Oh look! I’m actually posting some fitness stuff! 😂
The last half of the year was crazy with moving to a new state and starting a new job. But now that I’m pretty much settled, it’s time to get back to being dancefit.
Monday it snowed, so I took a short walk in my neighborhood. Today I went to my usual yoga class. My upper back is extremely tight, and is in much need to adjusting.
I’m gonna keep my goals pretty simple and just focus on rebuilding a routine, getting stronger, and more flexible. But I do want to try some new things too. I’d like to get back into running and try for a 5K. I also want to try indoor rock climbing. One of my coworkers does it, and she’s invited me to join her.
I’m very close to being 200lbs. I lost over 15 lbs the latter half of the month from a combination of stress and also cutting a lot of sugar out of my diet. I plan to continue eating better in the hopes it’ll help me to continue losing weight.
plans: -improving french, spanish and japanese. -eating healthier. -exercising every day to loose weight end toned my body. -learning new things of every type. -studying more without procrastinating. -improving photography skills. -reducing the use of social media.
I'm having this new approach lately to force myself to write and not stop altogether. I sit down and write for thirty minutes straight. Now, not everything is good, and sometimes it doesn't make sense but writing like everything else is a habit and I'm trying to enforce that.
So, since the new month is coming I would like to give myself some encouragement which means that you're all free to send me some requests for this month. You can send me song lyrics or the whole song if you want, an image, a sentence, a simple word whatever sparks your mind. I'll try to do my best to answer all of you even with a simple drabble. I'll be writing about the usual, of course, but you guys already know me, so.
Hi, I watched D-Day: The Movie today. It's the last day of showing and the last show of the day. I did it because the movie concert was his last concert of the D-Day Tour in Seoul.
This day marks the new beginning of my journey to BTS, being a certified ARMY 💜. I have been a fan since 2020 (November) but I haven't attended any of their concerts live. That is why I am sharing this with you as a mark of my new goal: to save up and watch their concert when they come back in the future. I'll be patient saving up and wait for them for real.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step, right? Well, that's exactly how it is with learning Hebrew. We can all get caught up in planning and thinking about it, but guess what? The real magic starts the moment you dive in. That first step? It's your most important step of all, one where your transformation kicks off!
I totally get it, starting something new, especially a language like Hebrew, can feel a bit overwhelming. But here's the thing – it's also more empowering than you imagine. It's like saying to yourself, 'Yeah, I'm ready to dive into this amazing new world of words, culture, and connections!' It's a big deal, and trust me, it’s worth every bit of effort 🚀📚
If you most important step is actually starting, your next important one is sticking with it. We all know how busy life gets, and how sometimes things get tough. Keeping up with your Hebrew goals during those times, that’s where your dedication really shines. That is why I am always there for you, only one short message away. Whether it is to untangle something you're struggling with, or just to have a pep talk, I care about your success just as much as you do.
With my help or on your own, it’s all about digging deep and finding that inner strength to keep moving forward. Even on those days when your motivation seems to have taken a little vacation, remember, every little effort you put in counts. You're turning challenges into stepping stones on your way to fluency. 💪
Besides my lifetime support and care, having fun learning is your second secret sauce. Imagine having a program that's not just about learning, but also about really enjoying the process. One that takes those complex Hebrew concepts and breaks them down to easy and dare I say, fun lessons! This kind of approach changes the whole game. It turns your journey of learning Hebrew into this exciting adventure rather than just another item on your to-do list.
So, if you’re standing there, thinking about starting your Hebrew learning journey, just remember – the key is to take that first step. Start right where you are. Embrace this journey with all your heart and an open mind. And always keep in mind, learning Hebrew is not just about mastering a language; it’s about unlocking an entire world of rich culture and history, one word at a time! 🌍💬
Watching all this anime show with characters who did a lot to become that strong gives me so much motivation to start doing the same. I will come back stronger that ever. This will be only the start.
