Everything the Light Touches Update

So. I have news.

I’m going to be taking a little hiatus from Everything the Light Touches.

I am not sure when I’ll write for it again exactly and I am hoping to finish it. But at the moment my desire to write Bucky/Seb character fanfic is dwindling a wee bit.

Verdad/mito #3

"Ayunar es malo"

Esto es un mito: si bien al inicio no es fácil sobre todo cuando es tu primera vez ayunando, por ello es que debes tener bien en claro algunas recomendaciones o consejos para hacerlo de mejor manera y evitar los típicos problemas que vienen junto con el ayuno como el desmayarse, los dolores de cabeza y el sentirse débil.

Primero que nada el ayuno debe ser abstenerse de comer, más no de beber agua. Puedes estar 3,4, o hasta 5 días sin comer si así lo deseas pero JAMÁS dejes de tomar agua, esto te ayudará a mantenerte hidratada y evitará los mareos.

Segundo, si es tu primera vez ayunando no debes de hacer un ayuno de 1 semana. Empieza de poco a poco, ponte pequeños retos: 5 horas sin comer, 9 horas sin comer, 13 horas sin comer. Esto ayudará a que tu cuerpo poco a poco se acostumbre al estar sin comer.

Tercero, como evitar los atracones en medio de un ayuno. Aquí va a depender muchísimo de tu fuerza de voluntad, hay pequeñas cosas que puedes hacer cuando te llegue el ansia por comer, por ejemplo el masticar hielo o chicle, o beberte un té verde. Medita o has yoga y jamás dejes de pensar en tu objetivo.

Over the hill is a Flareon

You wanted the fluffmeister, you shall get the fluffmeister. :v no, they're not fat, they're fluffy. Anyway, wanted to start the year with a simple background, I was gonna go with a volcanic background but i'm saving that for something else, so here ya go! Tried to do like light thing where it's just quite over the hill to cast shadows, but not fully, hence why the Flareon's face is more lit up cause he can see the sun and is probably gettin' blinded for staring at it. Also no fancy signature, just a simple one will do :v

Pewnie nikt nie będzie tego czytał (może i dobrze), więc chciałabym tutaj przedstawiać kolejne kroki mojego odchudzania.

Waga nie jest dla mnie tak istotna jak centymetry, dlatego zostanę przy mierzeniu. Będę to robić co 2 tygodnie.

Nie jestem fanką rożnych rystrykcyjnych diet, choć podziwiam ludzi którzy sie podejmują (Mam nadzieję, że znają różne konsekwencje itd).

Postaram się to zrobić zdrowo, choć wiem że będą tak zabiegane dni, iż zjem jeden posiłek na dzień (niestety)

Dziś jest dzień pierwszy, moje "wyzwanie" będzie liczyło 30 dni.

Raz w tygodniu mogę sobie pozwolić na coś niezdrowego.

W kolejnym wpisie załącze zdjęcie mojego ciała z wakacji oraz centymetry. W codziennych postach będą znajdować się zdjęcia moich niektórych posiłków, kaloryczność i aktywność fizyczna spełniona danego dnia. Oczywiście nie zabraknie postów z motywacją.
