After a while, instead of a slightly blue, nicely decorated bedroom, you could only see blackness and the smell of fruit and other accessories that were to play a very important role tonight.

The moment your fiancé gave you one of the juicy, indescribably sweet strawberries to try, you clenched your fists on the dark sheets with huge delight.

You were going to try something new for your sex life this evening. You’ve always been eager to learn new things, try more and more crazy positions, and you almost always used sex toys or other interesting things (such as handcuffs, harnesses, ropes and swings). On the occasion of your birthday, you both decided that you should choose another idea for your night together.

Only when your fiancé ate the strawberries from your thighs, his hand with a smooth movement removed the black blindfold from your eyes. You blinked instantly as the clear light of a dozen candles hit your both eyes. Only after a while did you notice that your boyfriend is right next to your most vulnerable place. 𝑆𝑦𝑛𝑜𝑝𝑠𝑖𝑠: The Reader and her boyfriend Natsuya wears matching Pj's and spend time together out of the house.

Both Natsuya and [Name] got dressed in their matching Christmas Pj's. It was a gift from Natsuya's friend and your brother; Nao. Tonight they wanted to head out to the Christmas-New Years party happening before Midnight and head out with Rin at a food restaurant. "Angel, are you almost done?" He said from downstairs. You on the other hand was doing your hair for the occasion that Rin would be at, she had never met him but was so glad that she would finally meet one of his friends from his journey. She finally came downstairs, having her hair in a braided bun with two medium hair strands in her face. Now she was really ready since her jacket, scarf, gloves and boots. "Sorry for taking so long!" She said to him.

Rin waited for the countdown to begin just like the others at the shrine as he notices Natsuya and a person he never met before at all, walking in the loud and crunchy snow on the ground. She had beautiful long gray hair that was in a braided bun and shiny lime green eyes.

"Took you long enough." The maroon guy said a bit inpatient.

"Sorry about that. My girlfriend was busy getting ready." His girl then waved at the guy named Rin, saying hi to him nervously. The three stood with each other, waiting for the countdown to begin. As that happened mostly everyone went to the bright yellow and red stand, grabbing a good luck charm called an Omamori. Inside of them, it had either a prayer or a sacred inscription in tiny colorful pouches. Everyone came back just in time for the countdown, and everyone said together,

"3... 2.... 1... Happy New Years!" The fireworks went up in the sky like a gun and cheers were in the air as everyone watched the fireworks show inside the shrine that night. [Name] then gave a kiss to her boyfriend as she said to him, "Happy New Years, Natsu..."

"Happy New Years, My sweet Angel."

-𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐓 -

Natsuya, [Name] and Rin sat at a table inside of the restaurant as they shared some laughs and giggles. "Tonight was fun!" Said your brown haired boyfriend before drinking his beer. A sigh escaped your lips, worried that he would over-drink once again. "[Name], wasn't it? What do you do?" Rin asked her. She has a finger on her chin, trying to explain how to say it. "Well, I am a Apparel Designer and Beauty Pageant Entrant." "So you were that one in the magazine?!" He asked her. The woman nodded at his response happy, excited that he looks at her ad photos in the magazines or news photos.

"I-I wouldn't say I do."

"You know, Rin... I find you very interesting. Back then, I used to have a passion for swimming... But one day, I found out that my cousin committed suicide from some constant bullying in school. I was so devastated that she was gone, which is why I gave up on that." She said after chewing her food thoroughly. Rin nodded his head and ate some of his food, they talked for a bit longer than usual.

But when [Name] turned to hee boyfriend after drinking her apple juice, she seen him knocked out from the amount of beer he drank. "You are such a liar, Natsu..."

"Well, I guess we'll meet again soon. See ya!" She smiled at Rin and Natsuya waves at him drunkenly and dozing off. The maroon boy then waved at them, heading to his home.

so i often read about rin hiring (yes, "hiring" with the promise of like, beer or something) natsuya to pretend to be in a fake relationship with him in order to make haru jealous and/or coax some sort of response out of him, but i'm imagining an alternative, i.e.

haru gets into a fake relationship in order to evoke some sort of jealous outcry from rin. and for some reason, the person i'm thinking of that would do that for him, is none other than our bright-eyed, pink-haired kisumi. whether or not it works is.. a whole other story. allow me to elaborate in the form of a drabble:

"you're dating—" rin pauses, kind of chokes on his spit and then shivers like it'll regain him an ounce of composure (or sanity), "—you're dating kisumi."

"yes," haru says robotically, like he's reading a badly-written script scrawled on the palm of his hand with a sharpie. "i am dating kisumi."

"shigino... kisumi."

"that would be him. the love of my life."

rin rubs an ache in his temple and frowns.

"haru," he whines. "you hate kisumi."

haru makes an indignant little noise at the back of his throat like that is the most absurd thing he has ever heard of in all of his twenty-three years of living. he looks into rin's eyes, glares at them, and counters: "no, i—" he struggles briefly, scrunching his face, "love kisumi. like i said; he is the love of my life."

"you wrote him a death threat when you were in seventh grade."

"i do not recall having done such a thing."

"you found chewed-out bubblegum stuck to the sole of your shoe when we were in greece and proceeded to scrape your foot against the curb, violently, proclaiming that you 'wish you could do this to kisumi's stupid pink head.'"

"feelings can change over time."

"that was two weeks ago!"

"our love is that strong."

rin huffs exasperatedly, backs up until the back of his knees meet wood and lets himself fall gracelessly onto the bench with a thud. he thinks, distantly, of what he's going to do with the headache he's been nursing since they'd gotten off the train an hour ago, or the headache standing right in front of him. said headache moves to take a seat next to him.

"why does it bother you?" haru asks, fixing him with an unruffled stare.

rin wants to scream. or scoff. scoff and say like hell it bothers me!!!!!!!! but he doesn't. because it does, it does bother him. not that he'd say that. instead, he rights his face, wipes every trace of a frown off of it, and schools his expression into one that reeks of nothing but neutrality.

"does he make you happy?" rin asks, hiding his fidgety fingers in the pockets of his jacket. he makes it a point not to look at haru as he asks this and stares into the distance instead.

haru wants to bite his tongue. "yes."

"then that's.. that's good enough for me."

no, haru thinks. no it's not. it cannot be. he's losing. he doesn't like this. this is not what kisumi had said would happen. this is not why he agreed (or rather, gave in) to kisumi's stupid little game. better think of something.

"what is..." haru starts, searching for words in his head. "...love? to you?"

rin is itching to say baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more but thinks better of it. haru is probably being genuinely curious.

"love is loud," he opts to say instead, tapping his fingers nervously in his pockets. "like the splash of a dive that makes you realise, 'oh, wow, he's kind of cool.' love is.. quiet, sometimes, like silently watching him from the side, wishing you could always be next to each other, even if he doesn't realise it. it's making rainbows in the pool because he asked you to, and you do it because you know it makes him happy. it's—"

haru leans forward and stares at him intently, and rin resists the urge to cringe at how quickly his courage is withering away.

"i-it's sharing your dreams with him and pushing him towards the future, with—with y-you by his side."

haru hums. "you don't think kisumi could give me any of that?"

"i know so," rin mumbles, looking down. "he doesn't even swim."

"then.. who do you think could love me like that?" haru asks, inching closer.

rin wants to bristle like a harried cat, but he thinks this moment is important. he forces himself to look up at haru and gaze deeply into his impossibly blue irises. those eyes, eyes that he has looked at one too many times before since he'd been a wee little boy.. eyes that are nearly impossible to read, he thinks, as he gazes at him—they're glistening, a little like the ripples on the surface of an untouched pool. if only he could dive in.

instead, he says: "ask kisumi," and looks away.

he narrowly misses the sinking of haru's shoulders.

So did kakucho tell Izana about reader and his interest grew? Or was he a silent watcher and kakucho was the action man? I love the duo and how it all unfolded and just imagining Izana sitting next to me while kaku is collecting my bloody beaten friends. Izana cooing over me and giving me a gift to “claim me”…. ��

Also, when Izana said that they were harboring something that belongs to him…. He many reader, right? Cause that’s how I read that and it make me feel things. That the whole group was assuming he was talking about kaku but in reality… 😬

By the time the reader first 'meets' Kakucho on the train, it's already too late. They've both had their sights set on her for a while, this is just the beginning of the end.

The setting of the stage.

And yes, I was super careful to make sure that every single thing Izana said in his little intro monologue was true:

"it’s come to my attention that you’re harbouring something that belongs to me." – the reader

"The man – the dog – you’ve inexplicably given sanctuary to tonight is nothing but filth. A defiler. A killer." – Kakucho's undeniably a murderer, beyond the Purge as well, and considering he's going to fuck the reader whether she's willing or not (and considering that after seeing her friends and boyfriend brutally killed in front of her, she's more than likely going to be unwilling) the first part holds up, too.

"A menace to our just society, and like all dogs, he must be brought to heel." – technically true. Izana doesn't say he needs to die or even that he plans to kill him once he's inside, only that Kaku needs to be brought to heel. Considering he's the one who more or less holds Kakucho's 'leash'...

"By offering him sanctuary, by standing between me and what is rightfully mine, you’ve aligned yourself with those to be Purged." – more so the latter than the former, but purely by virtue of standing between Izana and the reader Natsuya and the others were always going to die violent, horrible deaths.

"So, again, I’ll make this clear. You may think that behind this security system of yours, you’re safe. That the locks on your doors and steel shutters will keep me out – that is a lie you’ve been sold. I am coming in, it might take five minutes, maybe twenty, but these defences will fall. And if the dog inside hasn’t ripped you all to pieces, rest assured that I will." – fairly self explanatory.

"I suggest you good folks run. Hide. You cannot keep me from what I want." – and in the end, that was true too ghfjdklvbngfjdks

natsuya's love language is — gift giving!

natsuya has a difficult time conveying how much he loves and cares for others; he's learned that much through his strained relationship with his brother. he's not the best with flowery words and he certainly can't guarantee his time but he's constantly thinking of—when you're near and far.

his freelance swimming has granted him the opportunity to travel the globe and while you can't always be beside him, he wishes you were. so whenever natsuya comes home from a competition, he always brings you back a souvenir—something that reminded him of you or something he'd imagined you point at with a smile and pick up for yourself.

alongside the thoughtful gifts is a bouquet of flowers. he visits the same shop every time he returns, questioning the florist about what each flower means so he can find the best match for you.

he's always nervous to present the gifts to you; an unwelcome, nagging thought tells him that it's shallow compared to what he could be doing. but when he's met with your blinding smile and arms wrapped around his waist, he's sure you can feel his love.

Like im totally 100% sure that he went to Disneyland several times during the time that he was in the U.S.A. he is a fan of "The Little Mermaid" after all

I just cant help but imagine him dragging Natsuya to the “Ariel’s UnderSea, adventure”. and talking to Ariel's actress abt his struggles like:

↘ Kisumi has no problem with that. He’s a good and cheerful kid who really loves you and who doesn’t want to put limits on you.

↘ He also loves skinship with his closest friends, so he perfectly understands your need for closeness among other people (friends or family members). He also sees the difference between your body contact and that between you and your male friends whom you even consider older brothers. With him you are even more clingy, less tense and definitely more sensitive.

↘ The boy trusts you a lot and I think he is the type of partner who likes to capture your pleasant moments with the phone camera. It’s okay for him, although often after your meetings with friends, he asks you ‘Why you have such a relation with that particular person?’, ‘How long you know each other?’ and ‘Does this person also have a life partner?’. He’s just curious, although he doesn’t seem to be.

↘ He cares about your good relationship, so he doesn’t want to forbid you anything. In the same time, you always ask him to express his opinion about such things. Even if them could push you to change your behavior – after all, the relationship is a compromise for you and you don’t want your boyfriend to ever feel bad seeing you in friends’ arms (even if they are like brothers from another mother to you).

↘ But still – Haruka has no problems with your friends and if they are interested in sports (especially swimming) he’s willing to ask them to hug you more often just so he can talk to them about sports competitions or diet.

↘ He’s jealous, he’s very jealous! He is grumpy and snappy when you meeting your friends, but over time he understands that only friendship connects you and your male pals, and you two have a completely different type of relation.

↘ Although he will always look carefully at your male friends who hug you to greet you or pat you on the head for ‘Goodnight’, but then he remembers that at home you’ll be all his again and he will be able to hug, touch and kiss you without any problems while watching the next Disney movie or k-drama on a laptop.

Luxiem and Noctyx as Free! Characters (+ extras)

I thought of this while looking at old edit project files so :)

Luxiem

Luca-Seijuuro , both big himbo with very small brain and upbeat tendencies. They’re very talented at what they do best and can lead when needed.

Ike- lol I’m gonna say Rei because they both have that energy to where it’s “guys!!! Don’t do the thing!!”. Constantly the voice of reason within the group

Mysta- we have to give him Nagisa, though defo not short, they have equal levels of chaotic (and constantly being scolded by Ike)

Shu- Shu was hard to pinpoint, but he’s Natsuya…. Yeah anyways-

Vox- Rin, I’m not elaborating, connect the dots. Competitive ass mf sharp tooth whores

Noctyx

Alban- Has to be Momotarou, because of how hyperactive they are and how big their hearts are for others

Sonny- I imagine him to be Makoto, they’re both gentle spirits and I love Sonny for that honestly.

Fulgur- Sousuke, you cannot tell me that homeboy doesn’t give sousuke sometimes. (Also because his shoulder- smack)

Uki- My brother Uki is Haruka Nanase cause that man got mad hoes that’s the tweet. Also both of their vocal deadpans

Yugo- I think he would fit as Isuzu, their spunky attitudes >>>

Bonus

Nina- Nina reminds me a lot of Miss Amakata, I mean look at them!!

Mika- also ties w Yugo for Isuzu, can you say tomboy tendencies?? <33 spunky little sister energy

I tried not to base these solely off of their interpretations of their in-company “sibling” dynamics. The only one that lined up for was Luca and Alban, and that had been the first connection I made so I let them have it. Plus, cmon it’s canon /j. Anyways, let me know if there are any of these you think different! I really wanna know! And though I haven’t watched Free! In a couple months, I thought this would be fun to draw parallels from.

I watched a chapter of this japanese tv show where little kids do their first errand and I thought of my boys as always ;;

Makoto and Haruka did theirs together, of course. Makoto, at some point, started crying because he missed his mom, so Haruka sat him, cleaned his face with a tissue, handed him a candy his grandma gave them, and, after telling him everything will be alright, he waited a moment for Makoto to calm down. Haruka wanted to be home and missed his grandma and mom too, but if he started crying who would take care of Makoto?

Nagisa did his errand in more time than expected. The errand was a simple task and could be done in, at most, 1 hour. But Nagisa was distracted by everything that came in front of him; he stopped to play with a dog, tried to pet some cats in the area, met other children and started talking to them, etc.

Rei planned the trip to the store, but he didn't count that there could be more routes. Although he missed his mom a bit and even thought that his older brother's company would be comfortable, he continued with his duty with confidence. Eventually, he realized that he had passed the estimated time it would take him to do the errand and that this was because he was lost. Not knowing where to go, he began to cry. A couple of high school girls passing by took pity on him and helped.

Rin, Sousuke, and Gou probably ran their first errand together as well. I imagine the three of them holding hands, being Gou who goes between Sousuke and Rin. Rin insisted all the time on not separating, especially since Sousuke was not very good with the streets and with orientation, which probably, later, brought problems and a little fight about where they should go to get to the store. Along the way, they had to take a few breaks so that Gou didn't push herself too hard. Once they completed it, Sousuke and Rin's pride and ego was inflated for quite a while.

Natsuya, on his first errand, did well on the way to the store, until he realized that he didn't remember what he should buy, so he had to return home before retrying his task. Ikuya, on the other hand, must have been very sad that Natsuya wasn't going to accompany him. I can almost bet that he cried all the way to the store and back home, but he bought what he was asked for and when Natsuya congratulated him on his good work, he was overcome with joy.

Nao remembered what he had to buy and was calm all the time during his journey to the store. I really can't imagine it to be any other way. Nao would just do very well. Kisumi probably didn't have a problem with his first errand either. Or at least I think so.

Asahi thought of it as an adventure, so he was excited and wanted to test his worth. He was careful on the way not to get lost and not to be distracted by anything. He arrived at the store, confidently asked the lady there for what he wanted, and confidently returned home. But upon arrival, he was met with the disappointing news that he had bought something else and not what he had been asked for. His sister laughed at him, of course, while his mother comforted him.

In Hiyori's case, things seem sad to me, so ;; I can only imagine that on his own, on one occasion, he went to the store to buy a bento or something, probably with some money his parents gave him from time to time. Running errands for him was never something complicated or grand.

4. What are your favorite character/s and fandom/s to write about?

i got three fandoms i especially love to write for, or also would love to write more for. my number 1 fandom is (and probably always will be lol) haikyuu!! and my favorite combo is lee kuroo with either ler bokuto, yaku or mattsun - honestly i'll never get away from kuroo lmao. i also like to write for free! with lee rin and ler natsuya or makoto, lee rin just has my heart what can i say :D and i would lovelovelove to write more for arcane and especially lee ekko like please PLEASE arcane fandom, i'm DYING for arcane requests (once i open them up again lmao)

9. What is your favorite tickle spot to include in your fics/stories?

uh that's interesting... i'd say i preferably work with upper body, sides, ribs, armpits. if i have to choose one i'm going with ribs

15. What is the tickle trope you’re fed up with?

i never really thought about that... i've never really been a fan of public tickles, like public-public. i like to write and read "public" tickling where someone gets tickled in front of their friends (for example have a haikyuu character exposed in front of their team) but not public for real in front of strangers, i'm imagining that can be really uncomfortable
