Love your recent Rahu & Ketu post. I have a lot of Rahu dominant placements (ardra moon, shatabhisha rising, swati venus etc) in my chart and have experienced a lot of abuse & depression growing up. I had no idea these placements had this effect on my life…. Nevertheless I am still here and alive and moving forward! I do want to know if you could be of any assistance of remedies for these kind placements in one’s chart?

chanting the beej mantras of the deities of your nakshatras help. meditation helps the most because it helps you become more self aware and when you're aware of your inclinations and tendencies, you can control them better? we experience life based on what our thoughts are ("what we think, we become"-buddha) your birth chart provides a framework for what kind of thoughts/patterns/tendencies you are most inclined to but with meditation you can transcend your nature and choose to act consciously and not be driven by your inner "wiring"

i always say meditation is the answer to everything because it is but not everyone can do it or remain disciplined in practice of it. its also not something that provides instant gratification. spiritual truths are gatekept by their nature of being vague and hard to access, only people who have reached a certain level of understanding can proceed to immerse themselves in it but even then its not like you start meditating and turn into some magical unicorn who never suffers, you are initiated into a new path or way of being, you identify with yourself "less" as you see the "self" as an accumulation of things and not as something inherently tied to the essence of your being.

all of this probably sounds like hogwash but the remedy to anything and everything is to commit and stay disciplined to a spiritual practice. it can even be something tied to your religion. but if you're not religious, you can look at other methods (there are numerous like yoga, meditation, even meditation comes in many different forms, chanting, qigong etc)

Nodal synastry is very karmic. Thus very important for completing karma and also thus can be very challenging for the individuals involved.

If you believe in past lives.

Then this nodal synastry indicates also our past relationships with the current personality of the individual.

Imagine having a Venus ketu synastry. Meaning the person might have been your life partner , guru , teacher , lover etc.

how to align to your destiny (using the nodes) ☊

The nodes of the moon are imaginary points in the sky, where the orbits of the Sun and the Moon intersect. A lunar eclipse can occur only when the Full Moon is near a lunar node, while a solar eclipse can occur only when the New Moon is near either of the lunar nodes. Since eclipses are strong emotional triggers beyond our control, the nodes also explain fated energy. However, it is up to us to balance the two energies out in such a way that uses our innate skills to go for what feels like our destined path, what makes us feel alive.

The South Node represents the point where it all begins. It’s a karmic point, which holds the story we carry with us from a past life. We are so familiar with this energy that it feels like we were born with it. It embodies the traits that come naturally to us, without much effort. Our talent and skill. Being so familiar can also keep us stuck in comfort and toxic behaviors. Interpreting our South Node unveils more about who we were in a past life and which cycles we didn’t close, but chose to carry into this lifetime. Blender - How do I get my material to look better on the underside of this arch?

I'm trying to get this brick material to wrap neatly across this window-frame model I made. The front looks fine, and I've got the outside sides/bottom/top looking okay too, but the inner faces on the top of the arch are giving me a lot of trouble.

Here's my material nodes for the model.

I've tried fiddling with the material's nodes (adjusting the scale, in particular) , nothing seems to help me tidy things. I've tried UV unwrapping, smart UV project, and adjusting the UV map for the faces several times, didn't help much.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi thanks for your question so the first thing about nodes is they are extremely important points in your chart so any aspect you receive to this points will always mean something and impact your life. When we consider nodes we always check both ends of the it I mean Scorpio is also a very important sign for you and unfortunately Taurus/Scorpio axis of nodes is kinda hard to deal with of course we need to see the whole chart too. But according to my observation people in that nodes typically experience some deeply transformative experiences which includes losses and surrenders. In your case you have 1st and 7th house axis which is about how you put yourself to world (1st house) and how you relate to others(7th house) Taurus is also ruled by venus which is the ruler of all kinds of relationships. In short I can say you need to find some balance in how you relate to people you may have tendencies of overly obsessing about relationships (south node in 7th house Scorpio) you may make people uncomfortable with your constant need of deep and controlling and obsessive togetherness.
