Progreso: [26 Abril 2023]
Hoy he vuelto a levantarme más delgada.
Siento que mi progreso es muy lento. Y eso aveces me hace sentir frustrada...
Porque siento que mis esfuerzos no son recompensados lo suficientemente.
(Aún así prefiero perder el peso lenta pero de forma segura.)
*Peso en pesaje anterior: 36'8 kg
*Peso actual: 36,1 kg
*Altura: 147
*IMC: 16'7
- Ayer me levanté débil. Sin energías, pero lo solucione. Y el resto del día estuve bien.
- Sigo haciéndolo todo bien:
Camino de forma diaria.
Consumo entre 500-800 calorías (aunque más bien 500 o menos)
- No he tenido ansiedad, ni atracones y no he consumido alimentos prohibidos.
Creo que para final de mes ya habré llegado a mi meta actual de los 35 kg.🦋

Any tips on hiding weight loss when it starts?
I only plan on hiding it around her at first, just until I’ve lost enough that her forcing me to eat a few meals won’t change much. I only see her about once a month rn.
