childe really loves it when zhongli cups his face and strokes his cheek. it’s such a simple gesture but as someone as touch starved as childe it means a lot. sometimes zhongli talks in his low and gentle voice about how beautiful childe is and how much he adores him, other times he’ll just let his comforting actions lull childe to sleep ♡

every time zhongli rubs his thumb over childe’s cheek, childe can’t help but close his eyes and lean into the touch, letting out a little sigh like all the tension just left his body. he resembles a cat purring in contentment as you stroke under their chin, and zhongli finds it absolutely adorable ♡

Update on Fly On, Maximum Ride (my Maximum Ride rewrite)

Currently redoing chapter 4, which I have realized is full of many scenes that would be much better in a later chapter. However, I don’t know exactly where that later chapter is, so I just keep pushing them to the bottom of the current chapter, because that is a problem for future me to figure out, and present me needs to write about Max not having a good time.
