It's Reno time babey!!

I had a really hard time picking colours for him for some reason 😅 I'm really happy with his cutie mark tho!! Nakey and robot mode without the cape.

Made him an earth pony because I feel like he has HUGE pinkie pie energy and it would fit him really well. I think he looks a bit older than I meant for him to but adolescent male ponies are hard to find and look really weird, the only character I could find who kinda fit what I wanted was Sandbar and he's very ugly so I didn't wanna use him lol.

Death Is Not the End

You know what I was just thinking about? The writers knew a lot of us were going to fixate on "what will Ed do when he hears about Stede's 'death'?" I, for one, forgot to consider what Stede would do if he learned Ed had "died." And I'm glad that's the direction the writers took us. It gives them both loads more room for growth, and opens up a lot of possibilities for the moment when Ed finally hears that Stede faked his own death so they could be together. Hopefully, by the time that rolls around, they can play it for sheer joyful comedy.

The thing is that I will never, except in extremely dire circumstances, email anybody important from my phone. This is because I use the swipe to text function and it gives me some weird autocorrect options sometimes. For instance, the other day I was texting my friend about wearing my sluttiest dress to get cocktails with my husband, and my phone autocorrected 'sluttiest' to 'aorist,' since I presumably use that word more often. Now, I don't know about y'all, but I, a philology grad student, do not want to find out what abomination of a sentence I might accidentally email my supervisor if I am trying to discuss with him some point of Indo-European tense systems and my phone decides to take this autocorrect in the opposite direction.

Hubby Jon fixed the hallway desk today (it was wall-mounted and the screws on the right were loose, he put in drywall plugs and reinforced it all) and just now we worked together to try to seal the drain cover in the floor.

Not like, seal it so water can't go through, but seal it so the cats can't pull the cover off and stick their heads down the drain like the idiots they are

Fingers crossed that it holds this time - last time we tried to seal it the cats had the cover ripped off again within an hour of being allowed near it T__T

#i put SO MUCH caulking on it this time #and we're leaving a chair and weights on it for at least 24 hours so it has more than enough time to set #i think we gave it 12 hours last time #not taking any chances #if this doesn't hold i'll have to like. contact an expert. and i'd rather not spend more money on home repair rn #already blew way too much on plumbing this year so far #anyway. we did a thing. wooo #mod post #hubby jon #home repair #chores

kinda hate that the japan travel subreddit is the best place to find info about bringing medication into the country at this point, because holy crap is it insufferable
