Background: Born to Melissa Olsen and Scott Keller during their senior year of high school, Melissa and Scott opted to keep their child unlike Melissa’s older sister, Alice.
After graduation from Riverdale High, Melissa and Scott moved their way across the country until Scott joined the military and Melissa ended up in Las Vegas working any job she could so she could raise her only daughter.
Growing up, Indiana and Melissa all over Las Vegas until Melissa was about to start her career as a cop and moved the pair into a house next to a judge and lawyer who has a son two years older than Indiana.
Once the child of the richest family in Riverdale went missing Tom Keller called Melissa who specialized in missing persons.
Indiana discovered that the sheriff is her uncle and that the owners of the Riverdale Register are her aunt and uncle.
The cost of the move depleted her mother’s bank account and they moved into her mother’s childhood trailer on the Southside of town.
Indiana and Melissa have constant dance parties with just the two of them. One of them had a bad day at work or school, get up and dance it out. Oh, you’re feeling sad, nope! not today! get up and dance it out!

🎁 what kind of gift do they like to give? What do they like receiving?
Indiana focuses on things people mention once and off handedly. Like if someone mentioned something is their favorite thing in a conversation she’ll make a note if it. Indiana hates receiving gifts she feels the pressure of pretending she likes whatever it is if she doesn’t.
💢what are some habits of theirs that would take some getting used to?
The constant ghost talk! Ridge will spend hours talking about ghosts and haunted places.
Indiana cannot sleep alone! She shared a bed with Beau in Vegas, she shared a bed with Athena (her dog) when she moved to Riverdale. She rather have a bunch of junk on her bed than have an empty spot.

She avoids all things sad. She hates feeling that vulnerability when people see her cry except when it comes to her mom. When she cries the only place in the world she wants to be is in her mom’s arms.

Her voice gets high. Like she goes Ariana Grande when she’s happy. She’s set off Athena a few times due to this

She will not hesitate to pull a gun on someone when things escalate. Things usually calm down after the gun is out
During the last scene you wrote/thought of that involved your character, how were they feeling? What were their immediate motivations?
The last scene I thought about was for Indiana ‘Indy’ Olsen.
Indy was experiencing a range of emotions. Annoyance, fear, relief, and excitement.
Her immediate motivation was to find her escape artist of a puppy. Normally her puppy when she escapes hangs around the Sunnyside Trailer Park but this time her puppy decided to explore outside of Sunnyside Trailer park.
