Feeling good! 💪🏻
I’ve started stretching my knees out four times a day (when I wake up, before I workout, after I workout, and before I go to sleep) and it’s helped with the pain so far. I told myself if I had to work out every other day I would be okay but I felt pretty good so today was day 2 but I might rest tomorrow 😄
37 lbs down and I’m getting a digital scale tomorrow because my old raggedy scale is not cutting it! 😌✨

Being obese makes life less worthwhile to me. What would make it more worthwhile would be being able to wear anything in my closet, having the energy to run for a mile, being able to go hiking, and feeling more confident in my appearance so that I'm more likely to approach men and actually find love!

I broke down and smoked some 🍃 so I definitely over ate today. 😫
Breakfast- iced macchiato & some beef jerkey
Lunch - cottage cheese & grapes 🍇
Dinner - a few boiled eggs, and some Buffalo nuggets and ranch. 😭
Ugg. It doesn’t feel great. But here’s to tomorrow, which in will hopefully have some more self control.

I have been thinking about this for some time and finally have I decided to set up a tumblr last night (I’m loathed to call it a fitblr yet). The target, get my weight down to 75kg by my 45th birthday (just over 600 days to go). I told myself that Target 75 would be quite a cool name for it and remembered that I had once set up a Tumblr so should check out what the username was.  To my horror, in my inbox search, this came up …
So, I’rediscovered’ that I had a Tumblr set up called Target 75 which I started when I was 35 and decided to embark on a similar journey. Only, I never did.  Or I did, kind of. But it didn’t work because there was no lifestyle change and I now weigh a few kilos more than I did back then.  I think I managed to get down to about 88kg before the old habits returned.  Over the years, I have always exercised - the issue for me is shit food. I eat far too much shit food.  It is as simple as that.
So, if you are interested in following an old guy (I feel really old being here, but its seems so much more fun that other places) as he attempts to get in some kind of shape, this is the place.  If not, and you are a rubbernecker, hang fire, it could be fun for you as well.

Meet: @fatkidslimsdown I started my weight loss journey in Jan. of ’18 and have lost 195bs, 9 pant sizes, and gone from a 4XL to XL shirt. I’ve struggled with weight my entire life and was sick of questioning going to theme parks because I might not fit, sitting in chairs because they might break or shopping for clothes they didn’t have in my size. I started my journey by really focusing on my macro nutrients. Once that was under control I found my love for strength training and started incorporating the gym! I have worked hard to shift my view of food from comfort to fuel. I have orientation of a new job today!
This new job involves SO. MUCH. WALKING.
😫😁😫😁😫😁😫😁😫😁😫😁😫😁😫😁
I’m a little nervous due to my current size and activity level but I’m hopeful that this will only help me push through my physical limitations and grow stronger and get more fit. Its 9 hour shifts of practically nothing but speed walking around looking for things.
On another note: I lost a few more pounds since yesterday somehow. From 355 to 352. ✨
I’m not eating breakfast because I’m super nauseous in the mornings but for lunch I plan to have some cottage cheese and maybe some boiled eggs. (I’m also quite poor so it’s what I have)
I’m excited for this new chapter!! ♥️
