Honestly, as somebody who doesn't have the opportunity to meet RCG, I'm glad that you guys are! Sure, it's easy to get caught up in jealousy, but personally I think it's a good thing for the queer sunny community as a whole that some of us are able to voice these questions/theories to RCG, and the fact that we're able to see the answers is incredible :)
Of course a lot of us would love to be able to meet them in person as well- that's to be expected. But the people who are complaining need to understand that it's a great thing for any of us to share our thoughts with RCG, because that's how they come to know that we as a collective exist.
And yeah, perhaps we're not physically a part of Charlie's neurodivergent team... but we're there in spirit.
Isn't that enough?
Thank you! I'm glad you've appreciated everything and feel connected to what we've asked and shared :)
I have a lot of privilege living in NYC and having a MF/9-5 job that allows me to easily go to these events last-minute. I know the majority of fans don't have that opportunity, which is why I am very inclined to take the time to ask questions I know a lot of the fandom is wondering about.
RCG all know we run fan accounts for the show (Rob follows me on Twitter, Charlie asked, we told Glenn), they very much understand they're hearing from (and talking back to) an audience much larger than the three of us. Their answers are a response to the community, so if you feel connected to what we've said, you're really there even more than just in spirit :)

okay i have to ask, have you seen my favorite starkid musical (starship) yet? i must say i really don't like the hatchetfield ones but i ought to disclaim i haven't even seen nerdy prudes for dissatisfaction with tgwdlm and black friday so my judgement is probably inaccurate. starship is near and dear to my heart though as well as twisted because I ❤️ DYLAN SAUNDERS 4EVER (i need that on a t-shirt) and also have you seen little white lie? genuinely prepare yourself for the craziest audio quality you've ever heard and an almost unsettlingly young little set of starkids
omg i've been meaning to watch starkid, i've seen so many clips that have ended up in my vocabulary (THEN I'LL SHOOT EM!), it seems so fun and also joe walker looks like solid snake through the entirety of it which is really funny

actually yeah im making a quick poll on this. for anyone who has been around long enough to remember when i made my massive clamp readathon situation (in which i read every single one of the works they put out) be everyones problem. hi. im doing it again but much worse now. reading about 400 volumes (and more if i can find more) of tezuka osamu's work. i am just curious on the general consensus of if i should upload thoughts as i read each one (ie: one post being like i finished kimba/jungle kingdom, heres my thoughts) or just have a MASSIVE post of hey. read them all heres my thoughts (as i did with clamp. which is when i found out tumblr had a max text limit)

by the way just to clarify, I think it's totally fine if there are certain aspects of a work that make you not want to engage with it at all + make you deeply uncomfortable or angry (there are plenty of popular pieces of media I can't stand and don't want anything to do with for these reasons), just that as a general way of engaging with media, it's better to take a story as it is and to look at what is good and bad about it, rather than just view it as wholly one thing or another.

it sounds like the... excitement... around that post of yours is just weighing negatively on you at this point. i'd like to suggest completely divorcing yourself from it - turn off notifications for that post, maybe delete the original (if that does anything?) and if necessary block it so you don't see it again. just do whatever you can so you won't be reminded of it. then you can just ignore all asks about it and not worry about it again! if you read an asks and it's an annoying person again, delete it and say nothing, leave the person wondering about it! essentially, i suggest trying to pretend the post is completely forgotten until that becomes true. of course, these are merely suggestions! feel free to ignore me as well. the annoying people will go away eventually.
honestly I'm not the evolved
I don't mind being hated but I despise being misinterpreted

i mean to be fair they only had one show and it was a long time ago so i think it makes sense to think they’re overrated. esp bc they’ve both come a long way both as actors and a pair because they seem so much more comfortable and natural together now. i cant wait to see their ghostbusters show next year even if it’s just a bromance (idk if it was confirmed not a bl or?) bc i want to see them work with each other even more now https://www.tumblr.com/gunsatthaphan/743241203859030016/cherry-magic-th-really-changed-my-mind-about
new and tay really did come with a point to prove! they said we improved our acting as individuals and our chemistry so we’re gonna take on a beloved show and do it justice
----------------------------------------------------------
taynew actually had 3 shows lol, 4 if you count Our Skyy. But anyway I was into DBK back in 2019 but probably only bc there was not much else to consume and compare it to back then lol. they have always been an enigma to me because I still don't know if they're actually friends or not lmao but I never really followed them so idk any details. Which is fine though because this is about their on-screen chemistry afterall which evidently improved a ton since the kma era bc thinking back to them as petekao they gave me a lot of awkward vibes so seeing them play these characters and deliver scenes like these in CM so effortlessly is jawdropping to me lol. idk what happened in the last few years but they definitely redeemed themselves with this lol. CM outshines everything else they've done thus far and and I'm glad we get to witness this renaissance of theirs 🥹🫶🏻
