark green eyes.
You felt your heart beat up. The way it always did when you saw your boyfriend. You waved slightly but Kyle didn’t react. His band was standing around all talking animatedly but his focus was on you.
“I can’t tell if he wants to kiss you or eat you,” She teased knocking her shoulder against yours and pulling you out of your little staring contest.
Laughing slightly, you shrugged. “With Kyle, it’s hard to understand,” you said before standing up. “Excuse me.”
“Hey. We were about to play Mafia,” Someone shouted after you.
“Play without me,” you called over your shoulder as you made your way over to your boyfriend. “Hey, here you are,” you smiled, leaning against the wall next to him.
“Here I am,” he said in his low monotone voice. To anyone else, Kyle sounded like he always did. Half bored, but you could hear an edge in his tone.
“Something the matter?” You asked, blinking owlishly up at him.
He shifted his weight from one foot to the other and shrugged. “Nope.”
“Which is Kyle for yes. So, what’s wrong?” You whispered in case he didn’t want his bandmates to hear.
“Nothing. Go hang out with your friends,” he said shuffling once more.
You rolled your eyes. “It’s like pulling teeth with you,” you groaned grabbing his hand and leading him upstairs. You found an empty room and pushed him inside. “Okay. So are you going to continue to lie to my face or…”
Kyle chose to ignore you and set on the edge of the bed. He pulled out his pack of cigarettes and lit one up. You groaned again. Kyle was lucky you loved him and put up with his stubborn ass.
As you opened your mouth, Kyle spoke first. “So, Henry’s girlfriend is still in Australia?”
You furrowed your brows at the change of subject. “New Zealand. And yes, she will be there until she graduates. He’s going for the holidays.”
Kyle nodded nonchalantly leaning down on his elbows. “I bet you are going to miss him, hum?” He said cruelly.
You blinked at him, confused by his words. “Okay, what the hell is that supposed to mean? He’s my friend of course I’m going to miss him.”
“Really.” He said stressed uninterestedly.
“Okay. You are in a mood, and I am not going to let it ruin my night. I’ll go back to the dorms tonight. And talk to you in the morning,” you said in no mood for his crap.
“Okay. See you in the morning.” He said laying back completely on the bed. You stare at him for a moment; Waiting to see if he was going to say anything.
When it became clear he wasn’t, you scoffed and left going back downstairs to the party. You took your seat back between Henry and your roommate. “I need something strong to drink,” you announced.
“Trouble with the boyfriend?” Henry guessed.
“Nope. I just want to enjoy tonight. Our last time hanging out this year,” you said plucking his cup from his hands taking a swing only to cough as you tasted it.
“What the fuck is that?” You got out between coughs.
Your friends laughed. “Not something for lightweights,” they teased as you got up and went into the kitchen to raise your mouth out.
You swished water in your mouth a few times before spitting it out. Turning around you were startled by Kyle standing behind you. Close enough that your chest brushed his.
“Kyle I am not in the” Your words were cut off by Kyle shoving you against the sink and pressing his lips to yours.
You froze for a moment and Kyle used that opportunity to spin you around and bend you over the sink. “What are you doing?” You panted grabbing the sides of the sink so you didn’t go face-first into it.
“Reminding you who you belong to,” he scoffed, pulling your clothes down. You bit your lower lip.
“Anyone could come in, Kyle. Now here,” you complained.
“Good. I fucking want them to see. You’re my girl. My good girl, right?” He asked pulling your hair roughly.
You gasped nodding. “Yes. Yes. Always your good girl,” you replied.
“Then be good for me and take what I give you.” Kyle slapped your ass a few times. You moved pushing your ass into his hand. Kyle chuckled taking both of your ass cheeks and spreading them to look at your dripping cunt.
“You are dripping for me. I bet Henry couldn’t make you this fucking wet. This cunt only wants me. Only belong to me.”
“Is that your problem? You’re jealous?”
Kyle slapped your cunt roughly. You gasped and moaned out loud. “I didn’t ask you to speak. I thought you were my good girl.” He spanked your cunt again. Your hips stuttered and you bit your lip trying to hold back your moans.
“Oh, none of that,” he ordered. Kyle grabbed your jaw pulling your lip from between your teeth with his own teeth. “I fucking want everyone to hear you,” he ordered. “Do you understand me?”
“Yes. I’ll be good. I promise,” you whined pressing your thighs together. Your mind was blank of anything that wasn’t Kyle. You didn’t care about who heard you. You just needed his cock inside of you.
“That’s what I like to hear,” he smirked, kissing you roughly. You whimpered into his mouth. Your eyes fluttered as you submitted to Kyle and his demands.
Kyle pulled away from you and bent you back over the sink. He spread your legs and stroked his fingers along your slit. His fingers were soaked, and he groaned pushing three of them inside of you.
“Look at your greedy little cunt just sucking my fingers right in. Fuck always so hungry for me.” He thrust his fingers deeper, curling them just right to make you see stars. You moaned louder fucking back on his fingers.
“So, fucking slutty for me. Fuck.” He could listen to your whining and moaning for him all night long. His jeans tightened and your cunt fluttered around his fingers. “Close already? I haven’t even gotten my cock in you yet.”
“Please, Kyle. Fuck me. Let everyone hear who I belong to.” You begged looking over your shoulder at him. Your eyes were filled with tears and your bottom lip jutted out.
Kyle’s eyes closed for a moment as he growled. “You’ll be the death of me,” he said pulling his fingers out of your cunt. He quickly undid his pants and pulled them down enough to get his cock out.
He slapped his cock against your cunt which pulsed now that it was empty. Kyle dipped his cock teasingly into your cunt. You bucked against him, but he was quick to pull out. “Tell me, sweet girl. Who do you belong to? Whose cock are you aching for?”
“Y-ou. Kyle. Only you. Please,” croaked out. Your skin was on fire and blood was pumping loudly in your ears.
“I love it when you beg so prettily for me.” He pressed searing kisses to the back of your neck then he replaced his lips with his hand to keep you pinned to the sink. You whimpered and wiggled your hips in anticipation.
His cock lined up with your throbbing cunt and stop. You whined titling your back. No words could come out of your mouth besides whimpers and whines. He hadn’t even fucked you yet, but you were a mess.
“Remember, only I can have you like this. You need me, sweet girl.” He said before snapping his hips forward filling you completely. You gasped and your hands tightened on the sink.
“Fuck. Take my cock, sweet girl,” he snarled pulling back and thrusting back in. Kyle pumped his hips faster and deeper inside of you. His grip on your neck pulled you back with his thrust to make sure his cock never left you completely.
You were nearly screaming as he fucked you against the sink. He shoved his cock into your tight cunt over and over. “Do you like that? Like my cock making room for you. Molding your cunt to my cock?”
“Yes yes yes. Love it. My cunt is all yours. I’m yours, Kyle. I promise always.” You dropped your head and took deep breaths as he fucked all the air out of your body. Kyle never let up and tightened his grip on your neck and rutted into you quickly.
“Mine. You’re mine,” he growled as his cum painted the inside walls of your cunt. “Shit, take my cock,” he slapped into you harder, slapping your ass and forcing you over the edge. “Milk my cock like the good girl you are,” he ordered.
He let go of your neck and put his hands over yours on the sink and kept his hips locked against yours. You clenched around him, and your legs shook. “Your good girl,” you huffed.
Kyle slowly pulled out of you and turned you around. Your eyes were a bit unfocused, and Kyle took your face in his hands. “My sweet girl,” he smiled leaning down and pecking your lips. “You’re mine, correct?”
You nodded. “Yes. Yours.” You dropped your head on his shoulder. Kyle held you close and rubbed your back soothingly as you came down from your high. Kyle put you on the counter and dropped to his knees.
“No more,” you whimpered.
“I’m just going to clear you up. I have to take care of my good girl. Yeah? I always take care of you. Don’t I?”
You leaned back on your hands as Kyle spread your thighs and dipped his tongue inside your cunt. He moaned taking his time as he cleaned you up savoring the taste of you both on his tongue.
Your hips grind on his face and you moaned pathetically. Too tired and oversensitive to do anything else. Kyle kissed your clit and both of your thighs. He leaned back and stared up at you.
You lazily looked down at him. “You were so jealous,” you said, voice completely soft and broken.
Kyle shrugged getting to his feet and fixed your clothes. You pulled him closer and tucked his cock back into his pants. You put your head on his chest and puckered your lips.
“Does my needy girl need a kiss?” He teased. You whined and he took pity on you kissing you.
“I can’t believe you fucked me in someone’s kitchen,” you groaned when what you just did hit you.”
Kyle smirked. “Now everyone knows that you belong to me.” He grabbed your chin making you look at him.
“Yes. Yours. My jealous Kyle.” You said putting your hands in his back pocket and playfully squeezing his ass.
“Call me whatever you want as long as I’m yours and you’re mine.” He said, kiss you harshly.

Y/N didn’t know what to think about Ethan, the shy, nerdy boy in her friend group. She knew he hated her, and she had no idea why. It’s not like she didn’t try to befriend him, in fact, she was the only one who engaged in conversation with him when they met. The whole night, she tried to make Ethan feel included, but Ethan, the whole night, ignored her. Ever since that night, Y/N wasn’t very fond of him, but she was forced to hang out with him since Chad loved him so much.
Chad had invited Y/N to a dinner party along with the rest of their friends, including Ethan. Y/N was sat in between Mindy and Tara, across from Ethan and Chad.
“So, Y/N,” Tara began to speak, chewing with a mouthful of pizza. “You got anyone catching your eye?” she asked, wiggling her eyebrows.
Chad gave her a grossed-out look. “Don’t ever ask it like that ever again.”
Tara stuck her tongue out at Chad, before biting into her slice and looking at Y/N, waiting for an answer. Y/N glanced at Ethan, who looked away from her gaze. “There’s this one guy in my philosophy class,”
Mindy and Tara squealed at her response, immediately asking different questions. Chad gave Ethan a look, who kept his eyes on his plate.
“I don’t really wanna date right now though, just kinda wanna mess around so I figure out my type.” Y/N stated, cutting off Mindy and Tara. The two girls looked at her sadly, before dropping the topic. The group moved on to talking about something else, while all Ethan thought about was her words. 'Mess around'? What the fuck does that mean?, Ethan thought to himself.
The girls had brought up the topic of the next party the group should go to, and something inside of Ethan snapped. He slightly kicked Y/N’s leg, gaining her attention. She gave him a disgusted look and returned her attention back to Tara. His eyebrows furrowed at her ignorance. Fucking bitch, he thought. He kicked her once more, harder this time.
“Fucking stop, Landry.” Y/N warned, kicking him back. The rest of the group looked between the two of them in an awkward silence. Chad forced a cough, while Mindy slightly chuckled.
“Not so bold now, huh?” she teased, before Ethan cut her off.
“I’m just tired of hearing how much of a whore you are.”
Now everyone was real silent. Y/N looked at him with a hurt expression, while the others looked anywhere but them. “Dude,” Chad said to Ethan, just as Y/N pushed away from the table, the wooden chair scraping the floor, and stormed into the bathroom. Tara watched her as she slammed the door, then turned to Ethan, who visibly regretted his words. As the boys cleaned up the kitchen, the two girls went into the bathroom with Y/N to comfort her. Ethan could hear muffled voices talking as he listened whilst washing the dishes.
“That was an asshole move.” Chad broke the silence, drying said dishes. Ethan sighed as he dried his hands, agreeing with Chad. He needed to apologize to her, she needed him to apologize. Ethan softly rapped on the door of the bathroom, nervously putting his hands into his pockets.
He heard a, “Fuck off!”, which was shortly followed by a, “It’s okay,”. The door opened, and he saw Tara’s figure blocking him from the doorway. He could see a sliver of Y/N’s body, which sat on the floor, next to Mindy, who had her arm around Y/N’s back. Tara put her hand on her hip as she looked at the brunet, and he nervously gulped.
“C-Can we talk alone, Y/N?” he asked her, but still remained in the staring contest Tara was giving him.
He heard Mindy whisper something to Y/N, before she stood up and walked up behind Tara. “It’s fine,” she whispered to her, which caused Tara to move out of the doorframe.
“We can go to my room,” Ethan suggested. She slowly nodded as the other two girls gave him a dirty look. He scratched his neck awkwardly, before leading Y/N down the hallway into his room. She stood uncomfortably by his bed as he locked the door, looking at all the posters on his walls. He had old movie posters, which the corners had faded, and he had taped-up pictures that consisted of his family and friends. She softly smiled at a picture of Ethan and Quinn when they were younger; Ethan was pulling Quinn’s hair while she punched his leg. She giggled quietly at the photo, and Ethan followed her line of sight.
“She called me a penis face after that.” He laughed. She smiled at the picture, but her smile quickly faded as she remembered why they were in his room.
“I just wanna say that I was such an asshole back there. I shouldn’t have said that to you.” He apologized, sitting down on the edge of his bed. She gave him a cautious look before laying down on his bed, her legs by him. “I get it if you don’t like me, I haven’t been that nice to you.” He admitted.
“Yeah, why is that? What did I ever do to you?”
He inhaled sharply, not wanting to tell her the reason. The real reason he acted this way towards her was because he wanted her. He knew he would never be able to be with her in that way, so what better way to get attention from her than being an asshole? He twiddled his fingers together as he looked down in silence. She raised her head up and looked at him for a response.
“I don’t know,” he muttered out a lie. She only sighed in disappointment, not knowing if this was even worth it.
“Ethan,” she said his name as she sat up, catching Ethan’s attention. “I’ve wanted to be your friend, but not if you’re going to keep treating me like this.”
His face fell at her words, but he wasn’t surprised. How could she not respond that way? After everything he did to her. He felt her get off the bed, and he looked at her as she walked towards his door.
“Wait,” he said suddenly, grabbing her hand. She stopped and looked at him, then glanced at his touch.
“I’m sorry, I wanna be your friend too. Can we try again?”
She paused momentarily, and she looked at him sadly. She weighed both of her options as she thought about them. She really did want to be his friend.
“No.”
Ethan had a shocked expression on his face as she left his room. His jaw hung open at her answer, he didn’t expect her to say that. The rest of the night, he spent crying off and on as he curled against his pillow. Just as he was drifting off to sleep, he heard the door open slowly. Chad peaked his head in, and he quietly walked in, laying next to Ethan. Chad lifted the blanket up and covered Ethan and himself fully, before giving Ethan a slight rub on the back and falling asleep.
—
The next week was hard on Ethan. He had tried texting and calling Y/N, which he never did, but she gave him no response. He would see her sometimes at group hangouts, but would brush him off every time.
He was starting to go crazy.
“Can you please ask her to talk to me?” Ethan begged in the middle of his and Chad’s small kitchen. Chad stood in front of the stove, checking inside the oven on their food.
“Dude, I’ve tried.” Chad responded, pulling out the tray of chicken wings.
Ethan groaned as he put his hands on his forehead. “But,” Chad started again, wincing as he tried to touch one of the wings. “She’s coming over tonight to drop something off for me, so you could bombard her.”
“W-When?” Ethan stuttered nervously. Chad glanced at his phone and made an upside down smile.
“She’s on her way.”
“Fuck, Chad,” Ethan mumbled, rushing to his room. He stepped into his bathroom and looked at his reflection. Man did he look, bad. His hair was a mess, the bags under his eyes darkened, and he reeked of a musty smell. He cursed again, and he sprayed an insane amount of deodorant under his shirt. He ran his fingers through his hair swiftly, calming some of his curls, and he raised his hand to his mouth, cringing at his breath.
As he brushed his teeth, he heard a knock on the front door. He started moving quicker, and he spit one more time in the sink, before he slammed the door open.
He hit something as the door swung open, and he looked behind the door to see Y/N caressing her forehead.
“Ow,” she groaned.
Ethan’s eyes widened. “I’m so sorry, are you okay?”
She slightly laughed and looked up at him. “I’m fine.” She responded. “Can we talk?”
“Yes, yes of course,”
Again, they were in his room. This time she sat at his desk, while he sat on his bed.
“I’ve been thinking,” she started speaking softly. His eyes perked up at her full of hope.
“Yeah?”
“I was mean the last time we talked.” She admitted, and Ethan’s face twisted with confusion. If anything, he was the one who was mean.
He looked at her, trying to receive the same gaze he was giving her. “So, do you wanna be friends?”
She shook her head, and Ethan felt even more confused.
“I don’t get you, why did you wanna talk to me then?” He asked hopelessly. He stood up and walked over to her, putting his hands in his pockets.
She looked up at him through her eyelashes, and he wanted to kiss her right then and there. “I don’t wanna be friends, I wanna be more.”
Oh.
“Why were you always so mean to me before, though?” She asked, eyes tearing up.
His eyebrows curved upwards as worry washed over his face. He softly sighed. “Because I like you, I always have. I thought you wouldn’t like me back, so,”
Y/N’s lips parted as she licked them. She reached upwards for his shirt, and she gently tugged him down. He was on his knees, in between her legs, and he rested his palms on her hands that sat on her knees. “Can I kiss you?” She whispered, tucking a curl behind his ear.
He nodded profusely, and he felt her soft lips graze his. He slowly moved his lips against hers. Her hands ran through his hair and back to his neck.
She slowly pulled away, breath hitting his face.
“Do you have any idea how long I’ve wanted to do that?” Ethan asked, breathily. His cheeks flushed a pink shade, and his eyes flickered from her lips to her eyes. She only smiled at him and kissed him again.
Their kiss grew hotter and heavier, and before she knew it, Ethan picked her up and set her down on top of his desk. He sucked on her neck as she wrapped her legs around his waist, and he rolled his hips against her core. His mouth opened against her skin as he grinded harder against her. “Fuck,” he moaned. He felt his dick get harder, and his face turned warm.
She grabbed the hem of his shirt and raised it above his head. He panted, and the hair above his pelvis rose up in the cold air. She paused for a moment, and traced her fingertips along the lines of his abs. Ethan blushed, now feeling a tad exposed and embarrassed. She started to untie his sweatpants, but his hands reached down to stop her.
“Wait,” he stopped her. She immediately retracted her hands and looked at him with a worried look. “I’m, I’m a virgin.”
She only giggled at him, which made his heart beat faster. “I don’t care, Eth, but we can stop.”
“No, I want to, I just didn’t know if you were okay with that,” Ethan smiled after she nodded, and he let her continue to drag his sweats down. His bulge was apparent through his boxers, and Y/N moaned at the sight. He started to undress her, by taking off her tank top, leaving her skirt on. He stared at her still covered breasts, and he looked up at her for permission. She answered by grabbing his hand and placing it over her boob. He made an exploratory squeeze, and his dick twitched. He kissed her again, and his arms snaked around her back, sending chills up her spine. As he unclipped her bra, he whined at the sight of her bare nipples.
“I want you to fuck me, Ethan. However hard,” She said breathily. Ethan hooked his fingers through her panties and swiftly tugged, causing them to rip off. She gasped, and he pulled his dick out, lightly pressing against her entrance. She looked down, and she clenched upon seeing him. He was a little above average length, nice and thick with veins running to his soft pink tip. He had a nice cock, she really thought it was a shame it’s never been in someone’s mouth before. Ethan’s whole body was on fire at the touch of her wetness. Her warmth felt euphoric, it turned him on even more. He slowly pushed himself in, keeping direct eye contact with her as he opened his mouth to moan. She whined at the stretch and burn, but it felt oh so good.
He was now fully inside her, motionless as he let her adjust to his size. She started to rut her hips against him, and his hands sternly held her hips, stopping her.
“You’re not allowed to move.” Ethan said. He grabbed her chin and kissed her mouth as he stuck his tongue in. She groaned and mumbled a muffled, “Sorry,”
He began to move his hips back and forth slowly at first, then started to move at a faster pace. Her walls hugged his cock tightly, creating friction against him with a hard pressure. She desperately tried not to move her hips as he continued to thrust inside of her; it just felt so good. He started grunting as his pace quickened and turned rougher. His hand was wrapped around her breast, cupping it, and his other hand was placed on the crease where her thigh and hip met.
“Fuck, I just wanna ruin your body.” He moaned in her ear. She only whined in response, which caused Ethan to slap her ass. She yelped and rubbed her fingers over the now red patch, soothing the pain away. He quickly muttered something along the lines of, “Okay” “Move” “Now”, and she immediately rolled her hips against him.
“Atta girl..Yeah you can fuck me, you know how to do it, don’t you?”
She nodded.
“Fuck, you wanna cum, baby?”
She nodded, again.
His hips slapped against hers, creating a lewd noise that filled the room. He reached his thumb down, and he applied pressure right on her clit. She shut her eyes in pleasure, and she began to claw at his back. “Please, Eth, I-I can’t,”
“Can’t what, sweet thing?” He teased, continuing to pound into her.
“C-Can’t, hold on,”
He shut her up by kissing her roughly, his thumb swirling in small circles around her clit. She moaned louder as she let go and reached her high. He felt his hips stutter as she clenched around him even harder. He thrusted into her one more time before cumming, before falling right on top of her chest. She held her hands on his cheek and neck as he positioned himself to lay on her breasts. He slowly and lazily thrusted in her a few more times. You know, just to keep the juices inside.
“Shit,” she whispered. “That was fun.”
Ethan smiled playfully, looked up at her, and asked, “Wanna do it again?”

head injury
Y/N had been an integral part of Arsenal Women's Football Club for three years. Her journey with the team had seen them through victories, challenges, and unforgettable moments on and off the field. During this time, Y/N had cultivated deep connections with her teammates, and they had become more than just friends and fellow athletes; they were her soccer family. As this season progressed, Arsenal found themselves facing a crucial match against their fierce rivals, Chelsea. Y/N, being her tenacious self, was right in the thick of the action. Her partnership with Leah on the field had always been one of Arsenal's strengths, and they synchronized like clockwork. Arsenal was known for its fluid passing and attacking style of play, and Y/N played a pivotal role in their success.
The first half of the match saw both teams battling fiercely for dominance on the field. The intensity was high, and both Arsenal and Chelsea were pushing their limits.
During a set piece, as Y/N went up to contest a header, an accidental collision with an opposing player pushed her back into the goal post, her head ricocheting off the metal post.
As the ball was kicked to upfield, everyone cleared around the goal, but the stadium fell into a hushed panic as Y/N lay motionless on the ground. Leah, her girlfriend, was the first to reach her.
Kneeling by Y/N's side, her voice trembling as she cried out, "We need medics!" Leah shouted, her heart racing seeing Y/N's eyes closed. Leah reached out, placing her trembling hand on Y/N's cheek, hoping to rouse her. "Y/N, I need you to open your eyes for me. Hey, Y/N, come on. Open your eyes."
More teammates gathered around as panic swelled, their faces etched with worry. Jessie Fleming, Y/N's sister, dropped to the ground beside Leah. She reached out to shake her sister's shoulders, but Leah stopped her.
"You can't move her, Jessie," Leah cautioned, her voice strained with fear. "Her neck or back might be injured." Jessie nodded in understanding and opted to stroke little strands of her hair that have fallen from her ponytail, out of her face.
Leah and Jessie tried their best to awaken y/n but nothing seemed to work.
Finally, the team's medical staff arrived as well as medics, their expertise evident as they swiftly assessed the situation. They took every precaution to stabilize Y/N's neck and spine, carefully fitting a cervical collar around her and turning her over.
“We need some space guys.” The older medic informed Jessie and Leah but they remained in their spots. Jordan, McCabe, Kerr and a few other of their own teammates had to physically pull them back. They now stood a few feet away watching one of the medics speak to Y/N, trying to coax her into consciousness while another examined her vitals.
As the medics worked for a few minutes, Y/N's eyelids fluttered open, revealing her dazed and confused expression. She tried to sit up, but the medical staff gently held her down, reminding her not to move. Y/N mumbled incoherently, and Leah leaned closer, straining to catch her words before going right next to y/n side, hating the sight of seeing her so lost and scared. "It's okay, Y/N," Leah whispered, her voice trembling. "You had a tough collision, but the medics are here to help you."
“Y/n, you need to lay back down. Everything is going to be okay, but try not to move so much.” Jessie crouched down and spoke as she noticed her wanting to get up once again.
Y/N's consciousness wavered like a flickering flame. She struggled to comprehend her surroundings, her eyes darting aimlessly as confusion clouded her thoughts. Jessie's plea to stay still seemed to fall on deaf ears, and Y/N's movements grew more erratic.
Leah held her girlfriend's trembling hand, her voice quaking with concern. "Y/N, please, lay back down. You need to stay still. Everything is going to be okay." She desperately hoped her words would reach Y/N through the haze of her dazed state.
The medical staff worked with a sense of urgency, attempting to keep Y/N from further harm as she teetered on the edge of consciousness. They continued their assessments, monitoring her vitals, and told Leah and Jessie to try to keep y/n engaged in conversation to keep her awake.
Y/N's attempts to engage back in the conversation were sporadic and disjointed, and it became increasingly apparent that the injury was more severe than anyone had initially thought. Her responses were fragmented, and she struggled to maintain her focus.
Leah squeezed her hand, her voice trembling with worry. "Y/N, do you remember our first date? We went to that little café near your place, and it was pouring rain. You laughed when I slipped on a puddle."
Y/N's eyelids fluttered, but her gaze was unfocused. She mumbled, "Rain... yeah," but her voice was barely audible, and her response lacked the warmth and clarity it once held.
Jessie, trying to hold back tears, added, "And what about that time we played football in the park with Dad? You always said you'd be better than all of us."
Y/N's lips twitched in an attempt at a smile, but it was fleeting. "am... better," she mumbled, her words disjointed and distant. The memories, which should have elicited laughter and connection, now seemed to be slipping away from her grasp.
As Y/N's condition worsened, she suddenly gagged, her face contorted in pain, it was a distressing sight, and the medics reacted swiftly, turning her onto her side to clear her airway and prevent any choking from the vomit that arose.
Leah's voice quivered as she tried to maintain Y/N's focus. "Y/N, stay with us. We're right here with you. Keep those beautiful eyes of yours open."
But Y/N's response was a mere groan, and her eyes slowly rolled back, her body growing limp. The medics exchanged concerned glances, realizing that her condition was rapidly deteriorating.
Without a moment to lose, they immediately placed an oxygen mask over her face, ensuring she received a steady flow of oxygen. Simultaneously, they carefully slid a backboard beneath her, immobilizing her spine and neck to prevent any further damage during transportation. Moments later, an ambulance sped onto the field. Y/N, still unconscious, was swiftly and gently transferred onto a stretcher, her body secured and placed into the ambulance. Leah and Jessie immediately followed behind inserting themselves into the ambulance not caring if they were in the middle of a match.
As the ambulance raced towards the hospital, the sound of the siren echoed in the confined space causing Y/N to begin to stir. Her eyelids fluttered open, and she found herself disoriented, with the oxygen mask covering her face. In her groggy state, she attempted to remove the mask, her hands reaching up to pull it away.
Leah noticed Y/N's movement and gently placed her hand over Y/N's to stop her. "It's okay, love," she reassured, her voice soft and soothing. "You need to keep that on for now. It's helping you breathe."
"Y/N, it's okay," Jessie whispered, her hand resting on Y/N's arm. "You're in the ambulance, and we're on our way to the hospital.”
Y/N's eyes shifted from Leah to Jessie, her gaze still hazy. She attempted to speak but found it difficult. The words came out slurred and unfocused. "Why...hospital?"
Leah's fingers gently brushed Y/N's hair back from her forehead. "You had an accident on the field, love. The medics are taking you to the hospital to make sure you're okay. We're here with you, and everything will be fine."
Jessie leaned closer, her voice soothing. "Just relax, Y/N. The hospital will take good care of you, and we'll be right there beside you."
Y/N, though still disoriented and in pain, found some comfort in their presence. She nodded weakly and allowed them to reposition the oxygen mask, focusing on their voices to keep herself calm.

"Where's puffball?" Jungkook asks, carefully walking into your apartment, visibly tense as he follows you slowly, rather taking a look around.
"Where he always sleeps." You simply say, and Jungkook needs to think for a second, before his face turns towards the corner near your entrance door, where a small coffee table stands instead of the tiny red dog bed he was expecting-
A picture of the tiny off-white poodle mix on top of it, his baby blue collar in front with a candle unlit.
"Oh.." jungkook can't find the words, his throat suddenly clogging up. Everyone always said how ugly that dog was, and yeah, objectively he was- with the overbite and tongue hanging out, he truly wouldn't have ever won a beauty contest. But you loved the little guy- and Jungkook loved him too, despite his constant yapping.
"Died of kidney failure last year December." You shrug as you search through a bookshelf, opening a folder with documents. "Wasn't surprising."
"I'm.." he starts, before he bites his lip, scratches the back of his neck. "I'm sorry."
"For what?" You chuckle, trying to just brush it off. Truth be told it still hurts to talk about it- but you don't want him to know that. "You didn't kill the guy." You joke, taking out some paperwork as you sit down on the couch.
"No, It's not that-" he says, eyes focused on the grey-ish pull out couch in front of him.
The same you both made love on, years ago, the same he held you on through the entire night before you went for a round two in the morning, the same he decided that he needs change on.
"I'm sorry I wasn't there. To.. comfort you." He offers.
Again, only a shrug of your shoulders. You don't acknowledge him at all, it feels like.
And he can't even blame you.
"Here- that should be all the papers for the car." You instead change the topic, holding out the documents- which he takes, though he sits down next to you as well, with a respectful distance. It feels off, awkward, like punishment for his cowardly behavior years prior.
It's like you switched sides- your tattoos covered up by simple black leggings, blank white top covering your upper half. The only hint of color is in the split ends of your hair- though even that's faded to the point of almost being unrecognizable.
And now he's the rebel of the two of you, going against the norms with his tattoos and piercings and hair and everything- something he'd always admired you for, back then.
But the world had finally broken you down it looks like- society having forced you into submission after all, despite your back then huge ambitions.
"Are you sure I can just.. have it?" He asks again, just to make sure you really don't want the car any longer- and you nod.
"I had a seizure three months back, so I'm not allowed to drive anyway." You say nonchalantly, leaning back against the couch, arms and legs crossed to almost fend him off it seems like. "Not that I'd want to ever again." You confess.
"..down the old EDM club." He suddenly says, looking at you. "Near the main road. That was you?" He asks, and you nod, though your furrowed brows and challenging eyes show clearly that you're asking for why he knows about it. "I.. kept up with the news and.." he sighs, running his fingers through his hair, the other hand careful not to clutch the papers too hard. "I wanted to know you're alright."
"Cool." You simply say, nothing else.
He looks at you, waiting for something more you might day- but you don't. You just look at him with a strange mixture of emotions he can't really distinguish. It's all washed together into one muddy mess- and he knows it's his fault that you're so on guard.
He's a stranger to you now, after all.
"Car was never fixed up, by the way." You say, moving to get up. "So you've got some work to do or money to spend." You say, and Jungkook gets up as well, walking after you towards the door that you open for him.
He slips back into his Chelsea boots, before he looks back at you, mouth opening before you can even deny him. "I know you're pissed at me." He says. "And you got every right to."
"Great we talked about that- now leave." You say, pointing out the door.
"I'm not gonna say this to get my dick wet." He tells you with a serious face, as you stare him down, daring him foe his next words. "But I need you to know that you.. what happened between us, that was fucking special." He says. "So much so that I knew I had to change in order to.. become someone." He says.
"Someone what?" You ask, crossing your arms defensively- because his words are getting to you.
"Just someone." He explains. "I wasn't anyone at all back then. Just.. a puppet who did what I for told. I had no personality. No ambitions, nothing- I only had you." He words out, and your gaze softens. "And I couldn't stay with you because.. I would've probably hurt you at some point."
"You still did." You say, and he nods, tongue playing with his piercing.
"I did." He agrees. "But not as bad as I would've if I'd stayed." He tries to justify. "I- listen, can't we.. start over?" He wonders, looking at you with hopeful eyes. "We're basically strangers by now anyway, aren't we?"
You are.
The jungkook in front of you is nothing like the blank canvas he used to be. He's vibrant despite the lack of color he's actually wearing, full of emotions, opinions and views. This jungkook is filled to the brim with things-
While you've become empty instead now, taking his place.
"I don't think I'm the person you remember." You deny. "We don't fit- in fact, we never did." You shake your head.
"Five years might change a lot-" he says, round black orbs watching you intently. "-but the won't change what's in here." He says, offers, hopes, inked finger gently pointing to where your heart sits underneath the shirt and your skin and bones.
And much to your demise, he seems to be right.
Because you're sure he can probably feel it beating faster from this faint touch alone.

Eddie Diaz x reader - what’s important to you
Please... Ok imagine Eddie from 911 going on a couple dates with reader who also speaks Spanish and finally introducing her to Christopher... Like would Eddie be nervous, would reader be nervous, how would Christopher react? - @azeal-peal 💜
A/N: italics will be Spanish
He had met you through Hen, it was an accident, you just happened to on a night out at the same bar that the team were out on a night out at.
Hen introduced you to everybody, and when you friends went home with guys, you stayed with them just happily talking away.
Eddie couldn’t keep his eyes off you that night, you were beautiful, you were dressed up nicely, but not too revealing, just enough to turn heads as you walked through the door.
And he realised you didn’t need to be on a night out to turn heads, because when you walked through the doors of the station his eyes immediately found you.
“Hey, have you seen Hen?” You asked.
Eddie snapped out of his daze.
“I Uhm.. I think.. what?” He stuttered.
He wasn’t actually listening, and he gave you a sheepish grin which you returned with a small laugh and a bright smile.
“Hen, she said she was here but I can’t find her.”
“Oh I actually think she’s with Bobby right now, but you can wait up there if you want.”
He pointed to the upstairs part of the station, and you grinned brightly.
“Thanks Eddie!”
“You remember my name?” He asked confused.
He remembers telling you his name, but that was a few weeks ago, he wasn’t expecting you to remember.
You stopped on the stars and smirked.
“I remember the name of everybody, especially good looking firefighters.” You winked.
He smirked a little bit, following after you up the stairs, getting a bottle of water from the fridge and he brought it over to you.
You took it, offering him a sweet smile.
“You think I’m good looking?”
“You could be poster boy for the recruitment campaign.”
He laughed a little, looking away.
“Well, thanks. Nothing compared to you though, you could enter a world beauty contest and win by default.”
“Oh yeah?”
He hummed a little, directing his gaze back at you.
“Does that line win over all the ladies?”
“I don’t know, did it win over you?”
“Depends on what you’re thinking.”
“Well, I was thinking a nice dinner, maybe a movie?”
“Oh he makes his move, bold choice Mr firefighter, are you sure it’s the right one?”
He grinned a little at you.
“After work?”
“I’ll get Hen to give you my address, don’t be late hot shot.”
You got up, giving him another wink as you walked over to your friend who had just come up the stairs.
Eddie was right on time for you date, and it went amazing, so you asked him for a second date the following week.
Every week for two months you two would go on a date, just slightly getting to know one another.
Today was no different, you were walking around the pier with him, your hand in his as you walked over to a few of the stall games.
“I bet I could beat you.” He said.
“Oh you’re so on!”
Eddie smiled softly at you.
He learnt pretty quickly when you got really happy or excited about something you reverted to Spanish, and he had once heard you arguing with Hen in Spanish because he had to translate.
He paid for both your games, and you began throwing the balls at the targets, seeing who could knock down more cans.
He was winning at the start and he gave a cocky grin.
“You’re all talk.”
You scoffed a little.
“You wish, I was just biding my time.”
Tossing the final ball in your hand, you threw it, knocking over all but one of your cans.
Eddie stood there in pure shock, and he stared at you.
“Oh no, that’s cheating, come on!”
“I’m just that good Eddie Diaz, suck it up!”
You picked your prize, and he picked another, taking yours from it so he could carry it around for you.
You were grinning from ear to ear.
“You can keep that by the way.”
“What? But you won it.”
You smiled a little at him.
“Give it to your son, I remember you saying he was really into superheroes right now, I thought maybe hed like a huge iron man plushie.”
Eddie smiled down at you.
“You remember that?”
“Of course, I remember everything you say. I know he’s really important to you.”
“Not many people are interested in seeing a guy who has a kid.”
You paused and so did he, turning around to look at you.
Walking over, you reached up, placing your hand on the side of his face, running your thumb along his cheek.
“Eddie it doesn’t bother me you have a son, I’m dating you for you, if you have a son that’s nothing to do with me. He’s your son, he’ll always come first, and I expect you to always put him before me. I’d be pretty pissed if you didn’t.”
Eddie turned his head, kissing the palm of your hand, then he leant down, connecting his lips with yours in a passionate kiss.
You moved your hand to the back of his head to hold him there, leaning up into the kiss, and you finally pulled away.
“I’m in this for us Eddie, however long that may be, and nothing will scare me away.”
He smiled, brushing his nose against yours before he kissed you once more and fully pulled away.
“I want you to meet him.”
“Yeah?”
“He’s the most important person to me, and I really like you, I like what we’ve got going on, and I really want you to meet each other. Is that okay? Because if it isn’t you don’t have too.”
“Yeah, I’d love that. Just me when.”
He gave a nervous smile.
“How about today? You can give him this toy?”
“Really?”
“Is that okay?”
“Hell yeah, let’s go!”
You grabbed his arm and began dragging him back to the car.
Truth be told you were nervous about meeting his son, you knew how important Christopher was to Eddie, and you wanted to make a good impression.
But at the same time you didn’t want to impose on them either, you didn’t want Christopher to think you were taking his dad away or trying to change anything.
Eddie was nervous about introducing the pair of you, he really liked having you around, he wanted to have you around his apartment, cook for you, get you involved with much more instead of seeing you once a week.
As you guys reached his apartment you were nervously holding his hand while he unlocked the door.
“Buck?”
The man came padding around the corner and you offered a wave which made Buck grin.
“Oh I’m so getting out of here.”
He grabbed his jacket and jogged out of the apartment.
“Wait here.”
Eddie kissed your cheek, wondering over to the couch and he crouched down in front of his son, hugging him gently.
They spoke quietly and finally Eddie gestured for you to come over and you did.
You sat next to Christopher.
“Hey, I’m (Y/N). It’s really nice to meet you.”
“Are you my dad’s girlfriend?”
“Yeah, that’s right. I got something for you.”
You held the plushie out, and the boy took it, laughing a little as he held it tightly in his arms.
“Do you like my dad?”
You smiled at Christopher brightly, nodding your head, looking over at Eddie who had walked over to the kitchen.
“Oh yeah, I do. But I know your dad loves you a lot. So I was hoping maybe we could be friends.”
“Who’s your favourite superhero?”
You hummed a little bit, leaning back on the couch.
“That’s hard, but I think it has to be Hawkeye. I think he’s really cool.”
“But he has no superpower.”
“That’s what makes him super cool, he’s got no powers but he still saves people, he kinda reminds of of your dad..” you whispered.
Christopher beamed brightly, looking at you and he leant back at as well.
“My dad has been really happy.”
“Yeah?”
Christopher nodded a little bit.
“Where do you work?”
You began to tell him everything, answering all of his questions and when Eddie turned around he wore a soft smile as he looked at the pair of you.
You two seemed to be getting along really well, and he couldn’t ask for anything more

Skin | Supernatural Series Rewrite | Dean Winchester x Reader

Series Rewrite Masterlist
You and Dean didn’t talk about Toledo. You were back to not talking about much of anything. Your fights had become much less frequent, and when you did fight, it was more playful than malicious. For that, you were grateful. You felt incredibly conflicted about the fact that he was beginning to grow on you.
‘Like a wart,’ you thought. ‘Or a blister, maybe.’
Whatever he was, he was beginning to chip through your hard exterior. You also found out he hadn’t told Sam what you’d told him about your family which you were surprised by.
The three of you spent more time on the road than you did anywhere else. When you used to drive cross-country by yourself, you felt yourself beginning to go crazy a few hours into the drive. As much as you loved your alone time, you also craved the company of others. Now that you had it, you weren’t sure how you were going to leave these guys once you found John.
Dean turned in his seat to face Sam. “Alright, I figure we’d hit Tucumcari by lunch, then head south, hit Bisbee by midnight.”
He didn’t respond.
“Sam wears women’s underwear.”
“I’ve been listenin’, I’m just busy,” he finally answered.
“Busy doin’ what?” you placed your head on his shoulder over the top of the seat.
“Reading e-mails.”
Dean had gotten out of the car and began pumping gas. “E-mails from who?”
“From my friends at Stanford.” Sam still seemed disinterested in conversation.
“You’re kidding. You still keep in touch with your college buddies?” Dean asked.
“Why not?” He still hadn’t turned his attention from his phone.
“Well, what exactly do you tell ‘em? You know, about where you’ve been, what you’ve been doin’?”
“I tell ‘em I’m on a road trip with my big brother. I tell ‘em I needed some time off after Jess.”
“And I couldn’t make my way into that lie?” you asked.
“What do I tell ‘em, (Y/N/N)? That we picked up some chick in California and took her on the road with us?” he chuckled. “And I don’t lie to them. I just don’t tell ‘em… everything.”
“Yeah, that’s called lying,” you retorted. “I get it, though, the truth is much worse.”
“So, what am I supposed to do, just cut everybody out of my life?”
His older brother shrugged.
“You’re serious?” Sam wasn’t really asking.
“Look, it sucks, but in a job like this, you can’t get close to people, period,” Dean responded.
“How many friends do I have, Sam?” you asked him.
“Me.”
“Exactly,” you giggled.
“You two are kind of anti-social, you know that?” He returned to scrolling through his emails.
“Eh, whatever.” You flopped back on the bench seat.
“God….” Sam trailed off.
“What?” you and Dean asked.
“In this e-mail from this girl, Rebecca Warren, one of those friends of mine.”
“Is she hot?”
You rolled your eyes. “Dean—”
Sam ignored the two of you. “I went to school with her, and her brother, Zack. She says Zack’s been charged with murder. He’s been arrested for killing his girlfriend. Rebecca says he didn’t do it, but it sounds like the cops have a pretty good case.”
“Dude, what kind of people are you hangin’ out with?” his brother questioned.
“No, man, I know Zack. He’s no killer.”
“Well, maybe you know Zack as well as he knows you.”
“They’re in St. Louis. We’re goin’.”
“Look, sorry ‘bout your buddy, okay?” Dean chuckled humorlessly. “But this does not sound like our kind of problem.”
Sam wasn’t having it. “It is our problem. They’re my friends.”
“St. Louis is four hundred miles behind us, Sam.” Dean and Sam got into what you can only describe as a staring contest before Dean scoffed; seemingly admitting defeat. Next thing you knew, you were headed to St. Louis.
***
The massive door on the undoubtedly expensive house you’d arrived at opened to reveal a beautiful blonde girl.
‘Damn all these pretty blonde bitches we keep running into,’ you thought.
“Oh my God, Sam!” she smiled, throwing her arms around her friend.
“Well, if it isn’t little Becky,” Sam jested.
“You know what you can do with that little Becky crap.”
“I got your e-mail.” His tone had become somber.
“I didn’t think that you would come here,” she answered earnestly.
Dean shoved in front of Sam. “Dean. Older brother.”
‘He’s making his fucking voice deeper again.’
She shook his hand. “Hi.”
“Hi,” she smiled back.
“We’re here to help. Whatever we can do.” You peeked out from behind Sam. “I’m (Y/N), by the way.”
“Nice to meet you!” You were only mildly annoyed by how wonderful her disposition was. “Come in.”
“Nice place,” Dean commented, taking in his grandiose surroundings.
“It’s my parents’. I was just crashing here for the long weekend when everything happened. I decided to take the semester off. I’m gonna stay until Zack’s free,” Becky explained.
“Where are your folks?” Sam asked.
“They live in Paris for half the year, so they’re on their way home now for the trial.”
‘Of course, they fucking do.’
“Do you guys want a beer or something?” she asked politely.
Dean obviously did, but his brother stopped him. “No, thanks. So, tell us what happened.”
“Well, um, Zack came home, and he found Emily tied to a chair. And she was beaten up and bloody, and she wasn’t breathing.” Becky began to cry.
‘She’s even pretty when she cries.’
“So, he called 911, and the police— they showed up, and they arrested him. But, the thing is, the only way that Zack could’ve killed Emily is if he was in two places at the same time. The police—they have a video. It’s from the security tape from across the street. And it shows Zack coming home at 10:30. Now, Emily was killed just after that, but I swear, he was here with me, having a few beers until at least after midnight,” she relayed.
“You know, maybe we could see the crime scene. Zack’s house.”
“We could,” Dean agreed, but you could tell he still wasn’t picking up where Sam was going with this.
“Why? I mean, what could you do?” the blonde asked.
“Well, me, not much. But Dean’s a cop.” Sam patted his brother’s shoulder.
“Detective, actually,” Dean laughed.
“Really? Where?”
“Bisbee, Arizona. But I’m off-duty now.”
“You guys, it’s so nice to offer, but I just— I don’t know,” she said.
“Bec, look, I know Zack didn’t do this. Now, we have to find a way to prove that he’s innocent,” Sam replied.
“Okay. I’m gonna go get the keys.”
“Oh, yeah, man, you’re a real straight shooter with your friends,” Dean mocked after Becky had walked down the hall.
“Look, Zack and Becky need our help,” Sam responded.
“I just don’t think this is our kind of problem.”
“Two places at once? We’ve looked into less.”
Dean said nothing, clearly defeated.
***
“You’re sure this is okay?” Rebecca asked Dean as the four of you walked into Zack's house.
Dean clearly was having fun with the whole “cop” thing. “Yeah. I am an officer of the law.”
You hated how smug he could be. Rebecca came inside with you and informed you that Emily had let her attacker in.
She then informed you about a recent incident that struck you as odd. “Um, there was something, about a week before. Somebody broke in here and stole some clothes— Zack’s clothes. The police— they don’t think it’s anything. I mean, we’re not that far from downtown. Sometimes people get robbed.” In the midst of her story, you could hear a dog barking angrily across the street. Dean peered out of the window, and Becca came up behind him. “You know, that used to be the sweetest dog.”
“What happened?” you asked her.
“He just changed.”
Dean turned over his shoulder to her. “Do you remember when he changed?”
“I guess around the time of the murder,” she shrugged.
You found Sam staring at a picture of himself, another college-aged boy you assumed was Zack, and Rebecca that was framed in the hallway.
Dean came up behind you soon after. “So, the neighbor’s dog went psycho right around the time Zack’s girlfriend was killed.”
“Animals can have a sharp sense of the paranormal,” Sam said.
“Yeah, maybe Fido saw somethin’.”
“So, you think maybe this is our kind of problem?”
“Yeah, prob—” you started, only to be cut off by Dean.
“No. Probably not. But we should look at the security tape, you know, just to make sure.”
You shot him a look. “The evidence is staring you in the face, and you still can’t admit you’re wrong.”
He shot a look back at you that said, ‘Don’t try me.’
Before you could push each other’s buttons any further, Rebecca came over to you, and Dean turned his attention to her. “So, the tape. The security footage— you think maybe your lawyers could get their hands on it, ‘cause I just don’t have that kind of jurisdiction.”
How Becky was buying into Dean’s lie, you had no idea. He was really laying it on thick.
“I’ve already got it. I didn’t wanna say something in front of the cop,” she giggled. “I stole it off the lawyer’s desk. I just had to see it for myself.”
The three of you went back to Becky’s parents’ home to review the security footage. It was of Zack entering his house, but a strange glint on the film caught your eye.
“22:04,” Dean noted the time stamp, “that’s just after ten. You said time of death was about 10:30.”
“Our lawyers hired some kind of video expert. He says the tape’s authentic. It wasn’t tampered with,” Becky added.
“Hey, Bec, can we take those beers now?” Sam asked.
“Oh, sure,” she replied politely, turning to go to the kitchen.
“Maybe some sandwiches, too?” He was putting on the puppy dog eyes just a bit to convince her.
“What do you think this is, Hooters?” she snarked.
“I wish,” Dean mumbled.
“Can you focus, please?” you asked him.
“What are you, my mother?” Your banter was no longer filled with malice, just a hint of aggravation.
“No, but frankly, the thought of you trying to bang someone makes me want to throw up in my mouth. I’d prefer not to watch it happen,” you replied playfully. “But look.” You rewound the tape an started it over. You caught the glint again, paused it, and realized Zack’s eyes were silver. “There!”
“Well, maybe it’s just a camera flare,” Dean shrugged.
“Does that look like any camera flare you’ve ever seen?” you asked rhetorically.
He just looked away, defeated.
“You know, a lot of cultures believe that a photograph can catch a glimpse of the soul,” Sam chimed in. “Remember that dog that was freaking out? Maybe he saw this thing. Maybe this is some kind of dark double of Zack’s, something that looks like him but isn’t him.”
“Like a Doppelganger?” Your brow knitted together, mind trying to wrap around what you were dealing with.
“Yeah. It’d sure explain how he was in two places at once,” Sam said.
Despite the luxurious villa Sam’s friend called home, the three of you didn’t want to intrude on her privacy; opting for yet another shitty motel. Something about this case was bugging you, though, and you tossed and turned all night thinking about it. And then, it hit you.
You pulled on your jacket and boots and rushed over to the boys’ room. A sleepy Dean answered the door. You hated to admit it, but he and his fluffy, mussed up hair were adorable when he’d just woken up.
“Morning, sunshine,” you grinned.
He scratched his head. “(Y/N), what the fu—”
“We have to get to Zack’s house. I just thought of something. “
Sam appeared behind Dean, already dressed. “Whatcha got?”
Dean stepped back from the door, letting you into the room.
“We saw ‘Zack’ go in, but never saw the killer leave,” you explained. “But of course, we didn’t. Why would the cops be looking for that when they nabbed Zack in his house with his dead girlfriend?”
Sam was with you, nodding his head.
“Did you have to realize that before five in the morning?” Dean yawned, pulling a pair of pants on.
“Sorry,” you replied sheepishly. “Couldn’t sleep. But I figured that out, so that’s all that matters.”
Dean shook his head and yawned again. “Sam, you’re driving. I might crash my baby if I drive right now.”
***
“He must’ve gone out the back door,” Sam said. You and the brothers were walking toward Zack’s house. “So, there should be a trail to follow. A trail the police would never pursue.”
“I still don’t know what we’re doin’ here at 5:30 in the morning,” Dean grumbled.
“C’mon,” you groaned, dragging his arm to follow Sam around the back of Zack’s house. Sure enough, there was a dried, dark red substance smeared on a nearby telephone pole.
“Blood. Somebody came this way,” Sam noted.
“Yeah, but the trail ends,” Dean added from a few paces ahead. “I don’t see anything over here.”
Just as he finished speaking, an ambulance drove past the house with its sirens wailing. You and Sam looked at each other before hurrying back to Dean’s car. Dean followed the ambulance to its destination where a man was handcuffed and being shoved into the back of a police car.
“What happened?” Dean asked a bystander.
“He tried to kill his wife,” she responded with a hand to her chest. “Tied her up and beat her.”
“Really?” you asked.
“I used to see him going to work in the morning. He’d wave, say hello. He seemed like such a nice guy.” She shook her head sorrowfully and watched as the police car drove away.
The three of you hung around the scene for a while until it had been completely cleared out. You regrouped while you snooped around.
“Remember when I said this wasn’t our kind of problem?” Dean asked as he approached you and Sam.
“Yeah,” his brother answered.
“Definitely our kind of problem.”
You gasped, feigning shock. “Mark it in the calendar, Dean Winchester admitted he was wrong!”
“Watch it, sweetheart,” he retorted.
“What’d you find out?” Sam asked.
“Well, I just talked to the patrolman who was first on the scene, heard this guy, Alex’s story. Apparently the dude was driving home from a business trip when his wife was attacked,” Dean explained.
“So, he was in two places at once, too.”
“Exactly. Then he sees himself in the house; police think he’s a nutjob.”
You paused for a moment, thinking. “You think it could be a shapeshifter?”
“Something that can make itself look like anyone? Sure,” Sam responded. “Every culture in the world has a shapeshifter lore. You know, legends of creatures who can transform themselves into animals or other men.”
“Right, skinwalkers, werewolves,” Dean added. “We’ve got two attacks within blocks of each other. I’m guessin’ we’ve got a shapeshifter prowlin’ the neighborhood.”
“Let me ask you this— in all this shapeshifter lore, can any of them fly?” the younger brother asked.
“Not that I know of.” You shook your head. “But someone ran out the back of his house and headed this way. And then… the trail just… ends. Just like at your friend’s house.” You gestured toward Sam.
“Well, there’s another way to go.” You followed Dean’s gaze down to a manhole.
“Ew, gross.” Your face scrunched up in disgust as Sam started to move the manhole cover.
The three of you quickly climbed down so as to not be seen.
“I bet this runs right by Zack’s house, too,” Sam said as the three of you made your way down the tunnel. “The shapeshifter could be using the sewer system to get around.”
You were leading the group, and stopped suddenly when you noticed a pile of blood and skin on the ground. “Blegh, look!”
“Is this from his victims?” Sam looked equally as disgusted.
Dean pulled out his pocket knife and lifted a piece of the skin off the ground. “You know, I just had a sick thought. When the shapeshifter changes shape, maybe it sheds.”
“That is sick,” you affirmed.
He dropped the skin back to the ground and turned to you to wipe his knife off on your jacket.
“Ew, dude!” you shoved his arm. “What the fuck?”
He just laughed in response.
You and the boys headed back up to the car to load up with some weapons.
“Well, one thing I learned from Dad—” Dean began, riffling through the weapons cavity, “—is that no matter what kind of shapeshifter it is, there’s one sure way to kill it.”
“Silver bullet to the heart,” you chimed in.
He nodded and handed you a case of the bullets.
Sam’s cell phone rang. “This is Sam… We’re near Zack’s, we’re just checkin’ some things out… What are you talkin’ about?”
He seemed caught off-guard. You thought he was talking to Rebecca, but had no idea why she’d be upset with you. You eyed Dean who shrugged.
“Why would you do that?... Bec— We’re tryin’ to help… Bec, I’m sorry, but—” And then he clapped his phone shut, looking disappointed.
Dean found it an appropriate moment to be a bit of a dick. “I hate to say it, but that’s exactly what I’m talkin’ about. You lie to your friends because if they knew the real you, they’d be freaked. It’s just—it’d be easier if—”
“If I was like you guys,” he replied quietly.
“Sam, I’m not trying to be heartless, but Dean’s kinda right.” Both brothers seemed surprised you were agreeing with Dean for once. “We’re not like other people.”
“But I’ll tell you one thing.” Dean’s lighthearted tone was back. “This whole gig— it ain’t without perks.” He held out a gun to Sam, whose face was still crestfallen.
You followed Sam and Dean back down the manhole, gun loaded with silver bullets. You carried the case of bullets Dean handed to you in your inner jacket pocket; just in case. After a few minutes of trudging through toxic sludge with baited breath, you noticed another pile of blood and skin on a pipe next to Sam’s head. “I think we’re close to its lair,” you told them.
“Why do you say that?” Sam asked.
“Because there’s another puke-inducing pile next to your face,” you snickered.
“Oh, God!” His face scrunched up in disgust.
There was another pile of clothing and rotting skin a few paces ahead of you.
“Looks like it’s lived here for a while,” you heard Dean say from behind you.
You turned to face him as you spoke. “Who knows how many murders he’s gotten away— Fuck, Dean!” you cried, seeing the shapeshifter in the form of its last victim behind him.
Dean wheeled around, only to be knocked to the ground by the smirking creature. You and Sam rushed to his side as the creature sped off.
“Get the son of a bitch!” Dean commanded.
The three of you sped down the tunnel and followed him out of the manhole. You couldn’t see where exactly he ended up, and you decided to split up.
Under the cover of night, you headed down streets and alleyways with your gun hidden inside your jacket. You came to a stop at a dead end and wheeled around at the sound of footsteps behind you. The shapeshifter, still in the form of the businessman, knocked you out cold before you were even able to raise your gun at him.
***
The next time you came to, you felt itchy bits of rope binding your hands, feet, and neck to a cold, metal post behind you. As your vision began to clear, you could see you were in some kind of a dark, dingy room. It seemed like a house, but you weren’t entirely convinced. You heard what sounded like the older brother’s voice coming from behind you.
“Dean?” you called.
“(Y/N), it’s not—” Sam shouted, but cut himself off with a groan.
“Hiya, sweetheart,” he smirked, leaning down to your eye level. He put a hand next to your head on the post.
You turned your face away from him, straining against the rope. He even smelled like Dean.
“You are one fucking trainwreck,” he said, searching your face.
You eyed him curiously. He just laughed coldly in response. “The more I learn about you, the more fucked up you get.”
“What do you mean ‘learn’?”
As if on cue, the shapeshifter held a hand to his temple, grunting in pain. After a moment had passed, he spoke again. “You made a big mistake telling him— I mean, me— about what you did to your family. If I wasn’t ready to get rid of you before, I sure as hell am now. I hope you’re tellin’ the truth about leaving the second we find Dad, ‘cause I don’t know how much longer I can put up with you. God, from your voice to your personality, you aggravate the livin’ crap outta me.” The shapeshifter leaned back down in front of your face, the two of you only inches away from one another.
“You’re a burden, (Y/N). You’re exhausting to be around. I constantly have to keep my guard up around you. I can’t trust you, not after what you told me in Toledo. How do I know you won’t turn on me and Sammy?”
Tears welled up in your eyes, but you kept them at bay. You instead reared back as much as you could and spat in his face. You had taken him by surprise, but his hand was around your throat in an instant. His lips were inches away from your ear and he squeezed your neck just tight enough to where you were beginning to see stars. “You fucking bitch. Y’know, take your voice and personality away, Dean would definitely wanna fuck you. He thought you were hot the first time he met you. Then he actually got to know you, and, eh, things changed. But I’m sure he’d have tons of fun with Sam’s little friend Becky.” A wicked grin spread across his face. “I think I’ll go pay her a visit.”
He released your throat and you sputtered and coughed when he did. He covered you up with a tarp moments later. You felt pathetic, but you let your tears flow freely now that he was gone, wiggling around to get the tarp off your head.
“(Y/N), are you back there?” Dean called from somewhere you couldn’t see.
You knew he hadn’t said those hurtful things to you, but it was still difficult to hear his voice. “Yeah, yeah. I’m here.” Your voice was still shaky from crying. “He went to Rebecca’s, lookin’ like you.”
“Well, he’s not stupid. He picked the handsome one,” Dean gibed at his brother.
You admired his ability to keep his snarky attitude and stupid jokes despite his circumstances. His confidence bewildered you at times.
You pulled at the ropes binding your hands, hissing when you felt the rope creating angry brush burns on your wrists.
“Yeah, that’s the thing. He didn’t just look like you, he was you. Or he was becoming you,” you heard Sam tell Dean.
“What do you mean?” the older brother asked.
“Yeah, it was like he was downloading your thoughts and memories,” you told him.
“You mean, like the Vulcan mind meld?”
You giggled. “Somethin’ like that.”
“Maybe that’s why he doesn’t just kill us,” Sam added.
“Yeah, he probably needs to keep us alive. Some kind of psychic connection— ah,” you yelped at the feeling of the rope aggravating your wrists again. The shifter had bound you unbelievably tightly.
“(Y/N), stop, I’m coming to help you,” Dean instructed.
“I’m a big girl,” you replied sassily. “I can do it.”
Dean had made his way over to you. “Do you have to fight me on everything?” He untied your hands with ease and began working on your neck.
“Yes, but thank you,” you told him. You still couldn’t look him in the eyes after what the shifter had told you. You were doing your best to keep your exterior steely. You couldn’t deny, though, that his tight-fitting gray t-shirt over rippling muscle and the way he’d helped you were starting to break down your walls a little.
“Come on, we gotta go,” you heard Sam order from behind you. “He’s probably at Rebecca’s already.”
Dean pushed a window out of the building you were kept in and the three of you climbed out.
Sam started down the street. “Come on. We gotta find a phone, call the police.”
“Whoa, whoa, whoa.” Dean stopped him. “You’re gonna put an APB out on me.”
His brother shrugged. “Sorry.”
“This way.” Dean led the three of you down the street. You ran shielded by the darkness until you reached a store window. There was a display wall of televisions in it, and the news was on. Conveniently, Dean was the breaking news.
“An anonymous tip led police to a home in the Central West End—” the reporter stated, “—where a S.W.A.T team discovered a local woman bound and gagged. Her attacker, a white male, approximately twenty-four to thirty years of age, was discovered hiding in her home.”
Of course, Dean’s attitude was unwavering. “Man! That’s not even a good picture.”
You looked around nervously.
“It’s good enough,” Sam said.
“Man!” Dean grumbled, following Sam down the street to an alleyway.
“They said attempted murder,” you pointed out. “At least we know—”
“I didn’t kill her.”
You nodded.
“We’ll check with Rebecca in the morning, see if she’s all right,” Sam said, looking over his shoulder.
“Alright, but first I wanna find that handsome devil and kick the holy crap out of him.”
‘He’s still as arrogant as ever.’
“We have no weapons, though. No silver bullets,” you countered.
“Sweetheart, the guy’s walkin’ around with my face, okay, it’s a little personal, I wanna find him.” He turned to face you, but you couldn’t meet his eyes.
“I get it. We need guns, though.”
“The car?” Sam threw in.
“I’m bettin’ he drove over to Rebecca’s.” Dean’s face began to heat up. You knew he was thinking about his precious Impala.
“The news said he fled on foot. I bet it’s still parked there.”
“The thought of him drivin’ my car—” he whined.
You shook your head. “Come on.”
“It’s killin’ me,” Dean whined again.
“Let it go,” you and Sam commanded over your shoulders.
The three of you rounded the corner along a tall hedge only to be greeted by the sight of the car.
“Oh, there she is! Finally, something went right tonight.” Dean’s joy was almost contagious.
His stupor was broken by a police car appearing down Rebecca’s street and blocking the end of the road.
“Fuck.” You spun around the way you came, but another cop car appeared back down that street, too.
“This way, this way,” Dean began leading you over to a fence and easily climbed atop it.
“You guys go. I’ll hold ‘em off,” Sam told you.
“What are you talking about? They’ll catch you.” Dean turned into a seated position on top the fence.
“Look, they can’t hold me. Just go, keep out of sight. Meet me at Rebecca’s,” Sam quickly spoke.
You and Dean hopped over multiple fences, fatiguing your limbs quickly. Several blocks from where you and the boys had run into the cops, the two of you stopped to catch your breath. You sat down on a street corner and tucked your knees into your chest.
Dean sat beside you. “What did he say to you?”
You turned to him. “Huh?”
“The shifter. What’d he say to you?”
You shook your head. “Nothing, it’s fine—”
“(Y/N), you haven’t looked at me once since we left that thing’s hideout. Tell me what he said.”
“Why can’t you drop it?” you spat, looking down at your boots.
“Because,” he protested. “I gave you a chance to explain in Toledo. At the very least, you owe me that.”
You sighed. “He said you think I’m annoying. And, um, a burden. He said you’re trying to find your dad so quick to get rid of me. And that you can’t trust me because of what I did to my family.”
Dean was silent for a moment. “Anything else?”
“He said everything about me aggravates you and that I exhaust you.”
He nodded. “Do you really believe that?” You could feel his gaze burning holes into the side of your face.
“I don’t know,” you answered honestly. “You haven’t exactly proven otherwise to me.” You looked up at him for the first time in hours.
He seemed surprised by that answer.
“Don’t look at me like that. Aside from Toledo and a few seconds on that plane, all we’ve ever done is fight,” you reminded him.
“Yeah, I guess you’re right.” A few moments of silence passed before he spoke again. “But I don’t think those things about you. Honest.”
“I feel like I’m pulling teeth here, Dean,” you remarked. “What do you think of me?”
“I mean, you can be annoying.”
You scoffed, but a smile tugged at your lips.
“And you’re way too stubborn.”
You raised an eyebrow at him. “And so are you.”
“And you’re too smart for your own good.”
“I wouldn’t say that…”
“Would you let me finish?” he deadpanned.
You took a deep breath. “Yeah, sorry.”
“You just… you intimidate me a little, honestly.” Now Dean was the one who couldn’t look at you.
You were shocked. “Really? Why?”
“Dammit, (Y/N), I’m not good at this,” he sighed. “I know you heard what I said to Haley about that being the most honest I’ve ever been with a woman.”
You giggled at the memory.
“This tops that by far,” he admitted.
You nodded. You’d have this conversation another time. You rose to your feet, and he followed suit.
“Can we start over?” you asked him.
He eyed you curiously.
“As… acquaintances, I mean,” you explained. “We’re no closer to finding your dad than we were the day I met you, so I imagine I’ll be around for a little while longer. I’d rather us not fight the whole time. It’s getting exhausting, if I’m being honest.”
He chuckles. “Yeah, I guess we can do that.”
“Okay, then.” You cleared your throat and stuck out your hand. “Hi. I’m (Y/N).”
Dean shook his head at your antics despite the smile pulling on his lips. “Dean.” This time, he actually shook your hand.
***
Later that morning, you and Dean had returned to the car for weapons. Thankfully, Dean still had some silver bullets left in the trunk. With guns in hand, the two of you headed back to the sewers. A few minutes into your walk, you came across a rancid pile of flesh, teeth, and fingernails.
“I think I’m gonna be sick.” Your face contorted in disgust. You looked up when you heard a rustling noise a little down the tunnel. You could see a dim glow from the place you’d heard the rustling. You tightened your grip on your gun and let Dean lead the way into the chamber. He nodded his head in the direction of the left side of a figure covered in a tarp at the back end of the chamber, indicating for you to go that way. You followed his instruction and crept up on the figure with him. He pulled the sheet away from the figure, only to reveal Rebecca.
“What happened?” you asked her. Her hands and feet were bound, her mouth was gagged, her hair was a mess, and her skin was littered with bruising and cuts.
She was still shaking and crying as she spoke. “I was walking home, and everything just went white. Someone hit me over the head, and I wound up here just in time to see that thing turn into me. I don’t know, how is that even possible?”
“Okay, okay. It’s okay,” Dean told her.
The two of you untied her and made sure she was able to walk before guiding her out of the sewers.
“We’ve gotta hurry,” Dean said. “Sam went to see you.”
When you got to Rebecca’s house, all you could hear was the grunting, furniture breaking, skin hitting skin, and bones cracking coming from the living room. And then, choking. You had no doubt it was Sam.
Dean seemed to pick up on that as well. He hurried into the den, shouting, “Hey!”
The shifter spotted Dean and got off of Sam. Dean shot twice, and with that, the shifter was dead.
You rushed over to Sam and cradled his head in your lap. “Are you okay?” you asked him.
He smiled painfully at you. “Peachy.”
You giggled at him. You looked up at Dean standing over… Dean… and watched as he ripped his necklace off the shifter.
You watched Rebecca say goodbye to Sam, and she waved at you and Dean who stood by the Impala. She turned to go back inside her house.
Sam approached the two of you.
“So, what about your friend, Zack?” Dean asked his brother.
“Cops are blamin’ this Dean Winchester guy for Emily’s murder,” Sam jested. “They found the murder weapon in the guy’s lair, Zack’s clothes stained with her blood. Now they’re thinking maybe the surveillance tape was tampered with. Yeah, Becca says Zack will be released soon.”
You giggled. Dean just rolled his eyes.
“Get in the car, (Y/N),” he chastised you. For the first time since you met him, you knew he wasn’t trying to tear you down. It was refreshing to have an amicable relationship with him.
As Dean tore down the road, he turned to his brother. “Sorry, man.”
“About what?”
“I really wish things could be different, you know?” the older brother said earnestly. “I wish you could just be… Joe College.”
“No, that’s okay. You know, the truth is, even at Stanford, deep down, I never really fit in,” Sam admitted.
“Well, that’s ‘cause you’re a freak,” Dean quipped.
You loved earnest moments between the two brothers. It made you feel normal; in a weird way.
“Yeah, thanks,” Sam said dryly.
“Well, I’m a freak, too. I’m right there with ya, all the way.”
“Yeah, I know you are.” Sam’s voice softened.
“You know, I gotta say. I’m sorry I’m gonna miss it.”
You felt one of Dean’s stupid jokes coming on. “Oh, here we go.”
He eyed you in the rearview mirror.
“Miss what?” Sam asked.
“How many chances am I gonna have to see my own funeral?” Dean smirked.
You shook your head. “And there it is.”

"You lying piece of shit" you said to his face.
It was a pretty common situation between the two of you. Your "friendship" with Bakugo was a lot of things, sometimes you were all lovey dovey clinging to eachother (in a Bakugo way) and sometimes you were this...on eachother throats.
"Hey, careful. Remember who you are talking to" He warned you pointing his index to you.
Listening to Bakugo talking that low it would make everybody in the room have chills and most of the 1-A students that were there felt those said chills running through their spines.
"Oh I'm sorry I forgot I'm talking to the king of the cheaters" You exclaimed with your words dripping of sarcasm.
"I DIDN'T CHEAT" He raised his voice trying to make an impact on you but you had your poker face on with your arms crossed over your chest. "You lost, deal with it"
"Oh no, I didn't lose, you asshole, I was doing so right until you moved your piece in a way thats not allowed, thats cheating dude"
If Bakugo was having at least a piece of fun seeing you go nuts about a stupid game that emotion was over, you didn't have the permission to dude him, you were his fucking friend (who he had a crush with) not some random. He furrowed his eyebrows and stared to your soul.
"Don't dude me" his voice was lower than before. Intimidating kind of low.
"Play nice then" you stated.
It was a stare contest between two stubborn assholes. He was cheating and you too as well but you caught him and that made everything completely different. It washed over all your guilts and sins.
The quietness in the room was disturbing everyone. You two had the ability to make everything weird, the tension was palpable, it was cuttable with a knife.
"Guys, why don't you get a room and work out that fucking tension you both have? It's disgusting" Kaminari, who apparently didn't fear Bakugo was the first to speak. Kirishima and Sero backed him up with some "yeah" and they kept doing their homework.
You lifted your feet and made your way to the stairs without saying a word, there wasn't any chance that you continued playing with Bakugo. Once you were out of sight, Bakugo groaned to himself and went to the opposite way, right to the kitchen.
Once you were both gone, everybody in the common area sighed.
"They are so dumb" Mina said turning the page of her beloved magazine while chewing a gum.
"Even I can tell they like eachother" Kaminari said erasing some math problems on his notebook, the page about to rip for the numerous times he had erased.
"We have to let them figure it out for themselves" Kirishima talked and everyone agreed. "They're going to get there sooner than later, trust me"
After a (huge) moment of silence while everyone were minding their own business, a soft humming made everybody turn their heads to the sound
"How do you cheat in chess anyway?"
Todoroki was looking to the chessboard with a puzzled face. Everybody stared at eachother because no one noticed that Shoto was there.

A TOUCH OF HOPE MASTERLIST | Chapter Seven
LOGAN HOWLETT - BONDING MOMENT
Nothing interesting had happened since that night at the bar. Logan helped Y/N get back to the school and to her room. He laughed at her silliness, which caught him by surprise. Logan wasn’t the guy to laugh around. He was usually stoic and grumpy. But there were some lingering touches here and there. And yet, their bodies were like two opposite magnetic poles, pushing away. The moment she closed the door, he sighed - relieved he didn’t do anything stupid but also sad that the night was officially over.
The days went by. Logan and Bobby joined the Professor in Washington for another conference. The President wanted to meet Charles during a banquet. They were gone for a few days. Jean and Scott were still away with Remy and Hank. The school got quieter when some students went home for the weekend. There were only some kids that had a supportive system back home. Many of them were alone in this cruel world.
On Sunday, the day before Y/N became a teacher, she and JJ were sitting outside on a bench near the pond. She took him out to spend some time with him. He snuggled closer to her side. The weather got colder. Heavy clouds appeared in the sky. Halloween was approaching, and the students were excited about the celebration.
“It’s going to be so much fun,” Jerome said with a wide smile. “I’ve heard you have to make your own mask. It’s a contest, you know?” he was ecstatic. “Everyone does it. The best masks will get some rewards. It’s mostly candy. That counts as a prize.”
“Wow,” Y/N said with a chuckle. She was glad that the boy was happy at the school. “Have you been thinking about what you want to become? Or would you like some suggestions?”
He shook his head. “No, I think I know what I want to be. I’m not telling you. It will be a surprise.”
“A surprise, you say? Alright, don’t tell me anything. I want to see what you will make,” she patted his head. “Otherwise, are you happy here? Do you have everything? Do you need anything?”
He thought about it for a second. “I have everything. They gave me clothes and school supplies. Jean told me to ask for anything. But I can always come to you, right?”
“You can always come to me, Storm, Kitty, or Logan,” she said. “You can even see the Professor and talk to him. He’s the one who created this school. He’s a good man.”
JJ nodded. “Listen,” he turned his head to look at her face. “A few nights ago, I think I heard you giggle in the hallways in the middle of the night.”
Y/N blinked, and she bit the inside of her lip. “Yeah,” she nodded and cleared her throat. “I went out with some of the teachers. We had a lot of fun that night.” It was half true. She omitted the part where she got drunk.
He poked Y/N into her shoulder. “I’m eleven, I’m not stupid,” he said. “You were with Professor Logan. I heard you talk. Well, you laughed more than you talked.” That was true. Logan walked her back to her room. They talked, she giggled, and then the night was over. “By the way, he’s awesome.”
“Yeah,” she smiled, nodding. “Does Logan teach you something?”
“We have one history lesson a week with him. I like the subject a lot. History is fascinating. Plus, he knows so much about the First and Second World Wars. He gives us so much information and details. As if he was there. He’s strict, and we cannot misbehave, but I enjoy the lesson.”
“I’m glad to hear that,” she said with a smile. A shiver ran down her spine. The wind got colder. “Let’s head inside and have a cup of tea. I think it’s going to rain. Or Storm is having a bad day, and she changed the weather to fit her mood.”
JJ laughed. He stood up first, grabbed Y/N’s hand and helped her up on feet. He held her by the forearm as they walked inside the school. When she scanned his face again, she noticed the bruises were healed and almost invincible. He looked healthier. It made her heart warm.
As they walked down the hallway, Y/N heard a whimpering sound. It was soft, girl-like. She frowned. Instead of going to the kitchen, she followed the sound. The boy was confused. He opened his mouth to ask where she was going, until he heard it too.
Y/N walked to the lounge room, where she found a young girl sitting on the window still, silently crying. She was JJ’s age. She had curly hair and glasses on her nose. Her skin was light brown.
Carefully, Y/N approached her. She didn’t want to scare her. “Hi,” she used a gentle voice. “Are you alright?” The girl's puffy brown eyes looked up. She shook her head and continued to cry. “Oh, come here, sweet angel,” she said. Her arms spread, and she waited for the girl to accept her hug.
Surprisingly, the girl was immediately hidden in her arms, weeping into Y/N’s leather jacket. Y/N stroked her curly hair lovingly, letting her take her time. JJ took a seat on the couch and silently watched.
“You can talk to me if you want?” Y/N said after another minute. “Did something happen? Has anyone been mean to you?”
The girl's tiny fingers brushed away the hot tears. “My parents haven’t visited me for three months now,” she confessed. That broke Y/N’s heart. “They brought me here, and I never saw them again.” Her voice was low, sad. “They hate me for what I am.”
That statement broke Y/N’s heart. She understood the girl’s pain. Her loved ones gave up on her because she was a mutant. “What’s your name?”
“Nova,” she said. Her arms were tightly wrapped around Y/N’s torso, holding her close.
“Nice to meet you, Nova,” Y/N said with a smile. She rested her head on top of the girl’s. “Tell me, what is your mutation?”
“I, uh,” she hesitated. “I can scream very loudly,” she said. “It can damage your hearing.”
Y/N tilted her head to the side, thinking. “Sonic screaming,” she said out loud. “That is an interesting mutation, Nova. You have powerful vocal cords, and I’ve never met a mutant with this ability.” It wasn’t a lie.
Nova lifted her head and finally looked at Y/N. “You think so?”
“Yes,” she said with a brighter smile than before. “Every mutation is unique, and so is yours. With learning and more information, you will master your ability and know how to properly use it. All you need is time, patience and practice.”
Y/N’s goal was to shift the girl’s attention to something else. It was evident that Nova was agonising over her parents’ neglect. That’s why Y/N wanted to gain her trust, and maybe she’d feel more comfortable around her.
“What is your mutation?” she asked.
“I can create protective forcefields,” Y/N explained. “I am still trying to learn more about my mutation. I’ve heard the term Flyrokinesis, but some call it Flyrogenesis.”
“Is there a difference?”
“Yes,” Y/N nodded. “Flyrokinesis means you can only control force fields. When you can create them, it’s called Flyrogenesis. I can do both.”
“That’s so cool,” Nova sighed. “You can do so much good with your mutation. I only hurt people,” she said. Nova pushed away from Y/N but remained sitting by her side.
Y/N chuckled a little. “Well, it’s not as it seems. I hurt with my ability, too. It was unintentional, but it happened. That is why we need to practise and learn about our mutations. So we won’t hurt people again. We can use our abilities to do good.”
“My mutation is elasticity,” JJ joined the conversation. He picked the right time. Nova’s eyes turned to him. “The people that fostered me thought it was disgusting,” he said. “Now I think my mutation is unique.”
Y/N’s eyes moved to the boy. This was new information. He had never said anything about his parents before. Now she knew why. He didn’t have parents. He was in foster care. Even there, he wasn’t loved. Y/N wanted to run to him and hide him in a tight, loving hug.
“My parents have sent me here and never came to see me or take me home for the weekend,” said Nova. “I deafened my father in one ear,” she confessed. “He never looked me in the eyes again.” And she started to cry again.
“Nova?” another soft voice said from the entrance to the room. “Are you okay?”
Y/N found three other girls standing at the door, watching them. The oldest girl could be thirteen. All three were different. One of them had cat-like irises. The mutation must have caused it.
“Yeah, I’m just talking to…” she turned to Y/N, not knowing her name.
“My name is Y/N. This is JJ,” she pointed at the only boy in the living room. “Would you like to join us?” she showed at the empty couch.
The girls walked inside and sat together. They introduced themselves, too. Jamie, Olivia and Kyra were friends with Nova. They all shared a room on the second level. At least these girls were the support Nova needed.
Y/N and Nova moved to sit next to JJ. “You are the new professor?” Olivia asked Y/N.
“Oh,” it caught her by surprise. Did the Professor announce it already? “Yes. I’ll be teaching English and Literature starting tomorrow. I got a few classes a week.”
“Really?” JJ’s eyes brightened. “That is so awesome!”
Y/N nudged his shoulder. “Thanks, buddy. I’ll be teaching you too, you know? We’ll have literature together on Tuesday and English on Thursday.”
“You haven’t been here long, have you?” Olivia asked. Her long blond hair was braided from the top of her head. She had colourful bracelets on her wrists. “I’ve been here for a year and noticed you a couple of times these past few weeks.”
Two teenage boys walked into the lounge room. They stopped in their tracks when they found the place occupied. “Sorry,” one of them said. “We thought we’d be alone here at this hour.” Before he could finish it, another two boys walked in.
Y/N raised a brow. Already ten people in the room. “What time is it?” she asked no one in particular. It took another five minutes, and another six children entered the room.
“You’re the new teach’,” one of the older boys pointed a finger at her. “Cool,” he smirked.
“I guess the word is spreading faster than you know,” Y/N mumbled under her nose.
“No, she’s the one who saved Jerome,” a girl said as she sat in an armchair. She was at least fifteen years old.
“I guess you have a reputation, Y/N,” JJ laughed when the kids around them started to talk about Y/N as if she was not there.
The woman raised her hands into the air to stop the debate. “If you want to know more, you need to ask the source - that’s me. Please, stop discussing me as if I was not here, okay?” One after one, they nodded their head. “Great. Let’s start again. My name is Y/N. Do you have any questions?”
“What is your mutation?”
“Is it true you will be our new teacher?”
“Did you throw Professor Summers out of the window a few days ago?”
That last question made her laugh. Obviously, they knew something happened. This was the perfect opportunity to talk to the students and know them better. She lived there for some time now. It would be nice to be part of their lives, be there for them. As she kept looking at it, she realised all these children stayed at school for the weekend. Some of the faces were familiar to her. They never left the school the whole time she lived there.
They all had one thing in common - their families gave up on them the moment they discovered how different their children were.
A frown appeared on her face. “Do you ever go home?” she asked gently. She wanted to know how many of them still had their parents.
They all shook their heads. “No,” said one of the oldest boys present. “Some of us have families on the other side of the states. Most of us are here all the time. They gave up on us.”
“I’m so sorry,” Y/N sighed. “I know how it feels to be pushed away from your family. Mine got rid of me, too.”
“Sure,” one of the girls scoffed.
Y/N’s eyes found hers. “They locked me in an insane asylum because I… I killed my own little sister with my mutation,” she admitted out loud. “It was the first time I used the ability. Until that moment, I didn’t know I was a mutant. My mutation is forcefield manipulation. Even though it is a protective ability, I managed to kill my sister with it.”
It was hard to admit it in front of a group of children. Y/N concluded it was better to tell the truth than to lie. What if Scott would open his big dumb mouth, and the kids would fear her? No more lying.
“My parents put me into an insane asylum because of it, and they never came for me. Well, I believe they’d rather see me dead. I escaped the asylum and joined a group of terrible people. My decisions were not the best. I’m not proud of that part of my life.”
“Y/N was locked with me in a lab where they experimented on us,” JJ chimed in. The kids turned their gazes at him. He sounded like a grown man. “She was already there when they brought me in. I helped her escape. Later, Profesor Logan and her came for me and saved my life.”
The silence that surrounded everyone was heavy. Some kids lowered their eyes to the ground, others closed them. They didn’t know what to say or if to say anything at all. The topic was heavy. Some could relate, and others were lucky to not experience anything tragic.
“I get how you all feel,” Y/N said. “I know what it is like when the people you love get rid of you like you’re an old, used toy. I understand you feel betrayal and pain, even anger.” Her hand found Nova’s hand, and she squeezed it reassuringly. “But look where you are now. You all ended up in a school for mutants, where you’ve been given a second chance for a better life. This place is your home. People here care and want the best for you. I dare to say that this is your new family.”
More silence followed. “I know I’m still a stranger to you, and you don’t trust me. That’s okay. Teachers like Storm, Jean or Kitty will be there for you. Please, just know you can talk to me, too. I want to help in any way that I can and know.”
Once Y/N finished talking, Nova wrapped her arms around Y/N’s waist and hugged her tightly. When JJ saw it, he did the same from the other side. The woman wrapped both arms around each child and smiled. The love she felt was immense. Before she knew it, more children approached her. They all huddled together in a big, warm hug. It was a beautiful gesture.
Storm walked around the school, checking on the students. She stepped into the lounge room. Her eyes landed on the scene before her. She had to smile. Storm was lucky enough to witness the group hug.
“What’s going on?” she asked softly.
Slowly, the children moved from the huddle. They went back to their sitting spots again. JJ kept his arms around Y/N while Nova grabbed Y/N’s hand and held it tightly.
“Just bonding,” Y/N said with a smile.
Storm’s lips reflected the smile. “That’s nice. I’m glad you are finding a way to their hearts.”
Later that day, The Professor returned with Logan and Bobby from the banquet. They were back after a few days away, and both men couldn’t be happier about their return. Bobby missed Kitty. They’d been texting here and there throughout the time. Logan didn’t have the guts to call or text Y/N. He rarely used his phone. Also, he thought it would be weird. Charles could feel Logan’s faint anxiety crawling around him. He knew the reasoning behind it. The man’s thoughts weren’t quiet.
They drove to the school, glad this ‘mission’ was over. They didn’t expect to hear loud music roaring from the building. Logan tilted his head to the side, frowning. “Is that coming from the school?” Then they heard singing. It was like a live concert. “What’s going on?”
Logan parked the car in the garage. They helped Charles out of the car and into his wheelchair. The singing got louder. It echoed around the garage. The students were singing a familiar song. Charles smiled and chuckled. When was the last time something like this happened?
All three went from the garage and got to the main level. The song changed. After a brief silence, the singing began again. The students were crammed in the lounge room, dancing around and singing as loud as their voices let them. When some kids noticed the Professor, they made a passageway for him and the other two teachers.
Logan’s eyes widened in surprise. He found Storm, Y/N and Kitty in the middle of the room, surrounded by students, jumping and screaming words to the song playing.
If you could see that I’m the one who understands you. Been here all along, so why can’t you see? You belong with me.
It seemed everyone knew the words to that song. All three women swayed their hips to the music, jumping around like all the students. They were happy, enjoying the moment. Y/N grabbed JJ’s hands when she started twisting him around. Her face was bright and cheerful. Even the boy was thrilled.
She wears high heels. I wear sneakers. She’s cheer captain. I’m on the bleachers.
This part was powerful. As if everyone wanted to scream the chorus as loud as possible. No one cared that the headmaster was present. But Charles had a big smile on his face. Yes, they organised events for the students, but this happened out of nowhere. It was special. It was a bonding moment for everyone.
“I love this song!” Bobby shouted, bobbing his head to the song. He started to sing the lyrics.
Storm draped an arm around Y/N’s shoulders while Y/N wrapped an arm around her waist as they sang the song. One of her hands remained on JJ. They laughed at their silliness. Kitty found Bobby walking to her. She got excited and ran into his arms, and they swayed together to the song.
Storm discovered Bobby a few seconds later. She stopped dancing, and her eyes found Charles and Logan. Her arm fell from Y/N’s shoulders, and she made her stop dancing.
Y/N gasped. Her face heated up, and she quickly turned around to turn off the music. She had a remote control to the stereo. When the song was abruptly stopped, the students whined. It was evident they were displeased by the interruption.
“Professor,” Storm said his name nervously. “I’m sorry for this. We got carried away.”
Charles laughed. “Oh, Storm, no need to apologise. I like that you all have so much fun on a Sunday afternoon. You should continue to have more fun.”
Y/N was breathing heavily. Her chest was rising and falling visibly. It was quite a cardio. Her eyes met Logan’s, who had a grin on his face. He leaned against the nearest wall, crossed his arms over his chest and kept staring. When he licked his lips, Y/N’s eyes followed his every movement.
“Well, the magic of the moment is kind of gone,” Y/N said. “But we had good two hours of this fun, right?” she turned to see the kids. They shouted affirmations. Some of them whistled.
“Okay, everyone, it’s time for us to end this session,” Storm raised her voice so everyone could hear her. “Thank you for being here and having fun. It’s time to get to your rooms and prepare for tomorrow.”
Logan watched as Y/N hugged a few younger kids. First, it was JJ, which wasn’t surprising. Then, it was two other girls. That sight made his insides tingle. He felt love radiating out of her. It made him smile. When they separated, Y/N’s eyes were back on him.
He took a few steps forward while greeting some of the kids. “Are you trying to bribe them to like you?” he mocked her.
“Are you jealous I’m giving my attention to them and not you?” she poked his bicep when Logan was close enough. “Or should I bribe you too?”
“I’m not that easy, princess.”
“What if I tell you I sneaked in some beer?” she raised her brows.
He was impressed. “You got me. Wait, you want to get drunk again?” he asked. “I won’t be taking care of your ass next time.”
Y/N squinted. Her body was ready to jump at him. Not because she was angry at him. She wanted to kiss that smug smile off his face. Last night, she imagined what his hands would feel on her body, how he would taste and feel. She pictured his hands exploring her naked body, his lips between her legs.
“I’m a big girl. I can take care of myself,” she said. There was a teasing smile on her face. She walked past him and found JJ talking to one boy. She wrapped an arm around his shoulders.
Logan watched her leave the lounge room with the boy. His mind was spinning. His eyes lowered and remained on her ass, watching it move with each step she took.
A hand tapped his shoulder. Bobby grinned at Logan. “You got it bad, my friend.”
“Shut up.”

Love is blind. Some would even say love is blinding. Brandon really doesn't care about all that..... all he cares about is you, in the pod on the other side of that wall.
Yandere Love is Blind Contestant Part 1
Cw: male yandere, female reader, obsessive tendancies, reality TV.
Brandon Burnett was tired of love eluding him. He was sick of mindlessly swiping the apps, going on the dates, and never finding that spark. So, he signed up to be cast on the popular show Love is Blind. He was shocked when he got the call that he was in. He was officially a contestant on Love is Blind! His family was supportive, and his job was accommodating, so he was gonna go phones off for 3 weeks and hopefully meet the love of his life!
Brandon's a charismatic guy, he's one of those people who you meet once and don't see for a couple months, run into him at the store, and it's like you're long lost best friends. You just feel comfortable with him as he asks how your grandma's doing after her rotator cuff surgery, and that he saw you posted about your dog's birthday last week! He's just thay kinda guy. So. When he's in a room full of the other contestants, all filled with awkward anticipation to be officially welcomed to the show, and then released to their pods.... He's right there starting conversation. He's the life of the party before he show even starts.
Finally, the doors open, and everyone redirects their merriment to the two individuals who have just entered the room. They welcome the men to the show before sending them to their very first pod dates.
_______----------~~~~~~~~~~----------_______
You joined love is blind looking for your forever, as cheesy as it sounds. You'd had some long-term relationships, but they always ended one way or another. He may have cheated. You two may have argued all the time. He may have left you without explaining why. It just never worked out. And you were tired of it! So. What better way to try and find that connection than Love is Blind.
You were estatic to have gotten on the show! When you got tnere, you chatted with the other women and started pod hopping with more energy than you've ever had. The first few were good! You'd met a few people you might be interested in, but obviously, you're playing the game. You've gotta meet everyone before you can start to narrow it down! But then you stepped into your fourth or fifth pod. As you sit down on the couch, you hear a door click on the other side of the wall. "Hi! Looks like I beat you in! My name is y/n, i'm really excited to meet you! What's your name?" The voice that comes through let's you know his name is Brandon, that he's also glad to meet you, and then y'all start talking in earnest. You wanted to start with getting to know him a bit, identifying factors to jot down, just like with your other dates. Politics, family values, occupation, etc. but it was such a natural conversation that it just went so fast. By the time you were supposed to leave, you found yourself disappointed. The two of you had been casually flirting as you asked each other questions, went on deep tangents, had light banter, and you had a fantastic time! You left that pod thinking Brandon was definitely one of your top three so far!
_______----------~~~~~~~~~~----------_______
Brandon, meanwhile, was wildly disappointed in the first few pods. He really started debating if he was gonna drop out after meeting everyone. His first couple dates were nice enough, and he was cordial, but he felt none of that spark that he was craving. But then he talked with you! You greeted him so enthusiastically and you gave him more to go off than just a "hi!" and your voice sent shivers down his spine. Y'all started to talk, and for Brandon, it was like fireworks were going off all over his skin. This was more than the spark he was looking for. He was on fire!
He finds out what you do for a living, how many animals you have, and he answers in turn, but the interview style never really had a chance. He's all the more smitten as you genuinely listen when he speaks, ask questions, remember details from earlier in the conversation, and tie it in. Poor man is struck through the heart. He had the instant connection he wanted, this deep level of understanding that he wanted, and feels so at home talking with you! You banter with him, tease him gently as the two of you flirt, it's just so natural and right!
Brandon's frantically writing down every detail he can about what you're saying, how you're saying it, when you laugh, when you pause before answering, just every little bit he can. He does have a good memory. He prides himself in it. But he doesn't want to chance losing a single second of this moment with you. It's just perfect.
All too soon, though, it's time to leave. Brandon has half a mind to ask you to just say screw it to the rest of the game and run away with him. But he knows you don't know him well enough to say yes. You came to this show for the experience, so he'll go through it with you. But now.... now he's gotta figure out how to make sure you're his, and only his.
Ahhhhh! I hope y'all liked part one, I haven't written this style in so long, so please forgive me for any errors, and if the flow is a bit off! I just have been watching reality tv with my mom, and I mean. Come ON! I can't wait to share with y'all what I've got cooking up in my mind for the next few parts!

Ao Oni, Aka Oni
Hey guys! Since AidaIro just graced us with art to celebrate Setsubun, I wanted to take the time to examine the meaning behind the masks the characters are wearing. This'll be quick and informal, but I hope some of you get a kick out of it, like I did.
The men here are participating in a bean throwing contest. If you don't know, Setsubun is about throwing beans at oni/ogres to drive them away. Doing this can free you of your negative desires and emotions. Of course, since most people can't find an oni or ogre to throw beans at, they usually settle for throwing them at someone in an oni mask instead. (Sort of feels redundant for Hakubo, hm? Hehe.)
However, I must say, this is my first time seeing a showdown like this...but boys will be boys, am I right?
You may notice that the blue mask team currently outnumbers the red one, but don't worry! It seems our other red team participant is just having second thoughts...
Now let's turn our attention to the masks. I'll go over the girls first since I have the least to say.
These masks are called "Okame" or "Otafuku." They depict a happy, fat-faced woman in bright white makeup. It symbolizes happiness and good fortune. You'll see it at a lot of Japanese festivals, including Tanabata. Just looking at it brings a smile to your face, right? Right!? (I hope so!)
Next we have the red and blue oni masks! Setsubun being a holiday about driving away ogres, and all, these fit more with the overall Setsubun theme. It's said that, depending on the color of ogre you hit with a bean, something good will happen to you.
In the case of a red ogre, your evil thoughts (such as desire, lust, and greed) will be dispelled.
In the case of a blue ogre, you will rid yourself of anger and become happy.
I must say...Tsukasa and Natsuhiko representing anger while Hanako and Hakubo represent desire is pretty on the nose!
But that's not all. There's one last tale I wanted to share, one that centers upon a crybaby red oni and his little blue friend...
Naita Akaoni (The Red Oni Who Cried) is a piece of children's literature that dates back to the 1930s. It tells the tale of a red oni who wanted to befriend humans, but when the humans refused to play with him, he grew depressed. Seeing this, his friend, a blue oni, suggested a plan: the blue oni would attack the human village and let the red oni defeat him so that he could win the favor of the locals.
Although the red oni wasn't sure about the plan and felt bad about making his friend do all that for him, the blue oni was adamant to see it through. And when they reached the village and put the plan into action, it went off without a hitch. By defeating the blue oni the red oni finally got to befriend the humans.
But while the red oni finally got what he desired, something bothered him. His friend, the blue oni, hadn't come to see him once since the day of their plan. When the red oni went to the blue oni's house to find out what was wrong, he found a note on the door. It read:
The red ogre silently reread the note once, twice, three more times, then began to cry...
The end! 👹😢
What a sad story, right? While I can't say whether AidaIro considered this story when assigning masks to the characters, the blue ogre's selflessness certainly reminds me of Tsukasa, like when he sacrificed his life for Amane's. And we all know Amane is a crybaby!
Thank you for reading! And I urge you to read more about Setsubun if the holiday interests you. I'm sure there's more you could learn about it than just this post that will give you a greater appreciation for AidaIro's drawing. Have a nice day, everyone!

Warning:none

°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□°□
The eliminations brought nothing but anxiety and nervousness to all contestants, including ricky. But seeing who the planet master was brought nothing but a smile to his face and to his heart.
Going into the 3rd elimination felt specially hard for the trainees as they were further into the competition, everyone was really tired and they all had gotten quite close to each other. So it was really hard already to fight with them for a spot on the finale.
As ricky and the rest of the trainees entered the well known by now place where they had been fighting for their dream the crippling anxiety and nervousness started to appear inside of them. Just the thought of their debut opportunity slipping through their hands was heartbreaking.
They did their little intros and headed to their assigned places to wait patiently for their new planet master to start as soon as possible.
"Who do you guys think will be the planet master"asked jeonghyeon
"I honestly don't know, they've even managed to brought Key sunbaenim, so it could be literally anybody"answered zhang hao
"Yeah"said ricky
As music started playing and the lights turned black everyone immediately went silent seeing a silhouette approaching the main stage.
"OMG isn't that y/n sunbaenim?"shouted junhyeon as you got closer to the trainees view finding their reaction adorable and heart-warming as you saw their eyes shine in excitement. But you were specially curious to see someone's particular reaction.
As you bowed to all the trainees your eyes lingered a little bit longer on a blond haired guy that was watching you with an ambiguous expression, somewhere in between shock and thrill to have you right in front of him.
As you got your microphone to your mouth in order to speak you grabbed everyone's attention making the room silent on the process.
"Hello everyone, I'm actress y/n, also known as (your group name) shining princess " your last words being accompanied with the here I am signature gesture (you know, the nan binnaaaa)
You and ricky exchanged little glances at each other shortly before continuing your speech.
Ricky felt your eyes on him and flashed you the sweetest smile someone could have dedicated you ever, this not being unnoticed by ricky's team mates, as they literally saw their friend shining and sparkling once you entered the room.
As you explained the dynamics of the elimination ricky couldn't help but look at you with admiration and appreciation, a caring look present on his face and a feeling of comfort, like carresing your pet after a long day of work or watching your favourite show for the 20th time.
.
.
.
After some time announcing the survivors ricky started to get quite anxious, he was scared because the highest rankings had been taken up already and the only ones left were the lower ones, although if he actually got there he would still be honoured because the star creators would have given him another opportunities to show his multiple talents on stage.
He felt somehow relieved to have you near him, as he could have someone to go to righ after the surviving announcement finished. But still, it was pretty hard to handle.
You got a little break due to the outdoor activities video that they put to reduce the tension in the room, there when all the trainees were watching the clips laughing at the funny moments and commenting things between everyone you and ricky locked eyes again making you both smile unconsciously at the sight of each other.
Looking at both sides to see if anyone noticed you started to communicate with ricky throughout signs and reading lips. You also used little gestures to get your message across as at a distance was harder to understand each other.
How you doing? you mouthed
Pretty nervous tbh
Don't be, you've got this you murmur as you made a fighting hand gesture
Right after it you proceeded to continue announcing rankings, but this time they were on the top 9. You won't lie, you were pretty nervous as well, not having called for ricky's name had surprised you as much as it has given hope, he may be one of the top 9 trainees!
As you prepared to read the number 8 you felt your heart accelerate as you tried really hard not to smile widely and just run into your boyfriend's arms.
"Congratulations for the 8th place for...Ricky!"you announced with a smile on your face
He felt his whole world being brightened up as he resisted the urge to leave everything behind and give you the biggest hug you could ever get.
He stepped into the stage and as he thanked star creators for all the support he gave you a timid look to which you responded by looking at him with a sweet smile that could be infected to almost everyone.
.
.
.
The eliminations had officially finished, and although it was sad to see their friends part ways he couldn't help but feel so greatful for the position he got as an 8th rank.
As he saw you going off stage he somehow managed to sneek off following you backstage where you were waiting for him with your script still in hand.
"Congratulations for making it into the top 9 babyyyy"you said opening your arms to welcome him in a bear hug.
"Thanks"he reciprocated your action giggling softly
"You worked so hard to get there, I'm so proud"
Right in that moment he swore you could notice how his eyes literally sparkled with adoration and gratitude for your words, he saw how you looked back with the same expression, making it very hard for him to not be heels over you.
So he just went for it and leaned for a kiss, it literally made you feel fireworks as you put your arms around his shoulders and wrapped his hands around your waist. The comfort and the softness that the kiss made him feel was something he couldn't explain with words, it was purely sweet and an act of love he found so endearing.
As you separated after lingering on his lips for longer than expected you joined your foreheads together while you recovered from your beating hearts and your heavy breathes.
"Well as much as I'd love to stay here like this you've got to go ricky"
"What if I don't want to?"he asked in hopes you didn't ushered him out of the room.
"Rickyyyy"you whined.
"Alright, alright I'll get going"he said letting you go and asking for another kiss on his cheek before stepping out of the room.
You threw him an annoyed look as you gave him what he wanted.
Coming back to his team he was met with all smug grins and raised eyebrows, making him confused.
"What?"he asked
"Where were you?"
"Umm in the bathroom"he answered making up an excuse for his absence.
"Well unless you went to the second floor one the closest bathroom is at the other direction sherlock"said jay
Shit, he had been caught.
"And I think the lipstick mark you've got there says otherwise" answered uninterested zhang hao
He immediately wiped off the pretty mark he had on the corner of his lips watching them embarrassed.
"Well, how long has it been?"
"A-a couple months now"he said accepting his fate
"Well we've got plenty to catch up on so you better get started"
Yeah, he had a long way till they released him...

seeking arrangements - iv
summary: With just two days left of before the wedding the celebrations continue. Going to a bachelorette & bachelor party when you’re a fake couple might cause some issues. Especially when Lola can’t seem to stop taking tequila shots & the liquid might have given her too much courage.
warnings: escort!rafe x oc, alcohol, angst, insecurities, fluff, thomas (he deserves a warning), shitty family, kissing
wc: 5.1k
an: I’m gonna be real I kinda hate this part, I feel like I lacked in every aspect lol. But it is done, & there’s two more parts to goooo. ALSO HELP I cannot get my comments to work. Like I can’t reply to people or comment on other peoples posts. It’s on in my settings I’m pretty sure so idk what I’m doing wrong.
series masterlist - previous part
“What’s on the agenda today?” Rafe asked before taking a bite of his bagel.
Lola was sitting next to him squinting at her laptop. She may have had the week off from work but she couldn’t help but try and catch up on some pieces that needed to be read. She hadn’t felt focused enough the last few days to try and squeeze in any work because she’d been so anxious. After the engagement party and the boat day she felt a lot more relaxed. Rafe managed to put a sense of calm over her.
After they got home from the party they spent the rest of the night in bed watching another movie. This one was Rafe’s pick. He made her watch The Godfather, but they didn’t really pay too much attention. Lola kept asking questions during the film and of course Rafe answered all of them. Never once did he get upset at her for talking during the movie, something Thomas hated that she did. The conversation ended up leading to them talking about everything. Rafe opened up a lot more to her and she felt closer to him.
It scared her because it meant that even if they continue to be friends after this she’ll never have him in the way she wants. When this whole thing began Lola was unsure about it because what if she got caught but she never thought that there’d be a possibility she’d fall in love with the guy. Of course it had to be Rafe that she reached out to, the most perfect guy.
“Ummm we have the bachelor and bachelorette parties today. Girls are going to one bar and guys are going to another,” She turned to him giving him a weak smile. This is the first time they’ll really be separated from each other.
Rafe groaned, “I have to be with those frat boys all night.”
She threw her head back laughing, “They aren’t that bad. Well except for you know who, he’s that bad.”
“Oh they are that bad sweetheart,” He took a sip of his coffee before continuing, “Except Harry, he’s been pretty decent. I don’t know why you ran with these crowds.”
“Please I only saw them when we came here because they’re all my sisters friends or Harry’s. They met them in college.”
“Explains why you and Tabitha are the coolest,” Rafe smirked at her. She rolled her eyes playfully turning back to the laptop in front of her.
“So that’s why my ears were ringing,” Tabitha said as she walked into the kitchen.
“Good morning to you Tabs,” Lola grinned watching her cousin pour herself a big mug of coffee.
Rafe chuckled, “Went a little too hard yesterday?”
“Possibly,” She rolled her eyes and grabbed the supplies for a bagel.
“Hey you better be able to go out later I’m not doing that alone,” Lola scolded.
Tabitha sat in the seat in front of her, “Relax I’ll make it. Takes me back to college, drunk every weekend.”
“Okay so what am I supposed to do with these guys for a whole night?” Rafe was not excited at all for the bachelor party. Ever since the boat conversations he’s been trying to avoid them. Everything was a dick riding contest to them.
Tabitha waves her bagel around, “Just get drunk, talk about sports too.”
“Getting drunk does sound promising,” he shrugged.
Lola laughed, “You can also talk about finance, you know they love that stuff.”
Tabitha nodded her head, “I’m always having to tell Andrew to shut up when he starts giving me financial advice.”
“I definitely don’t need financial advice. Sometimes I’m glad I don’t have many friends. The less friends or people close to you the better,” Rafe shrugged.
“You two really are made for each other,” Tabitha said looking between the two with a playful grin.
-
Lola had come up with a plan. Maybe it was a stupid plan and would end horribly or it could go amazingly. She was going to go out and take a few shots to earn that liquid courage before ubering home if Rafe was back and then try to seduce him. She couldn’t stand being around him and not be able to touch him.
Of course they did subtle stuff to convince her family, but it was never enough. When he’d place his hand on the small of her back to guide her around the engagement party her body felt ablaze. Her fingers itched to run through his hair and pull him closer. They hadn’t kissed since the boat and her lips ached for his. She missed his soft touch, the things he would make her feel with something so simple as his hand on the back of her neck.
Sleeping next to him at night was the hardest. He slept shirtless and it was incredibly distracting. There had been moments where she’d wake up to his arm around her, his nose tucked into the back of her neck. Rafe knew what he was doing, he’d blame it on him doing it in his sleep. He was really like half asleep and she just looked so cute and soft laying there he couldn’t help himself. If she moved away or anything he would have pulled away but she never did.
He was very disappointed that he wouldn’t really get to hangout with her tonight when their time playing boyfriend and girlfriend was almost over. He’d rather spend the day at the beach with her than drinking with a bunch of guys he didn’t know.
He was sitting outside on the deck going through his emails while thinking about the girl that was inside. Lola insisted on making margaritas for them to pregame. They didn’t have to leave until six so they had time to just relax. Lola came out with glasses and a pitcher of the alcoholic drink.
“Woah there cowboy, we’re gonna finish all that?” He asked with a chuckle.
“Well we can try, or it will just go to waste.” She smirked shrugging. Sitting down next to him she began to pour the watermelon margaritas into the glasses. He smiled at her just looking at her. Rafe liked watching her just do stuff.
“What?” She asked with a nervous laugh. His blue eyes made her nervous because when he looked at her she felt like he was actually looking at her. Not the girl everyone thought was weak because of her breakup. Not the girl that lets everyone walk all over her.
He shrugged, “Nothing, just like looking at you.”
She looked away from his tense gaze, a small grin forming at her lips. It was hard to deny the fact that he didn’t have an effect on her, “You’re too much.” she said because it was true. Everything about him was so overwhelming.
“So Rafe what’s your next job after this one? Or should I say who is your next job?”
He adjusted in his seat. Scrunching his nose as he looked out at the backyard, “Uh no one right now. I-I don’t know I’ve been thinking of retiring.”
“Woah really?” She looked over at him a bit shocked.
“Yeah this week has given me a new perspective you could say,” he took a drink from his margarita.
“How so?” She asked her voice quieter now.
He shrugged, “I guess I just realized I want more. I don’t want to be a paid companion anymore, I want to be just a companion.”
Butterflies of hope flew around in her stomach. Lola’s delusions were starting to get the best of her. Maybe it’s because of me, she thought. Rafe takes her silence as not a good sign.
He feels like maybe he had said too much and scared her away, “Uh so I’ll probably try and get myself out there more. Ya know when we get back to the city. Find a girl finally go on dates.”
The butterflies were crushed at those words. Find a girl. Those words hurt her but she couldn’t show it. Rafe could read her better than anyone even though he’s only known her for a month. Her furrowed brows and the way she couldn’t look at him gave her away. He knew what he said hurt her, maybe he had been reading everything wrong.
She cleared her throat to try and get rid of the lump in her throat, “That’s uh great Rafe. I-I think that sounds great.” She smiled at him the best she could. Lola started chugging the rest of her margarita not really in the mood to sit and drink with him.
He watched her with concern. Rafe wanted to shove his words back into his mouth to get that pretty smile back on her face “Lola I..”
“I-I’m gonna go and get ready now. I’ll see you in a bit okay Rafe,” She gave her another fake smile before walking back inside.
“Fuck,” He muttered rubbing his face out of frustration with himself.
The whole time Rafe felt like he thought he knew what she wanted. She had even asked to just be friends after this. He didn’t want to overstep and tell her the real reason why he wants to give all this up. It was because of Lola, he wants her by his side. He liked the way she made him feel and he loved the person he brought out in her. He loved protecting her from people who don’t deserve her.
-
Lola was beginning to think her plan was going to end horribly. Especially after what he had said. She felt like things were maybe going somewhere with him. She has had more fun the whole week than she’s had her whole life. And she knows it’s because she’s had him by her side.
She looked over herself in the mirror. She felt hot, she felt like she could go through with her plan to seduce Rafe. Yet it wasn’t enough because that voice was still in her head telling her that he doesn’t like want her more than a friend. Or even possibly more than a client. Her outfit consisted of a black mini skirt and olive green long sleeve that had a small pink bow in the middle of the square neckline. She also wore black boots that made her legs look longer, her makeup and hair were done. She felt amazing on the outside but on the inside her insecurities were starting to take over her thoughts.
Rafe had been in the shower while she changed into her outfit. They hadn’t spoken much since he came back to the room. Things seemed a bit tense, a sort of unspoken tension between them.
Lola was switching purses to one that would better match her outfit when Rafe opened the door to the bathroom. He stepped out in nothing but a light blue towel around his waist. His chest and stomach still slightly damp from the hot shower. He had been looking down at his phone. Lola looked up at him from where she stood and gulped at his appearance. He was not making this easy.
“What should I wear? I’m guessing polos and khakis is the bar dress code,” He smirked putting his phone down and going to his side of the closet to look through the shirts he brought. He glanced back at her and stopped skimming through his shirts. He wished she didn’t look so incredible, how was he supposed to spend the night away from her when she looked like that.
He looked her over his eyes moving slowly taking in every detail, “You look unreal,” he said once he met her eyes.
Lola gave him a shy smile as a blush creeped up her neck, “Thank you, and uh you should just wear a button up and some black pants. Casual but nice.”
He just nodded his head only half paying attention. Rafe couldn’t concentrate when she was standing across the room looking like his future wife. He snapped out of his thoughts at the word wife. She was really doing something to him if he was thinking about marriage. He looked through his shirts and decided on a green jacket and black carhartt pants. Grabbing his clothes he went back into the bathroom to change.
Lola felt like she could breathe again. Having to watch the muscles in his back flex as he grabbed his shirt was too much. Especially since his skin was sun kissed from the day before she just wanted to run her hands all over him. He walked out of the bathroom and she clenched her fists. He smiled at her and she smiled back.
“You look handsome,” Lola said as she started to think about all the women that would get to see Rafe tonight. Jealousy took over her as she thought about how she couldn’t be by his side all night to show people that he was with her.
“Thank you sweetheart.” She was going to kill him.
“Alright lets go,” She sighed and began walking out the door.
“I’m not going go drink tonight so I can drop you off and even pick you up,” Rafe said following behind her.
“Okay, you decided on not drinking?”
“Yeah I just don’t really feel like being drunk with a bunch of people I don’t know. I also want to make sure you’re safe,” He shrugged and opened the front door for her.
Lola turned to him before walking out the door. Standing almost toe to toe, he was much taller than her. She was feeling intimidated but she tried her best not to show it. But like always he could read her so easily. He could see the her fingers twitch and her breathing pick up a little more.
“You’re kind of frustrating Mr. Cameron,” She said with a sigh, her eyes squinting teasingly at him.
“What am I doing?” He asked pretending to be clueless.
She ignored him not wanting to answer him, “Come on we can’t be late.”
The drive there was comfortable quiet. The tense atmosphere from earlier now gone. Rafe pulled into a parking lot on the main street and parking. He had been struggling since he first saw Lola. She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen.
There were a lot of people on the main street going to the different shops, restaurants, and bars. It was a popular area in the summer. Rafe walked around her to walk on the side closest to the street, and hgrabbed her hand so he wouldn’t lose her in the throngs of people.
“Where are we going?” He asked her following her lead.
“The girls are going to Porter’s and the guys are going to Birdie’s. Porter’s is right there,” She pointed at a bar a few shops down, “And then Birdies is across the street.” She pointed at another bar on the other side of the street.
“Ah so we’re close to each other,” Rafe smirked liking the idea that she’d be close by in case she needed anything.
“Mhmm I think all the girls are there already.”
“If you want to leave early for any reason call me okay? I’ll be right over,” He gave her hand a gentle squeeze.
“Okay Rafe,” She smiled. Once they got to the front of the bar the bridesmaids immediately spotted them since they were all sitting on the patio out front.
“My favorite couple!” Penny shouted as she saw the pair walk up.
“Took you guys long enough. I wonder what you guys were doing that made you laaaate,” Tabitha said teasingly.
“Tabi!” Lola exclaimed.
Penny turned to Rafe, “Hurry and let your girl go so we can get drunk!”
“Alright alright,” Rafe said and turned Lola to face him. He cupped her cheek, “call if you need anything. Have fun and be safe.”
“Always,” She said breathlessly because his eyes kept going down to her lips. She knew what was coming and she couldn’t be more excited.
Rafe leaned down and pressed a kiss against her lips, he didn’t want to do too much since they were in public but he wanted to show everyone that this was his girl. He pulled away only to go in one more time, she smiled against his lips.
“Rafe,” She laughed pushing him away playfully.
“Sorry babe couldn’t help myself,” He shrugged with a lopsided smile that made her want to kiss him a million more times.
“I’ll see you later,” She squeezed his hand before pulling away to walk onto the patio.
“Bye,” He waved at her and all the other girls who had been watching them.
“Byyye,” They all said in synch with laughs
Tabitha turned to Lola as she sat down next to her, “Girl that man is obsessed with you.”
“I really hope so,” She laughed. The girls not knowing the way she really meant it.
“Okay ladies lets drink!” Penny said clapping her hands, “Tonight in honor of me we’re having tequila!”
“This is going to be the best night!” Olivia laughed excitedly.
-
Rafe arrived to the bar the guys were at, he walked inside and spotted the group around a table in the back. He walked over and Harry immediately spotted him.
“Rafe! Dude you made it,” Harry said getting up to greet him.
“Of course, just had to drop off Lola.” Rafe walked over to the empty seat between Mateo and Josh. Thomas say directly in front of him.
“Hey what’s up man,” Josh greeted followed by the rest of them Thomas only nodding at Rafe to not some completely rude. Rafe found it amusing how much he pissed Thomas off. He liked it.
“I’m gonna go get another round. What are you drinking Rafe?” Josh asked him.
“uh just water, I’m driving tonight.”
“Shoulda ubered man.”
-
It was nearly midnight now and Rafe wanted to leave. He had bern having a good time for a while but now all the guys were pretty drunk and he just wanted to be with Lola. He hadn’t heard from her all night which he took as a good sign. The guys were playing pool now, some of the single grooms men were flirting with some women at the bar.
“You ever miss that?” Harry asked him as he lined up his stick with the white ball.
“What? Flirting?”
He nodded his head, “Yeah like picking up girls at bars.”
Rafe shook his head, “Not at all. I like Lola a lot.”
“I feel the same about Penny. Guess it’d be bad if I didn’t since we’re getting married,” He laughed patting Rafe on the back.
“You guys are sooo whipped,” Thomas laughed.
“And what about it?” Harry slurred.
Thomas shrugged his hooded eyes meeting Rafes, “The same boring girl forever? The same average pussy forever? noooo thanks.”
“I’m convinced you’ve never actually talked to a woman. I think you just like women who don’t like you,” Rafe shook his head with a smirk.
“Hey all girls love me. Look at me,” He stood straighter and smirked. Rafe wanted to hysterically laugh but he held it in. He started to feel a vibrating in his pocket. He pulled his phone out and saw Lola’s name across the screen.
“Saved by the bell,” He said before walking away to a quieter area, “Hello?”
“Rafeyyyy,” Lola sang on the other end of the line.
He shook his head with a fond smile on his lips, “This is him. What’s up sweetheart?”
“I’m ready to go Rafey. I wanna see you,” She said breathlessly.
For the last few hours the girls had moved to inside the bar where they drank too many shots of tequila and danced. Penny even did karaoke at some point. Lola was actually enjoying herself and she might have enjoyed it too much. She was definitely drunk by now which meant her plan to seduce Rafe sounds like a very good plan.
“God he’s just so hot,” Lola said her chin resting in her palms as she leaned on the bar. She was currently talking to the bartender and Tabitha.
“He is incredibly hot,” Tabitha agreed, “You should see him, he’s like one of those stone statues of the guys with the abs.”
Lola laughed loudly, “he does look like that. Beautiful. You know he’s a really good kisser.” Her brain started to get even fuzzier as she thought of the kisses from earlier.
“Call him girl, get your man.” Tabitha encouraged as shebsaw the look in her cousin’s eyes.
“I will,” That’s when she had decided to call him and let him take her home.
“You’re drunk huh?” He asked with a teasing tone.
She faked a gasp, “I would want to see you even if I weren’t drunk thank you very much. Especially when wow,” She sighed dreamily, “Especially when you look the way you do tonight.”
Rafe had quickly and quietly bid goodbye to the guys as he all but sprinted out of there to get Lola. He knew she was drunk and he didn’t want her to go outside by herself.
“I’m coming sweetheart, did you have fun?”
“Very much of it,” She smiled to herself.
“I’m outside now,” He as as he was getting closer.
She squealed, “Coming!” She hung up the phone and ran outside before Rafe could even made it to the walkway up to the bar doors.
She ran towards him and wrapped her arms around his neck hugging him tightly, “Missed you.” Lola nuzzled her head into his neck breathing in the smell of his cologne.
“I missed you,” He had hugged her back and was stroking her hair with one of his hands, “Let’s get you home babe.”
“Kiss?” She asked looking up at him with those doe eyes. How could he say no? He was eager to do anything for her, to please her. He was there to fulfill all her needs how could he ever deny her?
“anything for you,” He mumbled leaning down and kissing her. He wanted it to be a soft kiss but when her fingers went into his hair and tugged him closer he couldn’t hold back. She kissed him hard and he was of course going to reciprocate. Their lips moved together in perfect synch yet a little messily. She wanted him and it wasn’t just because she was drunk.
Rafe was reminded of what she had been doing earlier when he started tasting the tequila on her tongue. He pulled away and kissed one more time softly, “Let’s go home.”
She nodded her head in a dizzy trance. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and pulled her close to him. Lola wrapped her arms around his waist and happily hummed. She was practically leaning her whole body weight on him and it wasn’t even phasing him.
“So how many shots did you take huh?”
“Ohhhh just a few. And a couple tequila sodas.” She laughed.
They reached his car and he helped get her in, making sure she didn’t hit her head. He buckled her in, she just watched him with a dopey smile. Rafe jogged over to his side.
The ride was once again filled with comfortable silence. Mostly because Lola had fallen asleep. Rafe heard her light snores and smiled to himself. Once they got back to the house Rafe rushed over to get her. He ended up having to find her house key and then carry her inside.
He was glad he didn’t drink tonight because he gets to spend the night taking care of Lola. Once he’s walking through their bedroom door the girl in his arms starts stirring awake. He laid her down on the bed as she opened her eyes. Squinting as her eyes adjusted to the light.
“Rafe you brought me up,” She mumbled and sat up on the bed. The sleep had sobered her up a bit. Enough to remember to take her makeup off and brush her teeth.
“Of course I did. You need anything?” He sat next to her rubbing her back.
“I’m gonna wash my face,” She mumbled rubbing her eyes, “Can you get me water and ibuprofen please. It’s in the cupboard on the left of the fridge.”
“I’ll be back,” He leaned over and pressed a kiss to her head. He went downstairs to get whatever she needed. Rafe also took it upon himself to make her a grilled cheese and bacon knowing she hadn’t eaten since earlier in the day. The greasy food will help her feel better in the morning.
Lola washed her face and brushed her teeth. Feeling more sober and clean. She hadn’t drank that much in a while and now that she was older it hit her harder and worse. She went to her dresser to look for pajamas. Her eyes lit up when they came across the small floral tank top and matching boy short underwear. They were long enough to be considered very short sleep shorts. The part of her brain that was still a little drink was screaming at her to pick that set.
Her plan from earlier coming back to her. She didn’t think twice and grabbed them going to change. Lola looked like she was barely wearing any clothes, just what she wanted. If Rafe felt something for her then he would make a move on her or not reject her if she tried first. And she was almost positive that he did feel something for her. She fixed her hair a bit and put on some more lotion and deodorant.
“I brought you food too,” Rafe said as he entered the room. When she heard him shut the door she stepped out of the bathroom.
He looked up at her and froze. There she was standing in front of him in practically nothing. His hands were itching to touch her. The curves of her body and her pretty bare face were doing too much to him.
He cleared his throat and looked away going back to pulling the covers back, “I uh made you a grilled cheese and some bacon.” He motioned to the food on her nightstand. She smiled at him and mumbled a thanks. Lola walked over to her side and sat on the bed.
As she ate Rafe put on a movie for her before he went into the bathroom to get ready for bed. While he was gone Lola was giving herself a pep talk. She could do this, she’s almost 100% sure that he won’t reject her. At least that’s what she kept telling herself. She quickly finished her food before he came out and got herself ready adjusting her pajamas and her fixing her hair.
He stepped out of the bathroom in nothing but sweatpants. Lola took a deep breath as he sat down next to her.
“You feel better?” He asked looking over at her.
“Yeah I am, thanks for the food.” She turned to lay on her side, holding up her head on her hand.
He mimicked her position, “You’re welcome, how did your night go?”
“Hmmm it was good. The girls are crazy. I miss you though wish I had you by my side,” She said trying to give him her best puppy dog eyes.
Rafe swallowed hard, “Yeah? I missed you. What’s tomorrow’s plan?”
She shuffled closer to him, “Tomorrow we have family brunch and then rehearsal dinner. Then it’s the big day.”
He reached forward and brushed a strand of hair out of her face, “Easy last couple days then.”
She sighed deeply, “mhmm can I ask you a question?”
“Always.”
“So do you make all your clients feel like this?”
He tilted his head questioningly, “Like how?”
She shrugged looking at the white sheets under her, “Like they’re the only girl in the world.”
Rafe’s heart had started to pick up speed the closer she got. He didn’t know what game she was playing but it was a very dangerous one. He looked at the tv afraid that if he looked at her any longer he would do something he would regret.
“I think I like only making you feel that way,” He mumbled as he continued watching the movie.
“Rafe?” Lola asked in whisper.
“Yeah?” He finally turned to her and she was a lot closer than before.
Instead of answering him she cupped his face and leaned in kissing him softly. Slightly hesitant in case he didn’t want this, but then he cupped her face and pulled her in harder. She sighed satisfied with his response. Rafe felt like his lungs were going to explode, she was so suffocating in the best way. He grabbed her thigh and pulled it so that she was now on top of him. The very minimal clothes they had on made them be even closer.
Lola tugged on his hair as she arched her back slightly to get closer to him. Rafe ran his hands all over her, touching wherever her could. This was much better than he imagined. Yes they’d kissed a few times but it was never just them and it wasn’t like this.
When Rafe’s lips moved down to her neck he came to a realization. She had been drinking earlier and he’s pretty sure she’s at least tipsy still. He pulled away gently resting his forehead against hers.
He cleared his throat and quietly spoke up, “Sweetheart I can’t.”
Lola pulled away a little. Confusion taking over her features, “I-I thought you..” Her face flushed in humiliation. Had he read his body language wrong? Had she interrupted his words wrong?
“No no Lola I want to, but you’ve been drinking and I think you should be sober. I don’t sleep with drunk women,” Rafe tried to reassure but his last sentence made her nauseous.
She sat back farther, “But it’s me Rafe. It’s not some random client that paid for you.”
Rafe laughed softly not really reading the tension in the room. He thought she was just messing around, “Babe you paid for me.”
Lola rolled her eyes and got off of him, “Yeah you’re right, I’m really tired.”
“Lola,” Rafe said knowing something was wrong.
“Rafe I’m tired can we just not,” She mumbled as she tucked herself under the covers. Her back towards him so he couldn’t see her biting her quivering lip. Had Rafe just been doing all of this and acting this way because it was his job? She couldn’t blame him but Lola swore she saw something between them for just a split second.
Rafe watched her for a few seconds before turning off the lights and laying back. He had fucked it up somehow and he was going to do everything possible to make it up to her.
He had to fix it.

Flufftober 25 - Deadpool
Wade Wilson x reader
"This must be your favorite day."
"Because you're a freak."
"I think he understood. Unless he's stupid."
"Haha. You guys are sooooo funny. Halloween, my favourite day, because I wear a mask all the time, and under the mask I look like a moldy avocado. Nobody never said that to me. I think someone did, to Batman, so I'll take that as a compliment."
"You're not as handsome as Batman. With and without the mask."
"Thank you, Yellow, you're adorable."
"More than you, for sure."
Wade didn't know why he kept chatting with the boxes. They were never nice to him and they didn't deserve his attention.
Maybe it was because no one else wanted to talk to him. Despite his best efforts, people still ended up finding him weird, crazy, and dangerous. This was incomprehensible to Wade, who thought he was the best friend in the world.
Loyal, funny, ready to kill if asked, for money or a hug.
According to Spidey, Red, and Moon-Moon, the only heroes who agreed to spend some time with him, he didn't do it well. He was too intense and he had to stop threatening people, whether it was to protect the people he loved, or to ask the people he loved to love him back.
And all of that was when he had his mask on.
No normal person ever gave him a chance seeing his face, running off before they tried to get to know him.
It was a bit hurtful, but Wade could understand. He had already vomited and passed out after seeing himself in a mirror. At the same time.
So even if they said that to be mean, the boxes weren't wrong. His scorched pizza face could only come out on Halloween, because people thought it was a disguise then, and everyone praised him, saying he was really awful, which was so cool. Just for that day.
The other days it was just awful.
"We could enter a contest. We would win a prize."
"At the end, they will understand that it is not a costume and they will throw tomatoes at you while laughing, like Quasimodo."
"Even Quasimodo is more handsome."
"He's not with the girl at the end."
"And Wade is single, I don't see where the problem is."
"I want tacos !" declared Wade, who was tired of listening to them, even though he knew they were going to follow him wherever he went. They were silent only when he shot himself in the head, and never for very long.
It was nice to go out without the mask for once. He decided to put on a cap anyway, to avoid attracting too much attention. If someone asked him, he was a sexy zombie, and a famous one, but incognito, so he didn't accept photos, thank you.
On his way, he passed an ice cream shop, and eating ice cream before the tacos seemed like a good idea. It all ended up in the stomach at the end, the order didn't really matter.
It was a little cold, so there weren't many people in the shop. Some stared at him, both frightened and fascinated, smiling shyly at him when he greeted them.
It was that stupid gesture, to wave his hand to embarrass strangers, that changed his life. Well, maybe not his life, but at least his day.
No, yes, his whole life.
Wade's hand passed very close to the girl who was patiently waiting her turn behind him, touching her hair, and they both jumped at the same time.
The poor innocent backed off, while he immediately apologized, explaining that he hadn't done it on purpose, and that she had no reason to be afraid or disgusted, he wasn't sick or contagious, just ugly.
"Well, I guess there's reason to be disgusted, I have a special face."
"Oh. No, sorry, I was surprised, I was thinking about the ice cream I was going to choose, I thought something was falling on me, like an insect."
"If I was an insect, I would be a dung beetle. Often screwed up, but very useful for the whole world."
The boxes told him he was ridiculous, but that made the young girl laugh. They then told him that she was making fun of him, while she added that he was funny, with a charming smile.
"My name is Y/N." she said, holding out her hand, as if she wanted him to shake it. He couldn't do that, she was way too pretty for him to touch.
"Wade Winston Wilson. Triple W. My dad was an alcoholic, he wanted to call me Georges, but eventually he gave the dog that name, and he loved him more than me."
"I hope that's not true."
"The name story isn't. Shall I buy you ice cream? To make up for almost slapping you. Really sorry, I'll never do that. I'll cut my hand off rather than hit a woman. I've fought women before, but they were bad guys, I mean bad girls, and I think it's pretty feminist of me not to discriminate, but I won't hit a helpless woman who didn't do anything wrong. I'm actually hired to hunt down guys who do this, and sometimes I even do it for free."
This made Y/N laugh again, and Wade considered that she hadn't understood that he was serious.
Not to scare her away, he didn't insist. She had accepted that he pay for her ice cream, if in exchange he agreed to stay a little with her to discuss.
"I thought you wanted tacos." White reminded him.
"But now he wants Y/N."
"She's too good for him. Just like Esmeralda with Quasimodo."
"She's much prettier than Esmeralda."
"What ?" Y/N asked looking at him in surprise.
"Nothing, I... I'm talking to myself, I was thinking of something else. So, not dressed up for Halloween yet ?"
"No, not yet. I'm not sure I'm going out tonight, the streets aren't safe, and I have a date."
Wade did his best to hide his disappointment, so very badly. This made the young woman laugh again.
"I mean, I have a date with my sofa, my television, a blanket and some chocolate."
"I think we have a date with the same person tonight. It's terrible, they're cheating on us, we should get revenge by going out together !"
"Haha, yes, why not."
He had said that as a joke, really. It was one of the only non-serious things he had said since the moment he saw her sweet face and his heart almost stopped beating at so much beauty, and now Y/N had just accepted a go on a date with him.
"No, she's joking too."
"Yes she didn't understand that we were really ugly."
"I'm really ugly." repeated Wade, pointing his fork at his face. "It's not a mask, I look like it all year round. And I'm really hired to punch bad guys, or worse."
"I know. You're Deadpool. You sometimes work with Spiderman and other heroes, I've seen you on the news."
"... And it's okay ?"
"Yes." simply replied the angel who was eating her ice cream in front of him.
White yelled at him that they were probably dead again and dreaming while he was regenerating. Yellow whispered to him that it was a cruel joke, or that she was a Hydra spy who wanted to capture him to study his cells. Wade watched the rainbows and butterflies floating in the air, hearts in his eyes.
Obviously, Y/N didn't see the little hearts, taking his silence for a rejection.
"If I was too quick, I'm sorry, I... You're nice, and funny, and I had a great time with you. But if you're not interested, or you already have someone, or...'
"No ! I'm having a great time too. It's much better than tacos ! I wanted to eat tacos before stopping here."
"Really ? We... We could go have some together? Then I don't know. We'll see. Do you have a number ?"
Convinced that she wouldn't call him, he gave her his personal number. The one he had given to his pals of the Team Red of the Moon, and that was it, because all the other people he knew didn't deserve to know this number, with its brilliant voicemail where he imitated Ryan Reynolds, only knowing his professional phone, where he was making farts noises.
Except that Y/N immediately sent him a message, while they were still together.
"Here. That way we can schedule another date."
"Another date ?"
"Yeah... I mean, unless we don't consider today to be a date. Sorry, we'll schedule a first date."
"I don't know if White and Yellow are right, but I don't care."
"What ?"
"Nothing. Shall we go and eat tacos ?"
Leaving way too much money for the waitress, Wade hopped happily alongside Y/N who was still smiling like he didn't look like an idiot with a ravaged face, and Wade thought to himself that Halloween was maybe actually his favourite day. And that eating ice cream before the meal was a great idea !

‘Today is going to be a great day!’ You tell yourself. You’ve been down in the dumps lately because of your boyfriend and friends going on tour. You aren’t going to let that stop you though. You have Thoma and Albedo to keep you company. You haven’t been in an arcade in a long time but that’s okay. You’re going to have a lot of fun and make great memories.
You and Thoma chat along the way towards the arcade you picked out. Once you guys got closer, you spot Albedo, waiting around awkwardly. You smile and wave, “Albedo!” You called out to him and he jumps hearing his name. He sees the both of you and smiles. You and Thoma made it and your excitement bursts out. “It’s so good to see you!” You hug him tight and he laughs. “It’s good to see you too, y/n.”
You pull away then introduce Thoma and Albedo. “Thoma, this is Albedo. He’s in the art contest I’m in. Albedo, this is Thoma. We go to college together.” “It’s nice to meet you.” They say to each other and shake hands, bowing slightly. You grin at the sight. Seeing your friends get along made you happy.
“So, should we head in?” Thoma asks and you nod. “Mhm. I can buy us the coins.” “Are you sure?” Albedo speaks. “I can buy the coins.” You chuckle, “It’s okay. I’ll do it.” You all go inside and you head towards the front to buy the coins. The boys wait at the side and when you finally retrieved the coins, you all went straight inside.
“What should we play first?” You ask. “I don’t know.” They say and you pout. “Come on, guys! Don’t be party poopers!” You swung your arms around like a child. Thoma laughs at your childish tantrum. “Let’s play something easy first.” “Like what?” Albedo looks at him curiously. Thoma shrugs then looks around. “Oh! How about we play Pac-man?” He points at the game in the corner. “Sure.” The three of you head right in front of it. “Two coins.” Thoma reads out and you give him the tickets needed.
He enters them in the slot. “It’s up to two players.” He looks at you guys. “I’ll play.” You say and stand right next to him while Albedo stands to the side and watches. “I’m gonna beat your ass, Blondie.” “Oh really?” The game starts and you guys start start pressing buttons and move the joystick like crazy. Albedo was pretty amaze at how competitive it’s gotten. It was best of two outta 3 and your eyes didn’t leave the screen at all.
First round: Thoma won, Second: you did, and it’s all left to the final round. You both started to sweat as you guys concentrated to win. Your pacmans were close to each other and Thomas kept following you. Suddenly, you see the ghosts and decided to trick Thoma but you had to be quick. You turned your joystick to the left then right and Thoma took the bait, killing him instantly. Big bold letters appear on screen declaring that you’ve won.
You jump up and down. “Yay! I win! I win!” Thoma let’s put a sigh and stretches. “That took a lot out of me.” You laugh and you both did a high five. “That was fun.” You turn to Albedo. “Do you wanna play?” He shakes his head. “Ah, no, it’s alright.” “What else should we play?” Thoma asks, a bit out of breath. You tap your chin then see some guys playing basketball. “Hey,” You gain Thoma and Albedos attention and point at the game. “Loser has to buy the prize.” Thoma and Albedo look at each other then at you. “Okay.”
The game had no players so you three went to play. “Since you won Pac-man yn why don’t you go first?” Thoma suggests and you smirk. “Of course.” You were given three balls and you had shoot the hoop until time is up. ‘Easy enough.’ You thought. You guys are given one minute but the catch is, once the ball entered the hoop, it’s quickly given back to you so you have to score fast. You insert the tickets and crack your neck and fingers.
You look at the timer. “3,” Thoma reads out loud. “2, 1…go!” You start to throw the balls and it’s actually a lot harder than you thought. You missed the first two, which made Thoma and Albedo laugh behind you, but the third one was a success. The balls were given to you fast and you kept slipping your fingers. Albedo was cheering for you while Thoma prays on your downfall. You sincerely hoped he loses.
Times up and you place your hands on your knees. “Im gonna die.” “781. Not bad.” Thoma compliments, collecting the tickets you received. You hit his back with a frown. “Your turn.” He makes his way up and grabs a ball. He watches the timer and starts once it’s time. You and Albedo watch in awe. He didn’t break a sweat at all. “Stupid athletes.” You mumble and Albedo laughs. Times up once again and you see Thomas score, gasping. “2000?!” Thoma smiles at you and gives the ball to Albedo. “Your turn.” “Wait!” You cling onto his arms. “How the hell is he supposed to beat 2000?! I demand a redo!” Thoma crosses his arms. “No, yn. It’s only fair.” You sigh. “Plus, loser buys the prize so right now, you should hope that Albedo loses.” “Die.”
Albedo is very nervous. It was cooler when you guys played so when it’s his turn, he feels left out. “Good luck, Albedo!” “You got this!” Albedo lets out a small breath. Beating Thoma will be hard but all he has to do it beat you and he won’t be a loser. Easy peasy!
Or so he thought. Albedo sighs as they walk around looking for more games to gain a huge amount of tickets. “Don’t be discouraged, Albedo.” You start. “Not everyone is good at basketball.” His score was 302. Albedo pouts and you pinch his cheek. “Don’t worry. Let’s play something easier so you can win! Right Thoma?” No response. “Thoma?” You guys look around for the blonde and then, “Over here!” Thoma calls you guys over and you follow.
He was at a claw machine but it wasn’t just any claw machine. It was an exclusive limited claw machine of 5WIRL merchandise with a DCKZ one right next to it. “Holy shit.” You blurt out. This was a realization you made that you haven’t been thinking of them in a while. It kind of made your heart sink. You noticed the big Scaramouche plush, the only big 5wirl plush actually. It probably had to deal with the fact he’s a new member. Still, you miss him a lot. “I want it.”
You entered the number of coins in and began to play. The boys each stood at one of your sides and watched as you were determined to collect your boyfriend plush. However, it wasn’t that easy since the claw scraped by his fat head and collected a box of Venti pins. You knelt down to retrieve it and frown. “I can buy these at the dollar store.”
“Let me try.” Albedo says and inserts his coins to play. He didn’t have that much luck but he won a mini Aether plush. “What a cutie.” He comments and hands it to you. You smile and said thanks. “My turn.” Thoma hands Albedo the tickets and he enters his coins. You didn’t have much hope but the claw managed to grab Scaramouche’s head. You gasp and you guys watched the claw, slowly make its way to the hole. He went in and you cheered. You quickly grabbed the plush and squeezed it tight.
“Oh my god, Thoma! Thank you so much!!” You hugged him and he laughs. “No problem, yn.” You were smiling hard and you take a look at Scaramouche’s face. He had a grumpy expression but it was so cute. You planted a small kiss on his forehead. “I miss you…” You whispered and nuzzled your face cheek onto the doll. Thoma smiles at you then noticed Albedo staring at the DCKZ claw machine. He was staring right at a particular figure.
Thoma walks next to him and follows his gaze. It was a Kaeya figure in between the Zhongli and Childe figures. It was the main figure and stood on top with duo figures at the bottom. Thoma eyes wandered to the Diluc figure but he shook the urge to get him. He faces Albedo. “Do you want that?” Albedo jumps and that gained your attention. You make your way to them and gasped. “I didn’t know you liked DCKZ, Albedo.” He turns red and stutters. “I-I don’t! I’m just admiring the craftsmanship. These figures are all well done.” Thoma hums while you agreed. “Bullshit that they have figures but not 5WIRL.” You glance back at your friends then back at them.
“Let’s play some more.” Albedo changes the topic and you all agreed and went back to playing. After what felt like 100 games, Albedo had enough tickets to buy you guys rewards. Turns out, you could get 5WIRL and DCKZ merch anyways without the claw machine. Albedo bought you all the 5WIRL plushies and every Scaramouche merch. Thoma received a corgi plushie and cried which concerned you both but he was just very happy.
In the end, you decided to go eat at an ice cream parlor right next to the arcade. “You sure you don’t need help carrying all that, yn?” Thoma asks while taking a spoon of his mixed ice cream bowl. “Nah, I got this.” You smirked. Albedo laughs, “You really love Scaramouche a lot.” “I do! He’s my everything.” You him and lick you ice cream. “That’s nice.” Albedo responds. You guys continued to chat then left once finished. You were all pooped out from playing and decided to head home. You all walked together until the bus stop for Albedo to use.
Still chatting, you guys head that direction until you were forced to stop. A group of girls walked up to you. “Wow, it’s yn and their boyfriend!” Albedo raises a brow. Thoma smiles nervously and you nod. “Yup, that’s us.” “Who’s that?” One of them points at Albedo. “He’s my friend.” You respond. “Oh! Didn’t know you actually had any.” “Hey.” Thoma glared at the girls and they grow quiet. “What’s with all that Scaramouche stuff? You’re delusional.” “Leave yn alone.” Albedo speaks up. They scoff. “What a waste! Leave some for us!” They start to try and grab the stuff and you quickly backed away. Thoma stands in front you while Albedo helps you conceal the merch.
One girl was quick to go behind you and Albedo and grab hold of the giant Scaramouche plush. You felt it being pulled and you tried pulling it back to you. Albedo tries to help but he was getting pushed around. Thoma tried to be civil but began to grab the girls harshly just so they can leave you alone. You felt tears in your eyes as you were losing your grip. The girl was gonna win and you weren’t going to let that happen.
Feeling your anger rise, you pulled the plush with much force, making you almost trip. The girl fell forward and her face slammed right on the concrete. You all froze and watched as she slowly raises her head and her nose was full on bleeding. She bursted out crying and yelled, “YOU BITCH!” Before you can respond, Thoma grabs your arm and gets you guys out of there.
You all made it to the bus stop, catching your breaths. Albedo looks at you with a frown. “I’m sorry that happened, Yn. Are you okay?” You give him a small nod. “I’ll walk you home.” Thoma suggest and you nod again. You wave bye to Albedo and head off to your own place. Thoma wanted to stay with you to see if you were okay but you said no and he respected your decision. “Call me if anything happens.” “I will.” He leaves and you head inside.
You lazily place the merch on your couch, except for the Scaramouche doll, and head up to your room. You lay down on your bed, holding it close to you. You take out your phone and saw a missed call from Scaramouche. You did have your phone on silence so you could enjoy your day without any distractions. He left a voicemail so clicked on it to listen.
“Hi, Yn.” ‘He sounds tired.’ “I’m glad that you’re okay. I’m doing fine too.” He lets out a yawn. “Um, the rehearsals have been okay. The managers annoying as usual.” You giggle. “The guys miss you and they always talk about you, so annoying.” You smile wide. “I miss you, Yn. I’m always thinking of you and I can’t wait to see you soon. There’s never a day where I’m not thinking about you. I know it’s only been a few days but it feels like forever.” He yawns again. “I’m going to sleep now. I don’t know when you’ll listen to this but I hope it’s not at night since you should get your beauty sleep.” You chuckle at that. “Bye Yn. I miss you. I hope when we see each other, I can get to hold you again. Goodnight.”
The voicemail ends and you feel yourself start to cry. You hugged the plush even more as the tears fell on top of it. “I miss you too.” You sniffled. “Goodnight, Scara.”
