Headcanon that after Natsu and Lucy get together, Lucy starts writing letters to their future child. She keeps them in a box next to the ones she writes for her mother. The letters vary from random stories about how they fell in love to advice, but sometimes Lucy writes them in fear that she won't make it to see their child grow up. If something happens to her, she wants her kid to know just how much she loves and cherishes them.

A friend and I were debating whether Natsu and Lucy’s child would have blond hair or pink hair. So, I thought I would ask everyone on here 🤭

Blond - Lucy is a carbon copy of her mother Layla and looks very similar to her ancestor Anna from over 400 years ago. All three Heartfilia ladies have blonde hair and brown eyes, the genes are determined to dominate

Pink - The father is Natsu. No other explanations necessary

While these are the main hair colors debated, there’s also a possibility of their child having black hair. Natsu’s mother and brother Zeref had these genes. So there’s about 25% chance of this happening…
