Tìm hiểu phần mềm NCStudio là gì?

Phần mềm NCStudio là một phần mềm CNC được sử dụng chính trong ứng dụng máy tiện CNC. Phần mềm này sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc ra lệnh cho máy CNC thực hiện những công việc theo ý muốn của người thợ vận hành. Nhiệm vụ chính của phần mềm NCStudio là mô tả những chuyển động của trục chính trên bề mặt của vật liệu để máy CNC có thể hiểu và thực hiện theo lập trình có sẵn.

Phần mềm NCStudio có thể kết hợp với một số phần mềm khác như: JDPaint hoặc JD Soft ArtCam để giúp người thợ có thể hoàn thiện sản phẩm cắt của mình theo đúng yêu cầu mong muốn của khách hàng, tính hiệu quả cao mang lại bề mặt cắt gần như chính xác tuyệt đối.

Ngoài việc chịu trách nhiệm ra lệnh chính cho máy CNC thì phần mềm điều khiển NCStudio còn có một số chức năng phụ như: thực hiện từng lệnh đơn, tùy chọn bắt đầu gia công, nạp và lưu gốc tọa độ làm việc hiện tại,...Với việc thực hiện được đa dạng các chức năng và công dụng khác nhau, phần mềm NCStudio đã trở thành cánh tay đắc lực cho những người thợ tiện cơ khí cao cấp.

Chế độ vận hành của phần mềm NCStudio

Phần mềm điều khiển NCStudio có 2 chế độ vận hành chính, bao gồm:

Chế độ vận hành tự động: với chế độ này thì máy sẽ thực hiện chức năng chuyển động theo một lập trình có sẵn.

Chế độ vận hành tay: với chế độ này thì người vận hành sẽ tự sử dụng các nút điều khiển để điều chỉnh hướng chuyển động của máy CNC hoặc sử dụng bàn phím có số tương ứng với nút điều chỉnh.

Các bước vận hành phần mềm NCStudio là gì?

Bước 1: Khởi động phần mềm NCStudio trên máy tính

Bước 2: Kiểm tra kết nối giữa máy CNC và máy tính có phần mềm điều khiển

Bước 3: Kết nối nguồn điện cho máy

Bước 4: Chọn chuẩn gốc zero cho máy

Bước 5: Lắp đặt chi tiết gia công lên bàn máy và tiến hành lấy chuẩn dao

Bước 6: Chuẩn gốc tọa độ làm việc cho máy.

Hướng dẫn cài đặt tham số cho phần mềm NCStudio

Từ giao diện chính của chương trình bấm chọn Operation -> Set Parameter

Nhập mật khẩu để truy nhập vào phần mềm Parameter. Mật khẩu mặc định sẽ là “ncstudio”, nếu mật khẩu đăng nhập được thay đổi thì phải liên hệ với nhà sản xuất.

Chọn tham số cần thay đổi

Sửa giá trị của tham số cho phù hợp và lưu lại. Đối với một số tham số sẽ yêu cầu khởi động lại phần mềm thì sau khi sửa và lưu lại, chúng ta tắt phần mềm đi và bật lên lại. Khi đó tham số mới được cập nhật.
