So my supervisor called the lunches my coworkers take "CAP 2 lunches", and at first I thought he meant ridiculously long lunches bc a lot of them come back late, but he just meant lunches where everyone comes back stoned lmao. And he's right, smelled weed on at least 3 of them after they got back. This is pretty unique to our shift tbh, no other group has as many teenagers and 20-something stoners who don't give a shit about their jobs as ours does, so it is actually quite a fitting name for it.

#okay so I say shift just bc it's easier but there are other 2nd shifters who work in departments #and that's different #I'm considered part of a cap team and we have the same hours all the time unlike dept workers and we unload the truck #some of us are assigned to stock departments but we're put wherever we're needed so it changes from day to day #cap 1 is first shift and they work left over freight from the previous day and do other shit #and overnights is unofficially called cap 3 bc they just work freight but they're a lot like the cap teams #and everything we do affects what they do which affects cap 1 so it's kind of like a cycle #idk if I explained this well as I'm a little drunk but that's how walmart works lol #cap 2 has a really bad reputation but some are decent people and workers #most fuck around a lot though and have really bad attitudes
