Levi doesn’t get how you find The Sims entertaining.
“It’s a virtual dollhouse.” He tells you. “That’s what so great about it!” You retort. “Whatever floats your boat…” He mutters to himself. He says this but he makes sure you have all the sims 4 packs (there are A LOT of them). And when one is coming out, He’ll listen to you passionately explain the premise of the pack. “When it comes out, just let me know.” He’ll give you his credit card info so you can charge it as he doesn’t want you to spend any of your money.
“I made us in the Sims!” You excitedly sit in Levi’s lap with your laptop in hand.
“Hm?” Levi places his chin on the crook of your neck as his hands gently graze the sides of your thighs.
“The Sims!” You exclaim again. “Look, there’s you and there’s me…” Your finger points out each of your sims on the screen. “Oh, and we have a child together!” Levi’s eyes follow your finger as you point at the child sim. “Her name is Kuchel.”
You feel Levi tense up behind you for a moment. “Wait…what’s her name?”
“Kuchel.” You repeat, quieter this time. “Sorry, I can change her name if you don’t feel comfortable with it.” You add quickly.
Levi’s expression softens; he stays silent for a moment before speaking again. “...Can you make her?” He asks you quietly, his voice barely above a whisper.
“Your mom?” You turn slightly so you can see his face.
He nods to confirm.
“Of course, I'll do my best.” You tell him with a soft smile.
You ask Levi to describe her to you, his eyes filled with fondness as he recalls her features and her personality. You spend hours on the Kuchel sim, wanting her to look and be as accurate as possible.
After a few days, you show Levi the finished product in the game as you have the Kuchel sim interact with the Levi sim. You look at Levi for a brief moment while the Sims are speaking to each other. The expression on his face is hard to read. It’s a mix of pleasant surprise, awe, and sadness.
“Is it okay, is there anything I should change?” You ask him, worried you didn’t capture her likeness as you watch him study her.
He silently shakes his head. “No…she’s perfect.”
You tell Levi he’s more than welcome to play whenever he wants. You’re surprised when he does take you up on that offer. He picks up on the mechanics quickly and soon he has the whole family (Your sim, Levi’s sim, your daughter, and Kuchel) traveling all over the world, going on adventures, and trying new things together. At one point you suggest the Levi sim and the Kuchel sim spend some time alone together and Levi does just that, taking them to coffee and tea shops, having them take walks in the park, and going to the library. As you and Levi continue to play together, you learn more about Kuchel as some of the actions in the game trigger different memories of his mother.
Levi doesn’t say it but he’s thankful for this silly little game you introduced him to because he can now have a cup of tea with his mother, even if it’s only pretend.

Hello there! I was wondering if you could write a Meleanor x reader.
It could be any kind of scenario i don't really have specific request. Sorry if my english is bad, it's not my first language btw.
Have a nice day/afternoon/evening!!
Sorry for the late response! Slowly but surely getting to my inbox after my little hiatus. heuheuheu.
I like this!! I can't say I've seen a Meleanor X reader yet! I love Mama Draconia and I too would want to court this woman. heuehueheu. thank you for this request!
Meleanor X reader - Flower crowns
General warnings: Gender neutral reader, taking place when you two were younger. Not very age specific, just classify it as first love!
TW: None! Just fluff. and lightning. but tis' what comes with falling in love with this hot headed fae <3
The princess always left you in awe. Her beautiful black long hair and marks of a dragon across her forehead always left you enamored- her beauty was beyond compare to that of any other fae you set your eyes upon. Although she did have a temper...and often attempted to strike you with lightning every time your feeble pick-up lines were below her standards...
However, the only thing you could think of as you watched the fae princess sitting against the tree was how ethereal she would look with vibrant flowers adorning her slick black hair and midnight horns. Meleanor was asleep against the tree, while you were now sitting on the grass a bit of a distance away with your legs folded and flowers in your grasp.
You wouldn't classify as being the best flower crown weaver to exist. It took a few times of unraveling and re-wrapping, even having to venture out into the woods to grab more flowers. Finally, you have finished creating your masterpiece. A flower crown with a vibrant variety of colors. Forget-me-nots, daisies, petals from peonies, marigolds, begonias, and the ever-so-popular red roses and thorns to match. You glanced down at your handiwork and looked back up to the sleeping fae. Even underneath the dusk of the setting sun, she was breathtakingly stunning. You crawled up to the fae crown in hand, before lifting it carefully above her sleeping form and setting it gently upon her head careful not to rouse her from her deep sleep.
You simply basked in this moment, watching Meleanors chest raise slightly and parted lips exhale gently. You were surprised when she hadn't woken up with your rustling, so you decided she must truly be exhausted from her duties (of constantly running away from her knight's eyes simply to be with you). You also found yourself yawning, removing your own jacket to cover the princess before leaning against the other side of the tree and lulling into sleep rather quickly.
You were woken up by lightning.
It startled you awake, but your reflexes were fast enough to dodge before it made contact. Looking up you saw a tall, angry Meleanor standing above you with her hands upon her hips and a scowl upon her face with bright rosey cheeks to match.
"Explain what this is," She abruptly said, pointing to the crown on her head to which a few petals had fallen to her black cloak and royal dress. You pursed your lips then smiled, showing her a toothy grin.
"A flower crown," You replied, "You look lovely, like a gorgeous blooming garden. The flowers truly do flatter you, my princess."
You were struck by lightning. Again. And she missed, again.
"Save me from your silly theatrics and cease your horrible flirting!" Although the words she spoke were exasperated, you could tell by the blush on her cheeks that she did not, in fact, dislike what transpired. Your words affected her greatly, she wasn't sure how to handle her strong emotions and beating heart. You chuckled at this and stood up, your hands hiding behind your back. This movement did not go unnoticed by the princess.
Meleanor aggressively grabbed your arm and pulled it forward. Upon seeing the first hand, she grabbed the other one to do the same. They were riddled in cuts and bruises from handling the thorned roses and picking of flowers, her eyes widening at this revelation.
"Come here," She grunted, pulling your arm and dragging you to the castle doors.
"You know i'm not allowed in the castle," You sighed, "I'm just a commoner. They will kick me out as soon as I step foot inside of there. AND you're gonna get in trouble with your parents." Meleanor huffed and shot you an annoyed glance, grey clouds overhead an obvious marker of her mood.
"Do you not think I am already aware of this fact? I have many ways of getting inside the castle away from prying eyes. Now shut your mouth and trust me!"
"Awe...does the princess have a soft spot for poor me? Are you going to kiss my wounds all better, Meleanor?"
Although another blast of lightning interrupted your incredulous flirting, she pursed her lips and paused in the middle of heading toward her secret entrance.
"...Perhaps just this once." You furrowed your eyebrows and tilted your head in confusion, mouth hung slightly open. You couldn't see what expression the princess held, for she was turned away whilst her hand remained on your arm trembling ever so slightly. Before you could inquire her statement, she continued.
"As a reward for this...'flower crown'...I shall grant you your wish. Just this once!" The fae took a deep breath in and turned around to face you, face red as a rose and puckered lips she placed them against your own. You gasped in shock at the sudden contact, unable to form a proper reaction before she was already turned back around and pulling you towards the castle at a rapid pace. You smiled fondly staring at the rambunctious fae in front of you, the flowers of the crown you weaved fluttering with every step she took.
If only she could hear just how loud your heart was beating.

SO. TO KICK OFF THE WEEK OF SPECULATION BEFORE THE UPDATE DROPS.
last night i had a bit of a Revelation. literally. i borderline woke up in a cold sweat with this realization. the way i lunged for my laptop to scream at friends... ough. lets get into it
so. i do believe I've made a couple of theory posts about Barnaby not being quite as receptive to his and Wally's "forced" best friendship as Wally - since the show wrote them to be friends instead of it happening naturally. i thought it might be a point of tension for Barn. i thought a lot.
YES SO I'M TOSSING (almost) ALL OF THAT OUT THE WINDOW!
the bios state Barnaby as Wally's best friend multiple times over. it had to be regularly reinforced. their colors were chosen to mark them as friends.
but Barnaby - presumably - can't see the bios, he wouldn't know the scripts. the friendship would be natural from his perspective. how would he know otherwise? even if the relationship started out synthetic, i don't doubt that it became genuine. in the context of their world and perceptions, realistically speaking Barnaby probably wouldn't sense anything wrong.
the reminders to be best friends weren't for Barnaby.
they were for Wally.
i'm starting to suspect that Wally is Barnaby's best friend, but Barnaby isn't Wally's. i think that Wally's "best friend" is Home - or at least Wally has a closer connection to them / Home is more important to Wally than anyone else is.
i remember reading this livestream trivia (from theneighborhoodwatch's doc, if you haven't their resources yet what are you even doing?):
and i assumed it was for Barnaby's side of the relationship. but it's not, is it? it's Wally's? and it makes too much fucking Sense! it fits! i can see it perfectly! i can feel things slotting together in my mind due to this shift in perspective, and i'm scared
Barnaby probably thinks the relationship is natural, just like how he thinks he's a real person in a real world. Wally probably knows that the relationship is a role, just like how he knows he's a puppet in a false reality.
that leaves me wondering how much of it is genuine on Wally's side. i don't doubt that they really are friends, but how deep does that connection go? in the interview, Wally sounded excited/proud about having a best friend, but how much came from a place of feeling, and how much came from a place of Fulfilling The Role? how much of it is performative? how much of it is a mask?
i've been seeing everything differently. Barnaby poses for Wally the most because he has good balance and is good at staying still, not because of favoritism or because he's Wally's best friend. in the 14 (15 including the hidden halloween) audios, Barnaby consistently seeks out Wally and checks in on him. Wally seems more casual about their relationship than Barnaby is.
i'm worried that Wally values Home & You/Us over Barnaby. that Barnaby is second or third place in Wally's heart. that Wally means more to Barnaby than he means to Wally. after all, only one of them needed their relationship to be reinforced on a seemingly regular basis.
i'm confident that Wally cares about / loves Barnaby, but the question is how much? to what extent?
