why is warming up before a run so inexplicably embarrassing? i'm just swinging my little legs around and rotating my poor ankles and the whole time i feel like i would rather be dead.

#and i know! i know how important warming up is! but the urge to just rush through it is strong #doesnt matter if i do it in the privacy of my own home or on the street #the shame is always there like wtf!!! #i blame movies and shows that make running look like something you do as you get up from bed #out the door and away #not in this creeky little flesh prison! #anyway. maybe i am very alone in this #running #personal #words
