My babys 🥹

I will always love the relationship between Aegon and Viserys, they were sharing everything from the moment Viserys was born 🥺 and when they were reunited they were close again 🥰 it really warms my heart that in a way they were the Aemon and Baelon of their generation.

From playing together, to having their lessons, to sharing a room and very much possible visiting Stormcloud tougher and planning on how Viserys was going to claim one of the big dragons just like their father did 🥲 and Daemon teaching them how to wield a sword, ride a horse and dragon, telling them stories, after all Daemon had waited all his life for a son and now he had two that were pretty much perfect in every way, any father would be proud of having them as his heirs ( of course Darksister was being prepared to be Aegon's and I wholeheartedly believe Daemon was making Viserys a valyrian steel sword so he could be a great warrior and make a great name for himself). Rhaenyra obviously loved her babies and cuddled them, taking them with her on Syrax, reading to them, and pampering them to no end and being very proud of her littlest boys.

I especially love how well they complimented themselves, Aegon the older brother tall robust incredibly beautiful with deep purple eyes and hair so light it was almost white. From what we can see he was very kind and compassionate but also had character...his council should say 😁, very headstrong too. And Viserys not as tall and robust or as beautiful as his brother but still incredibly beautiful (if the lyseni were impressed with him, one can just imagine how beautiful he was) (headcanon here but I like to think that while Aegon took after Rhaenyra in looks Viserys took after Daemon except his hair that was exacly the same as Rhaenyra's) and also smart as no one else in his family, he certainly was precocious as his mother but he also had a hint of mischief and sharpness that his father possessed 😍.

They somehow managed to get the very best traits of their parents without the negative ones, they were also fiercely protective of each other for sure and their family.

Something that has me thinking is that if they were in my (very correct mind you) opinion that perfect and proved to be good for the dynasty both as princes delighting everyone (obviously like their mother) with the endearing team of two they made and later on as kings and Viserys as hand most of his life providing the realm with heirs (not all of them good or worthy....but I'm not going to complain much) and as much stability as they could, how much better would they have been had they not been traumatised 🥹 imagine a proud Aegon being a dragonrider with his very loyal Stormcloud and a warrior welding blackfyre, also treating everyone with kindness but also with coldness if the situation requires it. And Viserys riding Vermithor (well he was compared to the old king in terms of becoming as good as him or even better, I really like the idea of him claiming this legendary dragon and of course proving that you don't need a cradle dragon to be a Targaryen as the conquerors that were the founders of the Targaryen dynasty and none had cradle dragons) and wielding darksister while also helping his brother and being his hand, they would have brought a new era of splendour and grandeur for their house and westeros.

Of course this new era would have been possible too because of the women they choose to spend their lives with, in Aegon's case obviously Daenara Velaryon the ray of sunshine that would have been a very incredible queen, really kind and famous amongst the small folk and the nobles. And for Viserys his sister Visenya would have been the best option, not only is it a great Targaryen match for a prince and princess of the blood but also I think that Viserys having a woman at his side that would love him and cherish him (also the added bonus of him not being married and having children by 13 ew). And Visenya would have claimed Silverwing and although she would capable of being delightful she would also match Viserys in mischief (and she would be practicing witchcraft because she thought it would be fun because of Queen Visenya's reputation and then she ended up liking it 😌).

Here I leave you a picture of how I imagine my two darling boys in their teenage years (the first one is Aegon and the second one is Viserys).

Needless to say that Daemon and Rhaenyra would have been incredibly proud of their boys both in the canon and in my headcanon of how they could've been had they not been traumatised. And who wouldn't be proud of them, and yes I know they may have some faults but honestly I don't really care, and even less after seeing the fandom ignore them or using them as a gotcha against the 🥦 🤷🏼‍♀️, so yes Rhaenyra loved them dearly because they were her sons and also the ones she had with the love of her life in the happiest time she had and Daemon well he always wanted a son and now he has two with the woman he loved and that finally could marry and they also exceed every expectation being better that anyone would imagine 🖤❤️.

Rating GoT and HotD dresses based on how well I think they'd fit into Ascendance of a Bookworm

Ok first

4/10

Not my favorite Dany look, but I also don't hate it. It's pretty she looks stunning, but for AoaB, the shillouette is wrong. I love the high neck and the cutout! It's a fashion trend that I hope Rozemyne eventually introduces to Yogurtland. A great look that's a little too modern for the world of AoaB.

MOTHER😍😍😍

When it comes to fashion in GoT, you can not outdo the doer, and She(yes, with a capital S) is Cersei Lannister. The color, the cut the metal waist belt with the lions on it with the matching necklace 😭 I'm gagged! She's amazing! One point off because while I feel like on it's own the dress would work well in AoaB, but something about it is just off. i dont think it would completely work. Maybe it's the down hair 🤔

FERDINAND IS DEAD AND HE MOST DEFINITELY THINKS SHES A HARLOT💀

First, let me preface by saying I LOVE this dress. It's one of the best dresses in GoT period, but It would NEVER work in AoaB. To them, she's practically naked. Sheer cloth? No sleeves? Neckline to the navel? Oh no honey its straight to the white tower with you! The metal additions are nice, and I can see someone crafting those out of feystones. It's also long enough...so 2 points🤷🏾‍♀️

Would fit in the world but not as a dress as a woman's riding outfit, which is what i believe it's supposed to be in GoT as well. In a different color, it's giving future Aub Alexandria ready to defend her duchy. She is a fierce leader, and looking at this outfit, you would never question that.

I'm not gonna lie... This is my favorite Game of Thrones look. I think the moment we saw Natalie in this, we all fell in love Margaery. However, for AoaB, it could work with some VERY minor tweaks. The neckline is, of course, too low, and it's backless, but it's very tasteful. I think this is a style Rozemyne could introduce in the future, especially given how hot Alexandria is. She already introduced sleeveless dress and in GoT the reason for the margaery's "risqué" dress is because Highgarden(where she's from) is very hot especially in comparison to King's Landing which is said to have moderate to hot weather.

Our first House of the Dragon look and it's 🥰 🥰 I can literally see Elvira wearing this. It's giving everything it should. The silhouette is perfect, the metal additions are stylish, and the headband is too die for! It's giving everything it needs to for an AoaB dress, and I love it!

Is this list mostly Dany dresses? YES.

BUT I CAN SEE THE VISION!! Other than being backless, I think Rozemyne has already laid the foundation for this style of dress. I think a slight alter to the silhouette and some very off the shoulder sleeves and boom! we have an Aoab appropriate dress. But the belt, the metal work at the neckline, I think it would fit in very well eventually.

Just close up the neckline, and you've got a perfect AoaB dress. This one was a favorite of HotD fans, and it's easy to see why. It's a beautiful dress. I could see a noble lady wearing this right now.

This is another future Aub Alexandria dress. Again, I think for Yurgenschmidt it's too much skin, but again, I think Rozemyne will eventually introduce fashion like this. The cape incorporated into the outfit to make sleeves is 😍😍😍. This is how she's gonna show up to the archduke conference stunting on the hoes 👏 👏👏 I feel like high necklines are just in Rozemyne's future🤷🏾‍♀️

The sleeves😍😍😍 The waistline😍😍😍 The paneling 😍😍😍 She's carrying Geduldh's burden and she is stunning! For once the hair is also very AoaB which is more common in HotD than in GoT as they try(and kinda fail) to create a unique fashion identity for HotD. I'm a big hair snood fan and I'm living for this one. The color of the dress is also fantastic. If you wore this is Yurgenschmidt and no one would even guess that you're from another world.

Omg I had so many more to talk about, but what are you guys AoaB fashion inspirations? Any movies or TV shows? Are we all still in love with that Susan Pevenasie dress from the end second Chronicles of Narnia movie? Please tell me! I love seeing everyone's thoughts in this fandom🥰

Five questions for the lovely Ravonna! 💖

1. I like to think that Morrowind is the little magic corner of Tamriel, so basic magic is standard there. Everyone does it. However, Ravonna’s fascination with magic, her determination to get revenge and the fact that she’s a bit of an overachiever made her a master destruction mage. She does amazing in the other schools of magic as well. All of them except for healing. She thinks it’s pointless to fill her head with those spells when she can just buy healing potions. (she cannot do alchemy for the life of her). Of course this is going to bite her in the ass constantly. Good thing we have a certain Dragon Priest who used to be a healer ;). But don’t worry, he’s willing to share his knowledge later on. All I can say is that I can’t wait to write the scene, hehehe!

As for other skills, she thinks she is an amazing sneak. She is not. Seriously, she should stop. Getting detected by all of the draugr, giants, bears and guards isn’t very fun. She does decently with one handed weapons, all thanks to Teldryn. But she hates anything that is heavy and requires much strength. It’s enough that she walks and runs all over the place, refusing to take horses and put them into danger. Absolutely no two handed weapons and shields. She’s never used a shield in her life and would rather die than use a greatsword, or worse, an axe. She loves wearing enchanted fancy robes. She’s also a master in the art of speechcraft.

2. She had a bit of an unusual childhood. She grew up in a tavern in the city of Blacklight. The tavern was big and very beautiful. She doesn’t really know anything about her roots (yet), just that her mother brought her to the tavern and dropping dead after making the innkeeper promise he’d take care of her. And he kept his promise. The innkeeper, Endryn, along with his brother Teldryn and the tavern’s bard, Hjaldir took care of her and raised her as if she was their own daughter. She learned a bit from each of them: being determined, ambitious and strong from Teldryn, being kind, friendly and always helping those in need from Endryn and having fun, singing, being witty, charismatic, playing every instrument and not taking anything too seriously from Hjaldir. Him and Ravonna formed a strong bond. Some say it’s because they were two nords in a land full of dunmer, others say it’s because their personalities are really similar and they complete each other. Some even say they look strangely similar. I made them both and I have proof! Here you go:

Anyway, her childhood was full of love. She quickly started singing at the tavern and making friends of all ages. She proved to be quite charming. Magnetic, even. Everyone wanted to listen to her songs and her tales. She’s had her fair share of adventure in Morrowind. First with Teldryn, and then with friends from the guild of mages. And of course, many, many shenanigans. She got everyone in and out of trouble.

3. As I said before, she grew up in Blacklight, which is one of the major cities in Morrowind. The ash storms weren’t very nice. Nor was the limited food. Or the scribs. Or any Morrowind creature for that matter. The truth is she never truly felt like she belonged there, but it was a place full of fascinating stories and fond memories. A place full of love. And it will always stay like that in her heart. Leaving was unexpectedly easy for her. She was at that point in her life where she wanted to see the world and travel. However, she didn’t want to leave the way she did: on a quest to destroy the Dark Brotherhood and those responsible for Endryn’s assassination.

4. She hates politics and doesn’t understand it. Every time someone asks her about politics, she says that she’s just a bard and doesn’t want to get involved in that stuff. She doesn’t even care about the civil war at first. She's just furious that they were going to execute her and Lucien, who she was travelling with at the time. But, as time passes and she gets comfortable in the land of Skyrim, it truly saddens her that the country is falling apart because of stupid, stubborn people. As for picking a side, she’d like to knock some sense into both sides.

5. She doesn’t hate the Empire, but boy does she wish they’d be a bit less stubborn (at least make levitation legal, for Gods’ sakes). She knows that the Empire is trying to keep everything in control and that the allegiance with the Thalmor is solely too keep the peace. Speaking of Thalmor, she absolutely hates them. Anyone that thinks they’re above all, is racist, exclusivist and elitist is on her list of people she strongly dislikes. The killing and torturing that the Thamor do makes her blood boil sometimes. It’s unfair and horrible and she hopes that karma will work her magic and they end up being treated as they treat everyone else.

Ulrik... Nah, they're still big. 🤡 So, it would be Altair!

14. Are any of your characters nonverbal?

Ash probably, and Juliva.

21. Do any of your characters have heterochromia?

Ash! She's my only character whith heterochromia, and it wasn't even intended at first. But, writing her background story and the part where she's gravely wounded during a hunting accident changed one of her natural green eyes to a blue-ish hue.

22. Do any of your characters have someone named after them? Or are they named after someone else?

Altair isn't the only "Altair" branch in his very extensive family tree, and also Mereel (one of the kids rescued by the Mandos on Aq Vetina in "The Foundlings") has obviously been named after Mand'alore Jaster Mereel.

29. Are any of your characters nameless? (In that there is no legal record of them existing, they just don’t have names in canon, or history remembers them but not their name?)

... Not one that I talked about here, but he's only known as "Sarge".

32. Do you have any characters who are twins?

Yep! Jo and Josh, Merry's cousins. And Guten and Borg, Ash's adoptive brothers (she's the adopted one).

37. Did any of your characters have a fever they almost died from as a child?

Ash again! After the hunting accident, she almost died while being treated because of said fever. Luckily, Walter and the Crone were good at healing people... 😰

44. Are any of your characters overshadowed by other siblings? Or have parents who clearly have a favorite? (ex: Boromir and Faramir)

Vivian, by her baby sister. She loved her, but so did her parents and she felt left aside. And sadly, she didn't imagine it even though she might have exaggerated it all in her child's mind...

48. Are any of your characters apprentices?

Ash was, Zak too... And Elara, somewhat. But also the main character of a fantasy story with dragons I wrote long time ago.

50. Are any of your characters Good Dads ™?

Neal, even though he isn't around as much as he should, but Korben too. I think Din's biological father (and mother!!) was exactly what Canderous would praise against stupid Dantooine farmers whinging about not knowing what to do to protect and save their children, and Korben made a point for Din to remember them and their courage daily. Korben had a son and a foundling before Din, so he knew already what loss and pain could do to a child and how to handle it... even though after his son and foundling left the covert, he wasn't too eager to take another under his care. Until he saw that silent kid mesmerized by the controls of his ship... 😊

68. Are any of your characters intimidatingly beautiful?

Personally, I'd say Juliva and Litti (because Ana Torv and Gugu Mbatha-Raw are just gorgeous 😍). But none has been written to be seen or recognized as such. I'm not sure Isaac (Juliva's brother in arms and now husband) even noticed how pretty I think she is, and Ela just loved how nice and caring Litti was with her.

... none that I've ever talked about here either. (She's called Lily.)

75: Do any of your characters wear glasses, sunglasses, goggles, or monocles?

Elara wears goggles, Leona wears glasses after a long, tiring day and Vivian and Merry wear sunglasses anytime they need. No monocles but I feel like Anton could fit in here too, because of his stupid gunner helmet 😝

77. Have any of your characters had to kill a friend?

I... don't think so?! 😲 But I have a gnawing doubt now.

84. Do any of your characters have gaps in their teeth or are missing teeth?

Vespera had a gap between her front teeth when she was a child. But not anymore.

92. Have any of your characters started and/or led a revolution?

Vivian started a revolution, somewhat. But if not her, then Ash. Not exactly a revolution though. More like raids?!?! It was against bandits and highwaymen so I'm not sure it can apply as "a revolution" though...

96. Which character is The Proudest ™ of their kids?

Crahl, for starters. All the kids he trained are his pride and joy. But Elara too! She's so proud of Jakem even though he's not her son, and now she's so proud of Tip-yip too!!! She doesn't understand SHIT about all that Jedi stuff but she doesn't care all too much either, so... What she sees is that he knows a lot of stuff, and understand even more!! And that's all she needs. 💖

100. Are any of your characters queer?

Well, Elara? Her most loving and lasting relationship was with a woman.

108. Are any of your characters dogs?

Astro and Nerio. The first is [REDACTED]'s dog and the second is Altair's.

114. Do any of your characters insist on going by their fullname rather than a nickname?

Hmm. I think I have more characters doing the very opposite of that and preferring to go by completely different names like Zak using the name of his dead best friend, Ulrik being known under specific names by his snitches and other contacts, Vivian trying not to trigger Lawrence's script by using her college nickname/username in the park, Elara having a heap of nicknames and monikers given who's talking to her because she can't bear to hear people she barely know call her "Ela" like her parents, brother and Din did...

Well! Now that I think of it, Elara would be one of them! She'd rather be called "Elara" or even by her family name than to be called "Ela" by strangers!

115. Do any of your characters have an honorary father figure?

Ash could count Walter (the grumpy asshole who taught her how to become a demonist) as an honorary father figure, I guess?! 🤣

120. Do any of your characters have PTSD?

Sadly, a few yes. Vivian and Ulrik were my only shell shocked characters, and Vespera has been added to the roster now... because of awful things she recently saw and had to run from during one of our game session! 😭

126. Are any of your characters on good terms/still friends with an ex?

Elara! Litti is still a very good friend of her.

132. Who is the precious cinnamon roll?

Answered here! But I could add Mereel too! This kid is the sweetest there is in all the galaxy.

133. Have any of your characters ever been caught in a fire or explosion?

First, there was Zak.....

"There was a mosquito in the basement... so I threw a match in the powder kegs."

Ulrik, kinda. His mother helped him out of the house because the tension with his *cough* 'father' *cough* was getting out of hand. So she caught him as he was planning to flee on his own, gave him a few aquilas, and kissed him farewell and good luck. 🥺

153: Do any of your characters embody the spirit of a flapper? (Bonus points for style and or lifestyle)

A "secondary-ish" character in my Westworld series: Marge, a colleague of Vivian's. Also Adelaide and Leona.

163: Are any of your characters autistic? (If so, do they have special interests and what are they?)

... according to @hathorik , Elara would be... ?!?! Even though she hasn't been written to be.

She loves numbers and languages, but I don't know if these interests are any special! Speeder bikes, maybe???

165: Who is a “girls just wanna have fun” character?

Marge again! She's boisterous and a very big mouth but I think she's hidding a lot of anxiety behind her behavior... (PUN INTENDED)

Does Elara count? Not exactly the sea but space... Litti can tell that you can't keep Ela on the ground for too long.
