Happy STS ❄️ Hope this week has treated you well! If you have multiple WIPs in different universes, what characters from each project would get along/which one’s would not? Feel free to add an interaction between two characters if you want!

Happy STS, Morana!

Now is about the time that I fess up to having a valkyrie WIP that I started just before working on AASOAF that I haven't decided if I will revisit yet. The main character is a godkiller called Olrun Masilur so I'll be using her for this one! She's the leader of her valkyrie flock who actively fights her beserk-like tendencies so she can continue serving her King. She's quite stoic and cold, order comes above all else for her.

That said, I really don't think she would get along with anyone in the main cast of AASOAF lol. Not even sweet Mariel! She would probably want to step on her (negative) and think she was mostly a nuisance. She would HATE Fay because of the Consumption magic she's undergone, though the feeling would be mutual there lol. She wouldn't like Axtapor either, to her, he's the example of what a lack of order can do to a person. BUT she might get along with Wilkes. The two of them would definitely see eye to eye on a lot of things especially making sacrifices of the self for the sake of others.

Name: Fiora

Age:17

Timeline: AlterMagna Timeline (C)

Personality: Someone who has a bit of a sadistic streak to her, Fiora is an expert marksman, both in video games and IRL. After learning that her mother once used an SMG during the summer of 2022, she became interested in firearms. She also is an expert in explosive devices, being good at exploiting weak points and causing maximum damage to structures and phantasmal beasts. Sometimes a bit too trigger happy, she hides this side of herself behind an innocent smile…most of the time.

Other Stuff: As stated she is good with firearms and explosives, although her parents won’t let her handle a real firearm, but for some reason let her use military grade C4. On rayshift missions, she is considered the demolition expert. The gun she carries is modified AN-94, but only shoots bb rounds and magical stun rounds for incapacitation. She also has martial arts training from Li Shuwen, which is meant for taking down opponents with powerful and precise critical hits. While no Bajiquan expert, she can hold her ground against single opponents.

Bio: Under different circumstances, Fiora would have grown up in a normal childhood with roughly the same personality as her mother. But the state of the world, as well as a certain incident that happened changed her from a happy innocent kid to someone who enjoys seeing her enemies suffer.

It all started when during a Rayshift mission, she and her parents came across a village that was secretly a front for an operation in which kids were used as test subjects in often painful and fatal experiments for a mage who wanted to reach the root. Poor Fiora was captured and nearly made into a test subject before her parents rescued her. When the operation was unmasked, and her parents asked the mage why he did all this, he vehemently defended himself saying that reaching the Root was all that mattered, and that he cared nothing for a bunch of snot nose brats. After also admitting with hysticial laughter about how much he enjoyed the pained screams of the children as they were dying. Skadi, who was with them at the time, slowly froze his body in ice, all the while the mage was screaming in pain, begging for mercy. After being turned into a popsicle, Skadi shattered the block of ice, and the mage along with it, she later apologized to everyone for having to see such an unqueenly side of her.

It was after that day that Fiora learned that there were people in the world who were just nothing but immoral, evil beings, who only do things for their own amusement and selfish desires. And that too often people get away with their bad deeds without ever being punished. And so she eventually developed a resolve to make sure that any bad guy she came across would be punished in a way she deemed fit, for if fate would not bring them yo justice, then she would.

However, along the way, Fiora developed an unfortunate habit of torturing her enemies in order to hear their screams. And even if they deserve it, her parents have grown very concerned about how much she enjoys inflicting pain on her enemies. And more concerningly, that one day she may just go full vigilante, or even worse, Anti-hero….

At the end of the day though, Fiora just wants justice for the weak and exploited, but there is thin line between justice and punishment.

Personality: A hyperactive kid who enjoys having fun in ways he thinks will entertain him. He is also a young warrior who loves going on rayshift missions in order to see which new monsters he can fight. Full of childlike energy, Axel is egar to get into shenanigans if he thinks he’ll get an adrenaline rush doing the stupid stunts he and his fellow troublemakers pull off. More often than not this has lead to him getting grounded by his dad, who is often going around cleaning up his messes. It doesn’t help that his mom is doesn’t seem to discourage this behavior.

Other Stuff: The AA JAK-12 shotgun he carries only fires confetti and other nonlethal ammunition. It was provided to him by Jame Moriarty, who would not allow an underage boy to handle a real live firearm, which if he had, Skadi and Rituska would have come down on him like fire. Axel also has several magical smoke bombs he uses to cover his escapes, which would work more often if he wasn’t screaming “Nigerundayo!” every time, alerting people to where he is.

Bio: After being conceived from an ecstatic Hildr, she decided to raise Axel to be just as Genki as she was, unfortunately, this would backfire as, her son ended up being more trouble than she expected. Thanks to the influence from his sister Fiora, and the machinations of a certain child of Avalon, Axel would grow up to be a prankster, but more unhinged and less subtle compared to his siblings in other worlds. The core goal of Axel is to see what kind of reaction he can get out of people. The more likely someone is gonna give him a better reaction to his pranks, the more effort and creativity he will put into it.

Due to his unhinged mindset, he has gotten in trouble and pissed off some people that he probably shouldn’t have. One time, he pulled a prank on Mordred, and she ended up chasing him throughout Chaldea’s hallways while he was laughing his butt off. Being surprisingly fast, Mordred only caught up to him once he ran into a corner, and then proceed to twist his leg until he yelled uncle.

After the incident(in which his father made him apologize) Da Vinci did an examination and noticed how Axel was very fast and agile for his age. Despite not having the power of flight like his mother, he inherited her speed and agility, so it was in that moment Ritsuka decided to put his son’s talents to more productive use. The simulator was set up the next day to display a parkour course and Axel was made to run it, he was able to achieve a very good time compared to other servants who ran the course. It was then at this point that he was put into training so that he would be allowed to go on Rayshift missions.

Since then, Axel has taken the role of scout when on missions, especially when the time period is in an urban area. And was finally allowed to put his creative mind to a more productive cause. He still finds time to pull flashy pranks on people, but with his new role as a warrior on Rayshift missions, he now has another outlet to have fun.

Relationships:

Mother: Every month mother says that I get 3 free rescues anytime I pull off one of my pranks. In which she swoops down in flies me out of whatever predicament I’m in. Unfortunately, they don’t carry over into next month. Aside from that, I love her with all my heart.

Father: I cause him a lot of headaches, which is why I sometimes think twice about what kind of prank I’m gonna pull off. I don’t want to overwork him more than he already is. He might ground me if I take it to far.

Fiora: My part-time partner in crime. What can I say, she's practically the best sister I can ask for.

Mordred: Then one who I love getting the best reactions out of. Since I know if she catches up to me that she’ll hurt me, that only makes the adrenaline rush so much better!

Myriam: I consider her my mentor TBH in pranking, even though I’m technically older than her. She’s also better then running away than I am, since she claimed to have escaped the wrath of Morgan after shocking her daughter.

Dragon King - Chapter 1 (Super abridged plot summary)

Hi, I just finished reading the first chapter of the new book.

You can read it here in english.

It is really long, so here's a compressed version for those who don't wanna read the whole thing.

SPOILERS AHEAD!!!!

After returning from Japan, Lu Mingfei, Caesar and Chu Zihang make an oath to dedicate their lives to dig Herzog's past and prevent him from returning. They call it "Project Pai" based on Caesar's favorite manga series 3X3 Eyes. (Because each one of them would be a pair of eyes, constantly looking for Herzog). Caesar swearing on his father's name meant nothing, he wouldn't use his favorite character's name in vain.

Caesar graduated and passed down the presidency of the Student Union to Lu Mingfei.

Caesar wants to return to Cassell to form an alliance between the Student Union and Lionheart, he invites Chu Zihang but he's unavailable.

The ship of cultists

Chu Zihang went to the Arctic Circle to search for Maria of the Stars, a Nazi German socialite who was the leader of a cult called "The Far North" and is now 130 years old. Herzog was once a member of this cult.

Chu Zihang boards the Yamal. A former sovier icebreaker transformed into a tourist cruise ship. Now it's being rented by the Far North. It is full of wealthy tourists who want to spend Christmas there.

Lu Mingfei asks Zihang on an email if he's going to spend his winter break in Cassell or in Beijing, so he can go with him.

Zihang's health has seriously deteriorated, the Execution Bureau wants him to become a teacher so he won't transform into a Death Servitor in combat.

Zihang enters Maria's room, but instead he finds her great granddaughter Reginleif, a blond girl in her twenties. She's very strong. After a brief fight, she decides to answer his questions.

Maria of the Stars died years ago, Reginleif is the new Saint of The Far North. Herzog left the cult and they were weary of him.

Conspiracies

Zihang is soon captured by Sasha Rybalko, the ship's captain. Sasha is a member of the Russian Special Forces, who infiltrated the ship. He's not aware of the Dragons' existence. He and Zihang become friends. Sasha wants to know more about Reginleif and the ship's leadership.

On Christmas morning, Chu Zihang is ambushed by Olrune and Hervor, Vincent's mercenaries. Vincent claims to be Reginleif's servant. This whole fight is merely a test of strength.

Vincent is clearly the one in charge, he used to be Maria's husband, to make things short, he's evil... Very evil.

The Secret Party is popularly known as "The Abraham Blood Pact".

The Far North used to be called "The Twilight Dogma" and they were members of the Secret Party. EVA says their records are classified, but they used to be followers of Odin.

This obviously sparks Zihang's interest, but his health keeps deteriorating. EVA tries to convince him to go down to the bar and fall for someone or just join the festivities.

Sasha and his men have discovered a draconic entity growing on the ship and taking control of it. It's essentially merging its body with the Yamal and setting course for a strange location.

The cult of Odin worshippers believes in Hyperborea, Odin's land, the gate to the kingdom of god. They sell special tickets to hybrids with unstable blood and promise them a cure for their condition. They're going there.

Sasha flirts with a woman named Cassandra and she's later found dead in his room. Sasha calls Chu Zihang to help him figure out what happened. Cassandra was a spy for the Henkel family, she tried to send them a video through Sasha's unsupervised laptop, in which Vincent tries to sell her one of the special tickets.

As proof of Reginleif's authenticity, she is shot dead in the video, but she comes back to life. (This is a ruse).

Reginleif

Reginleif, Hervor and Olrune are clones of Maria of the Stars. Reginleif pretends to be the real Maria.

Reginleif is a lot like Erii Uesugi in this story. She was artificially conceived from someone with the Black King's genes, she's imprisoned on a ship and constantly tries to escape because she wants to see the outside world.

Reginleif's blood can cure unstable hybrids. She's very valuable to the cult.

Reginleif wants to fall in love. When she was 14 she sneaked into a tourist's room, so the cult decided to give her one week of vacations per year, in which she can join the tourists, party, drink and hook up with the guests.

Reginleif is a lot like Xia Mi, it is later revealed that Vincent gave her recordings of Xia Mi so she could imitate her to manipulate Chu Zihang. Regardless, Reginleif is rebellious, whimsical, loud and confident.

Reginleif makes a deal with Zihang, she gives her information, he gets her out of the ship. She tries to seduce him on multiple occasions to make sure that he'd stick to his word, to little success.

Reginleif is physically punished by Hervor and Olrune for disobeying Vincent's rules. This seems to be a common occurrence.

Worldwide killings

The ship is boarded by the passengers who bought the special tickets. Among them is the main investor, a man who asks to be called "Macallan" like the bottle of whiskey in his hand.

Macallan brought coffins with him, and he wears a plague doctor's mask (the one with a beak).

Macallan claims that, after they reach Hyperborea, the guests who brought the tickets will become the new gods of the world.

Schneider is signing his resignation letter when news of the situation reach him. He rips the page to shreds and starts the successor to the Greenland Mission.

Anjou is visiting Henkel (his old rival in the Secret Party) for information about Cassandra. Both he and Henkel are ambushed by killer drones, but they survive using Time Zero and Henkel's revolvers.

The drones kill dozens of important hybrids all over the world, including multiple members of the school board and Sakurai Nanami.

The cult is essentially killing the "old gods" so they can rule the world after they reach Hyperborea.

The cult hacks the Gattuso's orbital weapon and use it to bomb Chicago and Cassell College. The school is protected with a special Yanling shield.

The Gattusos destroy it before it reaches them in Italy. Caesar stays to reassure his people, then leaves to join Zihang in the Arctic circle. He brings Finger with him.

Lu Mingfei's plane is attacked by a swarm of drones and all contact with him is lost.

Henkel theorizes that Lu Mingfei was Anjou's attempt to create a Dragon King of his own to be used as a weapon.

The old gods

Chu Zihang figures out the situation. Hyperborea is where the Black Emperor Nidhogg's embryo is growing. Macallan doesn't plan to cure the unstable hybrids on the ship, he just brought them as food for Nidhogg.

Maria was infected by Nidhogg's embryo in the 1940s, she had Nidhogg's genes and so does Reginleif.

Macallan makes everyone on the ship demented through a Yanling skill called "Saha World".

Reginleif decides to escape, she loses a fight against her "sisters" Hervor and Olrune, but the monster growing on the ship kills them for her.

The monster is Maria of the Stars, she didn't actually die, she just mutated into a super organism and was trapped by Vincent, she's bringing the ship to feed Vincent and co. to Nidhogg as revenge.

Reginleif frees Maria and tries to escape by helicopter to no avail.

Chu Zihang tries to fight Macallan, who in turn rewinds time. He invites Jörmungandr to join them and she takes control of Zihang's body.

Jörmungandr puts Zihang in a vision of their high school basketball court. She promises to have Xia Mi make him company while his consciousness is imprisoned.

Reginleif fails to escape and decides to come back and free Chu Zihang, she is attacked by the brain-controlled passengers and brought down.

Jörmungandr makes a blood pact with Macallan so they can rule the new world together after killing Nidhogg.

Macallan intends to feed Nidhogg's embryo, then force it to hatch prematurely, kill it and eat the corpse to get his power.

He invites Jörmungandr to kill Reginleif with him, as a symbol of their rejection of "the new gods".

Reginleif cries to Chu Zihang that she likes him and he hears her.

Jörmungandr attacks Macallan instead. She knows that he revealed Fenrir's location to Cassell College and later ate his skeleton. She pushes Reginleif to safety.

Jörmungandr tells Sasha to get Reginleif out of the ship while she stays to fight Macallan, fulfilling Chu Zihang's promise to rescue her.

Macallan reveals that he managed to have a child, a pure-blooded child, which was previously impossible.

Macallan rewinds time again but he's exhausted, Jörmungandr starts to win the fight, but their blood pact prevents it. Macallan feeds her to Nidhogg's embryo.

The new king

Macallan is the Dragon King of Sky and Wind.

He kills Nidhogg's embryo and prepares to consume it, but he's weakened by the fight.

Inside of their shared dream, Jörmungandr gives Chu Zihang control of their body and all of her power, because he's not restricted by the blood pact and therefore he can kill Macallan.

When he asks her how she knows that he will return control to her, she kisses him on the lips as Xia Mi, and tells him that she'll take Xia Mi away from him if he doesn't.

He comes back as a Dragon King, Odin calls him "Chu Zihang, the King of Earth and Mountains."

Macallan theorizes that Jörmungandr planned to give Zihang control from the start, as a way to wait for Macallan to be debilitated by his fight against Nidhogg, but also for more sentimental reasons.

He also says that Jörmungandr was in love with Zihang.

Zihang can still hear and feel Xia Mi cheering him up and patting him on the back.

Chu Zihang sees in Jörmungandr's memories that Macallan is Odin.

Odin offers him to rule the world together, but Zihang only wants revenge.

Their fight is interrupted by Nidhogg's resurrection.

Ragnarok begins. Tsunamis, massive earthquakes and volcano eruptions all trigger at the same time.

The end?

The entire world launches their nuclear weapons towards the Arctic circle, Caesar mentions that humanity just sent their own civilization back to the starting point.

Lu mingfei is in a lifeboat, as soon as a giant tsunami is about to reach him, Lu Mingze slows time down to have some wine with him.

There's not much the little devil can do, he's not omnipotent and he doesn't think he can survive this either.

Nono calls Lu MIngfei through his satellite phone, but seeing the end near, there's not much he can tell her.

He throws the phone on the water and shares a final drink with Lu Mingze.

The giant wave engulfs them.

Unexpected Wakeup Call

After the festival was over, we stayed in one of the rooms at an Inn or Tavern. However, during the night, the town was visited by sleeping goblins with strange things sticking out of their foreheads. With one of the breathing green gas at Auriel and Olrune taking the out temporarily. They started to feel a weird pressure coming from their foreheads. Not wanting to take the risk to see what it could be, Olrune fashioned up iron head wear in hopes it'll block out any strange signals.

The group headed forward to where the goblins were coming from... and Holly was napping in Arui's backpack. With in the strange building, skeletons appeared and they weren't happy... and Auriel wasn't expected them to actually show up!

IT'S DONE I'M SO HAPPY, this drawing took really too much time. I also have made a lot of changes to her and some of them are written in her sheet, but i also modify a bit her kit even if it's still a wip xD. Well, that's all for now!

NORMAL ATTACK: The Hard Laws of Natlan

Perfmor up to 5 rapid strikes. The last strike always crit.

>Time to get Serious: the last strike apply Corruption (?) stacks (3 max) dealing damage over time.

CHARGED ATTACK: Consumes a certain amount of stamina to dash and perform one single powerful strike

PLUNGING ATTACK: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact

ELEMENTAL SKILL: The Art of War (12 sec.)

Iverem sprint in front of the enemy dealing pyro damage bonus with normal attack and gains Attack Speed that scale with 25% of her CRIT DAMAGE. If there are more than one enemies her first attack deal AoE damage (4 enemies max)

ELEMENTAL BURST: Time to Get Serious (20 sec., 90 cost)

Swicthed to her true form her Normal Attack deal pyro damage, gains 30% of CRIT DAMAGE and her last strike apply Corrosion Stacks (3 max). Stacks dissolve when the enemy is not attacked for 2 sec or the Elemental Burst end

ASCENSION 1: I'm not done yet!

While "Art of War" is active every time Iverem kills an enemy the dash is resetted, dashing to the next enemy. Cannot be resetted when the Elemental skill end

ASCENSION 2: Giving up is a choice that i rejected!

For every 10% of HP she loses when on the field Iverem gains 0,8% of CRIT RATE and 0,4% of CRIT DAMAGE lasting for 3,5 sec. When switched all the stacks are resetted.
