#apparently may is mental health awareness month? #yeah i am Quite Aware of my mental health so far this month depression is gnawing on my head like a chew toy #my lungs feel like they're full of soot tags and asbestos #and if i move or breathe too much i'll stir up the dust and just be smothered in apathetic miserable sludge #gotta lay very.. very... Very still on the couch then maybe the dust will settle and the depression won't see me #(it's a lie. the depression wants me to lay motionless for hours on end) #i've been trying to reach out to ppl to socialize & get me out of my head bc it helps #but depression is insisting i'm being manipulative and shallow for ~using my friends for emotional support~ or whatever #that's what friends are FOR dipshit leave me aloneeeeeeeeeeeeee #shit chat #depression blogging
