Updated my design for my Hazbin insert!!! I'm so happy with how this design turned out it's so much better than my old one and I just feel so much happier with this.

Dazzler is a doe demon, not just 'cause I like Alastor, but because deer mean a lot to me irl! She's based on a lot of my pre-medicated pre-therapy bpd symptoms and behaviors so you just know she's a hot mess lmao. Her demon form has antlers because some does do actually grow them! It reflects one of my insecurities and feels pretty empowering to put that on her tbh.

Tf2 Rothena!! Original & redesign!! She became my tf2 si after(under the cut):

I made a whole au where she was on a warp pad & some enemy activated it or destroyed it when she was trying to activate it to help, and she got transported to the tf2 universe (more game and non-story-comics-based one) and gradually gave less shits until she gave up(once she realized there was no way back home) on way more morals than dan vs or tf2 mae, and after busting out of jail one too many times, she accepts a job from the Administrator's corporation for protection of her & some one-sided(on her side)friends, and her fate is cemented there. Also she has the same default scars as tf2 & danvs Mae but i didn't draw them in bc i was focused on getting the new damn 'render' done. Less scars in general tho bc of her unique half-gem-full-human nature, it was easier to incorporate her into the respawn system.

Their team role is officially The Understudy, but she calls herself Cannon Fodder, Expendable, other self-deprecating terms that the team members she didn't gel with went along with(Soldier, Spy, Scout occasionally, Medic bc he thinks it's as funny as she does, same for Sniper) at the beginning. She usually picks or is assigned to(read: the rest of the team draw straws or fight w rock-paper-scissors to determine) one team member throughout the match, assisting them in their job as backup or cannon fodder/actual scouting (its okay bc she respawns & is gets good at not dying eventually). okay discord copy pasting abt her under th ecut

Rothena joins red team starting out being completely herself: adhd, gen z suicide jokes, talking abt how much she loves women, etc, unlike how she usually acts when meeting new people. She figures "it's the 1960s, if i'm gonna get like hate crimed i better do it before i get attached, put all my quirks out in the open" & being so open abt herself actually endears some of the mercs to her (& makes others think she's nuts/has to self-preservation which. true lol) However this makes soldier her worst enemy bc she keeps talking abt how much she hates america. Despite being american rothena: i want free healthcare soldier: you want handouts!? rothena: no, i just don't want to pay 10,000 dollars bc some rando got me sick & i needed to be hospitalized

eventually they settle the fighting with "america could be improved but it's our home & we should stand for it & support it to improvement" but before then, HOO boy they're like in the "can i PLEASE get a waffle" vine: rothena & soldier: *fighting abt america* engineer: can you stand on the point?? rothena & soldier: *get more violent* engineer: can you PLEASE stand on the point?!?

Rothena does godawful at her first day on the field--she's only worked with sitting-duck or inexperienced targets w miss pauling, & the team dismisses her as a liability, so she does her best to stay out of the way bc she thinks so too (and tbh she kind of is, it's like if a casual/beginner jumped into a competitive match in tf2). But heavy takes pity on her and takes her under his wing, having her practice when he has free time he's willing to sacrifice, and having her shadow him during battles!! And the team sees her become more useful and eventually more of them start asking her to shadow them, earning her first positive class-based nickname, (Little) Shadow! Maybe medic sees her potential to learn and observe when she picks up a stray medigun and uses it on him without ever being taught how to!! And from there the trust builds!!

how tf2 rothena started: "blue hair" by tv girl (sad/melancholy) how tf2 rothena is going(canon): "using you" by margo (bittersweet but mostly happy) how tf2 rothena will end up(post-canon): "lifetime achievement award" by lemon demon or smth w similar resurrection themes (driven mad from love and care, unwilling to let go of mortal friends, medic is in on this)

Doing some outfit references for my self-inserts! A lot of them will look fairly similar because I try to only draw my s/is in clothing I actually have with only a few exceptions and I'm very attached to mostly wearing black. But there's some little differences in their fashion senses I'm excited to explore a bit more!

This is my AHS: House s/i, 'Witch Echo,' and I did one of my BNHA inserts (Silvertongue Echo) previously.

haHA! This was all so i could show you my potential crossovers with a depowered/nerfed version of my kipo si as a crossover si in the sonic movie!! Like, she'd be half mutant instead of half megamutant, and maybe not have lightning powers, and the tricuno form might not be as big as an actual tricuno, etc. Testing out how human and how tricuno she'd look, what form they'd stay in, if i should throw away most of the crossover idea & make her a mobian tricuno w motv powers, etc etc They meet sonic shortly after he comes to earth, in a similar situation to him(can't go back kinda deal), and grow up together from friends to sibling-friends.

What are their favorite movies/shows and video games?

Grey:

* As a Sans, he loves science-y stuff. Documentary shows of the solar system gets him excited. That or adventure movies. (He gets so embarrassed when people catch him with him fluffing his wings when he gets excited). His favorite all time favorite movie is probably between Treasure Planet and Wall-e.

* Doesn’t know too much of video games but he’s interested in simulation games. Specifically cooking, cleaning, even pet games.

* Imagine seeing this big intimidating skeleton just chilling while playing with his Pomeranian named Fluffykins on Nintendogs or deciding on outfits in animal crossing.

* He is soft boi on the low once you get to know him. Doesn’t like to be seen that way to strangers but is ok if you’re close to him

The Core Virus:

* Video games that make you creeped out or sends chills to your spine. Jumpscares? Gore? They are all for it. Resident Evil series is definitely the best.

* You already can guess horror and thriller movies are gonna be their favorite. But surprisingly their favorite is Attack on Titan.

* Why surprisingly? They thought anime was dumb since it’s just 2d cartoons (yeah they only said that to cause more chaos but they genuinely know nothing of anime)

* Virisity was stubborn though and forced them to watch it. Now they are a huge fan of the anime. They love Levi and would like to see a Titan for real. Why? To see if they can kill it. With their stretchy arms and sharp claws they feel confident enough to try it. (Grey told them to please stop trying to recreate Titans so he can try killing them faster then Levi-)

Virisity:

* Says they love horror. Gets easily terrified. They wanna act tough but it always backfires.

* LOVES CUTESY SHOWS. Romance anime especially. They have too many to decide their favorite.

* YOU KNOOOOOOOW THEY PLAY THOSE OTOME GAMES WHERE YOU DATE HOT ANIME CHARACTERS.

* Are they embarrassed? Yes. Will they try and murder you if you catch them. Yup. Start running if you do-

Rosa:

* K-drama. Oooooo she loves them. The boys are soooooooo cute!!!

* Doesn’t really have a favorite, she just enjoys them. If not for the guys, she’s really into the story (or the funny parts of course!)

* She’s pretty open on video games too! Usually too busy to play but enjoys a bit of Splatoon and Pokémon (still new to it). Monster hunter seems cool too!

Bunny:

* Loves competitive and interactive games.

* Mainly cause she loves playing with others but also likes a game that gets you pumping! Just Dance and Mario kart are the best!

* As for shows, anything with dancing gets her intrigued. She believes all movies or anime that include dancing as the main story point always have a compelling story or at least amazing choreography. (If either or are not present then she will be highly disappointed)

Sylvia:

* Not really a gamer. She gets confused way too easily. She’s already broke quite a few remotes….

* Loves movies though. A lot of classics she likes to collect. Sex and the city? Has the whole collection. Clueless is an amazing movie. It’s a wonderful life is very touching.

* Will make you watch these if you haven’t heard of it. (Which is most of the time-)

Lisa (me):

* Video games?! Nintendo girl over here. She likes PlayStation and Pc too! But Nintendo is where Undertale and Pokémon is at. Legend of Zelda is a favorite too.

* Anything with character customization, adventure, or funny dialogue she’s already sold!

* Shows and movies are a bit more difficult though. She likes murder documentaries (no she’s not trying to kill anyone-). Anime and Cartoons are her go to.

* Gravity Falls and Dragonball series are on par to be the top favorite. (Not including Underverse. It’s not an actual movie or show but it’s her all time favorite animation. It feels like a movie to her).

Bonus:

Angel:

* Also loves anime romances. (Wishes it was her and Bill)

* She would literally break the tv to avoid being caught watching it.

* She is a Lisa as well so her gaming is just as vast. But she chooses to stick to animal crossing since she’s always too busy. Plus it’s a chill and cute game. Can’t complain!

* Actually feels bad when her villagers say they haven’t seen her in awhile

Starlet:

* Goddamn weeb-

* You know her favorites are One punch man and Gintama. Especially Jojo’s bizarre adventure. (You couldn’t tell by the memes and Jojo poses?)

* Fighting games are her favorite. Smash bros? Tekken? DBZ xenoverse 2? Count her in!

* A bit over the top with shouting when playing….Dream had to tell her to calm down a few times. He wonders how she’s a Lisa when the original is way quieter and less energetic (oh he has no idea-)
