HERE THEY ARE, my thoughts on this species which is to say.... very loose and vague ponderings, lol. Mostly, these are guidelines for myself, and for anyone curious about the "rules" I decided on when designing this lineup... I will put time aside to create a proper character database soon as well, I've been meaning to!!

(btw, my made up latin: Furizardus = Furry+Lizard Benizonidae = organisms created by Benni)

HEEELLLOO EVERYONE!! HOW ARE WEEEE I'm certainly EXCITED to show off all the main characters of my story! (yet to be named of course but in the meantime we're showcasing the characters!)

This story takes place in 1941, London where crime is all around. James Grant, London's giant manages to join the most infamous gang and story goes along how he integrates himself in it and what wild missions he will soon attend! There is also a rival gang underneath which is just as important, and the lovely lot on the right side are the more innocent characters that are James' familiars.

I hope you guys will like the content I'll make with them! For now I chose a simple stylised art style to make each character distinguishable and be able to show their personality through appearance and body language too. There will be more refined drawings of everyone in the future but what I really wanted to do is put all of the characters in one canvas ^^ Reblogging is super appreciated too! <3

The cast lineup for my unnamed OC universe! From left to right: Lee (they/them), Astrid (she/they), Sam (she/her), Lucy (she/her), Elias (he/him), Zavier (he/they)

LORE

The Elemental Realm is a collection of communities, of varying sizes from small town to giant city, that house the four (secret fifth) magic sources that give powers to everyone living in said realm. Out of all of these magic users, every generation, ONE user is chosen to be the element’s Arbiter. Said Chosen One is sent to the realm of Lunar Magic [name TBD] which is the largest of the territories, most prosperous, and home of the world’s most ancient line of Lunar magic users. Here they are trained to combat the dark and unbeatable amalgamation of anti magic. Only their combined powers are strong enough to stand a chance against the constant and ongoing tide of darkness. For centuries the battle has waged, with neither side gaining or losing significant ground. Year after year, when an Arbiter dies, whether of old age, or falling in battle – the magic sources gift their powers to a new champion and the endless cycle begins anew.

Because the darkness is a collection of the negative side effects and corruption of magic, it can never be truly defeated, and is in fact kept alive by the very users attempting to destroy it.

Arbiters of Lunar, Storm, Nature, and Sea have formed teams for decades in an attempt to keep it at bay. The tides only turn when one day, an Arbiter of Solar magic appears once again in the world. A magic nobody has possessed in centuries.
