this is just one that works for me personally.
don’t eat in the morning. don’t have breakfast. don’t have snacks. coffee with a bit of milk is fine. but eating properly will increase your hunger throughout the day n you’ll probs end up eating more.

my rules
~eating~
1. if you're going to eat, only eat half
2. eating is only for when you're high
3. flavored chapstick and nicotine are your best friends
4. your coffee order must be sugar-free
5. diet drinks make you shrink
6. never purge, you'll ruin your teeth
7. suppress your appetite first. water, caffeine, and nicotine.
8. never feel bad for eating fresh produce, yogurt, eggs, or plain rice
9. always feel bad for donuts, bacon, fast food, and drinks with more than 100 calories
~hygeine~
1. keep your hair looking good always
2. always smell nice
3. keep your breath smelling fresh
4. never skip a face wash
5. pretty yourself up but keep it natural. mascara and tinted lip balm whenever you leave the house.
~lifestyle~
1. a hot girl is a smart girl, stay on top of school
2. if you're not hitting 10k steps a day you should be exercising
3. accessorize, but keep it subtle
4. always have at least 20 in the bank account
the number one rule of all:
you are NOT trying to look like a dainty, helpless princess. Once you shed all the weight, you're going to start building muscle. Your goal is ethereal and nothing says that better than a strong woman who resonates feminine energy. You'll never be a girly girl, don't try to be, but learn from them and use it to be a god.

These are rules I am following for myself.
No eating after 7 pm
No eating before 9 am
Drink as much water as possible
1 hour of dancing a day
Keep your room clean
Practice self care everyday
Count every single calorie
If possible pick up extra shifts
Deep clean room once a week
Look at thinspo 10 minutes a day
