#omg the satele one though
Text
I did it. I finally got to Shadow of Revan in SWTOR. Dating Theron Shan is within my grasp! Muhahahahaha!!!!
And though I don’t expect the game to make note of it since it’s an MMO, but my character is a Jedi Consular. Dating the son of one of the Jedi Council. The Jedi who have an edict against emotional attachments. Like I kinda feel like Satele finding out about who her son is dating is going to be a bit like this:
Satele: Hey, what have you got there?
My Consular: An emotional attachment to your son! *starts running*
Satele: NO!
The rest of the Jedi Council: Omg, why does he have an emotional attachment?

Time to go Full Gravedrog
Hey guys. You know what we haven’t done in a while? That’s right! Put on our tinfoil hats, get tangled up in an entire spool of red string, and do a ridiculous deep dive on lore and make up wild insane theories about the upcoming story drop!
That’s right we’ve got some--
Tumblr media
First up. If you haven’t watched it already, here’s the trailer for the 6.2 story drop, specifically for the storyline we’ll be doing our deep dive on, Echoes of Oblivion.
youtube
Are you pumped? I’M PUMPED. Let’s do this!
Tumblr media
Okay, so there’s a lot to unpack here, and I’m going to state outright, that the chances of this being on the money like Gravedrog is... well. I’ve got no lottery numbers for you this time around. I can’t believe no one took me up on that offer.  There’s always the possibility the storyline has absolutely nothing to do with any previously established lore, and they create something wholly new. And hey, if that’s the case, this is just free fanfic fodder for the masses.
But Charles did mention, I believe on the forums(?), that he’s seen one person guess what’s going on. The real question is... WHO GUESSED IT. HMM.
So I’ve been wanting to actually do a post on this a while, at least since Arcann’s voice actor accidentally made the slip up about Thexan being in this story drop. A large part of this theory/discovery goes to the lovely @confettininjabean, who found this piece of lore when we were getting tangled up in red string back in the Gravedrog days, pre-Nathema Conspiracy. Let’s just say, there was a... certain interaction on Twitter that had us thinking this had something to do with NC, and when it didn’t pan out we were like “Oh, weird, guess that wasn’t on the right track” and forgot about it.
Well, sort of. Because we were like, “that really seemed significant considering”, but hey, sometimes you hit upon a Gravedrog, sometimes you think Indo Zal is an evil mastermind playing 4D chess. In other words, when it comes to red string theories, you win some. You lose some.
Anyway. I forget why, but I went perusing on Wookieepedia a few months ago, looking back up this sort of obscure piece of lore for some reason. And something about it was.... FAMILIAR.
The article in question: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Thought_bomb
May I direct your attention, to this part:
Tumblr media
Hey. Where have I heard that before?
Tumblr media
Aw. Aw shit. Well I mean, that can’t be right though, right? Because it’s Satele and a bunch of Jedi/like-minded Force users that are being possessed right? And besides this is an an ancient Sith ritual thought to be created by...
Tumblr media
Oh.
Tumblr media
Oh wait.
But that’s a plague right? Not the same thing as a thought bomb. I mean it’s not like anyone in SWTOR has dealt with a Force plague--
Tumblr media
Oh. huh. But you might say, “But Grey, that plague was invented by Terrak Morrhage, not Vitiate.” And you would be right! What I can’t seem to find confirmation of, thus far, is exactly when Terrak Morrhage lived, but by me and Jayde’s current reckoning, it seems like he may have been around possibly during the Great Hyperspace War, the end of which Vitiate used in his mad grab for immortality and power, manipulating what was probably a majority of the remaining Sith Lords into his brand spanking new ritual that he just needed a little help with.
Okay, and this is where we leave lore land, and enter into speculation land. I, um, just got sidetracked on Jedipedia (I’ll get to that), trying to find a codex entry regarding Vitiate I know I’ve read but I lost at some point. So, we’re going off memory here, but I’m fairly certain it’s stated in canon somewhere that prior to his ascension, Vitiate was obsessed with Sith alchemy and ancient Sith rituals. So if Morrhage pre-dated him, or was a peer, it’s possible Vitiate was able to learn about his plague, and adapt it to some of his other experiments.
Okay, back to the thought bomb for a moment. Full disclosure, I haven’t read the Darth Bane novels, so I’m going off of Wookiepeedia here instead of the source material (which is always a dicey affair), it says Bane adapted the thought bomb from notes on the ritual Vitiate performed. So, it’s possible the thought bomb is not a 100% Vitiate original, just a bastardization of it. But it’s interesting that the ritual itself gathers up and shreds the Force essence/soul of everyone in its path. Well, I mean, horrifying. But in this theory’s perspective, interesting in that when Vitiate used Zildrog as part of his ritual--where did all of the Force go exactly?
Because as you wander around Nathema, you hear the tortured whispers of every soul obliterated during that ritual.
This is talked about a little in the Revan novel, and it’s been a few years since I read it so I’m kind of going off memory again, but he basically created a void in the Force there. And remember... in the KOTET chapter we went to Nathema, he was actually visibly afraid a few times. Hmm... now why would that be? Was it Vaylin he was afraid of? Was it something else?
If memory serves, there wasn’t an actual explosion like as described with the thought bomb--because he wasn’t using the ritual as a weapon. He was using it to gather power, to shuffle off this mortal coil and live eternal as an annoying spirit who you just can’t quite squash out no matter how many mind mazes you build to keep him locked up. So, and again, this is speculation land, but all of that swirling Force and dead energy had to go somewhere right? I mean, Zildrog had his snack and went omnomnom, but where did the Force power go? And why was there a Void that constantly pulled at him and sapped away his power on Nathema?
Is it because the Force didn’t explode? Is it because he bound it up in his old disgusting decaying old man flesh? And the only reason he was alive because he basically made himself a little flesh horcrux that was destroyed at the exact moment we sent him off to the Void that he feared so much?
Tumblr media
Hmm. Interesting.
Wait. Wait a second... I think there was something else he mentioned. Now, what was it?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
You know, I had always assumed he was talking about Gravedrog being unleashed, since the whole reason he went to Zakuul was likely to find the Gravestone so he could pair it with Zildrog back on Nathema, and enact his galaxy-wide extinction event.
And maybe he was.
Or was he talking about his failsafe.
The one he knew would happen if someone destroyed his old, withered, icky body?
So... if the ritual/plague is some take on the thought bomb, and it infects any Force user like some prescient, who could have realized this is what 2020 held in store for us pandemic that spread rapidly and consumed everyone who touched it, until it made manifest what was once just thought...
Is the whole entire point of this to bring Valky back from the dead? Or is it just his last revenge? And what on earth would that last revenge be? Well... and just hear me out. Say there was this guy. Kind of an asshole. And he had this whole schtick about killing every single living thing in the galaxy and liked to consume whole planets in a single gulp just for funsies. Wouldn’t it be so funny if he, say, in the unlikely event he possessed some Outlander who happened to go “get out and get a job loser!” and booted him off to the beyond, and at the same time his old indentured servant and that chick he once possessed found his horcrux and destroyed that, wouldn’t it be a kick if that somehow kicked off a plague that consumed every single Force user in the entire galaxy until it had enough power and then exploded and completely wiped out all life in the galaxy, so that if the asshole who’s name totally isn’t Valkorion couldn’t live forever then neither could any. single. thing. in. the. galaxy.
I mean, that or it’s just a ploy to get him into one final boss fight.
But i dunno... I kind of just found the entire cast list of who’s in the Echoes of Oblivion storyline (warning, major spoilers and datamining on that link, and yes, that’s what distracted me on Jedipedia) and I’m kind of thinking. Having to keep the entire galaxy from being consumed by a sociopath’s final revenge kind of sounds like a pretty epic finale, don’t you?
And hey, if not. Free fanfic idea for anyone who wants it.
Oh yeah, also predicting the following:
We’re going on another mindscape adventure like in KOTET Chapter 9, but it’s Satele’s mind we’re in
It’s not actually Valkorion/Vitiate/Tenebrae, but a remnant/essence of him that’s made manifest by the ritual. Also he needs a combo nickname because I’m tired of having to pick one of three names. I shall call you Valkiatebrae. It’s a beautiful name. I know he’ll love it.
Vaylin and Thexan who we see in the trailer are probably also manifestations conjured by the quasi- Valkiatebrae
We’re going to Ossus? Or Ossus in Satele’s mind?
The Knight and crew missed a few of the death cult back in the storyline, and that’s who was either watching Tenebrae’s body, or who hijacked Satele’s ship OR they have some part in the ritual (perhaps the part to physically manifest  Valkiatebrae). We see them in the trailer above.
Regardless if any single one of these predictions is right I’m going to die of feels
Because I think Satele and Theron may have a scene together????? OMG
I’m screaming again
I’ll stop now
I’m sorry Charles I hope I didn’t do it to you again I couldn’t help myself, but hey at least I kept it in this long
EDITED TO ADD: Okay guys, I’ve been looking more at Jedipedia. I think I can safely hazard a guess that a LOT of fans of different characters are going to be super happy with this update. Just saying.

omg the NPC asssskkkk .....!! can I ask..... Di??? or Hiet??? or Baal?? damn my heart. the one that inspires you most??
ASDFGHJK I’m gonna try all three because fuck it i love my ocs
Tumblr media
1. Would they be recruitable?
Yep. Good luck with him.
2. Would they be a class specific character? (ie. Imperial Agent only. Republic character only)
He’s only available for Imp side characters.
3. When would you recruit them? Vanilla story? an Expac? Post KOTET?
I feel like he could fit in anywhere. He’s very simple, one goal and one minded person so where or when wouldn’t really have a big effect on his story or character.
4. Where would you recruit them from?
Anywhere but the Sith Academy. I imagine him meeting the player while already being in his thirties and very experienced yet still unpredictable.
5. What would their recruitment mission be?
Probably something you need to search extra manpower for. Di is that extra strenght.
6. What would be their original recruitment outfit?
Callous Conqueror armor without the mask (see picture).
7. Would there be a character they don’t like? Would that cause you to choose sides?
Di doesn’t like anyone. If you chose too many options that don’t side with him this might have effects in the future.
8. Are they romancable? Why/why not
Yes because I think he’d make for an interesting romance with him being goddamn dark sided and having to learn this weird thing called romance while also really wanting it. Also he’s Cathar so a romance with him is gonna be deep since you will be his lifemate. He’d both die and kill for you.
9. What would they say if you clicked on them?
“Don’t touch me.” “ *low growl…* “ “What are you looking at?” “My advice: Kill whatever’s troubling you.” “Did you hear the screams of that last guy? Hehehe..” “Just keep moving.” “Let’s move.”
10. Do they know any other in game characters? (ie. trained under Satele Shan during the civil war. Knew Talos before he went to Hoth)
No. He’s a hermit.
11. What weapon(s) would they have?
Cathar Honor Sword on his back and the Red Unstable Peacemaker Lightsaber on his hip.
12. Are they better as a tank, healer or DPS?
Dps all the way trough. Good tank but sucks at healing. He’d rather tell you to get over it, that your wounds are proof of you being a warior, you shouldn’t hide them.
13. What gifts do they Love? Like? What would they say when you gave them a gift?
Love: Weapon. “Hey.. Thanks..” “That looks good.” “For me?”
Like: Imperial and Military. “That’s nice.” “Alright.” “You got me this?”
14. What would they say if you sent them away/changed them out?
“Big mistake.” “ *angered growl* “ “Why must you keep me from battle.” “I will remember this.” “Fine.”
15. What do they say when they heal you? What do they say when they are attacking?
Heal: “Get. Up.” “Giving up is not an option.” “If you die I’ll kill you.” “That was dissapointing..”
Attack: “*deep chuckle*” “You think you can take me?!” “*violent growl*” “Get back here you coward!” “I’m gonna make you bleed…” “I’ll rip your troath out with my teeth.” “You’re gonna be dinner.” “When I remove your legs from your body you won’t be able to run!”
16. What’s their idle chatter like? Do they talk a lot (when you arrive on each planet) or do they suddenly say something in some strange places?
He’ll usually say something before a battle. “Di what do you propose?” “He won’t talk if we rip out his tongue…”
Or in certain areas.
Rural: “Yegh diplomats. Let’s get out of here.”
Outside: “I used to hunt here closeby, quite tasty meat they got around here I must say.”
17. What letter’s would they send post vanillia class story/SOR/KOTFE
Me: *hasn’t finished any of the vanilla class stories*
Hi
I’m not gonna let you go
- Di’taqt
Attachment: A rather bloody heart of something (or someone) you may not want to know
KOTFE
You.
I could have known you weren’t dead. No one could possibly kill you. It drove me mad. Not being able to find who killed you. So I just murdered everyone that looked suspicious. Which was everybody I came along… How foolish I was. Should have known. No one is strong enough. You are the most powerful. Everyone else is weak. As am I, for you.
- Your warrior
18. If they are recruitable in vanillia story, where are they during KOTFE/TET? What are/were they doing?
I’m not entirely sure what’s happening during KOTET. But he’s probably wandering on his own again.
Tumblr media
1. Would they be recruitable?
Don’t think so. She’d probably one of the more important NPC’s walking around that you can go to for advice. She’s a Jedi Master for certain. More like an advisor that will continue to be in the story (like in Dragon Age Inquisition) and on a special occasion will be able to be used as a companion.
2. Would they be a class specific character? (ie. Imperial Agent only. Republic character only)
I feel like she’d be with both Jedi classes at the start and be available for all classes during KOTET.
3. When would you recruit them? Vanilla story? an Expac? Post KOTET?
Start of Vanilla stories for Jedi Knight and Consular. You’d meet her somewhere at the beginning and she’d guide you trough your journey. And for all classes during KOTET. She’s very accepting so I feel like she’d get along with all classes
4. Where would you recruit them from?
 Jedi temple.
5. What would their recruitment mission be?
You’d get sent to speak with Jedi Master Frodynn for advice maybe? She’ll occasionaly give clues about where you should be heading now and also is willing to help train you. But she isn’t your official Master.
6. What would be their original recruitment outfit?
A flowy and very simple yet comfortable mix between a white dress and Jedi robes. She usually has her hands folded in the sleeves.
7. Would there be a character they don’t like? Would that cause you to choose sides?
Hiet doesn’t hold grudges, is very open minded, gives everyone a chance and believes there’s light in everyone. Doesn’t mean she won’t fuck u up if ur gonna do evil.
8. Are they romancable? Why/why not
Yes because I say so. Romancing her takes time and can of course only be achieved if you don’t care as much for the Jedi rules as she does. It would be a little mischievous and very secret.
9. What would they say if you clicked on them?
“Hello my dear.” “How are you?” “You are doing well.” “ *giggle* “ “I’m here for you.” “Friend.” “ *soft humming* “
10. Do they know any other in game characters? (ie. trained under Satele Shan during the civil war. Knew Talos before he went to Hoth)
She knows most of the more well known Jedi personally.
11. What weapon(s) would they have?
Seven white lightsabers floating around her.
12. Are they better as a tank, healer or DPS?
She’s a healer but can do an enormous amount of damage. Not a great tank.
13. What gifts do they Love? Like? What would they say when you gave them a gift?
She loves Cultural gifts. “Oh my..” “This is wonderful, thank you my friend.” “I will cherish this.” She likes Imperial gifts.  “For me?” “Why thank you.”
14. What would they say if you sent them away/changed them out?
“Untill next time.” “Be careful out there.” “I’ll be thinking of you.” “Remember what I thought you.” “Be kind.” “Farewell.”
15. What do they say when they heal you? What do they say when they are attacking?
Heal: “Now now, come here..” “All patched up.” “Ready for another adventure.”
Attack: “I apologize.” “I am sorry our paths had to cross like this.” “Take that!” “I will not let you come closer.”
16. What’s their idle chatter like? Do they talk a lot (when you arrive on each planet) or do they suddenly say something in some strange places?
She usually has something to say about the areas you travel to. Some information on it’s history. Sometimes she’ll giggle depending on the dialogie choices you make or she’ll say something or make a face when you choose a dark sided option.
17. What letter’s would they send post vanillia class story/SOR/KOTFE
She doesn’t sent letters so it most likely will be a holocall in which she tells you she’s worried and that you should return safely to her.
18. If they are recruitable in vanillia story, where are they during KOTFE/TET? What are/were they doing?
I can’t say for sure as I’m not aware of what’s happening during KOTET, but she’ll most likely be helping the good guys and help the hurt.
Tumblr media
1. Would they be recruitable?
Yep.
2. Would they be a class specific character? (ie. Imperial Agent only. Republic character only)
I think all classes would fit. She doesn’t get allong with most Force Sensitive ones though and will leave if you’ve chosen too many dark sided options.
3. When would you recruit them? Vanilla story? an Expac? Post KOTET?
Somewhere in the middle of the Vanilla story.
4. Where would you recruit them from?
Not a planet, but a ship in deep space.
5. What would their recruitment mission be?
A Bounty Hunter has been causing trouble. Catch her. Instead you realize Baal was framed and together take the ones down that wanted to catch Baal. She joins you after you offer her a free ride and she sticks around for a while. Still very lonesome tho.
6. What would be their original recruitment outfit?
RD-07A Vendetta armor set.
7. Would there be a character they don’t like? Would that cause you to choose sides?
She’s very wary of Mandalorians, Imperials and force sensitive people. Also if you side with her family she’s gone forever.
8. Are they romancable? Why/why not
Yes she needs some loving.. I think it would be interesting trying to get the big bad lonely bounty hunter to trust you enough. You may even get some flowers.
9. What would they say if you clicked on them?
“Hmpf..” “What?” “I’m here.” “I don’t have anything to say right now.” “Y’know I appreciated the silent moments between us..” “… Take the hint.” “Hm?” “Stay on guard.”
10. Do they know any other in game characters? (ie. trained under Satele Shan during the civil war. Knew Talos before he went to Hoth)
She knows all about Mandalorians and some may recognize her.
11. What weapon(s) would they have?
Mischief and Anarchy pistol set and a sniper rifle.
12. Are they better as a tank, healer or DPS?
She’s a great tank and damage dealer and okay at healing.
13. What gifts do they Love? Like? What would they say when you gave them a gift?
Love: Weapon. “Thank… You…” “This is pretty cool.” “You shouldn’t have.. But I’m still taking it.”
Like: Luxury. “Oh, I don’t have anything for you though.” “Thanks.” “Haven’t seen this in a while.”
14. What would they say if you sent them away/changed them out?
“Bye.” “See ya.” “Don’t make me have to come back and save your ass.” “Stay out of trouble.” “Forget my name.” “I’ll go get some rest then.”
15. What do they say when they heal you? What do they say when they are attacking?
Heal: “Get up.” “The fight’s not over yet.” “Heal up.”
Attack: “Got one.” “Get out while you can.” “Fool.” “This is nothing.” “Score says I’m hitting more than you.” “Another one for the tally.”
16. What’s their idle chatter like? Do they talk a lot (when you arrive on each planet) or do they suddenly say something in some strange places?
She really doesn’t say much to be honest. Her dialogue exists more out of ‘hmm’s and dissapointed looks.
17. What letter’s would they send post vanillia class story/SOR/KOTFE
She also doesn’t sent much letters. They’re more like text messages. ‘you ok?’ ‘text me when you get there.’ ‘look at this picture of a nexu i found. its funny.’
18. If they are recruitable in vanillia story, where are they during KOTFE/TET? What are/were they doing?
She’s most likely back to solo bountyhunting and got hired by Teeg to help fight Arcann.

1, 20, 25 & 28 for whoever you'd like for the otp asks? :)
Tumblr media
How about both? (All four of them were chatty tonight!)
1. Who is the most affectionate? For my two smuggling idiots, Corey is, but juuuuuust barely. Neither of them are – or have ever been – shy with PDA.
Theron and Sanna, however… well, it took them both a while to get used to the idea of PDA. (Especially at the beginning, when they were figuring out their relationship while building the Alliance.) There may or may not have been some hangups due to their upbringings as well. Now, though, there are always small, casual touches when they pass each other or during meetings, kisses after lunch before they head to different parts of Odessen, and so on. Sanna’s usually the one to initiate things on base, mostly because Theron’s all “PROPRIETY!!!” because she’s the Commander.
20. What do their family/friends think of their relationship?Ellie’s brother (who’s also Corey’s best friend) was like, “OMG FINALLY!!! You two have been mutually pining idiots for faaaaarrr too long!” Both of their families approve as well, since the couple has been friends since they were toddlers.
Aside from the whole Order of Zildrog debacle, everyone – family and friends – have approved of Theron and Sanna. Jace was giving Theron the thumbs-up with a grin on Iokath when Sanna’s back was turned, much to Theron’s chagrin. They haven’t talked too much to Satele, but she approves, as long as Sanna treats her son well and makes him happy. (Which she does.)
25. Who needs more assurance? Both of my girls, unfortunately. Sanna more so, post-carbonite. She’s not cut out to be a leader, she’s really just supposed to be the front line of defense. (at least that’s what she thinks – yay imposter syndrome?)
Ellie started questioning her instincts a lot during the smuggler storyline, but she’s matured quite a bit since then, so she doesn’t really need a ton of reassurance.
28. What do they do when they’re away from each other?Well, we all know that Sanna wears Theron’s jacket when he’s not there. Meanwhile, he pulls up and reads old messages from her with his implants. (Also, Theron has mentioned that when he meditates, he always pictures her sitting next to him. He swears sometimes he can actually feel her arm against his.)
When they’re apart, Ellie fiddles with the ring he gave her, whether it’s on her finger or on its chain. Corey has a holo-pic of her laughing that he keeps in a pocket to look at when he misses her. They also message each other a goodnight text whenever they’re going to bed, whether or not it’s nighttime where the other is.

How to organize your SWTOR stuff (aka Adventures in Crazy)
As long as my alt-alholism has been in full swing, I’ve been attempting to organize all the minutiae about my increasing number of SWTOR toons.
Go below the cut for the crazy!
It started with a list that is still a mainstay: companion gift preferences.  It’s now in its 4th or 5th iteration, still printed from an Excel file, and happily occupying its very own sheet protector.  I have a few other things in that pile - gathering node decoration yields, colors needed for Fabricator Crystals by crafting profession, a breakdown of which crafting professions make which items since 3.0, and a walkthrough of the Eternal Championship.  I’d also had a breakdown of guild ship expansions for the Nerf Herders guilds (both completed now), matrix shard planet locations and matrix cube stats (no longer needed thanks to legacy-wide datacrons and better relics), a spreadsheet detailing the armor pieces of my Level 55 toons (instantly outdated when 3.0 hit), and a spreadsheet to track my Light v. Dark event progress.
Over the last few years I’ve been using a small notepad - and later notebooks - to jot down Important Stuff.  Sometimes it’s simply conquest- or event-related stuff (like who’s completed a weekly goal) or something else temporary.  But my overall game interests are constantly in flux, and I’ve been tracking an increasing number of things on a long-term basis.  Most of my notes are in one of two small notebooks, though I still have a little stack of free-floating papers.
In addition to the aforementioned lists, here’s what I’m currently keeping track of:
Notebook 1: Stuff I refer to more frequently and/or longer term.  The first 4 things listed are the reason I started using a notebook, and after that I just kept going.
Toons hoarding Command Crate commendations, so I don’t go over the max
Alliance Specialist completion (Y/N) for toons who have reached KOTFE
Armor pieces needed from Alliance Crates to complete all 40 legacy armor sets on Star Forge
Toons who have available Weekly Kingpin contracts, by planet
Toons who have Exotic Plague Specimens
Vehicles earned from Achievements and how to get them
Which toons currently have Light vs. Dark XP boost armor sets
CXP tiers of all Level 70 toons and their light/dark alignment
Stronghold decos purchasable from vendors for prefabs, special currency, etc (but not credits)
Star Fortress completion (Y/N) for toons who have reached KOTFE
Level 70 toons that need to finish the storylines for Ilum, Makeb, and Oricon
Level 70 toons that need to complete DF/DP for the Oricon storyline
Stronghold decos purchasable from vendors for credits (plus special currency if needed)
Level 70 toons that need to finish their class story
Toons currently working on planet quest chains
Crafting professions for Satele Shan toons
Level 70 toons that need to finish the breadcrumb quests (and/or boss runs for Aratech Fire) for TFB, S&V, EV, KP, EC
Toons who have reached KOTFE and need to recruit Lokin
Level 70 toons who need to complete the Ancient Gree Relays quest
Toons on Satele Shan who are collecting their class’s Alliance Crate armor
Level 70 toons who have finished the class story but have not finished Forged Alliances/Ziost, and where they are specifically
Level 70 toons who have finished Forged Alliances/Ziost but have not finished KOTFE, and which chapter they have to do next
Level 70 toons who have finished KOTFE but not KOTET, and which chapter they have to do next
Level 70 toons who have finished KOTET, and which location/flashpoint they are going to next (currently I have 4 toons who have completed The Nathema Conspiracy, w00t)
Toons who have not yet collected all 8 pets from Command Crates, and which pets they still need
Notebook 2: PVE Rotations and toons using each tree.  I have tried and tested these in-game and feel confident using them.  Once I decide I’m OK with a rotation, I’ll screenshot the toon’s keybindings as well as the details of each ability, so I can easily replicate the keybindings and rotation for other toons using the same tree or the equivalent tree in the opposite faction.  I’m only worried about max level toons for these.
Dirty Fighting Gunslinger
Engineering Sniper
Virulence Sniper
Scrapper Scoundrel
Concealment Operative
Assault Specialist Commando
Gunnery Commando
Innovative Ordnance Mercenary
Arsenal Mercenary
Deception Assassin
Telekinetics Sage
Balance Sage (I also have two toons using the equivalent Madness Sorcerer rotation, just haven’t gone through the trouble of matching their keybindings 100%)
Vengeance Juggernaut
Combat Sentinel
Watchman Sentinel
Annihilation Marauder
Random papers floating around:
Star Forge Crafting Info: list of professions and toons with slicers specifically noted, crafting mat prices by gathering profession and crafting level, gathering node decorations that are “broken” and giving mats for the wrong level.  This one seriously needs a permanent home.
Decorations I have not yet acquired, not including anything that requires an achievement.  Theoretically all of these can be sold/traded, and decos obtainable from cartel packs, operations, uprisings, and flashpoints are marked as such.
Toons running crafting missions to stock up for the MK-4 prefabs
PVE rotations I am still trying out in-game: Ruffian Scoundrel, Focus Guardian, Sharpshooter Gunslinger, updated Virulence Sniper, Seer Sage (trying not to suck at healing so much)
I’m still not sure if all of this has made my alt-aholism easier to deal with (at least from a planning standpoint) or harder to deal with (OMG SO MUCH DATA)...

Hello, weird question. Do you have any Jedi or Sith spy ocs?
Not such a weird question, I realize I don’t really label anyone in the OC list. I do, in fact, have both!
I have a few Jedi but they’re... not good Jedi? Really? They’re mostly tolerating the Council because they HAVE to but most of them prefer to go with whatever works to sort situations out.
Azalie (or Dancer) is my primary Jedi oc. She’s a human in her fifties and was a Master, but she got demoted after a very heated argument with the Council about refusing to give up either of the children she’d birthed. She left them with Nevra to raise so it’s not like she was taking time away from her duties as a Jedi, but the Council raised a fuss because OMG ATTACHMENTS!!!! and... she basically told them to go fuck themselves. When she’s far enough away from Tython she likes getting drunk and grumbling about the Council. Mention Satele Shan, that’s always a good way to kill a few hours. Azalie’s technically a Knight now but she still gets saddled with a Padawan occasionally.
Case in point, Tsel’rati. Orange Twi’lek girl, late teens, rescued from slavery by the Jedi Order. She’s “emotionally difficult” so the Jedi handed her to Azalie. It’s... going okay. She’s quiet by nature but she’s slowly opening up and learning not to be afraid of everything. When she does get too scared she Force stealths instinctively, though, which can make keeping track of her difficult sometimes.
Fashall USED to be a Jedi, but she said fuck that noise and went to hang out with House Ekari and Nollok because... they let her read and research whatever the fuck she wants. She’s got simple wants, honestly.
There’s... Flare, too. Lime-green Twi’lek, late twenties, got a prosthetic arm, generally a nice guy if a little huggy. He was Fashall’s master but even he’s of the opinion that was a TERRIBLE match and he’s glad she’s happy and growing where she’s at. He’s pyrokinetic but hides it most of the time for safety and to keep from getting preached at by other Jedi for “letting his emotions rule him.” His internal reaction to that lecture is usually a big old raspberry.
En’iral is about as close to a canonically “good” Jedi as I’ve got. Lethan Twi’lek woman, not too tall and a little pudgy, she’s a Jedi Shadow/Hunter and is... quite frankly a zealot. I’m not sure why she was never picked up by the Sixth Line, but it might have to do with the Hunters pretty much brainwashing her to the point she has a very difficult time functioning independently and generally needs a handler or SOME kind of oversight.
As for Sith spy OCs... yes, kind of?
Like, actual SITH Sith I’ve got Malminn. Walking libido, smartass, Sith Pureblood with a very charming smile and a sarcastic streak as wide as a Kaas City street. He’s ex-Imperial Intelligence but he still thinks like a spy most of the time if he’s not thinking about family.
A spy that WORKS for the Sith is Burmilla, better known as Lucky. Took over the title of Cypher 13 in Imperial Intelligence after the last one retired. She’s a bright white Cathar with black markings and bright blue eyes. Also missing the pinky and ring fingers of her left hand, her right eye, a chunk of her right ear, both little toes, the second toe of her right foot, has had a few teeth surgically replaced, and has had more bones set and shrapnel removed than some entire regiments. And yet she’s STILL breathing and STILL working. She thinks the nickname is funny.

Looooong guess
Best guess again on who the traitor is. And remember, they lured everyone to Iokath, not just tried to kill you.
-A Zakuulan who recognizes that everything was fine until you killed their Emperor (even if Arcann did, you were blamed). Probably someone we recruited from KoTET. Not the dude with the hair…omg.
-Someone who’s a staunch patriot of either the Republic or the Empire who really wants to get back to the original plan of destroying the other. Probably a Jedi or a Sith.
-Someone who served Vitiate as the Sith Emperor whom he kept on call juuuuust in case. I’d say it’s one of The Hand, seeing as the model is a pureblood. But only the Warrior knows them.
-A force ghost. Of the force ghosts it could be whom every single class has met: Vaylin, Marr (but that model is smalllll so that’s not very consistent), or someone we will find out later that died while we were away. I’d pick Senya. She could be dead if you DS’d Voss, or like I said, we could find out she died in a later chapter. “Omg the traitor killed Senya!” Nope.
-Just an agent working for the traitor so the model doesn’t even matter. This could fit The Hand still working for Vitiate even after his death.
-A Child of the Emperor. The Knight and Consular are familiar with them, but no other class is. That could still work like the idea above. They’re stillllll working for Vitiate.
-Kaliyo. Bear with me. She could have died in KotFE, but when has death ever stopped a Bioware companion from coming back for another game? Example: Leliana, Anders, Corypheus (lmao but that ones makes sense), Flemeth (makes sense ok fine)…ok not that many examples and wow it’s all Dragon Age NICE! Beyond that, Kaliyo is an anarchist and has no loyalty to anyone (save the agent…sorta) and perhaps she’s really just done with the war. It keeps going and it’s pointless. Best to pit them all against each other so she can go back to doing whatever.
-This is Revan’s trick back on Rishi. I’m not saying it’s Revan, but I’m saying it’s someone who was there for that fiasco. That’s Theron, Lana, Satele, Marr, your companions, Shae, Jakarro and D4 (omfg that’d be hilarious), and any Revanite. I don’t recall any significant Revanite NPC who’s still alive. Arkous and Darok are dead, but ho boy that’d be funny.
-In all classes, there is no vanilla game NPC everyone has met. And if they did, that NPC is dead or we had a choice to kill or spare them. So without any magic, it’s not possible to include them. I’ve been trying to think of a character that is involved in every class story or is at least mentioned, but I got nothing (even though Lana mentioned Darth Jadus…which is a really good guess, but only the agent knows about them). So I figure it’s someone from Shadow of Revan onward.
-Who’s the rogue SIS agent Lana mentioned when she was listing suspects? I couldn’t figure it out. Is it that annoying guy from the trooper story? Not the charming one, the asshole.

hydrospanners replied to your photo “Day 12: Religion/Force Orders Is your OC religious or loyal to a...”
so... given the events of kotfe, there isn't really much of an order to go back to at this point, right? so many jedi have died, so many others have vanished into the ether. the order's going to need some serious rebuilding. has rossa ever considered being the one to do that? that she might be the one to make the reforms she thinks the order needs? obviously events of kotfe and kotet have taken precedence, but has she considered it? would she?
You give me such hard hitting questions! Making me really think and flush out my character!! Gawd! (I love it though, keep asking. I’ll talk about my shit children until you are sick of them.)
One thing I feared for her before beating the end of KotFE and KotET was that Satele would appoint her Grand Master. It’s not a position she ever wanted. (I was also like 99.9% sure Satele was going to die in one of the two expansions. Like omg I was so sure she would either sacrifice herself to help the Outlander get rid of Valky or she was going to die doing something for Theorn.) Pre-KotFE Rossa wouldn’t have wanted the kind of “desk job” a position on the Jedi Council would have given her. She would prefer a lower tiered position if it meant being down in the mud, so to speak.
As for going back and reforming it now, I think she would feel like she was waltzing back and be basically like “sup ya’ll I’ve spent months being wild and free. But I’m back now so let’s tear up the rule book and start fresh!” She might feel so obligated to continue as things were that she would just want the position to pass to someone else. But that is a good point and one I don’t think occurred to her. I think she was just so mortified at being placed in a ranking position on the council.
I feel like she sees her position of Alliance Commander as different. It doesn’t have the old traditions and exceptions that leading the Jedi does. There she is continuing to show that the Republic and Empire can work together. At this point she feels like it is better to be this kind of example to the galaxy than being a Jedi.

I found a datamine letter that Theron send you if you romance Arcann and omg my heart it hurts so much to read it! :( though being a datamine in the first place I don’t know if it’ll be released in game but still
I mean it is hard to say, what with it being datamined (although I would love to know where they find that within the game data because I needs me some copies of the letters in-game without having to actually play through 100+ hours of content to get them!)
Tumblr media
(Spoilers, as well as a little salt in the wound below the cut)
The letter in question (as well as some others from the Jilted Lovers Brigade can be found here): http://boards.theforce.net/threads/the-old-republic-mmo-the-new-official-thread.50004324/page-239
I can’t focus. I just keep thinking about you. I’m usually so good at controlling my emotions, but I guess you’re my weak point. This is a good lesson for me. Don’t open up. Don’t let anyone in.
I need to be on my own for a while to forget about us. Shake away my lingering feelings.
This is why spies should never fall in love.
Yeah… honestly that letter doesn’t surprise me at all.
And can you blame him, really? I mean, honestly, can you blame any of them? Kaliyo’s is particularly blunt and on the nose, but that’s kind of who she is. They all kind of have a point… if these indeed do appear in game (and, well, we’ve seen them remove some datamined letters that accidentally gave the plot of their current storyline away especially if some mysterious sleep-deprived idiot were to accidentally decode their super sekrit messages)
I mean, honestly? I really don’t ship Outlander/Arcann for a lot of reasons, so I’m kind of with the Jilted Lovers Brigade here. Especially considering these letters appear to only really be sent if the PC is in a committed relationship. And infidelity kind of sucks? But, you know, that’s just me.
(Yes I realize the game doesn’t have a convenient “I changed my mind let me break things off” function built in. I guess that’s what the “Are you sure you want to confirm this romance” button is for.)
People who are a little more dug into the mindsets of the other Love Interests could probably chime in more on their perspective, but Theron’s? Yeahhhh… the game and other ancillary material hasn’t exactly been shy about his attachment and abandonment issues. Considering that the Arcann romance lock-in looks like it’s set post-KOTET (but probably pre-Umbara, maybe pre-Iokath), this comes right on the heels of some pretty big character development for a romanced Theron…
That being he actually said the “L” word, and very possibly it was said back to him. And while this is a bit of speculation on my part, that’s… kind of a big deal for him. A really big deal in fact.
(And if for some reason you disagree with the following statement, fair enough, but I don’t really have the energy to argue it nor the patience to deal with potential character bashing, so please try to be courteous in that regard.)
If you think about the relationships that Theron has cultivated in his life, specifically with the people who he loves and who love him (Satele, Jace, Zho, Marcus, Teff’ith) -- none of them have either been in the position to, raised in a culture of, or in some cases *coughTEFFITHcough* have that sort of dynamic where any of the parties would say the words “I love you” to him, much less have him say it back.
It doesn’t mean that he doesn’t feel deep emotions of affection, or dare I say, love for his family, but they’re all a giant disaster space family with giant disaster communication issues. It makes for great fictional drama, but less so for healthy normal human interactions. But it’s implied in text (Lost Suns, Annihilation), and in the game’s subtext that Theron does care very deeply for everyone he considers family, but also that he’s a man in great, great denial about things that are very important to him. (”Who needs the Force” indeed.)
He makes a pretty big to-do about being a loner, about keeping people at arm’s distance and not really having anything of a personal life in Lost Suns, Annihilation, Shadow of Revan, heck, it’s even kind of hinted in the dev blog story about him and Jonas.
So when he not only enters into a committed relationship with the Outlander (after pining for them for five years where he may have even believed them dead for a period), but he finally gets over his mountain of personal issues and a lifelong practice of self-denial, he’s pretty still reluctant to drag out the words “I love you” -- a phrase he likely has never actually said out loud to anyone before.
Tumblr media
And if he hears those words back, probably for the first time in his life, well, prepare yourself for a giant cropped in screencap of Theron’s face, because what’s the point of having the ability to get 4K screencaps if I can’t crop in on minute details that no one cares about?
Tumblr media
That’s pretty much the happiest I’ve ever seen him. Even during Shadow of Revan when you first lock in the romance. And maybe it’s just the lighting, but I swear he looks like he’s about to cry.
(I realize they reused this animation on at least Torian too, because reusing assets is easy and saves monies. But come on, it was probably originally worked out for one character in particular.)
So yeah... it makes complete sense for Theron to be kind of devastated after laying his heart out for the first time ever and then just kind of being dumped for the guy who literally stabbed you in the gut and sort of razed half the galaxy because he thought you were his daddy? I’m pretty sure that would change Theron, and if he ever did open up to someone again it would take him a long long long time.
But um, I’m obviously a little protective of my boi at this point so I’m obviously greatly biased. But he’s had a rough six plus months, okay? What with everyone calling him tr8r, losing his beloved jacket, the now-infamous barber mishap that he thought was super cool and edgy guyz but everyone kept insisting looked like a thong, oh, and half of Twitter constantly demanding the ability to kill him five updates ago GAWD DEVS WHY CAN’T YOU RETROACTIVELY CATER TO THEIR MURDEROUS WHIMS. So seeing him all broken hearted just makes me a little sad and mamabear and why can I not hug this stupid idiot yet plz Bioware #HugTheron2k18
(Also, sorry Arcann/Outlander fans -- I know you like the ship! And while I admit it is sweet in its own way, it just kind of has some Oedipal issues built in that I personally can’t look past... but to each their own!)

Iokath spoiler - ignore this brain vomit 👍
OMG!! What if that cloaked figure, who seems to be wearing a Scion lower skirt deal, is EVIL THEXAN????? The Hand looked feminine, though. Someone close to me? Maybe it’ll change depending on which side you pick. It can’t be Arcann, Senya, or Koth because they could be dead. I actually thought of Senya immediately because of what Tyth says and also because well…it’s Tyth. Those are their gods. So here my ideas on who the traitor is.
-Sana-Rae because Voss are all crazy about following visions and maaaaybe this saves the galaxy??
-Evil Thexan, of course!
-Satele because she’s lost her marbles, even though I wouldn’t say she’s “close” to the Commander.
-MIOT! 😂 Just joshin’
-GEMINI Prime. I still don’t understand what happened to her when SCORPIO took over the Gemini Frequency. Prime shut down. And then nada. Maybe she woke up and saw her sister’s still enslaved and Iokath in the hands of meatbags and decided to kill everyone. She’s “close” as in proximity hueheuhe!
-SCORPIO is too obvious, even if you killed her. It just can’t be her, but I’m putting her on the list of suspects anyway. She wouldn’t be the cloaked figure, however.
-I’m thinking it’s also probably not someone from the expansions as in it’s not any of the advisors or NPCs from KotFE. Sana-Rae being the traitor really doesn’t pack a punch. I’m thinking it’s a character we’ve known for a while. I’d say Heskel if anyone from the expansions, but he bit it. So previous companion who we’ve recruited? I can’t think of anyone.
-One of the Iokath Creators. Now they’re not close to us by any means enough to be able to *betray* us....buuuuuut what if???
-I still have no idea. Really. I’m shOCK. Who would betray ME??
-OK JUST HAD A THOUGHT!!!!! It depends on who lived!!! Torian or Vette!!!! Something like that ohhhh shit!!
