#nowreading #斎藤真理子 #韓国文学の中心にあるもの #NHKカルチャーラジオ #小山内園子 . ここ数年、他の多くの皆さんと同様に韓国のドラマや映画、小説にすっかりはまってしまった。 何がどうしてそんなに、と考えてみると、ひとつ浮かび上がってくるのは、「人間らしさ」という言葉。 私が好きな作品では、どんなに痛みを抱えていたり過酷な状況にあったり困難にぶち当たったりしても（それがゾンビ映画であったとしても）、登場人物が、悩みながら迷いながら人として生きようとし、もがいて行動するさまが描かれている。すごいんだな、その描写力、表現力が。 . この本、たくさんの作品や根底にある重要な社会問題をとりあげていて、翻訳家の斎藤真理子さんの丁寧な解説がとても興味深く腑に落ちる。韓国現代社会のバックグラウンドについてよりいっそう理解が深まり、表現されているものがよりいっそう好きになる。 . 日本でも韓国でも、現代人は多かれ少なかれ似たような問題を抱えながら生きている。共感は言葉を超え、国を超えていく。韓国のドラマ、映画、文芸作品は、製作側がある種の使命感や問いかけを中心に据えて作品を創っているのだろうと思わせるものが多く、そのことも心を震わせる要素のひとつ。なかったことにしない、見つめて感じて、考えるという姿勢。 . 並行して聴いているのが、同じく韓国文学の翻訳家でありソーシャルワーカーもされている小山内園子さんのNHKカルチャーラジオ『文学の世界　“弱さ”から読みとく韓国現代文学』。 これはもうすごくよかった。引用も多く、その本を読んでなくとも興味をそそる、また韓国文学に興味がなくとも一旦聴き始めると引き込まれてしまう、そんな番組だった。（これ以上ないくらいに的を得た小山内さんの言葉、落ちついた話しぶりに、すっかりファンになってしまった。小山内さん、凄い。理解力、考察力、言葉を選び取る力。素晴らしい翻訳家なのだということがビンビン伝わってくる。NHKの元報道ディレクター、という経歴にも納得） 全13回の途中からにはなるけれど、聴き逃し配信もあるので気になる方はぜひ。らじるらじる、カルチャーラジオ文学の世界、で検索��。１回の配信は30分です。おすすめ。 https://www.instagram.com/p/Cp3kyuDyr8d/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

#nowreading #米原万里 #旅行者の朝食 本来なら愉快痛快に読めるはずの米原さんのロシアの食エッセイ、暗い気持ちが入り混じったまま手にとっている。ロシアの予備役徴兵令のニュースが頭から離れないから。 家族や友人や恋人、大切な人たちと引き離されて動員される映像は本当に胸が痛いし、ちっとも他人事に思えない。 日本政府もどんどん軍事拡大しようとしているし、台湾情勢だって正直かなり危うい。このままだといつか戦争に巻き込まれてしまいそう。。　歯止めをかけるにはどうしたらいいんだろう？？ 　 円安の凄まじさもいろんなところで痛感する。スーパーでは、これまで比較的安く買えていたアジア系の食材も跳ね上がっていて驚いた。製菓材料も、仕入れ値が倍近くになってしまったものもある。 なんだろうか、この後退感。。 もやもやした気持ちが膨らんだまま、ついに国葬の火曜日がやってくる。 この気持ち、本当にどーしたものか。。 上が不条理なことを勝手に決めて、やるといったらそれにいつも大人しく従う国民でいていいのだろうか。。ついには戦争するぞと言われたら、はいそうですか、と言ってしまう奴隷のようになりそうで。。 …と、かなり逸れてしまったけど。 平和だった時のいろいろはキラキラ輝いていて、その輝きは何物にも替えられない尊いものなんだー、ということを噛みしめたくて、今晩はこの本を読む。怒涛の歴史を歩むロシアだけど、今は、平穏なロシアを読みたいんだ。 ちなみに、ナイスなカバーデザインは南伸坊さん。すばらしい👍👍👍 https://www.instagram.com/p/Ci5QbZfPLpB/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
