SW clone wars Actor Au
The show is based on true event, and people but the actual hero with no fear and Vader are different people. The negotiator was the one with the Padawan, and she never left the order. The hero with no fear was married to senator amidala, but that was in the rebellion.
Luke and leia actually existed but they where cousin, not twin. There was 30 years difference between the hero and the negotiator.
Anakin is actually a force user. Used to be a Jedi, but left the order when a mission with his Padawan Went pear shaped. He lost his arm. He’s the third oldest of the crew at 43. He’s a descendant of the hero with no fear.
Padme is 21 and used to be anakin Padawan. She technically can still use the force but she has a mental block since The Accident so she left the order and anakin wasn’t about to let his 14 years old Padawan alone. Also he’s traumatized too. But the show help them both to work through their trauma.
Any romantic scene between their characters make them laugh so much. That’s why some viewers think the relationship is weird and ship obikin or any other ship because they are too accustomed to being a mentor/apprentice and it does show a bit in the scenes.
The actors playing the clones are all descendants from the actual Vod. Don’t call them clones. Nobody like that word very much.
Cody and Rex are twin and 18. Fives is their older brother, by 8 years. The episode with domino squad was so difficult to film. because both Rex and Cody couldn’t stop snickering at the thought of bossing their older brother around.
Anakin does all of his stunt and the actors playing force users like the go talk to him before their scene to get it just right. Anakin tend to do the weird force things himself. ( force shield, summoning lightsabers, ect)
He taught the Jedi actors and siths actor how to use their blade. It’s usually CGI, but when there no need to actually fight with others, anakin has his actual lightsaber out.
Palpatine is the oldest at 61, and is absolutely stocked to know that the homophobic/transphobic and xenophobic emperor would Loathe being played by a gay trans, half human half twi-leck man happily married to the actor playing dooku, with children and grandchildren they spoil.
Dooku is 58. Obi wan uncle. They cannot have a serious fight, without laughing. Ventress and maul are his and palp adopted children.
Ventress and obi wan love their fight scene because they can diss each other
Ventress is a awesome lesbian mother of the group.
Soka was a young girl who decided to audition on a whim. She got the part and she absolutely loves it. Her parents are assholes and tried to fuck her up because of the money she made but anakin put a stop to it. They went to prison and he decided to adopted her.
Yoda is the equivalent of 25 for his specie and can actually talk normally. He likes to complicate his speech even further. Him and windu are best friends, and def are the pranking duo.
R2D2 is his usual self and anakin droid from the start. The actual hero within no fear never lost his arms, and wasn’t that good of a mechanic. That’s all anakin.
C3P0 loves to turn people insane. He’s actually way more chill in real life. He’s padme’s. Anakin did built him, but to be a sort of guide droid for padme, after The mission.
Obiwan is 35 and has 6 sibling. He’s pretty much space bill Weasley. Anakin and him have an amazing chemistry and he’s the one that anakin confide to. They are pretty much best friend.
Korki, bo-Katan and satine are obi wan siblings. The romantic scene between the duchess and the negotiator where hilarious to film because it has both actor gagging looking at the camera. But satine death scene was really hard to film.
And yeah that’s what I have for now.

The care you never gave yourself (Platonic) PT.2
Tumblr media
IMAGINE: Your family and you deal with the consequences of your actions with the force sensetive child.
“How is (he/she)?” Ace asked, Rey looked up but continued to bob her knee on the ground in an uneven beat. Continued to fiddle with her fingers nervously. Or bit her lip every now and then. All showing her worry for the current situation. Ace gave her an understanding and soft smile, telling the woman to take her time.
She went to speak numerous times, to answer their question. Each time coming up blank. Each time having to seemingly restart her words. Or rethink them. Ace sighed softly. Before they did some rethinking of their own.
“How are you?” The question was loaded. The question made Rey stop her actions, only looking at the therapist with wide eyes. She wasn’t expecting that. That was clear.
“….I don’t know.” Her words were vulnerable, honest and weighted. Ace nodded. Giving the young Jedi all the time, she needed to fully process them and continue them. They watched as Rey’s eyes went through a plethora of emotions. The one that remained a constant was guilt, along with a kind of longing at being asked that question. Not just after a mission or fight. But someone just asking how she was.
“Scared.” Ace nodded their head, waiting for Rey to try and find the right words to continue, “Not of myself. Just…. With everything with (y/n) being injured. Because of me…” Her voice cracked as she mentioned your wound that was caused by her. Even your name brought down her wall of resilience even lower.
Ace looked at the notes they had written down. Biting their lip. They knew that confidentiality was one of the things that were promised to you. But, at the same time, Rey was pretty much your guardian. She had to know what was going on to be able to change her own ways. To see where you both had gone wrong, even if by accident.
“I think your relationship is co-dependent. On both sides, but more so (y/n)’s.” It was blunt, but it was the wakeup call she needed. Rey looked up with wide eyes. She to was about to deny it when Ace continued.
“Are you both able to say no to one another when you get a request?” Rey was silent, “How far do you both go to do your own share?” Rey opened her mouth to say, “The right amount” but she closed it. Not uttering those words. You’d both gone so far for one another. Done more than your fair share for each other.
“How responsible do you feel for one another?” That one hit Rey hard. She’d always felt responsible for you. But now she was getting some perspective on it. Some view that told her that maybe she was taking too much responsibility for you.
“Rey…. I’m…. I think (y/n) went on that mission to try and take some of your own responsibilities away. Make them easier for you. Despite not having any force abilities, (he/she) still went. Still found that boy. All of it for you.”
Ace softened their voice, giving Rey a moment to fully digest the words, “You both grew up together, so it makes sense that your both close with one another. I understand that you are both protective of one another both because of the time you spent together, but also because of where you came from. That makes sense. You both went through your fair share of trauma. But…. Have you ever actually spoken to anyone about it?”
Rey shook her head. She’d only been meditating and focusing on you and the others rather than herself. You were busy focusing on their needs rather than your own.
“(y/n) went on that mission to prove (his/her) worth to you. To get that sense of validation.” Rey nodded numbly, “Is that why your focusing so much on Finn?” She never really thought about it that way. That it was the reason that laid deep down. On the surface, it was just a friend helping another hone their power. But, deep down, she knew their assessment was right.
“Ben….I couldn’t save him. He came back to the light, but then he was gone right after. He’s with his mother now. But….”
“You think that by helping Finn with the force, it can somehow make up for that?” Rey nodded; Ace nodded too. Thankful that the Jedi was being honest and open with them.
“You both grew up in a place where saying no was off the table. With Plutt and other situations that I’m sure you don’t want to go into right now. But you grew up in a place where you had to repress yourselves. You only had each other. You were the oldest of the two. So, you took more responsibility. But that made (him/her) do that as well to try and prove (his/her) worth. You both continued that, trying to one up each other in a way. To try and show each other that you were worth it.
You tried to be the responsible parental or sibling figure to (him/her) and (he/she) tried to make you feel like it was worth it.
You’ve moved onto Finn now to try and make the force and your journey worth it. To feel validated for having it. To make Luke, Leia and the other force users like you were worth their effort. (y/n) is still fixated on making you proud. Has (he/she) ever really spent time with the others outside of when it’s with you?” Rey shook her head.
“Have either of you ever stopped? Ever taken time to look after yourself?” Again, Rey shook her head.
“I think that’s what we need to work on first, then. You can afford to take a day or two off. The order will still be there to be rebuilt. Finn will still be there to be taught. I’m sure he’d understand.” Rey thought about it, eyes scanning the floor as she let the thought run riot around her brain.
She met Ace’s gaze again and nodded.
“It’s not selfish to do this. You have needs too. It’s not selfish for you both to do what you want to separate of each other. You have other people now, you’ll always be (his/her) older sister, the best friend (he’s/she’s) known for the longest. But they can help you both too. Find your own interests outside of each other.”
It was five days since you had been injured. You were still not awake yet. Your friends were all concerned. But Rey noticed that they were coping in their own way. But not losing themselves to it. Rey actually noticed it. The way they went to their jobs but didn’t let it get to them. They took breaks, they said no if they needed to.
Rey took her own path, training the child you had saved on Jakku. It as difficult, there were days when he wouldn’t get it or lash out. But Rey would always try and be the calm one. She had experience with you. Granted, this was different, as this one had the force added into the mix. But she still saw the mix of anger and fear all melded into one.
He was struggling with something big. Or, big in his eyes. Rey had let him go for the day, taking herself to the rocks that she had claimed as her own. She had shut her eyes and let herself breath. Reaching out to the old masters that had helped her defeat Palpatine. She reached out, deeper when they didn’t respond.
She was getting annoyed at the lack of guidance, the fact that they were no longer responding. No longer aiding her.
“Rey.” She didn’t even mean it; she didn’t mean to activate her sabre and stand up. Swinging the blade. She was stopped by her best friend using the force. Finn only looked at her. Looking at her with a sympathetic look. Her breathing was harsh but become shaky as she realised what she had done.
She had nearly killed one of her brothers.
Her sabre shut off; her eyes widened as she took a step back. Finn kept his gaze on her, he didn’t say anything. He only placed his hands on her shoulders. Keeping his grip firm to remind her that he was there, that she wasn’t alone in whatever had triggered the reaction.
“I….I’m sorry.” She breathed out, voice shaking. Finn only nodded, pulling her into a hug. It only lasted a few moments, but it helped ground her. Helped pull her back. Helped her find the light once again.
He pulled away, keeping his hands on her shoulder as he spoke, “(y/n)’s awake.” She smiled at the news. Finn grew his own smile. Both happy with the news and that she too was happy with the news.
“Can I see (him/her)?” Finn shook his head softly. Rey creased her eyebrows, “(he/her)’s busy.”
“With what?”
At first, everything came at you at once. The sound and sight blasting you. The sound being blurry, but still being loud. Your sight was blurry, but you saw a bright light. You shut your eyes to block it out for a moment.
“Hey…” You opened them again, seeing Rose above you with a smile on her face. You blinked, your vision fully coming back to you. Your lips turned up, but it was more a grimace than a smile. You started to sit up, Rose supporting you as you did so. She helped you rest up against the pillows. Grabbing a seat and sitting next to you. Watching you as you gained your bearings.
“We’re home.” Her smile grew at your words. How you saw the base as home. You looked around the tent before you looked at her again, “How did we get here? We… We were on Jakku. I was bleeding.”
Rose grimaced as she thought back to how helpless Rey looked as she carried you to the falcon. The way they all rushed to get home. The way they all tried to calm Rey down, but it wasn’t working. Her guilt was getting to her.
Rose didn’t answer your question. Deciding to move on to something more hopeful, “When your better, you wanna help me with fixing some ships?” She waited as you thought about your answer. She knew what you wanted to do. To get back out there, to see Rey and forgive her. She knew that your other sister would want to do the same thing.
The rest of your family knew that, for once, you would need to put yourself first.
“We can take it slow. We can find other ways to help. But you seem to enjoy it. Or, it’s more in your field. What do you say?”
That was how you found yourself fixing a few ships. Poe had joined you later, helping out where he could. Where he couldn’t, he simply had a conversation with you both as you worked. As it went on, you found yourself growing happier as you worked. When you would finish, you would get a thank you from the pilot.
When you messed up, you would snap at yourself. The other two would try and sway your thoughts. But they knew that it would only do so much.
When you saw you therapist, you brought up that fact. Ace was quick to help you in that regard. Now you were open with them. Now you were letting the floodgates open. It was going to be a slow process, but you’d get there.
Rey found herself taking the day off with Finn. The two just enjoyed each other’s company. Walking around the base or sitting and talking. It helped clear her own mind. Helped her find her balance once again. Helped her find her inner peace again.
It had been a few days since you’d awoken. You’d both taken time off to look after yourselves for once.
Your friends saw that you had both slowly found your own self love in that time. And so, wanted to celebrate the victory. It was small, and slow, but a victory none the less.
“C’mon.” Rose said as she led you into the cafeteria. Looking around, you saw everyone there, things seemed to be in swing. But, deep down, you knew something else was afoot. Rose turned back to you.
“Go on.” You looked at her in confusion, before looking at the crowd more carefully. At the start, you saw nothing, before you spotted it. Your friends sat at a table.
Your sister looked up, meeting your eyes. A smile on her face that grew when she saw you. You and Rose made your way over, Rey was up and giving Rose a hug. Finn and you shared one, then you and Poe.
As Rose moved onto the others, you and Rey approached each other. Your hug was tight. She muttered an apology into your hair for shooting you. You only shook your head and tightened the hug. Telling her that she was forgiven.
You sat with your friends, both being next to one another. While before you would be able to hold discussions with everyone else. You both seemed to focus on each other. Now, you were able to be better with the others. Calmer around them.
As Ace said, she would always be the friend and sister you knew the longest. Just as you were the friend and (brother/sister) that she knew the longest. Your bond would always be closer than the others.
You were both able to see that your closeness had accidentally caused some unhealthy issues. Now, you were dealing with them slowly. Both on your own and with help from the others.
You were both healing now. Not just constantly worried about the others progress. You could focus on your own needs. You knew you’d always be there for the other when they struggled. But, at least now you hadn’t forgotten that you too needed help. It wasn’t selfish to care about yourself.

🛠 u mentioned Braig has nieces n nephews? via the half brother
Send “🛠” and I will reveal some OCs, NPCs, or side characters I have || Accepting
He does! Karvan has three kids, Rilan, Jaxie, and Doe - Braig’s– Half-nephew and half-nieces, I suppose. Rilan is the oldest, and the only boy; He was named by their other parent, Koslin. Karvan named the girls, and if I’m being completely honest they’d only been expecting one girl, so he didn’t have another name picked out when Doe became a thing.
Tumblr media
Rilan Orit Farrunner-Nel is a young man who, like his own father, doesn’t really have much of a tie to his family. Karvan and Koslin are decent enough parents, to be fair, Rilan just doesn’t feel that attached. He could walk away without feeling any remorse, if it weren’t for his sisters. He’s not a devoted sibling by any means, but the rough nature of the Outer Rim has convinced him that he’s gotta keep them out of trouble until they’re old enough to take care of themselves. It was more a dull sense of duty than actual emotional attachment.
Rilan starts his life helping his father in the spice smuggling business, mostly by being a distraction. Education wasn’t really a thing where he grew up, so he was just glad he’s literate. He never really connected with the job, just like he never connected with his home, his family, or anything else, really. I guess you could describe Rilan as apathetic wanderlust personified. Home just wasn’t interesting, wasn’t satisfying to him.
Kirtste’s gang had more or less dissolved completely by the time Rilan was old enough to run about on his own (say, early teens), and Sabashe Kirtste himself was probably on his last legs, simply due to age. At most, Rilan was interested in the old crook’s stories of adventure through the stars, and mildly enjoyed the company of Ritski and Muro, the only two of the lot who actually stuck around. By the time he was in his mid- to late teens, Rilan had gotten bored with life in general. He boarded a ship headed out to who-knew-where, carrying a pack loaded with a stash of credits, a few choice weapons, and a few packets of spices (not for himself, but to trade with those who don’t take credits; he’s learned a thing or two about surviving in the Empire). Kirtste would swear up and down that he hadn’t given any of that to the kid, and that it was all stolen; Ritski would say that Kirtste wasn’t exactly known for his honesty.
Rilan would eventually become a member of the Bounty Hunter’s Guild. He wasn’t one of their A-Listers, but, he was decent enough to eke out a living, and it kept his interest more than anything else he’d tried. His speciality lay in taking down smugglers and spice runners, since, having grown up among them and acted as one of them in his youth, he’s partial to the tricks of the trade. He also took a brief interest in biology, though this manifested itself as a fixation on biological weapons.
Rilan is actually the only member of his family to very nearly figure out he’s related to Braig. Through a very long and complicated series of events involving a blood sample and attempts at a transfusion, no less. Of course, Braig is not comfortable with anyone having a jar of his DNA on hand, especially a strange hunter employed by the Empire. In the resulting skirmish, Rilan’s ship crash-landed on a small agricultural planet on the outskirts of the Mid Rim. Rilan suffered a number of injuries, including head trauma which resulted in retrograde amnesia. Fortunately, Rilan was rescued by a family of farmers, and lived among them for a few months after his full recovery, until wanderlust hit him once more. Though some scraps of his early life would come back to him, he would never recall his entire life. Rilan would ‘rejoin’ the Bounty Hunter’s guild, only to retire when chronic headaches made hunting too difficult. Instead, he took on the role of training younger, up-and-coming hunters, and getting them ready for field work.
Tumblr media
Jaxie Sera is the oldest of the Farrunner-Nel girls, and the second-born of the trio, right after Rilan. While she, like her brother, wasn’t satisfied with the life she was living, she decided to reach for something better without the need to travel. Instead, she listened to her parents’ stories of their various exploits and thought to herself, ‘I can do what they did, but I can do it better’. Like her brother, she would spend a lot of time with whatever remained of Kirtste’s gang, but she was less interested with their stories of traipsing about the galaxy, and more concerned with how they managed to operate successful businesses in their specific fields of smuggling, spice-dealing, and informing, and make mental notes on anything that seemed relevant to her. Kirtste and Muro would both say that they found her the scariest of Nel’s Brood, whereas Ritski would say that Jaxie reminded her most of herself (’that’s why she scares us’, Muro would say). She is a much less hands-on individual, and more of an ‘other peoples’ hands on’, in that if she can get someone else to do the dirty work for her, she will.
She has an unusual sense of loyalty to her community, which many people find to be at odds with her overall demeanour. While she often comes as cold, callous, and disinterested, she would, in her height of power, be one of the key players in keeping her run-down little planet safe from both the Empire and the Rebellion, to conduct its business as it liked. Unfortunately, this resulted in their home becoming a hive for smugglers, criminals, and other undesirables, and, by extension, bounty hunters, though she can work with that last one.
Like her siblings, she never got a formal education, but she was damn well street smart enough to rival the best of them. She started in the spice trade, and was known for slipping little bits of ‘extras’ to people who gave her something in return, until she could get them hooked, and thereby dependent on her. This expanded into Jaxie building a gang of her own. Shrewd in picking her generals, and ruling with an iron fist, Jaxie’s reign was long and prosperous, and she felt minimal risk walking down the street in the open. She rewarded loyalty to her, usually through money, spices, or prestige, but there were other benefits to being on her good side. An example would be when one of her right-hand ‘men’ and close friends, Tessier Malo, cued Jaxie in to a few of their own who were considering a coup. When asked for what she wanted as thanks, Tessier mentioned that her sister wasn’t doing so well. Jaxie struck up a deal with one of the bounty hunters who wanted in to what she was beginning to think of as ‘her’ planet, saying that she’d waive any and all fees if their guild could arrange for a physician to stop by for a while.
Jaxie’s power would eventually expand to neighbouring moons and planets, requiring her to travel back and forth, though she would always return to her home planet as a base. She lived a long, prosperous, and dangerous life, and took advantage of the power vacuum created by Palpatine’s death to cement herself as the leading powerhouse in their quadrant of the galaxy. She refused to join up with the galactic senate, since she’d grown up in a time that didn’t exactly foster confidence in the government. She died having retired to the ‘countryside’ of her home planet, in a well-fortified house she had built for herself, still rich, and still pulling the invisible puppet-strings that made her planet tick.
Tumblr media
The last of the brood is Doe. Doe Arillisa Farrunner-Nel has always been told that she is nothing like her siblings, and has never been sure as to whether or not that’s a compliment. She’s always shown an interest in books and academia, even if she was only taught to read when she was around ten years old. Her favourite books were ones with pretty clothes or bright colours in them (she had to rely on the pictures alone for the better part of her childhood), but she also really liked the books with treasure maps and old-fashioned sailing ships. Doe, having grown up in the era of starship battles and chaos, thought that space-travel was far too dangerous for her tastes, but also that cruising along on one of those old-fashioned boats might be great fun. She very much wanted to make one, and decided to give it a go on her own. As you can imagine, this didn’t utterly disappointed by the results. Neither of her parents were particularly good at building things, so that was out; Rilan was at home less and less often, and was, in fact, gearing up to leave the planet entirely, so he was never around to ask; And Jaxie was in her ‘I only care about me’ phase (which she would eventually grow out of, mostly). So, alone in her quest, Doe decided to put that idea on the backburner until she could get it realised.
When Jaxie started flexing her political muscle, Doe decided she didn’t very much want to be around there. She didn’t know a lot about politics, but she did know that the Empire was as dangerous as it was ruthless, and that she didn’t want to get tangled up in that mess. Karvan and Koslin were more than a bit disappointed that their last child was leaving the nest, but there wasn’t much they could do to stop her, anyway. (Especially since not long after she set out, Karvan was shot and killed in a spice deal gone wrong, though Doe would never learn this). Doe decided to hitch a ride on a freighter’s ship, paying for her ride via a mixture of actual credits and mending garments, as she’d learned from her books. She wound up finding her way to the Mid Rim, and to a rather nice tropical planet. She was amazed by the clean air and bright skies and wide streets, such a contrast from her home town. The lack of industrialisation was refreshing to her, so she decided to stay. She made a good life for herself, and yes, did learn to build a boat. She would build quite a few of them, in fact, each with a brightly-coloured sail and painted sides. She would meet her future partner there, a lovely young individual by the name of Irol Flyrre, and they’d have four children together: Marla, Seff, Tianne, and Yira. Between Doe’s boats, sold to locals and tourists for work or amusement, and Irol’s fishing, the two managed to eke out a steady living, and remained a happy couple for the rest of their lives. Though Doe remained the master boat-smith, and Irol was always the superior fisher, they shared the tricks of their trades with each other and their children - Though Doe did insist that all four of the kiddos go to school, at least until they learned to read. She lived the most normal life out of her entire family, and she was fine with that.
(Also, I couldn’t find a good way to work this into her bio, but Doe’s trans.)
And that’s Braig’s nieces and nephew!

The Constant Battle (Platonic)
Tumblr media
IMAGINE: Rey helping you resist the darkside when you start to fall prey to it
Rey and you had a deep bond. Everyone knew that. The siblings from the sand, they called you. And it fit. You met there; you grew up there. You fought for each other there each and every day.
You both helped each other carry the others pain and trauma. Helped the other battle away the thoughts that came with them. Some days were better than others, sure. But, at the end of the day, it worked.
That meant that you both knew how dark the other could go. How far the one would go to protect the other.
Thing was, you made more than that now. You had other people. You had more than just Rey for family. You had other people that were brought into it.
As a duo, you were fierce. With Finn, Poe and Rose? You were almost unstoppable. The five of your were family. Even if two were family in a different way.
You and Rey had both had your moments of darkness. Both going to a place of savagery. Both for the survival of the self and the other person. When you were attacked when you both had BB8. The one who attacked you hit you first. He didn’t wake up.
When you both teamed up with Kylo Ren, Rey got hit by one of the guards. That guard soon found himself being impaled by your blade as you helped your sister up.
When he was still Kylo Ren, he saw the connection you two had. How the force amplified it. Although not blood, you were as close as blood siblings could be.
He tried to use those terms against the two of you. To try and turn you both.
It was the words he said to you that hurt you the most, “Your living in her shadow. Constantly hiding behind her for protection. Never once doing something on your own.”
Rey had found in you the falcon later, after seeing her best friends again. And, after being thanked by the other fighters (those that remained) for saving them. She’d found you in isolation. Sitting in a corner. She’d crouched down in front of you. Asked you what had happened. Despite not wanting her to know, you found yourself doing it anyway. You told her what he said. Her expression darkened. But, not at you, but at Kylo instead.
She then pulled you into a hug, “Your never living in my shadow, (y/n). You’ve come so far in the past few days. We both have. But, you especially. Don’t let his words get to you, ok? Your stronger than who he says you are. You aren’t weak.”
You believed the words then. Like you always did with the wise older sister figure that she had been in your life.
“The oldest siblings knows best.” She’d say in a teasing manner before bopping your nose. And, as the year went by, you continued to carry her words with you. Training side by side with her made those words ring true. You were getting stronger, better. So was she. Both being trained by Leia. And both at each other’s sides.
But Rey may have noticed it and never wanted to confront it. But Leia had. She saw, or sensed, the slight conflict that brew in you. While Rey didn’t believe she was right to be the chosen one. You believed you didn’t belong here at all. And that, maybe Kylo was right. She felt those words brew within you. Felt the dark within you. Rey held that power too, but she knew the reason why for her.
But, for you? No, as said, you weren’t related by blood to Rey. Only bond. So, you weren’t burdened with her legacy that remained unknown to her.
While training one time, it finally clicked for Leia. You were running the course on your own. Rey had retired herself for the day. But you just kept pushing and pushing and pushing. She felt how the conflict within you rose.
Your frustration rose, and you stopped as if seeing someone. That was when your anger hit it’s breaking point. You were wild with your blade. But, more importantly, you were missing. Over and over and over again. Finally, you caught it. Well, it wasn’t you who had.
It was Rey who had. She’d felt it too, came running down and towards you. When yelling your name hadn’t work, she activated her sabre and blocked yours. Using the momentum from your blade to finally put the droid down.
She’d kept hers active for a moment as she looked at you in worry. But she’d felt him too. Kylo Ren was the one who had spoken to you. Her blood boiled. As she could guess what he had said to you to make you this angry.
Your blade turned off as your eyes turned to regret and horror. Rey deactivated hers. And you were instantly in her arms. She held you tight, whispering forgiving and reassuring words in your ear.
The next time that rage sparked, it was from Rey. It was in the fight on the old Death Star. Rey was already pissed at her legacy, at the darkness that filled her. And now, Kylo Ren had destroyed the one thing they needed to find Palpatine and end it all.
She’d pushed Finn away, literally, but still checked that he was ok. That one of her brothers were ok.
She heard a pained gasp the next.
She turned, seeing you with part of Kylo’s cross guard in your stomach. His eyes filled with hate for you. But, for a moment, she saw guilt. But it was gone. Or, maybe, she was.
“NO!” She cried out as Kylo pushed your body away, it flying off the edge and into the water below.
“No...” Rey’s broken voice and face turned to pure anger. She only saw red.
She only stopped when she felt Leia’s presence. And fully became aware of how far she’d gone.
Exogol had happened. Your second death. And, to Rey’s heartbreak. She had to be the last to go. You had fallen first, your energy leaving you first. Rey too had felt herself slipping away. But she managed to give you some comfort as you left the universe again.
“We....We did it.” You managed to breath out. Rey managed the energy to smile as she spoke.
“We did.” With some of the last remaining parts of her energy, she reached to you and held your hand that was getting colder and colder.
“I’m.... I’m proud of you, little (brother/sister).” And, just like that, you both went.
Finn felt the hit of both.
Kylo had risen as Ben from the pits that he was thrown into. The pits that he had begged the old Jedi to help the two of you instead as he climbed out.
He saw you two. How your deep familial bond seemed to last right up until death.
He saw how she was staring at you and holding your hand, to make sure that you weren’t alone at the end.
He held Rey, the woman that he had felt differently about. The woman his feelings for couldn’t be denied any longer as Ben Solo. And not the creature in a mask.
She awoke, embracing her feelings for the light side user as well. But as they pulled away. As he felt the call to whatever lay beyond. Rey’s smile dropped.
“(Y/N)! She exclaimed, moving to you and caressing your cheek. Ben had passed, but he gave her the last thing she needed to know before.
“You can bring (him/her) back. It just takes a bit of time.”
And, she had. Brought you back from death for the second time. It seemed that, being brought back from death brought more of the dark with you. Maybe as a way to punish you for not fully going? You didn’t know.
You’d fought by Ben Solo’s side. But, Kylo Ren’s words and his plead for you to join him still circled the darkest part of your mind.
It was a simple mission. A mission to a First Order stronghold. One where they were holding children. For Finn, it was a place for his past trauma to return. And, you wanted to help you friend maybe find where he came from.
As he searched through the base. A voice caught your attention. You turned towards its supposed direction. But found nothing.
No one talking, anyway. Who you did find, was the man who was leading or in charge of this place. The man that had taken these children. Who had condemned them to a life of war and pain.
Your sabre activated, and his throat started to close in.
Rose was like another sister to you. She was like Rey in a lot of ways. But Rose also had a bubbly personality to her that you adored.
She heard your sabre activate. As Rey was gone with Finn to find the children. She turned to you and watched as he approached the man. It was then that she noticed him clawing for air.
“(y/n)!” She called out. Before repeating it, this time in a cry. Poe turned too. His eyes widening at what you were doing.
They both looked at each other. neither wanting to do what they had to do.
But they still shot at you.
Your sabre blocked Rose’s shot, and you stalled Poe’s. The man’s mind going back to the time with Kylo. All the way at the start of all this.
But your snarl and your face was fierce. Anger was the primary emotion on display. The two friends looked at each other before looking at you, their mutual one.
“Let me have this.” Your voice was low, a command rather than pleading with them to let you be.
You turned back to the man, blocking a shot he fired. And using the force once again.
As you did, you saw your own parents. The ones that had left you on the planet. The ones that had abandoned you. The ones that had failed you. The ones that didn’t want you any more for whatever reason.
Rey may have been an honorary Skywalker and a Palpatine by blood. But she was able to fight the blood name back and embrace a chosen one. She was able to see that one’s past doesn’t define them.
You didn’t even know yours. So, how the hell were you meant to know if you were bucking the trend or not?
You found yourself being pushed back. But you were ultimately able to stay standing. You heard a sabre activate. You turned, seeing Rey in front of her friends in a defensive manner.
They’d all moved between you and the First Order soldier.
“You’re going to defend him? HIM?! Of all people?!” Rey hated that you were snarling, that you had let the dark in this far. But she had to stay strong. For both her and her friends’ sake, and for your own.
“(y/n) listen to me, this isn’t you --”
“What isn’t? Being abandoned? This could’ve been me, Rey! All this. You could’ve killed me and not batted an eye! And you want to defend him?!” Your face turned to one of reserved anger, the snarl leaving you.
“Let me through.”
“No.” Her answer was both quick and defiant.
“Why?”
“Because this isn’t you, (y/n)! I know my (brother/sister)! And, (he/she) isn’t like this!”
“We were though!” You words made her pause. Her face going to shock, “On Jakku, we had to fight day by day for scraps. Only us, none of this. None of this pressure, or torment. Just us on a planet. Making it through!”
You took a moment to breath, to fully think you next words through.
“He was right you know.” She was about to shake her head in denial when you continued, “The one time I want to do something of my own, you stop me.”
“This is the dark side talking, not you --”
“It is me, Rey. For the first time, it’s me.” Your face had started falling, tears starting to well up in your eyes. The whispers were louder for you end him. And not stop at any cost.
“You live in her shadow.” Kylo’s words repeated once again. You closed your eyes as you tried to block out the memory.
“(y/n)” Her voice was softer than before. Trying once again to reach out to you.
“Just.... Just let me have this, Rey.... Please.” Your voice was tired. She’d finally seen that tired look in your eyes.
For Rey, it clicked. You were still on the Death Star. Still dead. In your mind, just running on borrowed time. The dark fully got you that day. And, when you met with her on Exogol, you didn’t seem all that different. If anything, more determined to stop Palpatine. You two had never been better. Back to back, deflecting blasters. Moving in sync with no communication.
When you ducked low, she swung her sabre and deflected a bolt. While you had gone low and blocked another. The two of you had switched sides in perfect synchronisation.
The second time you died, it lasted longer. She had to drag you back to the ship and fly you back to base. Then heal and revive. That wait was the worst and longest wait of her life.
Waiting for her parents? She had you to pass the time with. She could pour herself into looking after you. And, she did. Not that you were a distraction. You weren’t. Far from it.
But this waited included you. This wait involved you. Your life hung in the balance of it.
And, by some luck, it had worked.
Now, here you stood. A tired (boy/girl) who was being plagued by voices of the dark. She’d heard them too. Even after Palpatine. But it seemed like you had them a lot more than she had.
“Rey...” Finn was about to warn his friend when her sabre deactivated. She only kept her eyes on you as she spoke.
“Do you trust me?” She asked. Finn’s answer was immediate.
“Of course.” Rey silently handed him her sabre. Taking careful strides towards you. Your sabre was still at your side but activated.
She was in front of you now. Hands held in a surrender motion.
“Then.... Then to get to him, you’ll have to get through me.” Your eyes widened at her words. As did the eyes of her -- both of your friends behind her. Her voice was strong, but you heard it tremble at the end. Her face remained passive. But you saw the slight fear in her eyes that this wouldn’t work.
A tense few moments passed you. All that was heard was the “Hmmm” from your blade and Rey and yours unsteady breathing.
That was interrupted by the sound of a blade turning off. Then a CLANG!
Your sabre was dropped to the floor. Your eyes kept to the floor in guilt. Rey placed a hand on your shoulder and turned to the others.
“Yeah... He’s gone. Poe said regretfully. But Rey only shook her head with a growing shaky smile.
“We got the children out, that’s all that matters.”
You sat on a rock, letting yourself breath as you felt yourself float above the ground. Meditation was something you had tried before, but never fully embraced.
You had now.
Rey watched as you looked at peace. A smile grew on her face as she watched the rocks start to float towards you as well. She looked around herself at the Birch trees that surrounded you. Rose had told her that the Birch trees meant “Rebirth” and “New Beginnings”
She’d never seen such green in the galaxy before. Never that certain things had so much meaning. More importantly, she had never seen you so at peace before.
“You just going to stare at me.” Rey’s smile brightened at your joke. Looking up, she saw that you had one eye open. And a smirk on your face. She rolled her eyes. Waiting as you descended downwards and landed next to her. Adding in a flip.
“Show off.” She ran her hand through your hair, messing it up.
“Hey, show don’t tell!” She laughed at your rebuttal.
“So, what’s up?”
“Can’t I just spend some time with my little (brother/sister)?”
“You can, sure. But something must’ve happened.” Rey sighed. Right, she forgot that the whole read you like a book thing went both ways.
“We found him. The one from before.” You raised an eyebrow at the way she seemed hesitant to fully disclose the details.
“Ok....” You trailed off; unanswered question clear to her. She sighed again. Hating that she had even had the doubts. She shook her head. Giving you a small smile to tell her that her doubts were gone.
While she started to walk away, your doubts mounted and mounted before --”
“Rey?” She turned back, giving you her full attention.
“You trust me, right?” She nodded without hesitation, “With my life.” She added. You nodded at her answer.
“And, the others?” You felt two hands on your shoulder. Opening your eyes, that had closed due to you flinching. You saw your sisters eyes level with yours.
“They do as well. Besides...” She leant back up, holding a spare blaster for you to use.
“I know that if either of us went to the dark. The other would be there without question.” You nodded without hesitation at her statement. Taking the blaster.
It was you five against the world. No matter what it threw at you.
