I posted about this on Facebook but not here even though I made the decision to rehome like a month ago, so... Noodle went with a new family today. His anxiety and shyness were not adolescent phases and his living here was stressing him out. He needed a different environment and I needed a service dog.

His new family drove 5 hours to meet him, knowing I might say no if any of his behavior toward their 6 year old daughter was alarming. We had a video consult with Pooch Parenting and they agreed to sign up for her 3 month support membership instead of a rehome fee, to make sure that Noodle and their kid are set up for success in the best ways possible.

It's a really. Really good match. They adore him. They were SO good at giving him space and letting him get to know them on his own terms. I think it's an environment where he will thrive. But it was still hard. I'm super emotionally drained.

I will post Noodle updates when they send them to me and they have promised to send me lots. So don't worry there will still be plenty of Noodle Content! 💜
