In the latest chapter, En is panicking and suggested Izuku to run away, but Yoichi is suspiciously calm, as if he had an ace up his sleeve or something,

And the placement of En's "If everyone (as in the previous OFA holders' quirk factor, which is personified as themselves inside Izuku) got taken, it's all over!!!" Speech bubble Being beside Yoichi's calm face gives out an implication that Yoichi DOESN'T think that it will all be over even if every OFA user got taken, as he ponders about something.

What could he be thinking about with such a calm face?

I think he's thinking about whether or not this is the right time to tell Izuku about Izuku's connection to AFO and help awaken Izuku's own all for one,

Considering Izuku's hair has indeed gradually becoming more light colored as of late, possibly suggesting AFO's gene has started to awaken in Izuku, along with Izuku's own All for One, IF DFO theory is true.

I just noticed that there still seems to be a significant amount of time that AFO is repressing?

It’s right after he finds out that Kudo doesn’t have Yoichi OFA anymore, there is a large black box where another row of panels should (most likely) be. And then it immediately jumps to him finding and killing Bruce, officially starting his centuries long hunt for One For All…

I wonder what could’ve happened during that period of time, that he is still actively repressing it even now…
