Looking for a partner for an 18+ Johnshi / KenCage roleplay! [CLOSED]

Hello! 💖 I'm Ally (24) and I'm a literate to advanced lit writer with 10+ years of RP experience. I'm looking for someone who’s up for RPing a Mortal Kombat pairing: Johnshi / KenCage (aka Johnny Cage and Kenshi Takahashi) on Discord! Please be 18+ and semi to advanced lit. Writing Style/Habits:

• Replies tend to run from multi-paragraphs to novella style, the latter especially if I'm really vibing with the RP. I never expect others to match my length all the time though, if ever— just a couple nice, literate paragraphs will satiate me!

• I write in third person and present tense, but I don't mind at all if you write in past tense 😊

• I am a full time student with a full time job, so I won't be able to respond every day. But I am communicative and will let you know if there'll be a major delay in my reply!

Preferences:

• Would mainly prefer to play Johnny, but I am totally open to playing Kenshi as well!

• Would very much prefer for our RP to include to mature (18+) themes.

Plot:

I don't have an actual starter, but I'm interested in having the starting point be right after or shortly after the four Earthrealm champions arrive at the Shaolin monastery. I'd love to flesh out Johnny's and Kenshi's relationship as they train at the monastery, and take a slow burn, enemies to lovers route, more or less. However, nothing is concrete— I'm flexible and would love to brainstorm with you!

Squicks & Interests:

• I don't RP scat, piss, or vomit kinks. Blood kinks are A-okay though!

• Gore/violence and detailed descriptions of both are totally fine with me, and I would even prefer it to be included in the RP (this is Mortal Kombat after all! 😉)

• BIG fan of world building and the characters having friendships/experiences without the other one present on occasion (but with the knowledge that Johnshi is obviously the priority).

• Also a huge fan of slow burns and pining!

Ahhh I know you're a very stylish lass and I admire so much the outfits you put together, so I'm here for advice! I have a work gala dinner coming up, my very first black tie event and I'm stumped. I've tried googling but so much is very beige and black polyester satin which isn't me at all, and I'm struggling to figure out what in my style is SFW. Is it possible to go fun/edgy (more so with colors and patterns than with flesh baring) while still keeping it work and black tie appropriate? I'm not entirely sure of your gender or your desired silhouette, but based on the specter of "beige and black polyester satin", I'm going to assume we're talking about a dress and go from there.

Black tie rules for women (broadly speaking) can be boiled down to a few keywords: floor-length and evening fabric. As long as your dress comes to your ankles and it's in an appropriate material, color is flexible. So what's an appropriate material? Mostly satin, silk, velvet, lace, chiffon, or something with delicate sparkle.

Now that we've got that nailed down, let's talk about being fun/edgy at work events. A black tie gala means that your work wants to see you being formal, matching their dress code. It's a test of professionalism. Many of your colleagues will be in suits and ties, or full-on gowns, and you want to make sure that you don't look like their kid sister. Floral print is a safe pattern for formalwear, but it doesn't sound like it's your speed, so I'd instead offer bold colors with some interesting yet event-appropriate jewelry (think cool geometric shapes or bold metal baubles - avoid sparkle unless you know it's not going to look like costume jewelry). Or look for sculptural elements to liven up your dress.

When it comes to using search engines, I find that using them to look for formalwear is kind of a waste of time, you always end up with prom dresses or ali express knockoffs. Instead, try looking at places like Anthropologie, or Wolf & Badger, or even The RealReal, if you want to shop secondhand. Look at "long dresses" and then under that, search "formal" or "evening".
