Honestly, as somebody who doesn't have the opportunity to meet RCG, I'm glad that you guys are! Sure, it's easy to get caught up in jealousy, but personally I think it's a good thing for the queer sunny community as a whole that some of us are able to voice these questions/theories to RCG, and the fact that we're able to see the answers is incredible :)

Of course a lot of us would love to be able to meet them in person as well- that's to be expected. But the people who are complaining need to understand that it's a great thing for any of us to share our thoughts with RCG, because that's how they come to know that we as a collective exist.

And yeah, perhaps we're not physically a part of Charlie's neurodivergent team... but we're there in spirit.

I have a lot of privilege living in NYC and having a MF/9-5 job that allows me to easily go to these events last-minute. I know the majority of fans don't have that opportunity, which is why I am very inclined to take the time to ask questions I know a lot of the fandom is wondering about.

RCG all know we run fan accounts for the show (Rob follows me on Twitter, Charlie asked, we told Glenn), they very much understand they're hearing from (and talking back to) an audience much larger than the three of us. by the way just to clarify, I think it's totally fine if there are certain aspects of a work that make you not want to engage with it at all + make you deeply uncomfortable or angry (there are plenty of popular pieces of media I can't stand and don't want anything to do with for these reasons), just that as a general way of engaging with media, it's better to take a story as it is and to look at what is good and bad about it, rather than just view it as wholly one thing or another.

But anyway I was into DBK back in 2019 but probably only bc there was not much else to consume and compare it to back then lol. they have always been an enigma to me because I still don't know if they're actually friends or not lmao but I never really followed them so idk any details.
