Happiness is REAL
I had an actually amazing day! For once! I'm sure you don't want to hear (read?) me ramble, buuuuuuuut Imma talk anyway because that seems to be all I do on this account.
Firstly. I went to the gym's pool and there was some class going on, so halfway through me putting effort into swimming I got distracted by their instructor (and keep in mind that this is a big class, at least 40 people) busting out multiple different dance outfits throughout the class and dancing around. Words cannot do it justice. Woman can DANCE. And there was this older lady following along in the lane next to me and I swear it was the most wholesome thing I've seen in a while. So obviously I couldn't keep focusing and instead watched people dancing. The older woman came up to me after and smiled and said, "I had a good time, did you have a good time?"
Okay enough about that.
Secondly. Did anyone love those little colorful papers with black paint on them that you scratch off when they were younger? Well, this week I've been volunteering at this art camp for kids ages 5-11 and we got to use those! And then I started singing with them! They actually knew all of the songs that I was quizzing them on! (I'm a little shocked that they don't know who Demi Lovato, Sia, Dua Lipa, etc. are by names, buuuut they did recognize most of the important pop music Isang to them. And then we moved on to Disney.) One of them asked me if I knew the song 'Señorita.' God, remember when that blew up? How can you not know that song? I am a SIMP for Camila Cabello. (Why is she so gorgeous and amazing and talented????)
I found it funny that they all knew who Panic! at the Disco is. Slay, kids.
The kids like me now and I got lots of hugs and I know all 16 of their names and they smeared paint on me and Imma miss them.
This is the scratchy art I did.
Hmmm I rambled again.
Aaaand to top it all of, my ask was answered by the one and only Keith, which is amazing. Yayyyyyyyy!
(Welp at least I didn't ramble again there.)
If you read this far, I'm sorry that I talked about my life for that long, go rest your brains, it'll help you not get a headache from my word-vomit. You know what, when I have conversations with myself I make so much more sense, but talking to others is just a pile of mush.
Noooooooo I was counterproductive and rambled again : (
Thank you, and have a good night! (Or whatever time it is for you!)

So earlier in art class today, someone drew a characters hands in their pockets and mentioned that hands are really like the ultimate end boss of art, and most of us wholeheartedly agreed. So then, our teacher went ahead and free handed like a handful of hands on the board, earning a woah from a couple of students. So the one from earlier mentioned how it barely took the teacher ten seconds to do what I can’t do in three hours. And you know what he responded?
“It didn’t take me ten seconds, it took me forty years.”
And you know, that stuck with me somehow. Because yeah. Drawing a hand didn’t take him fourth years. But learning and practicing to draw a hand in ten seconds did. And I think there’s something to learn there but it’s so warm and my brain is fried so I can’t formulate the actual morale of the lesson.

A traditional "knight saves the princess" story except at the end, the princess sighs and goes, "I suppose you want my hand in marriage as a reward" and the knight goes, "Oh, no, I'm just new in town and wanted to make friends but I've got really bad social anxiety" and the princess is like, "Rad, because I was never gonna fall in love with you" and they live happily ever after as besties (they're both aroace).

i think my favorite part about the tma liveshow with the Dog Incident is the fact that it's canon. like the fluff episodes are cute and fun but they also aren't canon and weren't written to be considered potentially canon, they're just fun lil fan things. the liveshow tho is meant to be considered canon. which means that yes, jon did in fact canonically go "like, in general?" to being asked if he'd seen a dog (which let's be real that's a mood i would also do that if caught off guard)
but also essentially jon was like "okay so you work for me, cool, and i could Fire You If Don't Fix This Immediately" and martin literally Looked This Man In The Eyes and said "i mean yeah, probably heh :) oH-" with the gayest processing delay i've ever heard in my LIFE. i honestly don't think that was any of his little manipulations of getting people to underestimate him or whatever i really think he was just that gay about Handsome Man With Nice Voice Speaking Authoritatively At Him that it took him a minute to process. and that's CANON. that's REAL. he DID THAT. i can't get over that.

If you ever needed to know the extent of how the I/P conflict is fandomized, there is a popular post going around with a Sailor moon sticker saying Free Palestine and all the comments are talking about how it's their aesthetic and they totally need to buy it
Because this doesn't matter to them, it's just the cool hip and trendy thing
