Aside from Yuqi's obvious inspiration from Cruella, Miyeon's scenes sparked a memory of the musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat's Potiphar. Both being 90s movies (the one's I'm thinking of), and the MV and sound have a somewhat 2010s future style aesthetic which is continuing their direction of recent history inspiration. Examples are Beyonce's Single Ladies, Shakira She Wolf, Britney Spears Toxic etc. Shuhua reminded me of Marie Antoinette but not as concrete as the other two. It's really fun and this is so badass!

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again

What I love about the visual direction of this MV is not only it matches the simple but impactful sound of the music but by all the members looking the same and only sometimes mouthing the words is like the inner thoughts of this wife materialised.

Now before reading different translations of the lyrics, with only understanding the English parts like "I clean your room." I assumed it was more commentary about the expectations of the "Perfect Wife", but it's more of an innuendo song? So I'm a little whiplashed but it could mean both? Eh it's whatever, still on repeat haha!

I read daily, at least for a little bit. I’ve found that reading is really positive for my mental health and well-being so I make it a priority and consider it self-care.

Lots of things. Starting with "You're not sad and lonely for a reason, it's just brain chemicals. Get yourself some St.John's Wort" and maybe also something about taking your chances more often but I think I've heard that one a lot as a kid and it didn't help hearing it

cider - a food that you disliked as a child but now enjoy?
